story about a pirate say aha ah good once upon a time there was a pirate he found a desert island and he dug up some buried treasure the end ah what an adventure that story makes me miss the sea i must set sail at once and find that desert island captain dog loves to see it's just the story daddy you don't need to set sail oh yes no need for me to set sail ever again i like the children's festival yes and not a drop of rain we've been really lucky this year oh i told you it wouldn't be muddy a little bit of mud would be nice this way to the making things tent um today we're going to learn how to make something from the olden days who wants to make a basket hmm okey-dokey how about knitting an olden day's hat how about a dragon all the children are making dragons [Music] what's it much mud in all my life it's brilliant yes and we've got a whole day at the festival ahead of us at the children's festival there are so many fun things to see and do let's start with making sand castles sand castles this is the sand castle area who likes making sand castles now you might have noticed it's been raining so instead of sand castles we're making mud castles first fill your buckets with mud turn your buckets over give them a tap lift your buckets i like mud castles mud castles are the best well done miss rabbit how did you ever come up with the idea for mud castles simple it rains every year so we always make muds castles ah so what do we want to do next how about painting pictures yay this is the painting tent today we're going to paint pictures and instead of paint we're using mud oh we've got lots of brown mud and greenish mud i even found some blue mud this morning hmm what's best to paint with mud i know a muddy puddle jumping up and down [Music] what's hysterical redemption it's when you dress up like it's the olden days and sit around drinking tea we do more than just drink tea today we were being romans what's romans romans were people who lived a follow me i've got a whole bag of pebbles in my shed this is grandpa pig's shed here we are lots of colored pebbles george what shall we make a picture of dinosaur good idea george you find the green pebbles for the dinosaur [Music] you will run around the cones like this to win a point but if anyone catches the ball susie is out and gets no points oh let's play everyone takes their positions for looks like quite a drop yes it's wonderfully deep i'll show you see how long it takes this rock to hit the bottom wow so how do we get across did you hear anything about a ride of doom money mouse said the ride of doom was the best bit uh what exactly is this ride of doom nothing to be alarmed by it's a zip wire ride over this chasm and down to the deepest part of the cage oh goodies it's really fun and of course completely safe wow uh i'm not very good with heights is there another way to uh see you on the other side wait for me if that isn't the craziest fun in the world i don't know was the same little dirty pig as he was before how will we get back home now said baby bear i can fly you home said the dragon so georgie pig and baby bear hooked on the dragon's back and flew all the way back home to the little house in the forest look george a big dinosaur huh i'm sure good morning can i help you we'd like the dinosaur in the window please certainly good choice this is the dino now i smooth it out with my hands and i add a handle it's a cup now we have two cups yes but a tea set needs more than two cups we'll all make cups yes dinosaur george has made a dinosaur judge always makes dinosaurs oh what a scary dinosaur now we need to bake the tea set in a kiln a kiln is an oven that cooks the clay and makes it hard the tea set should be ready hooray now we paint them the children are painting the tea set lovely bright colors the tea set is finished now we can have our tea party there's a cup for everyone oh we forgot to make a teapot i know george's dinosaur can be slope mummy pig i think i'm a bit grown up for the baby slope which way does this go ah all the way down the mountain my mummy is skiing down the mountain ah where are the breaks oh she can't stop we have to catch up with her stand back mummy pig is skiing along the road everyone is in the coach chasing after mummy pig wow my mummy is skiing super that was fantastic skiing mummy pig is skiing past banquet i was expecting and now it's time to meet the dragon george it won't be a real dragon dragons are just pretend yes don't be sad if it's just miss rabbit holding a little glove puppet oh miss rabbit is driving a huge robot dragon do you want to see it breathe fire yes please [Music] i'm just going to park it huh it's heading for our car another reason we say cars are parked at honors risk [Music] it is the biggest pumpkin in the world quite possibly but how are we going to get such a huge pumpkin to the play group one step at a time granny pig we need to make this pumpkin into a lantern oh first i will scoop out all the inside [Music] now we cut out the face and we put a candle inside to make it glow lovely now we put the pumpkin into the car the pumpkin is very very heavy oh there step one complete we're out of the greenhouse now for step two we lift it into the car [Applause] the pumpkin is impossible to lift i told you it was too big it's not too big we just need a bit of help hello miss robert's helicopter rescue service miss rabbit please come to our rescue it's very important come quickly i'm on my way all the children have brought their pumpkin lanterns to playground welcome to the pumpkin competition if everyone is here we will get started peppa isn't here oh where is she [Music] miss rabbit's rescue helicopter has arrived at grandpa's greenhouse so who needs rescuing my pumpkin we have to get it the play group in time for the competition okay hop aboard [Music] today we will be meeting wild animals but don't worry the wild animals will be safely the tortoises we keep this gate shut so they don't run away they don't look like they could ever run no they're moving very slowly yes that's why they live to be so old how long do they live tortoises can live a hundred years wow now feeding time who knows what tortoises like to eat tortoises like to eat vegetables that's right that's why we feed the lettuce mr lion is feeding the tortoises lettuce but of course children not all animals eat vegetables that's right mrs wildebeest my name is madame cazelle sorry gazelle wildebeest for some reason i always get those two mixed up mr lion what animal will we see next i'll give you a clue it lives in water is it a whale or a shark oh wait and see look carefully into the water i can't see anything there's nothing in there wait i think i see something crocodile hello i'm mrs crocodile i'm the keeper in charge of the penguins [Applause] [Music] easy to float because the board is super floaty the tricky bit is catching the way ready steady
