Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous IZ Choices - Save Queen Galfrey, The Sword of Valor & the Key

hello travelers i'm chris welcome to lore spire in this video i'll be showing you how to save the glass key the sword of valor banner ear beth and the highly inept ray regardless of any choices you may have made in your playthrough normally you cannot save all of these people and items unless hull runes survived with a favorable disposition towards you and you gave the lexicon of paradox to the queen but with this video you can save them all without issue i would like to think qq qqwertz of the reddit kingmaker forums uh for turning me on to this strategy or at least the best part of it one small caveat if you did give the lexicon to the queen but wholeroon either did not survive or does not like you then the only way to save the queen ear beth the banner and the key is to use a mod i will show you which mod to use and how to use it later if you are in this unfortunate position there are time stamps so you can skip ahead if you like now let's get started what i'm going to show you first is how to save the queen ear beth the key and the banner if you did not give the lexicon to the queen and hull roon did not survive okay so the first thing you're going to want to do is come here to the temple of stone manuscripts once you're inside come up here into this room you'll have to make a perception check to see this door once you've seen it open it come in here loot everything here's the glass key you can just grab this now the glass key is actually only needed to access the secret area of a relu's lab if you don't care about that then you don't really have to worry about this but it's easy to do so you may as well grab it anyways but that's still that choice is up to you now do not come in here if you come in here and activate the activate the fight with enema then you'll get a cut cutscene with this gary whenever you exit this place and you will not be able to save the banner and ear beth and the queen anyways so without fighting in nimrod we're going to exit this place and we're going to go to where the sword of valor banner is that is going to be over here in this area of the map okay so once you get here to the crusader camp where the uh banner is you're going to come up to the crusaders and you'll get a cut scene a battle with some demons will begin okay now the main point here is to kill all but one or two of these demons and then make it over here up this staircase whenever the last demon dies you should have your entire party or as much as possible up this staircase onto this ledge so that we do not activate the discard cut scene okay so kill all but one or two of the demons then get up there then finish off that last demon or two and yeah i'll see you in the next part okay so once the last demon is dead you will get this cut scene okay and your main character will start off down here in this encampment so as soon as the cut scene is over just have everybody in your party move up here it should only be your main character that's down by the sort of valor banner but anyways let's get them all up here now there is a mobility check over here with some loot on the other side of it but avoid that avoid everything right now um because if you go for start going for treasure and loot and whatnot like that then you're going to activate the discard cut scene and you will not be able to save the queen okay now this is actually a pretty good point to save or maybe immediately after we teleport here will be we're going to use dimension door mass to get back here to the beginning area where we first entered is okay yeah so now's a good point to save just in case you accidentally activate the discard cutscene now we're going to head to queen golfray and you should follow the exact path that i'm showing you right now if you follow the exact path you should not activate the cut scene if you stray from it then there's a good chance that you will now i want to take a moment to ask you to like the video and that path just like i showed you there should have been no discard cutscene and you'll get here and as far as the game is concerned um this is the first place that you've come you'll go through the little cut scene here with the queen and ear beth and you must select to tell them to wait if you avoid announcing your presence then one of them will die all right so say whatever you're going to say and then after that just go ahead and finish off tyrindelive so that's how you save everyone and everything if you did not give golf raid the lexicon now let's see what needs to be done if you did give it to her first if whole roon is alive and he likes you you can have him save the banner while you save the queen and there will be no problems if hull roon is dead or doesn't like you then you will either need to leave the banner behind or let either the queen or air beth die or you can use the toybox mod to save them all the mod can be found on nexus mods and you can either google it or you can join the lorespire discord and check the mods channel for a direct link to the toybox mod okay there is a an invite link for our discord in the description of this video if that's the route you want to go also we'd love to have you there so yeah join it if you do not want to use the mod then i suggest that you pass on the banner and save the queen and era beth because the banner doesn't really affect the story and the buffs and the buff it gives is nice but definitely not necessary then on the other hand if you find the two of them that being the queen and ear beth as inept and annoying as i do then you may want to let them die for story reasons anyways now that that's all out of the way i will show you how to use the toybox mod to save them all okay so the first thing you want to do is head here to the temple of stone manuscripts just like before and just like before you'll want to enter the temple and loot the glass key straight away open the door go in here grab the glass key just like you did before okay now after you have the glass key the difference this time is that we're going to enter this room the queen and golfers should be in this or excuse me the queen and era beth should be in this room and anyways you'll enter into here you'll do some dialogue have a little cut scene whatever and then after that you'll battle enema after the battle go ahead and uh talk to ira beth and the queen and the loot everything in the room and then open up your toy toybox mod you can do that by using f10 or excuse me ctrl f10 and anyways that will open up the mod and you want to make sure that you're clicked onto the bag of tricks tab right here and then if you look down here under common there's this go to global map option and we're going to press that and it will take us to the global map go figure anyways this is necessary because if you do not do this as soon as you exit the temple the cut scene with tuskari will happen and you will not be able to get the banner once you're on the world map just click on is re-enter it and we'll start off right at the entrance to is okay so once you're in back inside of is you're just going to come over here and you're going to teleport across this way just kind of like we did before except in reverse of course right over to this ledge with the whole party so from this point just go down kill the group of demons and you should be good to go and you'll have saved the queen ear beth the key and you'll have the sword of valor banner okay now i know it's a little bit cheap or weak or whatever you want to call it to have to use a mod to achieve this but i tried for hours to find any other way to do it and yeah i could not find one so in a kind of ironic way giving the lexicon to uh the queen ends up being the worst choice that you can make or at least the choice that makes things most difficult on you whereas it was meant to be part of the the best choice or the best story option so yeah a bit of irony
