hello everybody today we got a lot of rain and today it's good time to make pasta and foli pasta beans or past now the D the ital past foli everything it's like this and we need the all the ingredient I got over here now I want to ask everybody what do you like small shell or the theal theal you let me know and we cook what everybody like I got little basil I need a lot of garlic pastol you need a lot of garlic I got a May baby and we got the sauce and a lot of people ask me pasal why lot of time you say no no cheese you like the cheese I got over here I got peino cheese now for start we got to start with the garlic and I take a knife and I want to start with the garlic and we go on the stove and I bring the sauce that's a miy right MTI yes it's a miy now we put the gas on over here I want to make the sauce and this the water for the pasta and I got my own beans I cook by myself this it's not a can it's a fresh beans and I cook now for start let's start with a garlic I slide the garlic over here and let's put the oil okay and the gas and we slice the garlic you know got to chop really really thin I like like this and this B is the BAC you know when I was in Italy my mother she was to make a Pasto everybody pass on the street go there small everybody say hey pasta beans pasta okay all right now we cook this the garc a little bit all right and we open the sauce okay okay before let me close it again want shake it a little bit shakeing it bab shake it bab okay all right and now this is and now this is for the pasta and let's put salt all right now we make a little [Music] and for the sauce what I need I want to use one or your baby and we put right over here just one over baby yeah but after I got to put two more over here after show I got two more after I don't want to be too hot this this is really hot now makeing sure no burn the garlic the garlic you got to be nice gold color look cuz you burn the garlic the pasta past pasta beans not tast too [Music] good everybody got to give a nice turn on the pasta you put salt already right yes I put salt already I don't want to put it again got put already one time the bread is benchmark bread it's sour dough bread all right okay now the sauce it cook really really low okay now the time this you cook this you cook I got the garlic over here now and a hot pepper somebody want want to make you P Poma whenever yes and we got the G now this one after this it's really good one this fry a little bit the smelling go all over a lot of time you know want not cook somebody knock Bo boom what do you make I said why you say I want a taste no no no no no no want to taste hey you go by same thing the people when I was to make a sauce I want to taste your sauce I say you sweat no I drink a nice cold water I'm no sweat well want to put the the other one on low really low to start to warm up the oil with the gall if this now for the past we need maybe four five minutes more but I like the the test all the time I know it's really really now but okay put over here want the B myself the M yeah you need to like them maybe before the 55 minute yeah I wasn't said that minute yeah we're going to have the calendar coming out very soon so make sure to keep a lookout for that somebody like PE por chops and pepper yeah with a cherry pepper right yeah poke chop with cherry pepper it's really really good do you ever use caned beans well the caned beans maybe once in a while but I never use the the B the the can first thing when you buy in a can that's oh creamy every one you cook you it's like a smell of the metal of the can okay but I like beans cooked by myself you put in the water you leave a soak a little bit after you cook by the way I do I got a video you take the beans you wash really really good and you pour the PS and color water one time you start the you pour with the color water and you boil one time you start the boil and you leave boil about 6 or 7 minutes minut it and you close you put the cover and you leave it stay after when it's when you want to cook 1 Hour 2 hour after you pour on about 10 minutes the beans it's cook it's really easy to do and you put like olive oil and garlic in there yes you put one one garlic or two and you put little oil to cook together and no salt no salt or no Sal no salt Marine no salt okay beans no salt and beans okay the past still we got like for more minute okay yeah the P after I want to cook together over here with the sauce and the beans oh you got a camera so good are you the grandson no let's see the shirt oh this apron it says oh yeah baby oh yeah baby oh I got I got outside I pick it up today now what I want to do over here I got to take it out some of the water well anyway it's okay after I not drain the pasta pick it up the pasta the water it's okay I can pick up the water like this and okay look at the sauce the saucey cook good with all your baby inside garlic then let's twist the pasta okay now we raise the gas a little bit and the pasta it's almost done this the pasta okay now let's do the beans I want pick up the beans like this I know use the water get you know this water it's a lot of starch you put in all those beans yeah why not the music is going to be very Amplified tonight very loud like a see what happened concert yeah I'm not use it too much the the radio this one you see this this is it's a lot of radio over here okay if this is done all right and we give a nice the beans if anybody wants to come to the concert tonight let us know maybe my wife you said go sleep in the basement okay now it's a time of the pasta look it's okay you put a little water okay we need you know got a drain really good to the pasta they said no thank you they said with those beans you can make an Orchestra I'm Mak about all right look at that free admission come on guys you don't have to pay all right that no more and now we give a nice turn came to the concert and we use a little water yeah we do concert tonight okay all right now this is time and now we got to fix Point all right so CH B now make sure they not burn with the garlic okay you got to make a nice little gold yeah color oh okay turn the gas off now okay this is done and we give a nice mix that everything look at the May baby it's really hot a chili pepper all right look that we turn the gas off and let's bring over [Applause] here he cooks like this every day three times a day some before okay now I need okay I got we put little cheese but you know one cheese no use a little basil on the top give a little green and I made a spoon what kind of cheese did you use it's a Pino Cheese look at that really really good and you can make it more Saucy if you want to right if you want yes you want more extra sauce you can put but the color like this it's really good little spice but it's a delicious in the Basel thank you very much everybody the look at this video I hope somebody make and like this everybody let me know the music work
