Parrot Mountain - Pigeon Forge, TN

all right this way to parrot Mountain okay the two camp says just right up this hill now this route is actually notoriously steep as soon as you get out of your car here a parrot Mountain you're greeted by parrots and here is the entrance welcome to paradise it says the bird filled paradise heyo carpetbaggers here coming to you live from the south more specifically Pigeon Forge Tennessee and as you can hear from the squawking in the air I am on top of parrot Mountain this is a bird based attraction here in Pigeon Forge a wonderful collection of beautiful birds and they allow you to interact with the birds a really cool experience and I decided I've have been here before seven to come back up and visit the wonderful birds up here top paramon you just hear them squawking in every direction music to my ear so please follow me it's an African Grey parrot I believe these are one of the smartest birds in the world yes smart bird hey you uh I'm sure he's pretty smart he just doesn't really have anything to talk about you say hello oh you want to dance what was that oh you said it alone that Verbeck there just made a telephone noise to get that noise but tell them tell them it's all those birds oh they're going crazy just said hello oh oh no it's dancing Oh a very good dancer you do got to be careful because birds will bite I like to bite people do you bite people if you like to take a chunk out of people under once in a while oh you would never bite you love me this is a heck of a bird right here I don't know about you I could be having the worst day you have been major bummer of a day but when a bird tells me that it loves me everything else fades away and it's a good day every time I try to work away I hear old bird calling I love you makes it hard to walk away Hey what are you laughing at I love you too it's like they have a new attraction here it's called a bird walk a true jungle experience coming soon I don't know if this is some sort of elevated walkway be interesting to see how that comes together now this is a Christian bird attraction so you do see little bits of Bible sprinkled in here and there says I am the way the truth and the light I would say what do you say what did you say it's an African pied crow oh it's quite a pro you got there looks like they're wearing like little sleeveless t-shirts favorite Oh what was that old dance movies got they're pretty cool oh I love it oh hello all right found the entrance to the secret garden that's inside we're inside a bird environment right now hello guys how are you doing oh there's some round Birds down yeah seems a little bird hiding in the bushes it's my favorite part a pair of mountain you can actually walk amongst the birds and interact with them this is Rio right here hey they're real how are you can actually get some bird food some seeds out of this candy machine so let's feed a bird alright skittles ah do you want some food some who just don't bite me and will be that's some good food look at this guy here he's completely covered in parents it's amazing right into that scene him Ace Ventura it's amazing Wow it's a very pretty bird air there's pretty bird want some food oh there we go [Music] yeah delicious what you said what I'm what am i doing I'm feeding you food I didn't know you maybe know you could talk I'm having a great time here at parrot Mountain what am i doing put it there we go that's a good bird nice bird oh look at you it's a beautiful bird name is chipper there we go birdy oh look you like my hat it's not on my hat a pretty bird you what are you doing where did he go yeah there he is my god I think he thinks at the nest I got a bird on my head shuffle the hands off thief this adorable little baby parrot oh that would mean there we go oh we climbing up oh yeah playing with the string [Music] don't bite my neck it's a pretty bird I love my little of my hat I think all these birds really what they just want us to just to eat my hat where is it again he's gone okay yeah the pins Hebert you like you're doing some crazy dance moves [Music] of course he goes right for the Hat hey there the nibble my ear all the to nibble on the hats a little bit [Music] like that oh he doesn't want me to wear the hat no hat no hat no no ahh he's nibbling on my ear you go back buddy hey there oh trying to pierce my ear yeah bird that was it was a unique experience of the burden with snack there my hand [Music] are you playing with my zipper like this it won't eat my zipper this is pretty curious Oh what are you doing rascal oh and then the hat of course the Hat his hat was like made out of bird food I would not my glasses [Music] my glasses alright I'll get a hat or the glasses [Music] [Applause] okay birds weren't idea my glasses a kiss [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] so my glasses so this is the Laurie aviary guess we were gonna feed these little birds in here you got the cup of nectar nice and tight in your hand alright and just let the birds come to it don't be afraid you know you so much stuff alright alright so got a cup full of nectar heading it Oh where's Birds on my hand oh there they love the nectar in this bird you guys are like nectar full of birds are there Laurie oh my gosh tearing at me they love any nectar and they love fighting each other over nectar and and let's go to town on that since there's no more Nestor I think there's no more nectar guys so let's try clicking the nectar I can feel their warm little tug licking the nectar I'll fly ahead all right I'm not an extra guy this way to the prayer garden a nativity scene here of course there were no birds in in Menna tivity but we do got a camel a donkey and little sheep I think this represents Jesus's tomb look inside as an angel and then another angel in the back on the tomb is empty just leaving behind that shroud there I guess that would be the Shroud of Turin and here we have a man himself Jesus Christ lover of birds and all other form of animal that walks flies swims or hops or rolls on this earth you can take a seat in this bench shaped like a butterfly of course technically butterflies not bird it is it as a insect all right this way into the nursery actually have baby birds for sale my hat are you like I like taking glasses birds will steal your glasses give me those glasses gimme my glasses back Rose I've not seen this much pair of merch outside of a Margaritaville thank you for joining me here at the premier bird attraction parrot Mountain here in Pigeon Forge Tennessee definitely loved coming here having Birds cross for me it is a little frightening when they when they start eating your hat and pulling your glasses off your face but you know birds are gonna do what birds are gonna do register turn natural why are they all shouting at man we're gonna flock down here then take my hat and pull my glasses off off my head yes a wonderful bird attraction a great way to interact is birds you know Birds crawl on you if you're afraid of birds don't come here this be your absolute nightmare and if some people are have a phobia of bird if you've just watched the birds by Alfred Hitchcock also
