foreign officer can you do me a favor can you ask her to get out we have to tow this car she has a lot of money in tickets it was booted and she's ignoring me like I'm not here and we have a tow truck has got to get it out ma'am open the door man over here man you gotta open the door ma'am open the door you can't wait on somebody to come pick you up you have to get out of your car well you don't you're not gonna have a choice man roll the window down a little more the owner's refusing to get out for us and she's also refusing to get out for these officers that are on location we're calling for a car from the district that this is actually in and then they're eventually going to force her out of the car a situation like this you don't have a choice to sit in your car especially once you're compelled out well this is a first and all my 25 years of doing this usually when a police officer comes on location they uh you know cooperate the tow truck is waiting because he can't tow the vehicle until they get the owner out you come on and see we got to get the job done we can't be waiting around the clouds are gathering a bit and that's not good food on her car they're trying to tow it she won't get out we've knocked on the window she rolled it back up on me they'd like to tow it and they can't tell with her in it you roll the ones now let me talk to you that's the problem yeah we want to be real careful when we start drawing a crowd because you know you're just asking for trouble how long is it gonna be before somebody gets here but as soon as they get here you're gonna get out the car let them take it all right she's gonna get out the car she's got some might come and pick her up she has a lot of stuff so once they come yeah we'll see the problem is we're not supposed to wait for people to get all their stuff out I'll tell them that you know you want them to wait so yeah she's not gonna happen you're not making it I know we have no power to get her out of the car and apparently you guys can get her out so yeah I mean they got the road blocked up we've got like five police officers there this is crazy I don't know she's causing more problems for herself it's not even work for all this trouble causing problems with the parking authority is not the same as causing a problem with the police he's a commanding officer hi who's coming the cops are getting a little aggravated with it come on you gotta get out of the Court they're getting they're getting frustrated now so they're going to get her out of there and I don't know how long they're going to let her stall but she can be charged with all kinds of things now that she's you know disobeying the officer man we don't want to lock you up but you got to get out of the car right now now go and take your car and you're gonna get locked up we're gonna get yeah we're gonna break the window it's already gone to get out of the car [Music] don't start argument and I just want you Alex I don't know what they're gonna do they're going to get her out of there [Music] finally oh boy we risk having a real problem when you antagonize an officer of the law that's the kind of thing you want to be very careful about we don't want anybody to get hurt over a boot we'll give this place of until a person gets you she can get a car back only thing she had to do is get out the car she can go down and get on a payment plan thanks a lot what's up Garfield Garfield come on I hear you Sherry I don't need you to tell me oh Garfield I told my car and it lied and said my registration was suspended and it's denied we live in Delaware so I go to my DMV this morning they gave me a letter stating that the registration is not suspended I just want to get my car and go away from Philly they want me to pay 225 altogether driver's license registration and insurance okay I'm looking online for you okay we might have a problem the registration is suspended I just went and got to the DMV in Delaware it was never suspended okay but if we go according to our computer so we can't release the vehicle my registration is not suspended I have the letter from the DMV may I see the letter there it is okay let me get my supervisor one moment I have a lady here from Delaware she's presenting me with a letter that denies that she has an unregistered vehicle but when I'm running it saying it's suspended the letter means nothing this has to be cleared in our system now we can't release it we have to go according to our computer the problem is that it's a mistake done by Delaware I understand that she has the letter and all but it's still showing suspended registration and we do have to release it according to the law here's her phone number that's the Delaware DMV they say if it's any problems to call them promising your registration is still not clear so even the letter in no none of this counts nope we can't release it until the suspension is lifted are you able to call them in I mean I'm going to speak to a customer service rep to help you out here she's going to have to clear all that paperwork with the state of Delaware we have no control over that oh my God I need somebody to talk to somebody at parking authority hold on thanks I had a customer about two weeks ago from Delaware that had the same problem the registration was showing suspended but they had to go into a different Mainframe to get that off of there [Music] it's not that simple to release a vehicle that's not registered that's an administrative call I might have to talk to my manager they might have to get it towed out there because right now the registration in our state you know it's not valid all right bye-bye just like I said it's something with the state police um their system down there she said she gonna see what she could do meanwhile I'm gonna talk to my manager and see what we could do okay this is out of control okay folks you want to step on the side and we'll call you as soon as we get any updates or any information for you hell no I'm Legit my information is all in order this is from Delaware it's a computer shows her registration is suspended okay um it actually is a mistake done by Delaware um if push comes to shovel and they can't get that offer there can they get it just told out her registration shouldn't be suspended right yeah okay yes that's good news for her let me run it just in case still on her registration okay Tracy with this Delaware one her vehicle registration shouldn't be suspended it's a glitch with the state troopers in your state but can't let it drive out because right now it's showing that it's still suspended we're just going to let them get it towed out okay ma'am come on over uh it was not lifted Delaware wasn't able to do it in such a short period of time but we are offering you that if you want to have the vehicle towed off you certainly may do that and then I gotta pay for that hell no no no I'm not okay hold on I'll get my supervisor I want my money just gonna charge me to get somebody to tow my car somewhere else one moment man okay Yolanda she doesn't want to hear it and she said she wants her money back bam because because visibly shows that your registration is still suspended we can't release it that way don't worry we're gonna release it and let you talk without you I thought you was going to talk to your balls I disput to my manager and we have the law that we have to follow in our state it's not like I wrote this letter the Department of Motor Vehicle so your state having problems with taking that out that's not Pennsylvania when I went to the judge to get this relief y'all keep playing these games with me yes it is a game the boy me on the phone told me that the supervisor just hand doing this is going to meet until three o'clock maybe they could get that offered in for you but this is a state of Delaware issue foreign whether you get a toad out of here or drive out you still would have to pay that anyway can't let her drive out of here they got her pissed off we haven't had a car since since Saturday night I'll check again see if checking that Delaware registration right now uh still on her registration process of going back and forth back and forth five hours we've been in five hours let's see can I get in touch with Delaware is unacceptable I had this situation like this about two about two weeks ago and um the person was actually able to get that right off the person's registration yeah let me give him my money it was it's definitely something that needs to be done I mean you might have to contact them courses speak to our director orders elected to let the ongoing problem okay foreign check it again [Music] and guess what the IT department was able to take it off everything looked good so she's good to go it's your lucky day ma'am my supervisor went to Great Lengths for you I'm just ready to go home okay whoever to the booth and we'll take you to your vehicle it's all said and done we wasn't in the room a gentleman didn't have a valid driver's license it ain't that serious catch a train my reaction was still maybe like a little upset but now it's good that peo some other vehicles have been tampered his teamwork we both help each other out because they tap on the boat we just towed the vehicle off the street you can't get a job in this city you come to try to get some work and you get booted they said they want 625 dollars yo that's up in the Wayne State area right up the street and there's ironic see what's going on that's right me over there what's the problem with you you pay your tickets I don't got no tickets you got tickets this chick is over I don't got no tickets on this vehicle okay sir did you call the number yeah what did they tell you about 625 and no tickets do you have any other vehicles in your name no I don't have no other vehicle anybody call sign for you my wife did she don't drive you sure within the past 10 years within the past 10 years all right dude okay okay okay all right no no all right no right now no I ain't gonna take nothing off right now we're gonna have a Vehicle Impound because she was already attacking with this booth now bear somebody I don't want my co-worker [Music] likes and security I can't get a squat carbon the citizen claim that he got your serial weapon he would use it let's try to touch [Music] police is here every parking enforcement official out here all the cops out here okay right now the police officer for a CCW from here you know they're going to run a check on him and see if he got any warrants or anything [Music] it's not that serious for a person to go through all this mess it shows you how dangerous this job is but once you threaten my life it takes it to a whole nother level that you don't even have to go to well first of all when you go to CCW correct at no point when you have a concealed weapon am I supposed to see it unless you're using so sir if I'm if I'm moving it from the car and putting it on what are you saying oh there's no reason for you to tell them they saw you when you got it out of the car it's inside the holster when they see them we will do a report and we report it to the gun war if the gun board wants to do something about it that's up to the gun board you know he's talking about he needs to boot off his car seat and pick up his children at three o'clock today I have kids my co-worker had kids I want to see my kids again today too thank you yeah they came on negative okay I'm not trying to make no threats to nobody man I around drinking you never know what the night's gonna bring you do encounter those times when they just started flipping out you know they don't want their cars taken away from them but and that's our job darkness is falling the night is on we're like vampires we work the night shift my latest beware this is South Street very popular Street there's a lot of police activity kids out here causing trouble okay we got a hit oh heavy hitter which means he owes 700 or more big heavy hitter fail two grand well Heavy Hitters you have to move a little bit quicker because they know they're Heavy Hitters it's hard booting on South Street because a lot of people that are out drinking all night you gotta be pretty quick to get on and off but a vanities Heavy Hitters Hobie towed right away oh hurry up Frankie hurry up hurry up what happened today nobody do it dude you want to get locked up you want to get locked up well seriously Dead series [Music] move back move back dude hard-working situations like this man around this area there's a lot of cops anyway police car was already down the street these two police cars around the corner from here there's nothing he can do took off so he didn't want to get locked up so he was smart and he was smart parking authority is like ghosts they floating through walls and ruining people's lives and it's ridiculous said he was me was he mad hey he tried pushing me out of the way and off could be a challenge you got people yelling at you people taking their frustrations out on you the police are always constantly around this area so we don't have any problems I'm the first one to man up and take responsibility for any of my issues but this is a this is extortion he knew this was coming like I said people always want somebody to blame I know that I probably got six tickets but from here they take it to a whole nother level it's about money it's all about money you're extreme heavy hitter you you racked up all those tickets only person you have to blame is yourself you spend all that money on the job and you don't bother to pay your tickets come on your parties are like a little uh screwed up violators beware we're on the way they come out in time I get your break but if you don't ain't nothing I can duperate you a ticket who we got here smilation here guys on the Curve I don't see no activity oh I'm gonna write this ticket I know what he trying to do he don't want his truck to get hit but he can't be on that curve like that unless he has permission from the city there he is now how you doing sir yeah but you can't be on the curb like that I know but it's illegal that's not my job I can't do that I'm letting you slide with those cars up there because you don't have a lot I can write you for all these cars saying that it's good it's registered good news okay the choir is registered well you have to go wherever and pay the cashier you're Towing and storage fees and we're waiting for your insurance to come over thank you all righty can't get out without insurance so we'll go see in a moment you know if he's got it or not obviously this paperwork didn't work it didn't work she said that's no good hi your car's not there we went for the Walk of Shame to find her car and there we are on the street at 2 am homeless we automatically assumed it was towed my car gets towed like every other three weeks this is my first time I am a virgin to the PPA experience hopefully they you know take it easy on a beginner now everything's new to you right here I'm going to pay your fees here I'm going to send plaque and give your back your license when you bring it back in I think I'm gonna run off to get the car back with the livestock the owner of the car has to go to traffic court and see the judge they states my name my first name my middle initial my driver license number is on it she's still gonna have to pay um her Towing and storage fees because he would stop by the police for other things so my son was sitting in a passenger seat and they came up and said that the placa didn't belong to anyone in the car but the car was parked now could they say that if he was in the passenger exactly the boy license been suspended for two years did it make you pay it though right yeah they made me paying 771 what are they going to do about that I'm taking it further I hope it works out for you I really do they just blood on South Street I mean I don't know how they determined that the guy was driving the car if he was in the passenger seat and he don't have a license you know so it's hard to say you know I had to go on the payment plan so I had to plead basically guilty to this ticket until I go to court and I finished fighting them just to get my car out the lot today I don't know what's the story I don't know whether or not she's just trying to beat the system we had so much of the same story The Police Stopped me for no reason and all I can't say anything about that I'm not out well some people have their own opinions about what we do but this is about safety excuse me you do realize that this is a ticket right here right you're supposed to be parking here where parents can pick up at the daycare center supposed to be limited right for 20 minutes but when you pull on the sidewalk it's a safety issue then we're talking about kids and that's why parents come to do pickup there's no place for us to park within any reasonable distance of the of the daycare center well there's a 20-minute limit after that 20 minutes that's when they get a ticket the problem is they Park here all day but it doesn't stay full 24 hours it's not a 24-hour problem it's a it's a daycare drop off a pickup problem I'm very sorry officer but as parents with little child well we're talking about the same children that you're concerned about that's put In Harm's Way when you park on the sidewalk I don't want to be hit by those faster running cars I understand but you have to think not only for yourself but for other people other people are not thinking about them you're right and I mean people are careful when we pull in here we know exactly but you have to follow the rules also right so meanwhile see did you see that this is another parent being forced to do that well when the law is not reasonable I can't brainstorm for you and plan a way for you to avoid it but you know what the parking authority already brainstormed ahead of time when they put these signs here and made a limited parking space someone thought through this problem is with enforcement because these people are parking here all day because we gotta understand something there's not there's not a person initial delinquencies on the person listen and this you have your own idea but the one option that you do not have is to park on the shower there's an open spot I will never Park here okay but listen as long as you understand this if your car is here whenever I'm working and I see it here I will give it a ticket but you now wear daycare and you don't give us the courtesy there is no courtesy man there is nothing but there is nothing about those people yeah this car is on the street this husband needed a car my daughter I put a car in my name and then they don't tell me about tickets so I don't know and I'm asking them about it and oh I'll take care of it and it's always the women it's it's Mom they got to hold it for it they got to be the strong foundation and my husband oh I know he got three of them I would hate to be in that place it hurts all the work goes on me I see a lot of women get shafted and she doesn't pay them she's gonna lose her vehicle but majority of time it's their kids doing this on their husbands of one of my kids got tickets and I didn't know nothing about them my car got booted I will keep their car and make them pay for my car see how it feels when something's taken from you permanent we're headed back to release one of our last Vehicles we brought it to the Toyota now all right tow truck is here you got the whole family I've been on the phone trying to get somebody to tell me what's going on operator I talked to one person gave him my number and then she put me on hold in a disconnected oh and now you have to start all over again crap [Music] this is absurd I we were at the ball game we went to Hard Rock and had food oh my God we'll just leave it there if I get a ticket it's only going to cost me as much as it would cost me to park she's got two parking tickets maybe on this car how many other cars it's more than two ma'am they wouldn't kept it for two tickets in order for us to boot your vehicle we got at least have six or more pay parking tickets I got to know that four years ago my husband owned tickets he's been dead since 2006. they might have been chasing these tickets am I responsible do they know he's dead now does it matter they do need to know man no he's dead you have to take down the death certificate I can call and tell him that my husband was there and they won't know it ma'am you have to show them proof I wrote them a letter and said my husband is dead oh you shouldn't have done that obviously try to handle it talk to the ladies but this car was never in his name got them married man can you get somebody on the phone so they can explain this to her they can't accept anything over the phone any documentations that she has to prove anything she has to take her to the central office no because it's 4 35 and they want her to go and pay an extra day ma'am I'm just telling you there's nothing going to happen on the street not without paperwork they're not going to stop the toe I need something that shows that what I owe so I can go round up money this is the notice that they give you telling you where to go she's kind of irate about it I don't trust nobody with a cane walking around they might hit you in a minute how much interest is that she is really upset she's upset because she feels like she doesn't know the ticket it's ridiculous it's ridiculous it's ridiculous I hate for her loss but unfortunately until she takes a cruise down there they're gonna hold them the tickets up until he was alive all right if it's more than 400 they can keep it I'll get a car so I'll get another one I don't care about getting married to somebody else this one tonight doesn't do me any good don't park on the street in downtown Detroit anybody in the family they're subject to being booted anywhere in the city of Detroit sure enough it'd be the ladies that get caught up more That's know Detroit has a lot of soul and a lot of spirits so I usually try to give it back because I received it on the streets a rookie Slash new kid on the Block I feel like I've settled in I can't say I know everything I mean I haven't had a lot of the experiences that the veterans have had I've always wanted a job working for the city of Detroit I've lived in Detroit all my life and love it [Music] there's a lot of good people in Detroit these are my neighbors these are people that I attend church with so I try to treat everybody as I want to be treated a person may be wrong and I can still apologize because I've gotten tickets before myself so I know the feeling in a no standing Zone this right here is a rush hour everyone's supposed to be vacated from the area [Music] I already the pay stations to see what numbers are lit up in red that'll let you know that their meter has expired foreign here we go yes sir I knew that my 50 cents would cover me till five o'clock and that thing just expired we had to be the on to the second let's go look at it meter number three yes ma'am it does say expired you can't look at that to tell me when I put the 50 cents in no if it doesn't tell me what time you put your 50 cents in give me a break you know I'm just tired of this maybe in the age of computers she could check into the meter I get tired of being a victim yeah I understand I got a fine for garbage in my alley that I never caused I understand I'm tired of being I'm sorry to dump on you I'm just upset yikes [Music] I'm empathetic to the situation the gentleman really felt that I was listening to him unfortunately it was concerns about other things that are going on in his life was like the type of person that his bark is probably worse than his bike I tried to be polite to everyone because you never know where you may receive a blessing from give me a ticket my car right there this your car no I'm just joking you about to get one yes you look real nice real vehicle number is zero eight seven three working Street clean have a nice day I'm doing street cleaning today my purpose is to be here to get those Vehicles off the street so that they can clean the streets [Music] Arlington City and because it needs to be washed and cleaned down and when somebody interferes with that it should be a consequence foreign [Music] you can't put it on the street until they remove the sign you treat it already clean you can't assume because they did one side of the street that they're done until they pull those signs up ragley I wouldn't want to NP with the process of it I don't know about anybody else but I like my street to be clean [Music] and they add a little deodorizers when they sleep in the street you can actually smell the cleanliness of the water foreign yes I'm glad they're cleaning up and yes I'm glad she's taking them yes freeze clean with the grass and stuff you know clean and stuff like that it's a wonderful thing this should have been off the street look at this as you can tell he had to go around look at that that's a shame because they couldn't sweep it up and cut collect it up in the they had to go around so now you still got trash where it should have been cleaned I'd be disappointed in myself if I let that go on in my neighborhood I live in the city so my tax dollars goes towards those type of things I want my garbage collected I want my street clean those are services that I feel like I'm entitled to because I pay the taxes to have that done the street cleaners have to put the street signs out to business days before they actually come in so if any cars are disabled or the citizens can do what they got to do in order to get those Vehicles off the streets I give you guys a for effort thank you that's nice we want to take pride in our city we got another one no it's street cleaning yeah yeah come on and get it she's coming just put it up in the driveway okay everything is time sensitive with this she got out there just in time and asked could she move it sure you can move it I want you to move it so we can clean our streets I try and stay up right ahead of them I really do nothing can be out here that gentleman cutting the grass I don't know if this is his car but if the sweeper is already behind you you're late hey you could have said something I'm right here all I did was turn the corner Park and down you didn't see that sign right there I ride down the street to see no sign but you're not supposed to have it over here after eight o'clock anyway I don't even live over here I just park right here to cut the grass you just see the sweepers out here one guy came straight from water let me see nobody everybody just came like you don't know what that means when they spray the water on the streets they know they were out here when I got out here you see I've been out here for a while the signs are out here that's an affair with City process come on welcome to Courtesy you know what I'm saying the sweeper is already behind you you're too late you can see the tracks They had to go around your vehicle to even sweep what happened to Courtesy she could have blew her horn because she already gave me a ticket where's the courtesy the signs a post that says police order Vehicles will be ticketed where was his courtesy by keeping his car out there this city broke now they want to try to get the little guy for trying to make some money we want to take pride in our city but you still have some people that just I don't get it [Music] I just came over here there's no sign outside or anything red and white signs posted for street cleaning oh that's ridiculous they could put a bigger sign up it's like you need a magnifying glass to even see you know regardless of how small they posted they're not gonna allow me to take it back come on the city ain't that broke now [Music] wow boy I love this city for the most part people that live in the city love the city and they want to eligible vehicle and they have a six or more unpaid parking tickets yeah I got me a hot one Sonia's u-turns are like a ride from hell she can be on this side of the street in two seconds she can be on the other side of the street oh I need to do it I got to go [Applause] you have outstanding parking tickets over to the city of Detroit no what kind of parking ticket any kind of Park tickets on this bill with any car that you owned in the last seven years it follows your name if you got a college your son or daughter is driving or your grandchild is driving if they're getting tickets it's coming back to you I haven't even had this car yet no I'm saying it goes back seven years to any car that you've had in your name lady I've been driving damn near 40 years of my life I don't know how many cars I had this vehicle is locked down she needs to go down to our office and take care of the tickets I don't ever recall ever having parking tickets unless they're talking about my dead husband who would have did tickets on my car well I like to see these tickets she's going to give you a printout on every ticket that's been made on this plate yes I do not appreciate being booted in front of my business me and two girlfriends just opened it up so we're trying if the women's make the family women makes the people women's of the world it is empowering that we have women booters I just would like to get my car back once you pay to find some penalties we can come back and take it off you have to do it before five all right is on the Gap maybe an hour to take care of this hopefully she can go down there and pay all her tickets foreign I'm going back to the other vehicle that we booted earlier the tow truck is there we're gonna go release that one to the tow truck so I can go to the empowerment yard here we go my famous shoe I'm on my way to pay the money but they gonna tow it anyway why it's the end of the day and they like for all the cars to be off the street we can't leave the car out on the street 24 hours it's not gonna be 24 hours there's nobody going to be here to release the vehicle Municipal parking will be closed Fair she didn't even have a chance they notified us telling us that they dispatched the tow unit we have nothing to do with that you just told me about this okay now that I can't even get down there to pay it and y'all gonna make me pay another hundred and something dollars can I get my stuff out of the car you sure can any car that's being booted you receive a certified letter so if she knew this vehicle was on the boot list she said we're not giving her enough time to go down there right now to pay the ticket and our reality she had a whole lot of time to go down there and play those tickets so I really have the love for her to have her come back but if money don't happen they ain't gonna allow it so there's nothing we can do it's gonna be impounded yeah I'm ready for my weekend it's time to go home to my family super boot crew number one the neighbor's going south you got to be careful people are not looking out for your well-being so you got to look out for your own well-being [Music] I lived in this neighborhood I have uh three -year-old who uh five years ago was held up at gunpoint him in his three buddies they didn't have no money over 15 year old kids they were told to run and the guy fired a shot at him hit my son in the elbow thank God it was just his elbow but uh he's been suffering for the last five years cause but I had to up with my family and move out in the neighborhood I mean I lost money but much money when it comes to your kids right I still come back down here I coach a ball down here because uh the kids around here need help they need mentorship they need uh volunteers 731 I'm in route sir our next stop is a livestock a livestock visit where police stop a car that's running illegally my job is just to tow the car coming up on it there's a couple police cars on the scene we got to be safe the cops out here don't know whether they're going to stop before and get their head blown off or not anymore there's so many guns out on this street it's out of control 731 on location how are you officer hello officers will be able to get his keys no problem he's gonna need to step outside the vehicle I just came on my driveway to go to 7-Eleven I want to know why I got pulled over they pulled him over for a motor vehicle violations God doesn't have a driver's license and the car is not registered he shouldn't be on the road even if you're down around the corner of 7-Eleven his whole car is basically totally illegal so you can't have that car in the street if we can smoke she wasn't even willing to speak to me he's just upset his car is getting taken why he was yelling and acting full and his friends started coming outside cursing at the police so they called for some backup I know the results can I get my stuff out of my trunk please the driver got a list of citations from a suspended registrations to unlicensed driver that man should not be on the road look it's messed up understand your life hard understand it's your only way out the hood I mean this ain't no hood check the body Rings check the murder rate around here this is the hood yeah smiling look at her smiling man every ticket y'all just gave him a beat you can't drive like that that's why people keep getting shot and cops getting killed over this girl I'm explaining my reasons what are you talking about my man you better go up the street obstructing a highway five [Music] okay I just put the gentleman's car up here his friend is being subdued by police because he came out and started yelling at him now his friends is being locked up now and uh he'll spend the rest of the night in jail all over a [Music] all over a towed vehicle a guy who had nothing to do with this car is going to spend two nights in jail why would you do that because it makes sense to them police out here uh I admire them I personally wouldn't want to be a police officer because of things like this you're telling a guy's car all of a sudden you're surrounded by four or five people over a towed vehicle over an illegal vehicle it just doesn't make sense to me sometimes but it's life in Philadelphia 731 up and rolling let's roll let's get this body going I don't even feel enthusiasm today it's not there come on Sonia then okay that's it thank you waste of time not treat each other like this that's the reality anybody losing any choice you know come on man they gave you enough time to go and pay for your stuff they got notices hopefully she pays a ticket because if not we're coming back to tow it everybody's responsible for what they do in life you got to pay for them tickets once you get caught hopefully she does we're headed back over to that gold Cadillac the tow truck is there he said she's going to pay for that car but I don't know if she's gonna make it are you still here right now we're gonna have a vehicle in Palm not today buddy the only way we'll start to tell if they pay before we hook this vehicle up now cashier got the money in hand they call our dispatcher then they dispatcher call us yeah we have to have all the cars off the street by five o'clock so I took was 1643. so you guys relatives down the line but our job is totally ain't supposed to be waiting for nobody to go down and make the payments they have 88 days from the last ticket that they get and now you want to tell us to wait a minute for it come on now oh no they didn't go they ain't about to wait and have the cashier call over here foreign [Music] car over here oh man that's not right now you're putting the kids in the car using the stall tactic to other people down the line you see now we're calling for a squad car so once we get a squad car over here we impound that vehicle more let them call them all right little man trying to take it to a whole nother level we're trying to go beyond the Call of Duty y'all the one that got the tickets please calm down [Music] I'm not gonna play like that all right the citizens they don't want to get out of the car I have an attitude he have an attitude so this is ridiculous you put your kids in the car ain't got no time for that no they didn't take it off yet when they take it off I'll call and let you know thank you all right combo squad car wait a minute I won't happen to you they don't understand whether they take the car not the tow truck was hooked up they got charged to tofu anyway it just don't make no sense we're doing stupid stuff like that putting your kids in the car y'all the one that got the tickets not not the kids today is Sherry's birthday so I got Sherry a card I think it's very important to remember her woman's birthday if I forgot I'd be in serious trouble today I'm 40 something we're not quite ready to go yet Sherry what happened because I have to give you a little something something oh thank you Garfield you're welcome I'm such a good friend even though you totally forgot my birthday because I forgot to say your birthday is a day to shake things up Jerry how old are you you actually want me to say my age on can't believe we're doing this to me yeah I'm afraid we have to ma'am oh my gosh little over 400. I'm on unemployment I only have my unemployment card which is no money on it when you call them just explain look I don't have that much money I'm not from this area how long before they take my car away uh no they won't take it away until at least tonight okay all right all right thank you yeah actually I'm coming I got my keys right in my hand I came back I went right to my car with my keys in my hand I'll see you man I explained to her the situation once she takes care of that she gets I'll send somebody out she didn't do the worst the kids well you have to pay your tickets that guy used to drink in Garfield [Music] car just got booted It's upsetting when people start to cry and they understand how tough it is on people out here get 211th and Filbert I don't even have any money for the boss I think I'm gonna help her out because it's my birthday excuse me you know I really feel bad I'll give you up here to catch the bus down there thank you and I wish you luck just get on a payment plan you know all right all right we gotta go sometimes you feel better if you help somebody get else out regardless you know it's my birthday but I wanted to help somebody out 37.
