Page Numbering Problem In Ms Word Or Desired Page Numbering

welcome friends last time i was working in my office in ms world and i made a document about 28 pages the document was containing landscape pages as well as portrait pages resultantly i added page numbering so as to some extent the page number were in order but in some area the page numbering was disrupted or wrong so i searched a lot of area and inquired about many friends however i couldn't receive a satisfactory solution therefore i kept continuing my search and ultimately i found a way to solve this problem so it's over the screen now i'm going to share you how you can add a numbering or a numbering along with the alphabet in accordance to your desired numbering either that it starts from 1 one two three four five or you start one two three and then jump to eight five six seven eight or abc that's up to you so let me show you the method now we are on the screen and you can see that the document is having landscape and portrait both pages so i double click in header and footer and insert then page numbering bottom bottom right now let me enhance the size of the page number as well as the color so you are watching that i am doing that it's just for your convenience now the page number is added three four five and again four so here the number is wrong now let me click on page five which is correct this is show hide sign i off and then on it then double click on the wrong number link to previous page has been disrupted and now i'll right click on it and let me again do it select this right click format page number and then enhance the number to your desired now it's six so above is five now we are checking that our numbering as a right or wrong now click inside the page and you can see that the entire page numberings are in accordance to my wish or my order now let's check it in print preview one two three four five six seven and that's in order now let me add something more let's disrupt again by adding alphabet you can also watch it now each and every page is visible and the order is in accordance to my wish let's go again now let me disrupt the number again i'll go to the page and double click in header footer select it right click and link to previous page press no again right click and format now let's choose abc let me start it from h i don't start it from a and now click on ok it's j k l and now you will see the upside number will be remain the same and the numbers on lower pages are in alphabetical order i'll show you the same in print preview one two three four five j k and l this is the way how you could solve your problem thanks for watching please subscribe
