just getting ready this morning and god just placed on my heart and made me think about doctors and the medical field and he was just just talking to me and just just just speaking to me and was telling me about how we go when we see our doctor we have our general practitioner you know our gps that we go in and that they're good at just taking care of just those those um general things in our bodies and and that's going on with us and then and he just he just placed something on my heart he said when a general practitioner reaches the end of their practice when they reach the the the furthest reaches of their knowledge they then send you off to somebody and that somebody is called a specialist that's somebody's called a specialist somebody that that specifies that has spent time that has put knowledge and dedication into a very particular very particular field and god said that each of us we're all general practitioners because i can wake up in the morning i can i can put all my clothes i can i can take care of myself in the general sense but when something goes wrong when something goes truly wrong with something ain't the way that it's supposed to be when i need a miracle when i need the when i need something that is beyond my reach beyond what i have in me [Applause] when i've reached the end of myself come on i call on a specialist i call on somebody that that that specifies in the impossible somebody that specifies in that which is outside of my reach somebody that begins where i am he said that speed god says that that's that's him he is a specialist in the impossible he is a specialist in the miraculous it is him so when you've reached the end of yourself put a smile on your face know it you just gotta write that prescription you just gotta write nothing without you and no matter how much we get to know god we can never get to know all of god he is infinite every day he shows us a new side but there's always a new side there's always always a new side it never stops he is infinite and so we should never stop asking god to bring us closer we should never stop longing to be closer to him there's always more to know i could never get enough i thursday night was uh crazy if you missed prophetic night i don't know what you're doing it was uh more than too much it was five march and this thursday will be extra too much hallelujah listen where god does not speak let me let me put it this way where god speaks you know for sure he's there where god does not speak it's not a guarantee he's there always be found where god speaks i'll say it again always be found where god speaks in the book of samuel it says that there was a point in time the word of the lord was very rare there were no visions god stopped talking and he would rarely talk and it was a very sad time because no one had direction but samuel's mother discovered that she could get something from god because god also needed something she understood that god had no one to speak for him and she wanted kids so she said lord give me a son i will give him back to you she didn't say give me children he said give me one son i'll give him back to you you need a prophet i need kids open my womb by i give you your prophet and god said i like this deal and when samuel came israel was established this is what the bible says where there is no vision the people perish let me rephrase it for you plainly where there is no prophet there is no direction the scriptures again says by a prophet was israel delivered and by a prophet was it preserved not prophecy so whenever you have an opportunity why god chose us i don't know we will never know i don't want to know i'm just happy that i'm part of what god is doing in our time hallelujah this is why for me it is always um and it's a tradition in our church that we always honor men and women of god because believe it or not there's a time that the lord told me because when god called me and the lord started showing me a lot of things in my in my older age not in my youth because he started speaking to me from my youth i realized something very quickly that there are not many the men and women of god that you think are the number is actually little as far as heaven is concerned you may see a corner in every you may see a church in every corner but as far as god is concerned some of them are business centers he is not there very few people are actually called by god very few people so whenever there there is a man or a woman of god i i am always moved by god to see co-laborers in the mission that god has given us so i am very grateful for the opportunity that god has given us to be here and i'm excited for what god is going to do today so i want you to sit just smile at somebody or give them an elbow hallelujah hallelujah god is amazing and awesome amen uh i know there's a few men and women of god that i hear if i don't mention you please don't be angry with me uh i think uh uh i call him my daughter teren and you know i am i'm just blessed to have you all here and it is exciting now i was praying um this morning asking the lord what he wanted me to speak to you and the lord told me to talk to you about overcoming storms look at somebody say overcoming storms i can't hear you i can hear you i want you to go to revelations chapter 12 and we are going to read from verse 14. revelations chapter 12 from verse 14 i'm sorry i'm old school i still like my bible there's just something about holding a book hallelujah revelations chapter 12 verse 14 to i believe 6 17. listen to what he says but the woman was given two wings of a great eagle so that she might fly from the second into the wilderness to the place where she is to be nourished for a time and times and half a time the serpent poured water like a river out of his mouth after the woman to sweep her away with a flood but the earth came to the help of the woman and the earth opened its mouth and swallowed the river that the dragon had poured from his mouth i want you to go to genesis chapter 1 verse 2 genesis chapter 1 and verse 2. the earth was without form and void and darkness was over the face of the deep and the spirit of god was hovering over the waters now let me explain this for you so that you may understand what the bible is talking about number one a storm is a forceful violent atmosphere that invades invades a place it may be rain it may be snow like we are seeing in like texas and these places it is just an abnormality that invades the atmosphere and turns things upside down now if you read in the bible when you open the book of genesis it begins with god creating the heavens and the earth all of a sudden it goes into the earth is without form and it is flooded but if you don't understand theology or if you don't understand spiritual things because even people who are theological don't know this but spiritual people understand you understand that the flood that is being spoken about in genesis chapter 1 verse 2 happened in revelations chapter 12 verse 14. hello i hope you're listening to me the flood that you see and the chaos you see over the earth was a result of satan being kicked out of heaven so he released a flood on the earth and the earth took in the water so when god now decides that okay i'm gonna do something again with the earth the spirit of god is coming and you're finding that there is water covering the earth are you there i know many of you think that the book of revelation is the future it's actually the future past are you with me right there now now i want you to understand this the spirit of god is moving over the waters and god begins to call dry land to appear it means that dry land was always there god creates adam and he tells him replenish the earth meaning do it again meaning there used to be trees on the earth before adam was put in there i don't know if somebody's understanding this so you have to understand that storms are a part of this planet whether you like it or not being a christian does not make you void of storms i wish somebody could hear me just because you are filled with the holy ghost does not mean that trouble will not come the very evidence of it you see it in the gospels jesus is on the boat sleeping and his disciples see a great flood coming and there's a storm in the middle of the sea yet the sun of god is present but the storm is still raging the spirit of god is hovering over the waters but nothing is changing there is still darkness and the earth is still without form are you there are you listening to me i if you're there just wave your hands so that i know you're there if you're listening and you can hear me just with your hands so understand something that is very practical this is practical christianity storms will always be there the issue is god never created you to pray against storms so anyone who prays against storms is still wasting time i wish somebody could hear me you know the biggest error christians have is that we have us as believers is that we we have made certain things that god gave us control over we have made it his business and god is looking at you saying like remember we are supposed to imitate god we are supposed to look at god the disciples are in the in the boat the jesus is knocked out sleep the boat is being tossed the wind is going crazy the water is entering the boat but jesus is not moving he's asleep he knows he's not dying in there but the disciples wake him up they say lord don't you care that we perish we die jesus gets up he does not say oh father what do you want me to do you see you negotiate with terrorists where you're not supposed to i wish somebody could understand what i'm saying jesus got up and began to speak to the wind and to the water say you shh you come everybody stayed still why did the lord jesus do that because in genesis from the beginning storms were dealt with by being rebuked i don't know if somebody is listening to me so god almighty comes on the scene looks at what is going on he looks at what is going on and he says hey dry land appear but when you see storms in your life what do you do oh father one more time show me your mighty hand when god spoke to moses moses was met with a storm called the red sea god did not ask him to pray when moses prayed god rebuked him he told the moses why are you asking me stretch your hand tell the water to part and walk through there is a time to pray and there is a time to address storms i came to tell somebody today that god has given you the ability god has empowered you by his spirit that storms in your life must be addressed they must not be prayed for they must not be asked oh god what should i do they are supposed to be put in their place please try to hold yourself and sit down for a second we are getting somewhere jesus our lord said whoever whoever shall look at this mountain and not doubt in his heart he did not say if you're a christian he did not say if you are full of the holy ghost the bible did not say life and death is in the tongue because you are born again is not going to do it you see the word rebuke means to correct look at your neighbor say the word rebuke means to correct you cannot rebuke satan you cast him out but storms you rebuke them hey behave sorry sir i don't know if somebody's listening to me [Applause] this is the reason why we are going around so many mountains in our lives because we have no understanding of the operation of spiritual things we know how to pray but when we are empowered we don't know what to do with the situation you see one thing that i learned is that when you pray for something god gives you an opportunity to exercise what you prayed for if you say god i want boldness god will give you an opportunity to be bold if you say god i want to heal the sick god will start with you let me give you some small thing let me see how you deal with it because the power of god that you receive is not coming from without it's coming from within so anything that you cannot produce from within you are not in control of this is why the bible says greater is he that is in you but if you cannot bring the one that is in you outside you are still powerless to exercise the dimension of power you see the bible says this it says i have given you authority and power genesis chapter 1 verse 27 goes into detail let us make man in our image let him have dominion let him have control you are trying to pray concerning things you have control over no no no you're not listening to what i'm saying you don't have control over things because you don't know that you have control over those things so unless you understand why you are created you will always battle storms instead of putting them in their place the reason why god wants you to have dominion and to subdue is because this planet we are living in is a fallen world and god wanted to duplicate himself on this planet in order for the planet to have order so he put you in l.a he put others in new york he put others in texas he put people in different places so whenever something rises they will be like hey you behave you move there you move there but you are praying concerning things that you are empowered to do i want to ask you a very honest question the lord jesus said this he says you shall receive power after the holy spirit has come upon you is that true is that true if you believe that wave your hands but i have a question for you i want somebody to really hear this how did the disciples cast out devils without the holy spirit before the holy spirit came they were already casting out devils they even found another man casting out devils and they said lord we found another man casting out devils in your name and we stopped him but after jesus ascends great apostles show up paul shows up the sons of skiva who are the children or remembers kiva was a priest some people don't know that the sons of skiva were children of their pks is that what they're called they went and found a demon-possessed man they said in the name of jesus whom paul preaches and the demons almost killed them they said you we don't know you in the era of the holy spirit in the era that jesus has been preached men are struggling to cast out devils and others who are before that time are casting out devils i feel like i'm talking to myself i'm going gonna tell you something shocking and a little bit provoking you see the power of the holy spirit is not meant to drive out devils is meant to enforce your authority against devils if they push back you have the ability to push back harder i don't know if somebody's understanding you are already created with authority and power that was already there the only thing the power of the holy spirit does is now you have a stamp from on high that says if you mess with me i will do to you i will give you hell before the beat so demons are afraid of you let me give you an example jesus is coming from another side of the shore he's coming by a boat he stops a man full of demons runs to him bows down he says i know who you are why are you here before your time please don't torment us they recognize the ability of jesus to torment them on the earth you have to understand what torment is tormenting is not punishing torment is higher than punishing it is torture so demons are crying to jesus saying please don't torment us and don't send us to the pit two things please don't torment us and don't send us to the pit we beg you please allow us we will leave this place let us enter those pigs so that we can get out of this place they asked for permission to move there are devils in your life that are just waiting for you to say something now you you didn't hear what i just told you some people are not getting what i'm saying [Applause] if you don't say leave this place they will stay there so now the question is this the question is this how are you dealing with the storms you see the lord jesus understood what was creating the storm he knew that the waters were not raging independently of themselves he knew that it was the wind that was doing this so the lord jesus addressed the wind and the waters came down some of you you need discernment to know what to address for the storms to end you cannot pray vaguely and expect results to come i wish somebody could understand what i'm saying you will never address something that you don't understand the source or the root of it this is why as a child of god you need the holy spirit you need discernment to understand i love this verse that says this it says when the enemy comes in as a flood the holy spirit will raise a standard against him he doesn't say the holy spirit will stop him he will just raise a standard he would change the dimension of he would change the angle of dealing with the storm now if you go back to revelations chapter 12 verse 14 let me show you something quickly hallelujah are you sure you're there i want to show you something that is uh that is amazing hallelujah now watch this let's go to verse 17. then the dragon became furious with the woman and went off to make war on the rest of our offsprings on those who keep the commandments of god and hold to the testimony of jesus christ and he stood on the sand there's the sand of the sea so satan is looking for you and is bringing storms with him anyone who keeps the testimony of jesus anyone on the earth will experience storms period there is no way around it i don't care how full of the holy ghost you are when kovitt came it affected everybody things were shut down you may have not gotten sick it may have not affected your health and we thank god for that but guess what there were things that were affected but if you did not know how to deal you will be on the wrong end of a storm that is passing you see god wants you to comprehend that everything in nature has ears to hear the devil cannot directly come to you the devil will use something to come to you but is on the losing end because whatever he's using to come to you with is something you have been given control and authority over if you bring storms the waters are supposed to obey you if it brings a snow it you have the power to control it if it is finances remember money comes from trees gold comes from the earth you're still in control but if you don't understand the empowering that you have been given by god you keep calling on jesus father i am tired he's looking from heaven i'm tired too you're not doing what you're supposed to do i'm tired of you uncle will am i saying something i'm tired of you too listen god got fed up with the children of israel moses go get your people before i wipe them out so unless you mature to the place of understanding the bible says let him that speaks let him speak as an oracle as an oracle as an oracle of god meaning you have to be prophetic in every single word that comes out of your mouth some of you you are reaping things you spoke last year you know let me let me give you an example right there is one principle that god gave the ground he commanded the earth whatever sin seed goes in the earth's job is to push it out there was a man of god who had a farm and he decided to sell it to this man who came to him he asked him what are you gonna do with it he said you know i'm gonna plant just things that make people whole and things like that so he was excited and he sold his farm to this guy but when he saw the guy was that the man of god was a was a believer obviously he sold the land to this guy that was like a farmer or something like that then he came back to see the farm he found the guy has a big ganja plantation marijuana plantation to the fullest and it was the biggest maroon the biggest the healthiest you can think of and the man of god got upset said how could you you told me then he went and prayed god please make himself the land to me god told him why say because how can he abuse the ground he said the ground was that whatever seed is put in is supposed to push out so in the ground of your life what are you planting because the earth will give you back exactly what you're planting if you read in your bible where there is good fruit or good plants weeds are always present the bible literally says the devil also comes and plants seeds in the same ground but the ground doesn't say oh this is from the devil i'm not gonna do it i'm gonna spit it out it's not going to happen he will bring it out because his only command from god was whatever goes in he has to be brought out some of you that are sitting here you have empowered demons you have given them power in your life because of what you have planted my cancer oh well definitely make sure it's yours my headaches oh let's make it migraine the one that really rings she's already claiming he's already claiming that it is my brokenness oh let's make sure his account is minus minus minus minus minus minus my problems ah you've given me a blank check let me give you every kind of problem you want whoever lives by the sword dies by what the sword the bible says that the word of god is a sword your mouth you have a mouth because god has one your mouth was never supposed to speak what you feel he was supposed to speak what god says despite what you feel despite how situations look like despite how things may go against you despite what people say against you despite what you heard from the doctor despite what your career is saying despite what your age is saying despite what your husband said despite what your wife said what is god saying you know you know you understand you are mature christian when what people say when what situations say no longer has an effect on you now there is a thin line with blind faith because i don't believe blind faith exists i'm sorry faith sees the impossible so you can't say i'm just taking a leap of faith doesn't exist faith knows where you're stepping because you're seeing what others can see so if you're saying a leap of faith meaning let me see what happens if i just jump no no no anyone who operates in faith knows what they're doing don't mistake believing for faith believing is not faith you can believe for something that is not substance but faith is substance i'll say that again believing is not faith i can believe for something there's nothing wrong with believing but how many people do you know that believe and things don't change i feel like i'm talking to myself are you sure you're here if you're here wave your hands there are so many people that believe tomorrow will be better 2019 is mine 2019 came and passed 2020 will be my year 2020 came and passed 2021. this one is definitely my year you come and go again 2025 for sure is my until you know it's so bad that people started creating memes every time it's like around like uh december 28th um let's see those who are gonna post like 2020 is my year even the world knows that you're lying to yourself unless you function in the realm [Music] of faith which sees what others cannot see unless you operate in that realm that you know beyond knowing deep inside your noah you will always live below the standard that god set for you if the world can achieve things that a christian cannot receive you have to know you are really below below below the glory line that god set for you because what cannot be achieved physically it means you don't need spirituality to get it
