the elemental life energy that is used to perform Jutsu huh special hand signs allow the ninja to focus this combined energy for advanced Jutsu okay this is crazy cool but just bear with me here the Ninja Academy is a seven year program with the new students being five years old Naruto just graduated and Konohamaru is five years younger than Naruto making him seven in my mind it makes perfect sense that Konohamaru learned about chakra this year in the Ninja Academy like it would probably go basics of being ninja like learning chakra in the first year then learning about basics in the second year like chakra then learning taijutsu genjutsu and injutsu in the last four years so in my head it's amazing that Konohamaru can cite what chakra is even though he's a little kid and this scroll is probably like something from that school I don't know why it's in his pocket though konohammer's head is comically larger than any part of his body in the shot also those skyscrapers in the back well do I look like her it's not a thing that the voice of the person changes with the transformation too right did you just make that voice if so he's kind of an [ __ ] [Music] where did they go here's a jonian and can't find two children do you think I'm struggling to find Naruto made him trying to find people better so Naruto actually runs away ebizu is just easily finding him but no one calls me that name not one person in the whole village soda dot PNG get real you think people are gonna accept a squirt like you a kid can't just turn into a Hokage after a day or two what not that time this also subtly gives writers a ton of time to show a bunch of different arcs before they even want to put Naruto in a Hokage conversation also can we just be honest when the main character of an anime has a goal is basically just telling the viewer that's gonna happen in the near future sorry to all the One Piece fans but I kind of just spoiled your anime okay so in the shower Abby zoo goes to find Naruto in Konohamaru and it backs up to show the view of the village the Hokage building is nowhere to be seen and in a couple shots before this one you can see that ebizu was above the stone faces but in this shot of the Hokage building you can see the stone faces I suppose you can say this is the Hokage building but it doesn't have the wizard tower behind it it actually has it ahead of it I think this is meant to be the Hokage building but if you compare the two shots in the positioning of the two matching up the continuity is just not there you know I gave him a big lecture the other night at The Ramen Shop nothing happened to your face aruka why are you wearing bandages I decreed that no one could speak about this even those who whispered it were punished severely so the children of today know nothing about Naruto's connection to the Beast that ravaged our village and knew destroyed us all as long as the children are unaware of this Naruto has some hope of being accepted okay so this decree that the third Hokage has in order is pure dictatorship at its finest as weird as it sounds I don't think Mizuki telling Naruto about this was a horrible thing to do on his part just the way that he tried to manipulate it was even though we've confirmed the third Hokage is a literal dictator it's still good of him to do this we don't know the ties to the fourth Hokage in Naruto yet so with this being told to us we naturally also think that Naruto is more misunderstood than we previously thought the fourth Hokage defeat Fox by sealing in spirit in a newborn baby whose umbilical cord had just been cut by containing the fox Spirit within his tiny body Naruto saved the village that's why he's a hero unfortunately many of the villagers don't understand this people are driven by fear many think the Beast could take over Naruto's body some think he is the Beast now and children feel their fear and hatred and they turn against Naruto as well damn it's a little sad I actually don't understand why people hate Naruto but one of my friends told me that he thought it's because the citizens of the leaf think that he killed the fourth Hokage because the nine-tailed fox in him and if that's the case and every other viewer thinks this then first I'm a dumbass but second that means he's hated because he was in the wrong place at the wrong time and that [ __ ] sucks why is only one I've shown and why it was same eye off that icy stare they all look at me that way it's cool how Naruto describes it as an icy stare right after the third Hokage describes it as when the people reject someone's very existence and then look at that person there are become cold cold is an ice storm in the deepest winter and he must be skilled at a thousand Jutsu you don't even know one Jutsu you're not always right ebizu he actually knows one Jutsu not zero get it right next time does Naruto look taller in the shot than any other shot maybe it's because the camera angle but I don't know I'm a drone and an elite Ninja Warrior I'm not some lightweight like musically watch how a real ninja oh my [ __ ] god the magic ball this is not good also I love the confidence that abizu has even though we've confirmed he's a sociopath this is more cold than him boasting earlier [Music] this is not being added to this it is too Jutsu being put on me this is the last episode before he's a real genian so the speech is kind of telling the viewer gear up it's about a start from now on we're Rivals ah yes Konohamaru Naruto they're known by every person that's watched Naruto as Rivals like who could have forgot their first time their fought or the second time like these are big fights and they solidify their rivalry [Music] not go good I like this episode more than the intro I don't know if that's a hot take or not but it's my take and I'll happily live with it but if the question is is this episode better than the pilot no and yes there's a difference between which one I like more and which one's better even though I like this episode it's not the best I think the magic ball [ __ ] is dumb and there's some continuity errors but honestly I still think it's cool I think it's a good introduction to Konohamaru too and honestly an even better introduction to epizu yeah I said it yeah not really much else to say about it uh next episode Sasuke and Sakura friend or foes
