Our Favorite Toy Store EVER!

I'd say it's been a pretty successful day here in Cincinnati [Music] [Applause] [Music] hey everyone thank you for joining us today we are in Cincinnati but actually we're not where are we right now we are at the aquarium in Newport Kentucky so we are doing all things Cincinnati today but we're actually starting in Kentucky because Cincinnati is on the other side of this River and we're on this side in Kentucky for our start of our day [Music] family is actually staying in Ohio for the week because we're here for a horseback riding competition for Addie well Addie's busy prepping today Maya Carl and I along with our foster daughter are checking out some of the fun things to do in Cincinnati all I said a moment ago this Newport Aquarium is actually on the Kentucky side of the river [Music] foreign [Music] white American alligator we're checking out white American alligators and these are like never ever seen in the wild why do you think they would be seen in the wilderness um well they're white color makes them really stand out they can't blend into the surroundings so they're a really obvious Target for their predators but they don't survive long enough real wild oh no don't let the alligator get you [Music] we're in the stingray area but unfortunately today we can't touch them so we're just looking with our eyes today [Music] what are these Maya they're giant Japanese spider crabs is what they're called and they are giant foreign [Music] what are we gonna do the shark Bridge the shark Bridge which is what we walk on a bridge of sharks with sharks right below us here we go It's probably hard to be on camera but we are walking on a bridge and below us are a bunch of sharks and giant turtles and all sorts of crazy sea creatures and I thought it was going to be like glass over the water but there is not so I'm hoping this net is very sturdy [Music] because it's like a stingray mixed with a shark what was that it's either called like a ray shark or a shark gray I don't remember but it's like a shark mixed with the ray so it's a ray shark [Music] well we are back across the river and we are officially back in Cincinnati we just crossed over the bridge and we're checking out the smale Riverfront Park just a lot of areas with outdoor climbing structures and a pretty trail that goes along the water so we're just out here exploring this is a flying pig are you climbing up into the Flying Pig all right make its wings move [Music] I figured out you don't have black all right make them flap oh they are flapping look at that wow [Music] you guys look like you're on the elliptical a Jimmy piece of gym equipment [Music] we found an area that has like a rope bridge and rock climbing walls and this slide that honestly looks a little bit terrifying but I think Maya and Colin are gonna try to Brave it was as terrifying as it looks no no all right go do it again [Music] this is such a fun area that we kind of stumbled upon and I just love seeing when big cities have areas that you can just gather and wander outdoors and you get to be along the beat of a river you still get the city feel this is really fun and special [Music] we really lucked out right now because it is 45 degrees outside it is brisk but the sun is shining so I'm so glad we're able to get outside and check out this park because I thought we were going to be spending most of our days in Cincinnati indoors so I'm so thankful for this moment when the sun is shining and we're getting some fresh air outside [Music] foreign back to the world equestrian center and we decided we really wanted something sweet so we came across this place called aglamises Brothers which is that chocolate shop that's been here in the Cincinnati area since 1908 and I think we stumbled upon a gym what flavor of ice cream did you get Maya mint chocolate chip mint chocolate chip yum [Music] Colin got chocolate covered Peach [Music] you know what these are cream eggs they are cream eggs with so many different flavors peanut butter with chocolate orange one of my favorite Easter treats of all time are Cadbury eggs and I have a filling these eggs are gonna taste like 20 times better so we're definitely getting some of those to go what else did you get Colin those look like candy corn but they're Easter candy corn [Music] it's time to try my buttercream egg it's gonna be really sadly missed out on this place Daddy Jason's back at the world of questions now with Addie when he sees the footage of this place he is going to be so super bummed that he missed out on it well we're leaving the ice cream joint and right next to the ice cream joint happens to be I don't know if you can see through here what looks to be a really fun toy store so we're gonna go for my ice cream shop to toy shop thank you you see there's a place called the dungeon it's over here and go see what's in the dungeon [Music] would love this there's no way you better go get calm yeah it's funny because whenever we travel somewhere I always spend a little bit of time you know kind of researching and picking places you want to go and check out but many times we find that it's the places that we just stumble upon and had no idea had even existed that ended up being some of our favorites and I think the chocolate shop and this really cool toy store are gonna be hiring our list of things to do in the Cincinnati area [Music] did you hear the throne you can sit on yeah his Royal Highness King Colin so not King Arthur King Collins [Music] are you on stage yep or the backstage getting all ready for a performance what type of performance is it gonna be don't really know yet but we're working on that a toy store with a lot of incredible toys really fun Hands-On experiences for kids plus a sofa over here for parents is a winner in my book [Music] look how cute this is It's darling and I think this guy look at this guy oh it's like a corgi it's like a corgi octopus like octopus oh so cute Maya has been begging for a Corgi a corgi Maya loves Courtney's I don't know why they're like the hit pet right now like the hit stuffed animal because everywhere we go there are corgis they have Corgi stuffed animals Corgi socks Corgi blankets Corgi everything I don't know why they're so popular but Maya wants one for sure oh did you find more a new unicorn outfit oh more corgis I even found a corgi hamburger the Corgi astronaut it's just corgis much sweeter than a corgi astronaut look at look at him oh so cute flying in space well in just a few hours we were able to squeeze in the Newport Aquarium the smell Riverfront Park a really amazing chocolate store and King Arthur's Court which was a fantabulous toy store I'd say it's been a pretty successful day here in Cincinnati
