OP HOTA OP | Diablo 4 Season 2 Barbarian Build Guide

well here's a build I think everybody's going to like it has insane damage I say that word a lot but this really does have mental damage it has incredible speed clears and it does extraordinarily well against Ubers because it just one shots all of them all the while being an extremely tanky resilient build as well and I am talking of course about hot Hammer of the ancient has been a really fun build and will probably be the one that I default to when I'm not testing builds it's that good and those of you who know me know a DI hard well win player otherwise so it's a pretty big deal anyways as always what I'm going to do is I'm going to talk you through the build the key components of it how to play it how to set it up generally everything that makes it tick in this video and I think the first thing and most important thing to quickly get out of the way is berserking and why we emphasize it so much in this build I apologize if you've heard this before but I'll get through it quickly as possible so it all revolves around the blood rage legendary Paragon node and what this does is it takes our total Dam damage while berserking bonus and then calculates 25% of that as a separate multiplicative damage source which is really really good and if you don't understand the math there it just means you basically get to double dip on the damage which is a very valuable thing to be able to do so as you'll see throughout this build there'll be an emphasis on generating berserking and maintaining it and making more use out of it and the first thing that does that is actually our unique helmet which is the Tusk Helm of yit the mighty and what this does is when we are berserking if we proc another source of berserking then there's a chance up to 60% that we become even more angry and then that will give us a couple of bonuses well actually three so more damage 15% more damage two Fury per second and 10% cool down reduction in addition to all of the stats that this already gives us which are extremely good for this build we have Max Fury which this build will scale on as well so this is another damage source for us so this is a fantastic pick damage while berserking as you can see this feeds right into blood rage the ranks to aggressive resistance help toward the whole tankiness side of the build and hot makes very good use of attack speed the next legendary we'll be using is tibolt will a lot of you are probably very familiar with this one and what it does is anytime you become Unstoppable you'll get 20 to 40% increased damage for 4 seconds and when you become Unstoppable you will also gain 50 primary resource so this will allow you to maintain a very good amount of resource and a huge amount of damage at the same time not only that it again has maximum resource on it so this feeds back into the Max Fury part of the build which we'll talk more about a little bit later on the last unique we have is the banish Lords Talisman this is insane for overpower builds its unique ability is that after you spend 300 Fury your next core skill is a guaranteed overpower but also any critical strikes that also overpower have their damage increased by up to to 120% which really allows for absolutely Bonkers damage output and this synergizes with this build even more than that because this is a fury dump version of hot where our hot is going to be using an extremely large amount of Fury with every cast so hitting that 300 resource spend is going to be absolutely no problem whatsoever and when it comes to the vampiric powers we have a pretty generic Suite of them here we have metamorphosis this synergizes really well with tibolt Will because metamorphosis makes you Unstoppable meaning you can proc that damage increase and that Fury gain with just EUR a fade so it's a great combination there prey the weak as well will then make any enemies that you dash through fundable because it will make any enemy that's cursed vulnerable but in addition to that it will also give you 16% increased damage to vulnerable enemies so that is a really nice damage boost for us next is sanguin brace this is a pretty decent pick for practically every build in the game gives you a very reliable source of fortif fight as well as a nice chunk of critical hit chance blood boil this is more or less just for the guaranteed overpowers every 20 seconds the blood boils are nice but I wouldn't worry too much about those and then we have ravenous this build has a ton of movement speed because we're constantly berserking it means that we're moving at a higher movement speed than normal and so we get an insane absolutely insane amount of attack speed when this goes off and thanks to the large area effect of hammer of the Ancients with aspect of ancestral Force we are proing this very reliably so now let's talk a little bit about the mechanics starting with berserking we have two sources of berserking war cry that just gives us 4 seconds flap we have ra of the Berserker which gives us up to 15 seconds so it gives us 5 Seconds by default however if we keep using basic attacks over the next 10 seconds every time we do so it will refresh the duration back up to 5 seconds so yeah for a total of 10 and we will be doing that a lot because we are going to be alternating between our basic attack and Hammer of the Ancients to make sure we're getting the most use out of Earth Strikers and then finally in addition to all of those we have Relentless Berserkers aspect which is a lucky hit chance for our core skill that's Hammer of the Ancients to extend the duration of our berserking for 2 seconds and because of just the amount of attack speed and also AOE that we have this is going to be really really easy to maintain and so then what are the bonuses of berserking well we get the base line stuff which is the 25% damage increase and 15% movement speed but we have also specked into on the skill tree aggressive resistance which will give us a big amount of damage reduction and also prolific Fury which will give us Fury generation while berserking as well all of these bonus can be basically maintained all of the time making them extremely valuable and then the other aspect to our build is the Max Fury stacking we have it on the tusm of urit we have it on to BT W it's in our skill tree and all in our Paragon board and the reason we're stacking all of this up that's because Furious Hammer of the Ancients will deal more damage based on each point of Fury that we have when we use it so that's a big component of how we're going to be hitting these really really big numbers and why we're going into so much Max Fury and then finally like I said we'll be spending a ton of Fury so we've got unbridled rage here which is going to make our hotos hit Mega hard but also cost a lot more Fury but this is a good thing in this build because we are utilizing that through the banished W Talisman which will give us more overpowers the more Fury that we spend and funny enough Fury isn't actually a problem with this build we have unrelenting Fury which will refund us a big chunk of Fury from our Hammer of the Ancients tid bolts will will also be feeding us large amounts of Fury and of course we'll be getting fury on kill through the Paragon board then as you'd expect when it comes to play style this is very straightforward you want to be casting your shouts as close to enemies as you can to make sure you're getting the full value out of your B Chieftain aspect like I mentioned before you want to try and Stagg your war cry and your ra of the Berserker to make sure you're getting as much berserk up time as you can and of course this build does again use Earth strikker aspect so make sure you are alternating between lunging strike Hammer of the Ancients lunging strike Hammer of the Ancients so on and so forth because you want to be getting as many procs from this as humanly possible other than that it's pretty much just a pointand go build it will blow everything up in front of you so even if you do make a couple of mistakes usually there's nothing around to punish you for them andoun the
