She seriously said she won't work unless she has 500 quid a week after bills? I googled it and it says that's $745 USD. Good fucking luck with that with no experience or education.

These people might be trashy, but just being on benefits is not a trashy activity in and of itself.

Britain's jobless care hundred million pounds in benefits every day we think but is it milking the system yeah I just want to shop or getting what you deserve do you want to watch something on list tally on the sky before watching because it won't affect me watching virgin upstairs one my bothered so our benefits right or are they wrong a lot of them there's no law that's so many kids you can have none occasion car when is enough enough could come my for this easily if I was pulling in 30 grandiere what do you want me to just by working McDonald's these outs within these [ __ ] you falling apart night [Music] [Music] tiny taste very nice wet darlin this is 37 year-old Heather frost a mom who gets around 900 quid a week in benefits for her and her kids there are 11 of them in all two boys and nine girls including Ruby who's 8 today and with the family this size birthdays certainly ain't cheap but ever does get benefits for eight of her kids if she and what she gets from the stay she'd need a job paying around 60 grand a year and with this many kids and grandkids the parties come around quicker than you can say happy birthday it is birthday sundae for rubies today today then it's sophist she's gonna be 22 Oh tweet tweet those days a week after give the kids for birthday cakes this month this super-sized Gloucestershire family has one mom has had three dads and gets in benefits three times the typical UK family income yes people don't agree with benefit systems they show that but the benefit system is put there to help people that can't go out and work you know yes it's my choice in my decision to have a large family but there's no law at that semi-kids you can have now a kid you can there's people out there more kids I mean that's Marvin friend Laura does go to work yes have all babies 11 kids I'll be alright man [Laughter] Heather has never had a full-time job as a result she's been labeled doll queen and shameless super scrounger Fred West or [ __ ] somebody murders someone wouldn't got as much [ __ ] impresses what I got the amount of hate in [ __ ] name-calling we got if it was someone that suffered depression daddy gonna jumped off a cliff and killed herself probably the UK spends around forty billion pounds a year on benefits for the unemployed and a big slice goes on single mums like Sophie and Emma there came to London as teenagers now they've got kids and live in Camden what are the most expensive parts of the country enjoying the city means trips to nail bars I like a full set although this one was free and fun that lasts all night long and yeah I think in the morning is one thing mostly you have silver like a glitter silver a thick one and orange Judah's the eyelashes another lady see [Music] how long we've been doing this ten years too long lonely you got a wife yeah I bet she loves you in it anyway in it Sophie's 21 with the four-year-old daughter as well as a two-bed flat she gets benefits in 115 quid a week you are so lucky because in other countries in that they get no Hostin they get no help so for me having a house that they pay for I am happy for that Emma's 28 her benefits she gets about 250 a week and the to bed flat that she shares with her four kids all under eleven at this moment in time I'm on benefits because not that I have to be cause down how can you put it it just it is the way it is at the moment until we can better ourselves I think when you do work you do miss out on too much of you children growing up and you're not seeing it all the time and before you know where the big you like where did all them years ago [Music] Julian Vinnie Bienvenue are also experts on life on the dole these newlyweds are part of Britain's record number of long-term unemployed nor work for more than six years and they're only hard graft is working the system Julie's 44 vinny 38 she's got six kids he's got three but they've not yet had a child together now they've moved back to their hometown Liverpool one of the cheapest places to live and one of Britain's employment black spots people find it easier to live off the government because they get most of things paid for him and it is easy doing that you've got people out there screaming for job that wants to work but can't get a job and then you got people that don't what work and can't be us and they find easy to claim benefit and I don't know how did you'll see find out I am in that position yeah I love me Enzo yeah I am getting one you have to benefit and one of the first things that needs sorting out in a new home is the tele helped by living cousin Carol who's also on benefits you be better off go for the VIP one because it's all its included cream is basically the sky then when we go onto the front we're virgin get to put him W tell you they're for Virgin and then in the bedroom gonna be virgin well if you want to watch something on this tally on the sky they can watch it and they wonder what something over there I'm virgin you can watch it because I won't affect me watch your virgin upstairs oh I'm not bothered but back in gloucestershire TVs are just small fry here dole Queen Heather frost under eleven kids are in line for a six bedroom half a million quid house the sort of home many taxpayers can only dream about [Music] big families on benefits need big houses and Heather Frost and her 11 kids are no exception today they're in line for this impressive new home but for now two neighbouring three-bed council houses are where you'll find Heather and all those kids Sophie and Toby angel J Chloe Paige family Beth Ruby Daisy Chloe daughter number three is 14 the age Heather was when she had her first child a lot of people of babies young Natalie so it's quite common I start at a young age something with plans something weren't that yeah it's just one of the things it was put down and you should keep it she I don't believe in abortions never have as you make mistake thing usually right now yeah if you told me 20 years ago I'd have live in kids I might got a probably said now me Panola here now then my babies it's my job to look out him that's black Heather's task of looking after those kids it's helped by benefits roughly equal to a 60 grand a year job he only gets what you're entitled to you don't have to budget what we live on you know like weekly shop cost quite a bit then gas and electric for both houses you know it's all good come out of it the boy lends a week you guaranteed the skins and we can't afford take the kids to Spain or holidays you know people get pissed off at the facts you know like they're working and they're thinking well you know whoever's getting you know whatever money she gets for the kids you think if I just pop that loads of kids I would enough to work what I just came off the dog liver are not a life of luxury but it seems we have to live that and then it seems you're up to do more I know a lot of that you do what well be able to afford a house Jamie because if I can work on house is the council that's where I find out the council pay my rent all my rent all my counsellor to accent Janine from when I was working when I went full time I had to pay no mic Oh my house in bed affair all my council tax don't mean it's less ridiculous it's nice when you've got an award it's cuz I work laughs there are rules and regs for unemployment benefits you only get what you're entitled to but in Liverpool Julie and Vinny want more it's like you're havin to plead to get what you've worked for because all they want to be is tight-fisted bastards it's true because that's all they are pure typhus that bastards you don't want to pay nothing I'm not the Vale you don't want to pay nothing back to people for knew now what the years ago that you're gonna end up only paying them Eisley amount of money I wouldn't above it [ __ ] wear them I would enough Julie gets sickness benefit 310 quid a fortnight it's a payment that includes Vinny's claim and it all adds up to about a minimum wage that's meant to clove you me better pay gas electric water TV and death Ray's house it ain't it can't you can't do it we just can't do it we'd also it's a joke we're not we're really not surviving we are we are well and truly [ __ ] in [ __ ] Street the [ __ ] with the puddle [ __ ] freakin paddles no you meant to break it off I'm being fattened up the pigeons now it seems to be the turn of daughter Charlotte need to put a bit of weight on all of Vinnie and Julie's nine children are living on benefits they're the next welfare generation and like mum 19 year old Charlotte also struggles to make ends meet for what you get for tonight really you should be able to manage a lot better than you are doing but you know it's not you know so while a job remains elusive julie has to ring up the dole office to check just how much cash they've got coming in yeah hi my name's mrs. Bienvenue if I give you my National Insurance number can you possibly tell me how much will be in there going into my bank please yep no right you call a bit we got more than we think all right then flop by and with unexpected cash in the bank it's time to spend hopefully I can get me money out [Music] basically as Tang Gaston Electric just go anything else you want je suis BAE Julie and Vinnie do have to budget but they spend more on facts and the TV package than they do on food and other basics food tents well it's not good back in London ever and Sophie have gone shopping on a different patch oh darn I oh go to against a female oh these are nice I like this I would plainly rock that taking that's nice one-size-fits-all hey Dinah's kalau I like them she'll be getting a black of the way I just want to sit down let's have a drink yeah I just want to shop [Music] come here because I've got takes off the dress after dress after dress Oh No [Music] other people do need to understand it's not about people sponging off benefits about people trying to help them quickly now all these immigrants taking our jobs but yet they're quits get off their ass and go get your that claim is that can't be doing the move it despite their cooking skills Sophie and Emma have no qualifications so what alternative is there to a life on benefits the Jobson it doesn't help them sell goddamn job say that doesn't help it really really doesn't because you go there and there's loads of jobs there that crap and you don't even get because you ain't got a lot of experience because this way Sophie you've got employees out there that would rather take someone on with that any commitments because they know how'd they have at some point they could possibly turn around and say do you know what sorry I can't make it in today because my child sick sidekick that's why and add any more kids at the moment because you know if I've got a job to support them and then how am I gonna be - I small kids do not mean so like there's people out there that put you down for being on benefits and you think oh you know I am but no no not at all I'm not like that just because I'm getting a little bit of help that's what I see as you're helping me at the moment you're gonna worry about what somebody says all throughout your life you ain't gonna get on with you understand that's why bands were worrying about what people say because what's the point you're not I mean I'm asking the government just to help me out just a little bit and I don't want to be leaving off the council for the rest of my life you want to cure yourself exactly is that exactly what it is security or that onions most wrong Emma and Sophie know they could be called scroungers so they have considered getting a job I could pull my for this easily if I was pulling in 30 grand a year because I've estimated how much I need when council tax war rates utility bills food for the children clothing you know what I mean in a record cut so mo won't sign off unless she gets more than the average UK salary of 26 grand and Sophie wants training not a minimum wage because they're basically saying next year if you do gone job seekers you can't train you can't do this so what do you want me to do do you want me to just go work in McDonald's and stay there for a few days and move on to KFC and then move on to Subway July time in this city gets on my nose finding a job for Julian Vinnie is even more of a challenge what's the mind is this they've just moved to a city with mass unemployment but Julie still has high expectations even though they've been out of work for six years find me a job the after tax insurance and after I've paid all my bills and I have I'm left well at least 500 quid a week and I'll take it wherever that means shove my hands down [ __ ] and clean and toilets I'll do it but if I've got a hat I want 500 quid at the end of each week after I've paid all my bills left you can't do that because I'm getting bored and it's it's things like not being able to take it how not being out buying anything and it does it it's in a way the to my vinum to like one's me he's just the guy battle and Vinny's got an opinion about the superstars who were not far from the end of the street football 90 get under week why for doing 30 I was training in a week and kicking a ball up a [ __ ] field keep me a job Allen 90 grand a week for doing [ __ ] all in the unlikely event of Vinny getting a contract to play up front for Liverpool he might earn enough to live in a house like this but instead it's heaven and our army of kids who'll soon be moving in courtesy of the welfare state time for a sneak preview with Laura else I think lucky definitely there are six bedrooms three bathrooms even somewhere to store the Spade it'll probably sell for half a million but the new tenant doesn't seem very impressed well yeah anyone's gonna be lucky to get brand-new now slightly yeah it's still a health my kids attend today no and when you're not paying the money really doesn't matter well I suppose whatever it did cost the parents were to build them they get or buck in the rents anyway damn it that's gonna pay rent for inter I'm sure that's tax and why would be the pain well everybody says I get used to trains but I think it's all about our clothes us heather's move is fast approaching but there are storm clouds ahead Housing Benefit is one of the largest chunks of Britain's welfare bill and Julie and Vinny had been claiming it for six years although the harm they've just moved into isn't entirely to their liking oh this is a [ __ ] kitchen works absolutely this is your room then you got the front room you have to come out to renew that because that was hanging off the wall have a look at the rest that he offs in Liverpool this is what you get for 90 quid a week walls cracking everywhere is pathetic it's just falling apart all over we have to occur because the door fell off this home is a private rent where the housing benefit is paid straight to the landlord this is this is the best what will it well be bathroom in the Alps is digitally it just needs a lick of paint in there she never died no no trouble in there this is quiet it's just the Alps it's just how it should be benefits housing in the UK is a bit chalk and cheese the London flats enjoyed by single mums Emma and Sophie cost around 300 quid a week but they're a world away from Julie and Vinny's home liverpool offers private landlords could profits from benefits because here you can buy houses like this for less than a packet of [ __ ] if you can remember where they are it's somewhere over that way I think I've only been down there twice yeah they're selling houses over there through an auction at a fiver it's all been legal buying him he says I've been a money to them what the hell are you might get a decent one you might get one that needs a hell of a lot of work doing on it but it's just having them or needs to do it I'd do it me because it'd be something big big or project but it's a smaller because having the money to go we do it getting the - isn't the only challenge you also have to summon up the energy I'm knackered already me panics only about 10 tonight there is an easier way to improve your lot in an area where demand for cheap housing is low Vinny's decided he wants to move this out within these [ __ ] fallen apartment and the frost and nine very eleven kids are also looking forward to a move to a huge Housing Association property the other two kids Toby and Sophie already have their own homes and children on benefits but while Heather waits for the keys that life on the large goes on that means endless washing and cooking and shopping that can cost 300 quid a week Oh chilly heather's always keen to make those benefits go as far as possible so she buys stuff knocked off by local shoplifters this delivery it's kids clothes and our freshness every breath I'd be lost without my shoplifters because they've been a motion powder well they don't have chakras the constant flow of shopping bags means Heather can ensure that their kids eat properly how she is anyway they like their own fruit and veg and all it was an efficient supply and after the schoolroom and a spot of face painting it's time to put the healthy eating into practice tea babe all chips beans and sausages what the hell video we'll just do a quick one and you always get loads of me I was left over and evening they all say they want dinner then when it comes to eating it half of them come and say oh I don't want that some days you get do you want one thing on one want the other so we have to come from Whitehall I just do what I want to cookin anything like your lump it next kitchen okay you know you know and that means today fish and olives are off the menu instead it's frozen bargain bangers 40 Tyler how they gonna argue over who sits well now now Andy come on babe and after all that effort there's only one kid who's showing any interest [Music] it's it's a payoff when you've got a chuck food in the bin because they wrote east because they don't eat it but then they've got what they asked for Heather does have a man in our life the camera-shy father of her 6 youngest kids and the driver of all those wheels packed outside but for many a feature of life on the dole is somebody singing of 1/2 only a third of single parents get financial support from the other parent Emma and selfie do and they get contacts as well so they're lucky things I was speak or they unstick and we unstuck I mean life goes on in it I've only been with their dad since I was 17 and we've got four children discover obviously we've been through so much together like we've grown together you know without stupid arguments cover like any cupholders in life but that I genuinely believed like he's one that I will grow old with it's not mean love of her life maybe but emma gets the most benefits by living alone with her kids who don't live together and he's obviously gotta pay for his place where he lives and that so he does what he needs to do in that respect anything the children need love care financial support interaction education he's there on that level with them but Sophie doesn't find support so easy to come by yes I'll bring I'm not telling him he needs to get it and then you'll get it we'll pick her up now and we've made the plan we've Caesar every weekend I have more time for me more time for doing stuff that I need to be done to not me I'll do I'll come fridge I'm in that line of people there another people get you nowhere I'm an independent person independent young lady let me tell you but in Liverpool even if Julie does wear the trousers she has got on man about the house [ __ ] just right no you do not know I'm gonna lose him at the [ __ ] arsonist and Vinny has secured the new home they wanted in the space of just a few days what can lift god I love a coffin it's only a street away so everything's going by hand this is [ __ ] [ __ ] wrong move it respond I'm gonna drop it right in one step one step but the move isn't the only good news for the Bienvenue 's Julie's youngest daughter Charlotte has just got a job selling marbles and SIM cards 40 pounds a day plus Commission yeah we felt so much no signing off was basically something that you know I've been wanted to do you know I turn 20 on Monday you know it would have been three years that I would have been on job seekers so it was something that I finally managed to get myself into gear and salt got my ass on the move and I finally did it I can see other people's points of view where they've gone what we pay your money in my point of view I can see you exactly where they're coming from when they say you know our money pays your benefits Julie hasn't had a job for six years plenty of jobs for your ones like yeah yeah there are plenty of jobs that because they know that youth young ones will stand there for nine 10 hours for 40 quid a day there's no way I'd work even for three pounds an hour not when a not well not when I've got a husband to support a house to support you're not good you're not benefiting it's good to look she just not understanding she's gonna professionally paying out well 400 pounds a month any rent and in a council tax and if now she's just not really she's not gaining at the end of the month she'd be lucky she's got a hundred quid to her name it's it's not the discussion doll and you you ever once but you have to face reality come up to the Liverpool move shouldn't take more than the dare to but the new house for Heather and all those kids as run into a bit of trouble and you're paying makes me laugh let's go another place it was a forty sighs upon house now it's a five thousand-pound it's a [ __ ] shitty our legal access into house huh I don't know dress angel is angels not anniversary where's angel yeah cheers so I was eleven kids move no again I can't see how they came numb I can't believe you're still talks like a news the why not the white two names like personal stuff as well I think everybody talks our opinion but I don't think it's bad so we can pick her face and all our kids face all over the freaking paper us you could go on about everybody not just [ __ ] have with us on the doormat we just have a brand new wescott in the new six bit and he's only got six kids no season it's for me yeah so why just want to scream out of here when there's fouls and the fowls is the thousand okay what about though about that alcoholics okay then I think that's for us to [ __ ] know from that and they get this event system but you're not so you know people that are actually just killing this we're getting our taxes we get people that are actually you know who's not a bit shipping to feed any good news always screwed on the [ __ ] piss on Melissa everybody wants a plea but if [ __ ] reading the paper yeah so and pending in it every child is a house roof over the head I should say support this house attempt accommodation we have to move was our choice for the council to build a new house since there's no one's put guns the [ __ ] ass pop the bottom if somebody bake me a brownie I was like move into it I wouldn't say no there was a tattoo so an opinion but then that wasn't talking to a place to live a huge family on benefits getting a brand new mini mansion it was always gonna be controversial a lot of them but there's much worse to come the six-bed half a million quid mini mansion in Gloucestershire is nearly finished the family labeled some of Britain's biggest scroungers is waiting for a date to move in but as the day approaches there's an unexpected twist the Frost's have lost their house Heather is speechless the whole time you can have the house [ __ ] you front page of every paper huh you know cuz this dog cream my levers getting a 500 grand apples and there's some news that you know I'd go [ __ ] you mentally the sheet nuts deal with they all give them give you a house if a gunman or isn't gonna get you the house Heather was convinced the new house was has now the council says it doesn't meet her needs - are you gonna give a secret announce - pen yeah exclusive see the people who'd get it gonna get as much grief is what I got farming it boy window salesmen house built for somebody so let's see if they get the [ __ ] but I got this opposed to being allocated and it's not just Heather who's disappointed politicians say the cost of benefits is way too high so they've imposed a cap and it could for single mom Emma out of her London flat to somewhere cheaper Housing Benefit used to pay all the rent for Emma and the girls but now because of the cap is a hundred and forty quid a week shot no landlord is really going to be looking to forfeit a hundred and forty pounds if they know that they can get it off someone else that can pay in full so their bait wall they're basically stating for me obviously to start looking to move out of London in different boroughs yet London is a fancy place it's where tourists come you've got rich people here but that doesn't make a difference because the end of the day we're still people regardless as what as to what our status is Sophie's landlord has dropped her rents so the benefits still cover the costs the cap has the biggest impact in areas of high rent like London but Sophie thinks it could sort out the sponges if they're actually see that you're doing something with your life or not you try and do this yeah I hope you study about the people that are just doing nothing and just lazing around then they need to kick up the backside to run then the cap would have the benefits claimed by the frost family but because Ruby gets Disability Living Allowance they're exempt from the cuts so on certain times for people on benefits in homes that cost a packet but the future's bright for Julie and Vinnie in Liverpool oh [ __ ] they've got me [ __ ] that they're just finishing off their move to a much nicer home on benefits well out water just get this place so I know [Music] they got a cake now son-in-law Steve is sharing the tenancy for modern man what's that we are it's an arrangement that somehow gets them more benefits yeah because of me and Vinnie being a couple will get the 90 175 even though Steve's coming in on the 10 and say I don't know I think it's 75 pounds a week they'll pay for them which is a lot more than what the rent is for the house so because it's paid monthly to the landlord landlord will actually pay that back then twas I tell you what kid we've got it [ __ ] down they're still paying the rent but it's basically cheaper for all so we keep working in that way and the cable TV Manny's back spirits are high but one thing hasn't changed Julie still can't find a suitable job I was actually talking to someone the other day and she said as soon as you get a laptop should let me know know and I'm like well why well once your phone line goes and you've got your laptop and I work from home we'll do them one well wait for the travel agency I would do that but again I'm working from home it's going to be an impossibility because I have them to want to watch telly and they won't think oh well let's go upstairs and watch it so they'll want to be downstairs and if I could what stairs then they'll make some excuse to want to be upstairs so not being funny who doing something like that from home you can have the noise in the background but I don't want to be where so with a move completed and no jobs on the horizon it's back to the old routines hello can I place an order for delivery please take away is in front of the telly sure are getting a job wife couldn't be rosier record is all trailer what about that coffee no sir I noticed at nine o'clock over the road was sat out some day even but it really was a couple of tiring days we need to go away on holiday you know we'll get away soon so I got the Alex decorated No things are also looking up for the frost family after the house move disaster there's good news on the home front this is the kitchen soon to be a Kitchener diner when the war comes out Heather Frost's existing two council houses are going to be converted into a permanent six bed home for her super-sized family this is the other kitchen that would be the dining room this is the other lounge we're gonna turn into a bedroom once the kitchen walls been not true hopefully everybody will have moon the cost will be thousands of pounds and one thing's for sure Heather won't be paid next time shoplifters and proud I was going in there sometimes twice a day and I just didn't care people think about them well apologies if you were offended by the strong language in that program and yes at the same time next week it's shoplifters and proud this Wednesday night there's another documentary which is not to be missed but do make sure you've already eaten when gastric bands go wrong that is new at 9:00 thanks tonight on Channel five it's under the dome [Music]
