ladies my name is jacksepticeye and welcome back to spider-man so the DLC came out when I was away from home and I decided I wrote it and played today but for some reason I don't have the save file that I once did I I went in here I like the the heist dlc is that is the first thing that we're gonna end up playing but I had a file save that was like 5% complete my other one had like 90 percent complete so I don't know what happened there I hope it doesn't mess this up I hope we can just start the dlc and everything will be fine and I can play that and I don't have to play through a huge chunk of the other part of the game to actually access it but I think it was it's a completely separate thing you actually access it through a menu it's not a mission you get in the game so usually DLCs it's like oh get to a certain point and then you'll get this mission later on in the story to avoid spoilers and everything but this time it was like if you got to play this you're gonna get spoiled so you haven't seen the main game you're gonna get spoiling this Mary Jane Watson associate editor begin research notes my sources are saying the Maji is mounting a comeback the old crime families were all but wiped out until Fisk went away and they started filling the void the old Don's were working harmoniously for years but now that there's a power vacuum there's bound to be a power struggle it's only a matter of time before one of the families makes a move on the others better follow up with my sources in the force hopefully we can stop this crime comeback before it even starts my force is in the source so this dlc is called the heist which is going to deal a lot with falesha hey Pete I'm working on a story you might be interested in dancing both times well one of the Dons have this lost masterpiece painting called the Maria and now they're displaying it over at Manhattan Luca and and and I have a source who says one of the families is planning to steal it back tonight sounds like there's more to it than just art appreciation so I'll swing by the museum huh actually swing by the museum look at spider-man let me go so no because they don't have the other save I don't know what powers I have or what I don't have they're like tests okay I might have [ __ ] off but it's fighting I can get through it anyway this really matter just made things a lot easier if I if I had the powers okay that's it that was the DLC I hope you guys had fun a long loading time MJ looks like your source was right there's a small army of goons trying to break in stay on the line while I I played this game um no Jesus well this is gonna be difficult um it was much easier when I trip webs well I don't know if it would actually just if you would have the powers at this point or if it that way no sign of anyone at all shouldn't there be guards here at night yeah maybe check the security booth near the entrance there should be cameras there too they would have seen whoever broke in yeah you do I take out my cap don't know what's up my camera I can't take out either I can take out my camera the security booth secure looking a palm print to get in any clue about what happened to the guards will be inside is there a way to override the lock without a guards hand actually their handprint if you can't find the guards maybe you can lift prints from the things they touched oh yeah good idea always happy to lend a hand Wow that's my MJ if I were a handprint where would I be oh uh got a handprint oh well a part of one looks like I'll need more okay I need more hands it's like the guards just vanished No where can I find some more partial prints a flashlight I can get a partial that sounds gross there we go another one cool PowerShell commencing trained guards wouldn't leave their stuff around like this unless they didn't leave voluntarily maybe they were abducted by aliens that bench is on the other side of the wall I used my spider powers to deduct that there must be a print on here somewhere there it is hmm okay I should have enough partials to reconstruct a handprint you put how you just gonna make a handprint out of spider webs also I'm breaking in here if anybody comes back into this place at the board they're just gonna see webs everywhere be like wait it was spider-man who did this oh yeah here we go be able to reconfigure the scanner so it takes my data okay what are we doing these again I bypassed the optic sensor I can upload my own data okay so what if we delete these start going this way no I don't reset it was this one to turn over there we exhibit that has to be the Maria and no one's stolen it yet I need to see this up close figure out what's so special about it show me black cat isn't it I have a sneaking suspicion based on the fact that the DLC is all about her and we're talking about thieving things sure to set me up the Maria is a brilliant example of modern pastoral Impressionism decipher of its repeated theft and recovery are almost as intriguing as the artwork itself looks like a pretty normal painting to me it is there's way more valuable stuff in that museum so why is the Maggio still worked up about this painting hang on MJ someone's coming well I could have done that oh wow in the Anna Jones style I guess that's why I didn't break in the door and I used the handprint to get in keep an eye out spider-man could city listen one of the DLCs about hammerhead as well I want to talk a bit about the black cat I played v not the new kes the old one twenty years ago I worked the case black cat is a copycat huh what happened to the original he died in prison but we never found all the paintings he stole I've got a new lead the department doesn't want to waste resources on an old case resources is this location I'll fill you in on the way oh wait don't tell me spoilers we tried the isotope stolen paintings I have a scintillation counter in my suit that you do it I'll call you if I find anything but if you don't you retire in pieces emotional pieces because the turmoil of not figuring it out will destroy that's the joke I was going for it's not very good the signals coming from this power box but I'm not detecting any electricity maybe it's a fake an art storage tube that's one way to find out Oh stolen art detective I found a stolen painting it was hidden in a fake power box yes you some other mafia well I'm on my way to check it out the other up the spider cop is in the area nobody knows what was on that drive and the maria painting but word is hammerhead now it has the drive and the Mafia families are freaked out about it mmm must have been pretty valuable if it made a notorious art thief ignore art she usually flies solo who knows I stopped trying to figure out Felicia a long time ago I mean she's working with them well I mean yeah I guess maybe well let's just keep each other in a little bit okay Oh MJ's getting jealous it's okay everybody gets a little jealous every now and then MJ the song as Peter tells you that he loves and cares about you often everything will be okay wait Peter have you actually told MJ how much you care about her I know buddy she might be out of your life if you're not careful this is what my thoughts feel like right now blank empty with a tiny spider-man logo in the bottom right corner hmm that's what I see when I close my eyes at night it's a supposed to have all your [ __ ] upgrades before playing the DLC I don't that's not helpful but did not kill anybody I can do it it's just gonna take a minute that works wait you hit me with something [ __ ] see down now he is quite literally last guy other than the big boy okay okay oh Jesus Christ Oh God the country's gonna get hit never just stay near them let's go say if I stayed near them you just keep doing that attack and I can keep dodging it sweet mother God that was fun just like a war Alicia okay Jesus Christ I like watching you reminds me of old times what's on that drive alright not entirely sure to be honest then why are you stealing it if I don't they'll kill my son Oh the plot thickens like a fine soup your son damn it Felicia has a son it can't be I mean it could be and I okay she's helping hammerhead make a power play on the other crime families which could end badly for everyone I'll let you know if I turn up any info on those drives turnips she likes turnips I saw Peter had sex with black cat at one point and he's worried that might be his wait a minute screwball that's screwball don't tell me you're out of jail [Applause] something tells me those guys weren't released for good behavior why does it everybody have my phone number okay I'm gonna leave this episode here good start to some more Spidey actions DLC is a little mediocre so far I'm interested in the story aspects of and I'm interested in black cat and figuring more about her and her relationship to Peter and all that kind of stuff but it's bogged down and so much tedium like all these bottles and everything and again not having my save file going into this I don't know if you're gonna make it standalone it makes it feel like maybe we should just have some more powers at a certain point like just give somebody a lot of powers because again spoilers and all that kinda stuff isn't really relevant at that point because you warn people about it so going into it with no powers makes it a lot harder doable but just kind of tedious unless okay unless you actually go into the DLC without any powers anyway fly then I'm dead I'm wrong if it's just a case of like going into the DLC strips you of all the stuff you had before anyway then that's different but I think you're supposed to have a lot of the stuff that you had in the main game because this came after finishing the main story I don't know but I just wish there was more story elements to it or more like various type of stuff right now it feels like a lot of stuff that was just in the main game is just recycled ad infinitum to pad out some time for the DLC so we'll see where it goes maybe it'll pick up later on but for now thank you guys so much watching this episode if you liked it punch that like button in the face like
