all right e36 update uh there's a lot that's been done the front clip is back together i'm just going to kind of take you through top of mind all the different things that are done and we'll talk about all the things that need to be done but it's getting close uh i'm actually going to be kind of sad the projects i don't know what i'm going to do with this thing i guess i'm going to have to just drive it and wash it and enjoy it like like a normal person would so let's start up front we'll work our way back and i'll try to remember all the different things we've done uh i want to say to this point um chris has a spreadsheet just in full transparency because i you know i'm trying to brag i'm just telling you what it just does you have a frame of reference so i'm about 90 ish thousand ninety one ninety two thousand into this car i paid 45 for it so you know paid a what seems to be a fair-ish price for the current environment it's a 36 000 mile 1996 you know s52 car but so we're somewhere around 90k to get to our rat we probably have another 10 or 15 to go uh to finish the project with interior and stuff like that so i'm probably somewhere in the low hundreds is what it's going to cost to get this thing to where where uh where it's where it's going to be so up front uh first thing we did uh and i don't know i'm gonna do this chronologically we'll just work from front to back uh but the full front clip came off this this piece here has been repainted the front bumper has been repainted the hood has been repainted the fenders have been blended and repainted up to the little whatever little plastic molding on the side so the basically the entire front clip has been been re redone i got so all these trim pieces here all been dry ice clean so i didn't need to replace these especially once i coat them they'll look super nice black and clean when we did the paint i had had jose just paint me you know the grills so that the black grills have been i've been so these are the oe chrome grills repainted they look great and then i did a brand new front lip so i got a brand new oe front lip from fcp euro i bought the uh the i guess the uh the clip kit from turner so turner has a kit where it gives you all the clips that you need to to put it back on so that it's oe fresh and so these are the original uh original fog lights so i didn't do anything there all the duct work all the ducting and all that this grill was all fine so i didn't need to replace any of that so the the main change here was the paint the painted grills and then of course the other front lip getting a new one of those even though it probably didn't need it um it wasn't slightly faded and it's a cheap you know cheap upgrade to make it look pretty and then putting with all new clips makes it makes it really really sit nice and flush and then of course one of the biggest changes to the front here is the oe i guess these are are these bosch replicas so these are al but they're the bosch style euro glass projector headlights you know you can buy all kinds of of uh modern you know led retrofits and something i just don't want that not on this car sometimes that looks good sometimes it just it just goes too far same thing on my civic where i did the jdm the japanese spec headlights so these are the eurolights with the euro projectors and then they're the regular like 2700 kelvin bulbs they're real yellow um but i don't know how much night driving i'm doing in this car so i don't know that really matters much but that slightly dark tint that you get and then of course being glass and new and they're not pitted and scratched is really freaking cool i just ordered i just bought some oe i found some from the e36 rare parts on instagram he has a little site and i went to the site and he has uh oe a few sets of oe um clear side markers that can pay like 175 bucks for this at i think many of you are right i think i'm going to side with you many of you og's i think that amber is going to be the way to go and you know what that means mike it means i'm going to have to order some bronze g87s so i do have we'll talk about wheels in a minute here but i do have some e87s coming but they're in you know silver which i'm not a silver wheel kind of guy but on this era this color this this car you know i think uh lighter wheels make a lot more sense to me so all of this is stocked and dry ice cleaned so all the clips all the bolts all the screws all of this stuff is good um we're just you know putting we i think we ordered some new some of these are new some of them are old but they're all all good all my clips and everything are back in place and and of course underneath here you see a major change which was to do the cooling system so ebb came up uh what's his instagram the tech the the tek reel the tech israel. on instagram and um he uh came up this is one of those things that i'm sure i could have done and it would have taken me weeks of scouring the old forums to try to find you know diys on how to do this or i could have a guy who's done 15 of them come and do it for me and pay him a few thousand bucks to come do this thing um i paid him i chose to pay him to do it and so we did what thermostat was this thing called this metal tube thingy yeah so all the all the all the tubing or all the this is called all the hoses um have been replaced uh we even uh shut down a couple of days and ordered some more parts so all the heater hoses all the hoses underneath here are all fresh new redone um we um we we reused all the parts that looked fantastic all the wear and tear stuff has been replaced and so there i don't think there was going to be any immediate failure of the cooling system but why not do it cost a few thousand bucks to go in and do it right and get it done and so this is a zionsville this is their like racing uh radiator uh which of course we won't need and then did we end up doing a single fan speed so we bought the two speed version ended up setting up on a single fan speed and you'll see how ebb set up all the wiring and relays everything looks oe and beautiful and redone and tied up all nicely so those of you are freaking out it looks pretty darn good and then we had um also i should mention for the for the headlights here we had brett raymond makes a little pigtail for this which we have all tied up you can't really see it so there's a pigtail you can get it's uh what is this company m sport yeah m sport parts uh he makes little pigtail little whips that make it easy he actually suggests that you cut and rewire i i it's about my pay grade so i think the better thing to do is he has a little little thing where you just plug it in and ground it and uh and that what's going on there i'm gonna turn that thing let me turn those screws on there while i'm here it's going to drive me crazy otherwise i'm not going to be able to function just screw these in so the you can see the wiring everything looks oe the other thing that we had to do because the euro headlight so the bosch style headlight has a really big projector housing here on the on the on the back side of the headlight and so that created a problem in that there was a little bracket and my alarm my oe alarm which i've got to play this for you you guys even freaking love this you're a 90s kid there's nothing better than that so the alarm i didn't even know the thing had a factory alarm so this is a old-school bmw it's even got a bmw little sticker on it bmw factory alarm system uh is uh is done here and uh actually uh mike figueroa and i did it uh we got a little side tracker wait for ed to come back and so the the alarm was over here but there's no room for it so we had to relocate it so we traced the wire back cut the harness open re-tape the harness and it actually helped out because this is the original bracket for the original air box and uh we'll kind of play with this i may need to remove this little this is like a little dining damper from some other other kit i think from my 1m intake kit or something like that so i had it sitting in the in the cabinet to kind of keep this from from vibrating around so it should be good but we rewired this tied it up made it look you know as nice and oe as possible and so we took the alarm moved it over here it filled this gap and then these brackets these original brackets from the original air box don't look so out of place now so it looks like it was meant to be that way and then of course we have the the ruining of the car which actually is one of the best features the best things we've done the totaled wrecked mutilated can't believe you should you have this car or you're destroying it uh to get euro headlights and dine an intake you know it says very explicitly and i haven't said this uh what what i made a mistake with in the video i didn't i didn't i wasn't in that video because mike pulled it out of or ed was working on all these different projects so i didn't explain it very well it says very explicitly that the dining intake doesn't work with euro headlights and it was pretty clear to me as soon as i got the thing that it wasn't going to fit it wasn't going to work and uh and so i figured dine in a lot of times pretty conservative on that because you know they they they they probably don't want you cutting the headlights and modifying things or selling to europe and having people call and cause all kinds of problems because they don't have a fabricator uh and so i would have never done this but there was uh where was that other bracket that he cut i don't even know where it was it's like on the frame rail was down here somewhere i don't even know where it fricking was so i told that do whatever you got to do to get this done i don't care what you got to cut we have to cut the backside of the projector off let's figure it out and i'll buy a new headlight if we mess it up i'll buy a new filter if we have to mess it up or we'll abandon it if it doesn't work uh and but i suspected that you could probably get this to work and uh i actually uh dm'd brett raymond who has since decided uh to block me for some reason i don't know why but i asked him i said hey have you done this before and he actually came up with the idea in crediting the source is honoring the source of the information he said what you need to do is you need to get a new a new filter because the filter is a little too big so there's actually a bracket that that goes in here that dinan makes and so ebb tapped out the the little bracket that little bottom bracket from the um from the the oe box he drilled out the welds the spot welds and removed it i still have that piece i could i could tack it back on if i wanted to i don't even know where it fricking was so it did perfect job and trimmed the fender liner a little bit like dinan suggests and then we just didn't put that plate in because there's not enough room for the headlight uh and those of you are bmw bros and didn't grow up honda bros like i did this cold air intake is nothing like hondas are like down in the freaking all the way on the ground almost you just have to not be stupid and go rolling through giant puddles of things and you end up hydra hydra locking the engine but this is exactly what i wanted i didn't want the afe i didn't want some other version i wanted old school dining i'm going to keep searching and find a dining you know engine cover someday i hope and i got the dinan strut tower brace this was my 16 year old boyhood when i first heard about dine and i thought it was the freaking coolest thing ever i probably heard about dinah when i was like 18 it's probably the first time i've ever heard it so i want the dining intake plus those freaking guys are awesome you know even the guys that um the the guys that all work there nathan and all those guys are freaking amazing they all love cars just like we do and so it's cool to see dinan still producing and they've actually brought back some of the old stuff we actually have a a um mike's e39 m5 intake we have we'll do that as well this was nothing like doing the 1m intake i did we had to freaking cut the whole front they had to take the whole front end of the car apart had to relocate um oil coolers power steering racks it was a freaking whole monster project this was the easiest intake i've done on a bmw in a while so i think you can rest assured that just look at i mean we're not cheating anything it's in there it's freaking perfect so anyway brett suggested um a k n filter it's a triangle instead of a cylinder filter it's a little bit smaller and uh fits freaking perfectly so maybe we're not getting quite as much air flow but i think it'll be just fine the 200 horsepower engine for gosh takes so that goes back to and we used all the you know the dinan whatever neoprene whatever this the sleeve is the expansion joint and then i have the dinan um uh throttle body we'll probably get rid of the power steering so we'll probably get the tube there so i would probably do that if i do a the m50 um uh intake manifold so we would do that the same hopefully i'll be doing that in combination with uh with a dining carbon fiber cover at some point but the engine bay i mean this is exactly what i was hoping it's all been dry ice cleaned i haven't dressed it yet we'll put some hyper dressing diluted four to one on here when i do the detail um all our relays all of our wiring all of that stuff is all buttoned up and of course we have the dining shot tower brace this car actually has a dining tune on it because it had the sticker on here i removed it but it had a sticker on here uh we're gonna have to go have it retuned to get this stage three tune i believe from dyna we'll do that my my friends at precision support industries at psi uh we'll do it when we get the alignment done down there um but uh we you know we should gain like you know eight and a half horsepower for thousands of dollars but we um um we'll send it down and do get that done we did coils plugs um so coil packs new spark plugs we did um of course with all the cooling system any any new uh gasket all that stuff has been done we did you know new thermostat we did um also did power steering while we were up here so the powering steering rack i'll show you when we get up under the car i'll show you that change the oil uh so that's all been done and then of course all the the brake fluid's been flush from doing the brakes i've got a brand new oe uh under hood liner so this is all new oh um some of these some of these are new i've replaced some of the uh some of those uh whatever these things are called fasteners uh i've got those new this is dry ice cleaned i'm not loving the we'll coat this and see how it comes out the the cowl piece here i may redo that um but i think it's it's pretty good and once i coat it it may richen up a bit i've got the original oe bosch wiper blades brand new and i did brand new wiper blade arms as well so those those two are new let's work our way since the car is down let's work our way down the side and back of the car and then we'll put the car up in the air so these um these were replaced by the original owner so the side marker the amber side markers there at one point there was a wrong side marker on the car which had damaged the paint but this again this fender was repainted the doors haven't been painted but the the f the mirrors have been repainted so that's been repainted uh and the match the texture is not perfect but the match the paint color is pretty jose really knocked it out of the park on this so it's it's one of those things where um i could have sent it to some like crazy body shop and fought for months and months to get something done uh or i could have jose get it you know 97 of the way there i got the car back in a couple of weeks he picked it up and delivered it picked it up and brought it back to me and uh and the car looks freaking fantastic so i can't wait to polish it but i'm doing everything to wait because i always want to polish it and coat it and get it all set up so i'm waiting until i get the interior done before before i mess with that we replaced all of the window trim so replace this piece this entire piece this has been replaced the inner rubber gaskets have been replaced this has been fixed and repaired replaced and also the inner section the inner gasket as well the like felt gasket has been replaced so that's been done and the i also did the rubber around here and the side trim the molding trim here is is oe so again it cleaned up so nicely i don't think i need to replace this uh the the dry ice took to took really good care of it uh continue to work down the side here um not much to do our gas cap and everything looks clean this will all get double cleaned out when i when i polish the car these are the original tail lights we did repaint the spoiler and the trunk the rear bumper is stock i did um i haven't gotten new emblems yet i'm waiting for ind to get uh get their black painted in stock uh the i did just put new hood or sorry hood hood struts and struts for for the uh for the trunk as well so i still have this taken apart i didn't put the trunk back together because i'm gonna be doing olin's ttx we'll talk about the suspension here in a minute uh but uh we have the uh dining i've got the dine and strut tower brace uh rear shutter brace here in the back and uh nothing else has really been changed back here except i did a super lightweight lithium-ion anti-gravity battery uh was was put underneath the tray here and i think that's about all i did to the trunk area we did replace i did replace the gasket both gaskets around the rear window even though they probably didn't really need to be done i did it anyway and then there was old ppf so jose had to blend this fender so this has been blended there's still some some polishing stuff and some sanding stuff that i need to polish out when i do the final polish he'll come up and we'll do that together and chase any little little nibs or anything like that but this was blended because it was uh ruined from the uh from the old like 90s ppf that was on there the this gasket here was redone like this is the one mistake i made i did scratch up the window a little bit right here when i was trying to get the original gasket off plus this window trim piece here was bent and shipping so i think getting it out in the sun it'll straighten out over time but this uh this was this was uh a bit of a project again windows both rear windows were done this entire fender was painted we don't think the car has ever been in an accident because when you look at the there was no filler there was no um there were no um weld marks or whatever those little filaments they put inside the body to pull the panel out there was none of that but there was a very clear tape line and then when i pulled this part off the paint was chipping and peeling off and so this this fender had been repainted there were there's no documentation of that maybe there was maybe the car was keyed maybe it was damaged and um or scratched and delivery but there was a very clear paint done here and so the reason why i decided to paint the trunk and paint the other areas of the car it was already molested back here and so i figured let's just do it get it done done and done correctly and so this whole the whole panel here was painted uh and fixed um i think that's about it on the exterior i haven't done anything to the roof the windows are in good shape so i don't need to do anything to the windows so let's talk about the interior and then we'll put the car up in the air and talk about brakes and suspension all that stuff so let's see what have we done um i can't find freaking floor mats and i know you guys have sent me links but all the current inventory of floor mats everywhere the the floor mats are too short they're not wide enough they're not deep enough and so i've ordered some brand new oe floor mats i've got these crappy this is me ordering some lux mats made for this car which of course they don't fit either so somewhere along the line the whole templates for e36 is jack so if anybody knows of any floor mats me a link to ecs or turner or um fcp euro they're not the right match they don't have the right ones uh and so i need to get ahead of the set of floor mats and i don't like rubber mats or anything like that i want the oe regular floor mats i'll probably buy eight sets of them if i can find it so in here uh we replaced the the the droopy um glove box so that this whole section here including the air vents all of that we replaced you we usually go back and look and see a video we did on that we did a zhp shift knob what's this company we get this from kobe yeah so kobe did the shift boot and the boot for the um the whatever that's called the the e-brake so that's been done i don't think i'm going to do anything else with the center console it looks pretty good i think i think i'm gonna leave this alone i'm gonna have to adjust this piece here uh but the i think i'm gonna just i'll probably just dry ice clean it after the interior's done and get any kind of funk out of here get that get that cleaned up but the the most of the interior panels and pieces are good uh what we are going to be doing here i'm sending the car off here shortly in the next few weeks these seats are coming out and they're going to go in a bubble in the attic so don't uh don't think it i'm not selling these on the cheap you know they're gonna go in the attic they're gonna stay they're freaking darn near perfect even the bolster on the driver's seat is is great so they're gonna go in the attic they're gonna sit up there and and and look magical and beautiful um we're going to send this off to the uh guys the interior guy e3 customs i've already paid them for the seats so we're doing recaro speed fives mainly so i can get some extra height and they're going to be finished in the same anthracite alcantara and the same m cross interior or m cross fabric we're going to be getting that that redone i do have some brand new door panels store cards because you can see there they get real melty so i have new door cards we're going to be replacing the speakers with bath sound uh so the bath sound oe replacement so the door cards are up there the door cards are an all black leather and so this we have new fabrics so the new fabric will be will be done so e3 is going to redo these and make them look oe fresh on the brand new oe door cards that i paid you know 600 bucks a piece for so i got those from from ecs tuning that's going to be done we did we already did new whatever these things are called threshold thingies it's uh not very articulate here today having a hard time remembering things but we're going to be doing an alcantara headliner so new headliner even though the headliner is not terrible we're probably going to do a new rear deck thingy rear deck finish there's a couple of plastic pieces that run across the back seat that were all melty i pulled them off so we're probably gonna have them have the rat them wrap those in alcantara the rear seat is good but we do have new door cards hopefully coming uh and then i did find i do have these up up on the shelf the new pieces here because they were all white and melty and i do i am going to order these these door gaskets as well so alcantara headliner uh we're going to do the uh the door card fixes we're going to do the seats to match uh and that's pretty much on the interior i like that steering wheel the best so i don't like any of the steering wheels for this car but i'm leaving that steering wheel alone uh it's one of the few things that i'm i'm pretty adamant about keeping the rear deck will get new bath sound speakers and then i have a porsche design uh um apple carplay you know modern bluetooth accepting head unit that's gonna fit in here and i think you're gonna really like it we i had my friends at sound emotion up in boston they removed the porsche emblem on it uh and it'll probably still say porsche design when you open when you turn it on on the menu system maybe we'll work on figuring that out someday but i'm going to put that head unit in here so it looks it looks the part it's an old-school porsche you know it's the for it's for like 993's and and air-cooled cars and so i think it'll it'll fit really nicely in here the other thing i've got to do scott and i are going to work on this and get getting those stupid um the unleaded uh those oe stickers that should have been removed when the car was new and now they're stuck on there and i can't freaking get them off so i'm hoping we can do some dry ice treatment get that get that knocked off i do have dynam pedals i'm going to put on and then we did we'll show you on the car underneath but i have a uuc short shifter kit which is which is installed here so the interior will be really simple bath sound new door cards new seats new pedal covers new carpets uh and then um the rear door cards and just some you know the alcantara headliner we'll make this thing really really clean it's already really nice and people would dream to have this but let's take it to new oe spec is what i'm intending to do and so this thing is going to be freaking awesome and if i don't love it we'll do a giveaway and someone will someone will get it but i i think i'm gonna love it i already love it right now so let's get the car on the air and show you what we've done there so the first thing we did to the car uh and the first thing i'll mention is the dry ice cleaning a dry ice cleaning osvo cleaning of all of the all the metal and so the smart thing about doing the dry ice cleaning even though if you know if i would have paid sticker for it would have cost you six seven eight thousand bucks to do just because of the time it took uh scott had 27 hours into this car the dry ice cleaning eliminated me having to replace some things that i was otherwise going to replace just out of uh you know just checks a lot of the a lot of the bushings a lot of the control arms and things like that um just you can tell didn't need to be replaced zinc plating the bolts i mean all the bolts are you know zinc plated already and cleaning them up i really didn't need to replace you know for instance like the lower control arm go nice neat clean all the bushings and all the all the connections look fine and so it necessitated less change and so the entire underside of the car shoot it looks like we replaced the brake lines just look at this this is the telltale when you look at the brake lines they were all still covered in the original wax which then had accumulated tons and tons of dirt and grime about the only thing on this car that's a little bit questionable is all of the fabrics under here which i'm not sure we could even get they're kind of brittle and falling apart and there's not much you can do to clean those up so i'm not even sure we can buy those we might try to get them at some point but you can see this is the original oe mid-pipe which i think i'm going to leave alone right now i have this uh this borla rear section this car sounds freaking great sounds real meaty um doing you know doing headers and doing a mid-pipe doesn't do a whole heck of a lot for these cars uh and so um i'm sure i'll get bored and probably buy a full euro super sprint or something like that but for now i think i think we're going to leave it alone so let's go back up the front and work our way back as the lot's been done under here so i probably won't even remember at all so turner front shut tower brace with turner adjustable sway bar end links and i've got it set to the softer setting we've got brand new yellow tag zhp steering rack from the rack doctor and new uh one of these uh front control arms uh so our front tire rod sorry front front tire rods are are on there those are new um we've got the this isn't the convertible brace so this is the oe convertible x brace under the car which stiffens up the front a bit we did an entire steering rack overhaul so all of the steering wrap rack hydraulic lines all the lines have been replaced all of the you know all the the hoses as well for this the power steering system has been replaced with uh you know we've flushed the system draining the system right you know to put the power steering fluid in so that's all been done and dialed in we just have to get the alignment done because the thing's freaking crooked as can be uh because you're just eyeballing the the tie rods on um the transmission we did i did transmission fluid change so i just flushed that with some new automatic transmission fluid these call for atf and then we did the full uuc kit so uuc's uh short shift kit with the uuc uh what's that rod called um double double shear selector yeah the double shear selector rod which gets rid of like a plastic crappy you know connection up in there so that that's been that's been done uh and then we just did the so this is the turner line we just did a clutch uh so we did a clutch slave which i'm probably gonna have to redo because the one i got is that f f t p f something or other some oe replacement like a lot of these things are and it's squeaky so we'll probably get another another slave at some point or unless unless it breaks in over time but the clutch was there's basically water and air ran out of here so um the clutch is now operating as as you know oe like with the new turner uh braided line and the new the new slave cylinder up front we have tc klein camber plates and tc line coilovers i'm going to be doing olin's ttx the reason why i'm not doing a typical road and track kit is they don't make a road and track kit for this car and so barry from 3dm motorsport he's done the suspension on my e92 he'll be doing the suspension on my e46 he's doing the suspension on this he custom makes a set of the race coilovers and then valves them and and and spring put springs on them for the street and so we have a really ridiculous uh really expensive i think it's like you know six thousand bucks or something like that olin's ttx set that's going on here but it's going to be set up and super comfy for the street these cars you really don't want to slam them anyway from what i can tell so i think it will be a reasonable tucked height in the rear and flush height in the front and and right now the tc client is holding me over i had planned on driving around more but as i was driving around like let's just get all this stuff done so we tore the thing apart did the dry ice cleaning and all of that stuff and and so i really haven't driven it much yeah i've driven it maybe 80 or 100 miles or something like that so we're gonna get it on the road here shortly i'm gonna roll the tc clients for a little while because the olden stuff is that we're waiting on a bracket and we're a couple of months out before we get that stuff i'm trying to convince barry to come down here and give us an education on why we're doing what we're doing we have new pork chops we have brand new fender liners so that was done and then if we take a step back here and take a look we have um the new what are these called three yeah style 24 m wheels these are the non lightweight version i couldn't find the lightweight version ecs had a new set of these it took about six weeks to get but they got me a brand new set these are coated in carpro deluxe wrapped in 225 245 in the rear um their uh michelin pilot uh sport uh ps4s and um and so these will be actually sold the uh the regular wheels that came with it and these are gonna be the the sort of stock wheels that i'll rock from time to time i do have a set of e87s so same as an e88 it's just a 17 17 inch version from bbs it's called an e87 we did a specific type of face that's a little bit different they'll be silver on silver and set up offsets and sizing for this car specifically and i'll probably run the same size tires that i have here i'll just get another set and we'll be putting those on we have the brembo 332 328 is the size of the of the the cowl or the uh the rotor and so they're type type two slotted face uh and i did them in black i didn't really want to get a custom finish done i was going to do them in yellow but i think that was going to have been silver but then silver has red lettering so i just went with black and so i wanted to be able to run 17s and so we did a little bit smaller the appropriate size i didn't try to upsize if we'd gone to 18s we could have run a little bit bigger like a 355 kit but the uh the um this size i think makes sense and then we have the goodrich lines that come with it's been all bled and we might probably bleed it a few more times brett was telling me about how sometimes you need to you need a scan tool to open up the solenoids on the or open up the solenoid on the on the abs system to get all the air out so i may have to do that still but the clutch has been bled the brakes have been bled twice we just bled them again got some more air out so the braking braking shifts should be good and appropriate for this car not much else in the back uh this is the oe mid-pipe the um the rear had the car already had a borla rear section on it which sounds really good sounds nice and then the coney rears that are part of the tc klein kit uh so that that comes as part of part of their package toner rear sway bar turner rear sway bar end links adjustable ones it's just needed i don't really it's not low enough to really really need these but the bar was really close to the lower control arms or i guess these are camber arms or whatever the lower or whatever you want to call this lower arm i have turner arms that we'll be uh putting on here as well get rid of this really cheap looking little rolled steel uh line or uh or arm so so i'm gonna wait and do that on the alignment rack because it'll freaking throw the toe way off we also did the rear mono ball uh real mono ball mounts the bushings uh up here that makes it a solid bushing uh which i think really helps with beer deflection you know that's a dining part so ebb did that and um of course the rest of the rear was all dry is clean with the exhaust being osmo clean as well i do have a dining exhaust coming um but that's they're kind of backed up on production i do have to re-mount i have to rebalance these luckily i have my own road force balancer it'll be getting set up here in a couple of days but the guys that mounted my tires they put the wheel weights on the inside and the the calipers are too big and i've reap and i've just moved the weights out and they all fell off so i'm gonna have to polish the inside of the wheel and redo it so this is why i bought the car that look that e36 square front end this is the car that made me hate the e46 when it came down until eventually you fall in love with it but that square iconic bmw front end this is the way i wanted it i don't want to know i don't want a lightweight splitter i want it to look just like this uh and you know get myself a new i got to get a new emblem when you take an emblem and you put it on there this freaking thing just looks amazing so i'm sure i missed a few little details but that's the lion's share of the things that we've done i'll probably do a radar detector as well so i'll hard wire that we got to do a full paint correction full polish and coating i'll be doing a gtech csl xo on this the that we'll have i've already coated these wheels with carpro deluxe and carpo glyphs but i'll be coating the wheels uh for the the the bbse 87s when they come but maybe uh maybe we'll end up ordering some bronze wheels for this thing to be able to change up the look whenever we want to uh i'm going to be tinting the windows in this car i'm going to go fish bowl look i'm going to do 70 percent um xpel prime plus or whatever the prime xr plus whatever it's freaking called uh we'll be doing their ceramic 70 all around just to keep the uh you know the heat and uh hopefully uv out of the car but this thing is thing is nice it's freaking really nice um i tend to underplay my cars and talk about let's just say they're okay this one is going to be more than okay it's going to be freaking amazing so um yeah i hope you'll keep following along we'll try to get some footage of the interior i probably won't get much of it but mike will probably drive down there and grab some footage with those guys as the project rounds out uh we'll get martin to do the do the windows as well if the interior's done and um and then we'll you know we'll polish and paint correct it and touch up anything that needs to be addressed on the exterior uh when we when we when we get the car back from there and uh we'll then drive it talk more about it then do some comparisons of e36 to e46 to e92 and we're going to do some real cinema cinematic video footage on all the cars and tell the stories why and how these cars came into my life and all of that stuff so stay tuned for that but um yeah i'm really pleased with how the cars come out uh now we're on the home stretch and i'll be sure to keep you updated on all the different projects we do thanks for watching the likelihood of this becoming a giveaway car is uh virtually nil at this point it's uh it's looking too freaking good i think this thing's gonna have to stay in my garage for a long time but you never know with me thanks for watching as always stay tuned for more crazy see you on the next one [Music] you [Music]
