Oasisaur ABILITIES and USES EXPLAINED!!! Everything You Need to Know About the OASISAUR!!

yo guys what is up it's teach here coming at you again with another video over on scorched Earth and obviously you can see this giant monster underneath me the Oasis orur I'm going to talk to you about everything that you would need to know about it once you have it now I'm going to go ahead and get started with that if you don't mind smash that like button leave a comment below and then consider subbing to the Channel all right so anyways it literally just dropped it less than an hour ago so I've kind of just been playing with the uh things that you can do on the map and this is the Oasis swur right here it just you can see what it looks like it is massive the ones that I have seen this is solo player has spawned in at level one they seem to have insane base stats right off the bat obviously you can see 20,000 health and then each level that I put into it goes up around 2,000 at level uh one for an oasis or they have stamina food weight what I want you to notice is they do not have a melee attack they have no melee so keep that in mind it looks like they have a saddle slot in a costume even though there is no actual saddle for the esur which is interesting um but you can just drive them right off the bat is what I have found so as soon as you actually have them tamed and uh yeah so that's kind of a pretty neat little thing off her their stats right off the bat right cuz you can see that that's what I wanted I wanted this so this is the stats of it you can see right there pretty neat um the food's really good health is really good uh weight 2500 and there's only 29.8 I'll show why that is in a second here so anyways the next thing I want you to notice is the Oasis deposits its resources here so it actually passively produces you a ridiculous amount of resources you can see that this right off the bat pretty much being everything you would need to run this island um you got wood thatch Stone Flint salt obsidian sulfur metal oil Crystal fiber sap sand and silk now you can go ahead and take all of that and notice how all of the trees and stuff go down that's basically what he's passively providing as he goes as this thing kind of goes through time it's going to passively produce those things that you have and uh yeah it'll grow them on its back giving you all of those resources which is pretty freaking cool obviously um this is obviously something that you can do with it it flies now I would not tell you that this thing moves quickly by any means this is me holding down the Sprint command yeah not going anywhere fast with it but uh it is is still useful thing cuz look at the amount of space this thing takes up and again for more small tribes and stuff like that this thing is crazy because it's got a massive absolutely massive build Zone on its back so you can do like kind of a nomadic style build if you want to do that uh and it can be a lot of fun it does fly if you hold SP space bar it goes up and if you hold C it goes down obviously it's not very quick so keep that in mind and then once you're close to the ground you can double tap space and it'll actually begin the landing process at least I was able to figure it out earlier um holding space there we go so I held space bar and he decided that he was going to go ahead and land now the that's that's kind of how he flies he has no attacks no special moves he can technically Sprint making this thing move a little bit quicker um but notice how there's no gender on it so it's not there doesn't seem to be a way to actually breed it so there's no male female it's just a tameable thing that you can kind of get now if I go ahead and hit let's go ahead add do I want to add experience when I'm riding it yeah it'll be easier that way let's go ahead and go add experience and we'll go ahead and add I don't know 100,000 or more and uh just so you can see the Oasis saurus levels right the levels for health go up really really high stamina only goes up 10 points a pop food goes up pretty significantly weight goes up 100 a pop and then obviously we can put a lot of points into Health now these are on solo play player settings so yeah you're probably not going to get this high in a official server but uh yeah I mean that's pretty pretty shocking there's a 146,000 Health right there pretty freaking good so yeah I haven't quite figured out how to tame them yet so keep that in mind I've been testing a bunch of things I've been throwing berries at it throwing pots throwing all kinds of stuff I know that in the dossier it sends you can throw trophies at it but there is no like passive feed option for them when you walk up to them so you may have to drop it for them and kind of go from there but anyways the next thing you want to know about the Oasis or is on its back you have a giant build Zone you can see that I've placed a few structures down you can place down Jenny's you can place down rocket turrets or regular turrets you can place down refining forges just straight up on its back now the cool thing about this is uh you can place a lot of generic structure obviously there are some things you can't place vaults cannot be placed the Indie Ford cannot be placed and no I've tried placing it on a floor it doesn't work either um you can place for some reason things like a chem bench you can place this right here obviously you can place Indie grills so there are a lot of structures that you can place including grinders all kinds of stuff that can be placed on this back so you can have a largely movable thing now the cool thing you can place refining forges so I think it's what 12 of these is equal to one industrial Forge so you can technically use these and just kind of go around the map and harvest with it and then put your metal and stuff like that in there but he does take weight based on this so just so you can see the weight does go up oh because I'm GCM mode um if you put things in there I'm pretty sure when I was last looking the weight did go up but it's got a pretty good overall you know everything I mean this thing is super neat I'm sure there's going to be a lot of things I haven't quite tested its ability to soak yet um but I assume that because it's made of rock it's probably going to have some sort of soak ability when it comes to tanking turrets um but uh yeah it's a it's a really really sweet creature um it's massive I want to keep that in mind and it does seem that you can find most of them when you're looking on on the map itself around the outside of the map um I don't know why it seems that way but uh it does seem to be that way I don't know why it just it just is um but yeah pretty pretty fancy uh the outside of the map seems to be where I found them I've gone over the middle of the map maybe it's just harder to see them but I have found quite a few of them kind of just hovering on this outside or outskirts of the map um and that's kind of just my luck has been that they seem to be different colors slightly on the front side of them I don't know if that's a mutation based thing or if it's just random uh but they do have color zones so they will have special colors to them and obviously they're massive so you cannot hold shift and move sideways very quickly one of the best things that you can do is if you hold kind of left and rotate he will eventually take a circle but it is is a very slow Circle it's not something that's going to go quick um and as you can see we've been sitting here and obviously it's got some resources it's a very slow regeneration process so you're going to get some overtime but it does cap out at one slot so overall a very unique creature I'm sure there's going to be some cool things I'm sure there's definitely going to be some bugs with these guys that we'll have to figure out right like I can imagine someone using a chair and then shoving this side of the Oasis or through the wall I think that could be problematic and uh yeah we'll see how that goes because you can kind of mesh with these things that's the first thing that I was like oh no please don't allow me to do that but it does um it seems to be that the uh like the outsides of it are pretty sustainable um for hitting things so I'll go ahead and show you what I mean by that so if I hit this wall right um it will go in pretty significantly cuz the hit box seems to kind of be right around there I now you can see it um you can kind of like Edge your way into things which is kind of unfortunate so yeah definitely want to keep that in mind um but one unique thing about it is if I go ahead and hop off the OAS aaur I want you to look at its stamina it will actually go up so I am pretty sure this thing can hover indefinitely uh you can just log off now I I've only logged off for like 20 minutes now and it'll just stay in the air um so that's pretty unique and uh that's that's something that definitely should be checked and then the last thing that I have for a fact about this guy The Oasis orur if you stand inside of the resources right um I can from what understand there's some sort of essence you can pull for some creatures and put it inside of this and it'll respawn them but if you stand in it you actually get a buff called gaia's Embrace and it removes any negative effect that you might have so that's pretty cool so if you've got any disease or negative effect this will clean that off of you so definitely use that I it does stack as well so it's got to stack you can see I've been sitting in it for a while and it's going to stack and then continue to overtime have this little blue thing around me so that's pretty cool so yeah that's kind of everything you need to know about the Oasis sour so far I'm sure there'll be some small details that kind of exist later on uh but they are really really really unique so definitely take advantage of these things they seem like they're going to be super awesome uh and uh I'm I'm
