hello and welcome to a tour of notion content planner the perfect tool for Content creators in this video I will show you how to use the template and its features this template is free and can be downloaded by clicking on the link in the description below but first here's how to use it first we have our social media platforms here we can find a direct link to the platform our follower count and the total number of posts we can click on any platform to view its details and we can view our posting schedule and all content that we have posted to the platform next we have our posting schedule here is where we can categorize our content into various topics we can select the platform add tags and set a time for posting and we can schedule the entire week to help you stay on track next up we have our content board here is where we can create new content and track them as they move from an idea to posting each piece of content will show show the platform the target posting date and its status which can be toggled using the dropdown we can also click on any piece of content to assign a person or archive it we can navigate the database tabs to switch from our current View to a view sorted by status this allows us to drag and drop the content as it moves from the idea stage to the uploaded stage we also have a view sorted by platform and lastly a tab for archived posts which helps to keep the syst system clutter free below this we have a calendar for viewing all upcoming and previous posts and we can view just this week or choose to view the entire month by switching the database tabs I hope you found this video useful once again you can download this template for free by clicking on the link in the description below thanks for watching
