Nostalgia Budget Taito Gaming Handheld .. Evercade Super Pocket 🦾

so it's a package from Blaze entertainment and it's going to be quite interesting so stay tuned and let's it go I just want to be clear about that they send me this product to review doesn't influence my personal opinion nevertheless this is a company called aade and they also have this very cool piece of equipment saying this is just a super pocket arcade in your pocket and that is one of those cool things that we're getting nowadays so the thing is I really wanted to order this one myself they're selling it for different price take consideration it's going to be let's say 50 $60 or €60 so in here we having an 2.8 in IPS display with a resolution 320 by 240 uh around plus minus 4 hours of game time nevertheless I think it was a very cool idea that having like a budget way to play games on the go it comes with built-in games and that is the thing we're going to talk talk about today I already spoken about the Capcom version and I just wanted to chickchat about the Tito super pocket it comes with 18 built-in games Classics like space invader bubbles bubble puzzle so bubble and bubble so restan and some other cool things and yeah when it comes to these let's say let's say collectible items you can just buy separate cartridges slap them in this thing and can just enjoy many old school retro games nevertheless there's also an easy mode on this device in other words for everybody can play the super pocket yeah okay so attempt number two I mean the first box of Capcom I did damage it trying to be opening it up oh man seriously like the the cardboard is not like that that thin or something but somehow I'm almost messing this up okay let's see if I can open it up be very gentle Wicked let's be very gentle seriously like I don't know what's going on with this but how do you open this up to by side yeah there we go there we go I didn't mess up the box this time okay there we go so I do love what they're doing when it comes to these Tito and capc Edition giving them their original colors I also managed to just unbox it without destroying the second box yep yep I'm learning but in here we're finding the cable and this is an type-c cable a very long one there we go and okay everything what you're going to need beside an charger and the charger I think it's just going to be a normal 5f normal phone charger so what's the idea behind this so first of all let's shitchat later on about the cartridges and the solution because are different kind of way with every G to play and collect and this idea of this product is that we're having an very cool pocket device so called the super pocket and having all of the let's say features of the previous models or most of the features so it's just a cheap solution for around $60 we have an option to play all kinds of games including 18 games with this particular model that's a new thing they're doing I've seen it with previous products of theirs nevertheless we're having four back buttons already mentioned in my previous of Capcom I am not the biggest fan of this I have very I I don't know how to hold this thing I'm just going to be honest if I'm playing with it and the placement is not bad or something they did absolutely amazing job trying to place them making them very ergonomic but still I don't like back buttons or they are placed correctly or perfect or it's just my big hands volume control over here we can remove this piece of plastic it's just basically cover this thing up but you can add new games in there at the bottom we're going to have the on and off switch and then the headphone check out and the type-c for charging and yep the speaker itself is at the front having the d-pad abxy so like a start with the cap conversion I wish they went for like maybe a wider model having a six button layout that would be so much more convenient then the d-pad when you're looking at it it does have a very nice let's say curve to it and it is quite comfortable the only thing I've noticed when you're playing some let's say Street Fighter and want to do this okay my camera just stopped focusing oh there we go I just wanted to do the certain moves that is not necessary at this point because some of the games I've noticed it's not super comfortable but besides that it's a pretty damn good d-pad beside the feeling but what can you do with it because it's having a games but you can also collect so when it comes to let's say the Retro Gaming scene and evercade this is just completely something different and something I can really appreciate the reason why because you can just actually buy physical games and have more like this collectible feeling you can already see there are different kind of lineups we're having the blue cartridges the purple and of course the red lineup different kind I don't own all of them and the reason why because I can't keep up at this moment and I just do need to get up and update all of mine let's say collection because there are so many of these things out there so this is a great example these are two one of I just going to be honest the Xeno is my favorite game the thingle wood is fun but not a game I would play a lot but it's a kind of cool way to play and what you can actually do is just slap this cartridge inside of this machine and have all kinds of cool games to play another very nice features something that I find so cool that we can actually have a manual maybe this kind of weird to say but the manual is more like a Nostalgia thing you can just scroll through it and putting a lot of effort in it you know nowadays have you're buying a switch game for like 60 freaking dollars there was not even a freaking manual in it and I find that a little bit of an annoyance but again I'm R gamer for life so that's maybe one of the things but there are different card riches out there but it's a combination of all different kind of gam schops beat them UPS adventure games here have interplay collection oh I think I have two of them but I just realized now name mum collection Indie Hero Collection worms collection you know there is so much cool stuff out there and jum is even coming I'm really excited about because J Nukem 3D is one of the games I've played so much as a child and I still love enjoying nowadays but what are we having when you're booting It For the First Time first we need to do is choosing our language and quite a lot of different languages in this thing next up we're having the easy modes if you just want to chill relax enjoy some gaming or you just want to have the normal game have Challenge and next up the legal things and what you need to do is sell your [Laughter] soul sure after that is done here we're g the games that are buil in bubble a bubble I think the first time I've ever played it was on the NES and here we're going to get a lot of games that I don't know of I've never played Shen pop nope never did that I do two elevat action from the Game Boy classic then we're having football champ gr or growl how you pronounce this there game and beat them up I've noticed on the arcade machines operation wolf puzzle bubble oh man I love that Reston I can still remember the video of I think it was retro Ral who made a video about the arcade machine but absolutely a lot of Classics next up while pressing the button over here will give you in the special menu here have the aade option now from this point we need to remove the piece of plastic and add ourselves the gbd with Xeno crises in here then we boot up the games so with settings we do have some interesting things can we change out for example the display xess ratio can be changed and the Shader and the scan lines that's going to be original ratio and nonone sound effects I can tell you that this thing goes pretty loud language the difficulty can be switched back to easier normal if you want to and the credits but let's get into the games let's go to the title games and just Eno yourself some bubble bubble to begin with but I can tell you it will take a couple of seconds to load up the game itself nothing of an [Music] annoyance classic song absolutely the overall volum is quite loud and I must say that I am quite surpr surprised by it how actually how good it is I need to never get through the freaking stage here we go here we go there we go no is she coming so this is one of those games that I have never experienced as a child I did play a lot of games in the arcades but it's such a weird game we have this Indiana Jones Guy come on come on hey come on Drop Dead you scum that intro sounds so weird but this game just starts that you can grab like a freaking missile launcher come on let's blow everything to pieces oh man that's such a very cool way to start actually game oh it's empty now we're going to slap everybody with the rocket launcher okay this is just a new way of introducing do you the [Music] Jones I'm getting whipped by everybody here that's a very interesting combination of shooting everything and beating and getting whipped yeah okay so I don't remember exactly when I first played this game I think it was on my PlayStation because they actually ported this to so many different systems my man is so cool there's a cheating line with it to make it [Music] easier but let's take a close look at the game rustan I can still remember that this game was also ported to steam with a remastered version and I can tell you this game is freaking challenging and a lot of fun but sometimes purely frustration I can still recall this part of the game oh there we go that is what I mean you can't get hit otherwise you're going to be start over from the beginning this game is so freaking brutal and of course Space Invaders that is absolutely an alltime Classic this is a game I don't really played in the arcade I did play myself Pacman bomberjacks more KOMO Street Fighter but this one I completely skipped I think I played it the first time on the NES back in the day let me know in the comments what did you ever play Space Fighters and is this is the arcade version the first one you played let's see if you can shoot it oh I just missed it I'm quite surprised to see that beside the original that there is also this improved version or improved completely different version with a very nice grooving soundtrack I dig this game [Music] already come on there we go ah yeah do I get an upgrade or what oh yeah that is freaking [Music] awesome oh I got hit I lost my power up or not there we go man this game is freaking cool ah now I've lost all my powerups are they going faster they're going faster they're going faster [Applause] now oh yeah but what we don't need to forget is of course playing the cartridge itself the cartridge that we already implemented in here it's pretty damn awesome of course I'm going to play yep my favorite game so what I do like about this thing that the Xeno crisis you can just buy this on all kinds of platforms I think it's even including N64 now it's absolutely not in my opinion but it's so cool to just experience these games and collec them with the manual and everything else so this game utilizes the d-pad but also the XB in y buttons for shooting in a certain direction this is for me absolutely Smash TV all the way only with an alien vibe to it and the controls of this thing are absolutely great I love it the way how the d-pad responds the way how it feels under your thumb is absolutely great come [Applause] on let do the choa get to it now but one thing you don't need to forget this game is freaking brutal when it comes to the difficulty oh crap see that's what I mean completely brain farted stepped to something I shouldn't steep on but my friends it's absolutely awesome that you tuned in we live in a crazy time where we have so many cool devices that we can just play and every Cade is in my opinion one of the most unique ways to actually play because you can just enjoy yourself by collecting games like the old school days and just just play him and with this new edition and I'm just going to hon I was quite surprised seeing this device it's not maybe the most comfortable device out there I think the only thing I can complain actually about is the back buttons over here that's the only thing I don't like at all but you can just play so many cool things and of course the cartridges that you can buy and just collect I think that's such a very cool fun novelty looking forward what they're going to be releasing in the upcoming years because jum is on his way when making
