[Music] you know where we're going eighth and seventh unresponsive fell off a ladder anytime they fall off the ladder it's never good especially off a roof yeah second story fall wasn't even a single story kind of late at night to be doing that [Music] huh 3217 give us an access delay be careful this guy's landed on an overhang and buses of support beams getting to him is going to be really difficult and very dangerous hang on hang tight buddy you know your name all right you know what today is oh okay you know where you are that's okay that's okay you got any medical problems seizures this guy actually may have just had a seizure off the ladder how y'all want to do this yeah tell me well i was thinking if we slid him sideways like this and we had two guys underneath okay even just the slightest shift you could hear the metal definitely although we had to be pretty quick and methodical about how we got this guy down hang on yo slide him to you one wrong move one wrong step we could all go down all right man hang on hang tight buddy step daddy i'm coming through watch my step believe me all right let's train him down hang on look at the roof be [Music] all right we won't know what the full extent of his injuries are until we get him in the back of the truck but we do know that he's at least falling about 10 to 15 feet landed on his head and is now confused you fell off the roof buddy are you hurting anywhere all right got a laceration on the arm he's got deformity right there got some blues in it open your mouth for me you messed up some teeth brim you're still pretty though you don't remember falling no what do you remember remember nothing you probably had a seizure off the roof so we are going for a male that has amputated his finger what yeah and the caller stated that it is currently spurting blood yeah oh it says dude got his finger caught in the door how do you slam your finger up at the door i don't know that's terrible yeah when we arrive to the apartment complex the fire department is trying to get into the residence the guy won't open the door i happen to come over here where was it oh his finger was stuck the patient's neighbor from across the hall had accidentally slammed his door on the patient's finger and severed it right here that's what i said yeah like it's nice one you got to open the door for us pam you got to go he's got the top there's a certain time frame in order to reattach something like a finger i mean it's ever pretty clean mr glenn i have the tip of your finger we might be able to put it back on what is it wow that's not what he said that's what i heard [Music] i have the end of your finger so we can take you to the hospital and get it put back on yeah yeah we can i have the end of it it's very clean-cut let me see that hand buddy i'm gonna cover it up for you a little bit all right you slammed the door on me oh man you're going to be all right that's the good thing and there's three toys to be involved so you make it through tour two tours of vietnam you said great three tours with all your extremities and you get your finger cut off on the door there's your finger you wanna hold on to it don't drop it okay and don't take it out lois is not the middle finger we're good life is all about the stories [Music] we are getting a call friend fell on a fence and cut her belly button 32 and her up into it what you doing on the fence the way the note sounds like this sounds legit right i mean i'm seeing people fall on fences and it's bad exactly because we have so many of those like broad iron fences with the spikes at the top hanging out that's not good [Applause] 3232 stretch it out i would let you know in just a second baby what happened sweetie all right okay okay no no you're gonna be just fine okay i want you to calm down i don't want you to cry right now you need to stop crying hey bo you're gonna be fine this patient was trying to climb a wrought iron fence and she kind of slipped down onto it which caused her to have two really long lacerations to her abdomen come on you need that you're going to be just fine baby come on hey listen relax listen you don't want to use your abdominal muscles right now all right so we're going to pull you off calm down this patient is obviously very distraught we need to keep her calm you know the more she's using her abdominal muscles to cry the more she could potentially injure herself no you know baby you want to do that you're gonna be just fine baby it's just adipose tissue it's not your intestine okay a couple stitches everything is gonna be fine way worse trust me listen look baby you're going to have to die what had happened is that spike went right through your skin and came right back out that's it it didn't even go into your intestines boo it's just skin too that's it i wouldn't lie to you you're going to be just fine okay just relax y'all ready all right let's go 32-32 and we're out to uh so we're going to burgundy in st for a female that fell on her beer bottle and cut her arm bleeding is not controlled fell on a beer bottle there's somebody just sliced it with the beer bottle hopefully she just tripped on her high heels i tripped on one of new orleans many sidewalks that are beautiful and even oh i'll do that one babe don't do that i can see all our tendons you know what tendons are no do you know what tendons are and just connect uh muscle to bone i learned that in school now i'm in school right now so he's always uh quizzing me which is cool are you from here um not originally though let me show you now oh you're fine i almost would have guessed jersey action when's your birthday um august 26th coming up saying cash get me a present i might have to get you a present how's 30 stitches sound it'll be an early present when you're moving back to jersey never right love it here huh get found please return to new orleans i like that i love this thing more than anything in the world you sing like in clubs and stuff i sing too we gotta pick a song we can sing together let's see we were walking down the street sidewalk you and me [Music] that was awesome quite possibly my best ride of the hospital we're patient dude this girl is off the chain wes my sweet valentine i tell him all the time i can say hey look he he got a guitar went to one guitar lesson and then went back and that's practically chuck berry after that one lesson [Laughter] be safe be strong let's do this get that stretcher in here you're gonna bleed to death they're not dead i can work with that
