Newell Coach #1725(The biggest slides in a Newell) is FOR SALE!!!

foreign [Music] [Music] ladies and gentlemen today we found an extremely special Newell coach this coach has the biggest slide rooms that Newell coach makes and is Ryan louck's Custom Design number two the exterior paint job is a completely different style than the norm in the RV industry it almost looks like it's a fully blacked out coach but when you look closely it's got kind of a smoke pattern ghosted into the paint with some silver metallics just a really classy aggressive looking exterior but then the interior is going to be a completely different vibe so the overall package of this coach is really special and this coach is available for sale here at the Motor Coach store in Bradenton Florida for two million dollars right now if you wanted to custom order a brand new Newell coach there's over a two-year waiting list so a lot of value in this coach being available immediately and those of you that know Newell coach know it's a motor coach unlike anything in the industry all of the custom design and everything that they're able to do is just unlike anybody else and the structure of this coach is unlike any other RV as well this coach has the Cummins X15 with 605 horsepower a 25 000 pound towing capacity and is loaded with all kinds of features that I'm excited to show you today so let's take a closer look at Newell coach 1725. this coach has the bi-folding basement doors very robust I just flip that handle up and then it came out there is a remote right here just press that button and this slide tray will come out and I love how it's finished off with this face gives it a really cool look and then it's got the stainless steel lip all lined with carpet and I always like to show the big industrial grade power washer one we're gonna see all kinds of cool industrial equipment and lots of redundancy though through this coach if for some reason this remote didn't work we could press this button right here and that slide tray will come in and then this remote has Velcro on the back so you can just kind of stick it anywhere in here making it real easy to unload and load everything out of your storage Bays as we're going around the coach I want to point out how flush these windows are even as we go to the back of the coach you can see it's totally flush the way that they build these they have to cut into the aluminum sidewall to make sure that that's completely flush and you see a lot of windows with frames but the way that they build this is on another level and really takes a lot of skill to make that happen just gives it a real Sleek look as it's going down the road going into the second bait here this is going to be set up to house maybe some lawn chairs or it's got these different little cubby holes and so again that's on a slide tray that will come out and then you've got storage on the other side that will show you when we go around to the other side bay three is going to be the electronics Bay it's got this bin that slides out I love that stainless lip and then if you want to work on some of the components this will actually easily come out and this tray is set up to carry up to 300 pounds and then if you just want to slide back in to work on some of the components they're making it very easy and I like to point out the lighting up here in the night time gives it a nice Down Glow just a lot of little stuff that they think of at Newell and then this will just pop right back in you've got you've got two square pieces here with a couple Square pegs line those up very simple user friendly got some of your breaker panels that stuff down here Bay four is going to be your Aqua Hot Bay but the way this is set up with the new technology with the TVs you can use this as your entertainment Bay as well and with this bi-folding door here gives you a little bit of shade if there's a glare when you're watching TV and then this is on a remote as well so if you want to swivel this TV out and watch it at a different angle you can do that and then that'll give you access to your Aqua Hot 675d you get a lot of hot water out of this and then you do have your macerator dump on both sides of the coach and I love how they finish it out give it that nice panel to hide that Aqua Hot you know they could have just had the TV hide it but they really had everything clean then this next bait is going to be your fuel Bay you can see this little camera here making it really easy to line up with your diesel fuel when you're at the truck stop this does have a 200g gallon diesel fuel tank that you can fill from both sides of the coach there's your battery bank for your house battery it's got those big AGM batteries and I love that stainless steel that they finish out the fuel tank in and then the stainless steel lip along the bottom of the Bays as well the tag axle on this coach is different than any other motor coach we got some shots of this coach turning and going into reverse and you'll see that it has an active steer tag axle so a lot of the motorhomes out there have a passive steer that will passively follow now the downside of that is if you're turning and then you have to go into reverse those rear wheels are just following or this coach if you need to turn you're actually actively steering that rear tag axle in Reverse so not only forward but in reverse and then that gives it an extremely tight turning radius we were kind of moving this coach around at a hectic parking lot here at the Motor Coach store earlier today and that tag axle makes it much much easier the coach really pivots so coming back here we've the Cummins X15 and I love these huge access Bays to the engine compartment you have your power washer with your power hose reel we saw that wand up front you've got your chassis batteries here here we've got switches for the pressure washer and then it's got a deionized water system as well you can wash your coach and you don't have to dry it in a dries spot free with that di system something that's definitely a value when you have a black coach you want to keep this clean I love this stainless how they finish everything out you could tell this coach you know it's a 22. it's in excellent condition and then you've got the side look at your huge Cummins X15 1950 pound-feet of torque coming around to the back of the coach I love this Porsche designed exterior the front and rear caps are fiberglass but then the side walls are aluminum structure but really a beautiful design and then you have that smoke design ghosted into the paint on the back of the coach really stunning and then this has the 25 000 pound towing capacity and I love how Newell coach leaves it where you kind of peek in at that Cummins X15 through these little mesh area and then you've got the stainless just all ties together so well but let's take a look at this Cummins X15 really easy there's a little button right here just grab both of those yeah then you could see finished out in that Chrome easy access to the bells here you've got your air hose with an air doubler so if you need to air up your tires or bicycle tires that huge cooling fan and I love all the Chrome this is all finished out and such a good look then here's a look at that huge hitch 25 000 pound towing capacity the leader in the class A industry so here we've got that huge side radiator and then you've got your power 50 amp cord reel nice remote so that when you're putting your 50 amp cord in and out you can kind of walk with the cord as you're doing that and you've got your battery disconnect and your generator start stop located back here to make all that stuff easy to do beautiful styling on this coach these are chrome wheels making it easy to maintain that high gloss finish where's the other side of the diesel fuel Bay and your DEF tank 200 gallon diesel fuel Bay then here's a look at the plumbing Bay you have a manifold system you've got your sewer hose an outside faucet you can monitor your tank levels outside and then this coach has two water pumps you've got your big Mach 5 Headhunter water pump as well as an auxiliary pump and then it's got a 143 gallon fresh water tank and 143 gallon waste tank see your fresh water fill here and I love how they finish out the face of this Plumbing Bay as well and then a power hose reel as well this day is going to house your cooling system for your generator and your di bottles you got that big 20 kW generator that needs to be cooled off so that's what this is for and here's the other side of that storage Bay that has those compartments on the door side and then you've got open storage on this side of the coach and then here's the other side of that full pass-through Bay the first Bay up front you can see Newell coach 1725 there's a bunch of the accessories that come with the coach this Bay up front here you've got your twin air compressors that are going to power all your air doors inside the coat then you can toggle back and forth between those two and then we've got a little button here we can pop our generator door so I press the button and that'll slide up at night time this does illuminate too giving it a really cool look and then you've got your generator that is in a quiet box but when I open this up you can see all super clean it's on airbags and I love how Newell labels everything so you know what pressure to set your airbags at you can start and stop it out out here as well as inside the coach then you do have a little spot right here that you could plug your power washer hose in so when you want to get the bugs washed off the front of it you don't have to run hose all the way down the side of the coach and then I also want to point out it's got these executive steps super industrial and I can even jump on this won't even shake the codes this is a 60 000 pound gross vehicle weight coach so let's go take a look inside [Music] ladies and gentlemen welcome to Newell coach 1725. this has the biggest slide rooms in a Newell coach and I'm really excited to show you around there's a lot of really cool stuff that they did in this coach it's a completely different vibe inside the coach than it was outside outside they went with a dark theme inside is the opposite extremely light bright just a really comfortable feel in this coach one of the things you'll notice in the salon of this coach is we're not seeing any light switches on the wall panels at all the owners did that intentionally they wanted to hide that so it's a nice clean look up front here so you're probably wondering where all the light switches are one of the cool little things that I'll show you where they hid some of those in a second but I have seen a lot of different Newell coaches but I really love this interior and all of the little design style and cues in this coach I want to point out you've got almost like a rust sick kind of a barn wood to give it that dark accent just to break up the light colors of then a cool pattern almost a linen kind of a texture in between the leather panels and then of course all of the new coach lighting is beautiful I really love these recliners in this coach almost like a European style look and extremely comfortable well then you've got this little kind of cup holder now this isn't more of a driver console so when you're going down the road usually you'll have this up in between the two chairs you've got your cup holders a little spot for storage there and then this can just kind of easily slide around the coach now coming back up to the cockpit area here like I said outside Cummins X15 605 horsepower this has the ZF transmission the steering that automatically kind of centers with the road and does have that ZF suspension so extremely comfortable that combination with the Allison 4000 transmission in the Cummins X15 unlike any motorhome package on the road and then you've got this huge digital screen big Digital dash you've got this little panel right here that you can walk around the coach and control your slide rooms you can control your Shades your lighting your climate control your generator monitor you know your PSI and your air compressor lock your bay doors your dryer vent just so much can be done from this little tablet right here so nice that you have that from your cockpit that you can control a lot of that stuff and then nice simple controls it does have a tire pressure monitor system you do have a big camera up here as well so additional cameras 360 cameras and then another cup holder here for your driver all finished with that carbon fiber such a nice feel wood grain steering wheel just such a luxurious coach so then your passenger has a nice comfort area here and I want to point out the two-tone leather you have two different colors of cream a really cool style pattern on your Captain's chairs up here and then your passenger has a navigation screen as well as a cup holder a little spot to set your belongings a real comfortable area and then coming back into the coach nice sofa here and then there is a TV on a televator behind the sofa and I love all the little books that they use and the little accent pieces beautiful accent pillows and beautiful Style with the cloth that have studded sides and then you have this little ottoman here that will slide around this can be used as a coffee table or you can take this off and then this will open up and can be utilized for storage as well or you can just use that as an ottoman this couch will jack knife into a bed if you need [Music] so that if you do have some guests you do have a spot for guests to sleep but coming back here I love that they kind of broke up the real light colors with this almost like a teak wood or a walnut countertop here you've got the little outlets and USB ports that pop up and then of course these huge dual coach windows we do have the blinds closed right now on a hot Florida day those AC units are running keeping this coach nice and cool but all the cool little accent lighting and almost a little bit of a rustic Style on these sconce lights here so many cool little details like that as we're coming across I've got to point out the Headroom how much Headroom is in the middle of the coach and also inside the slide rooms Newell coach has the most interior space in the class A industry that I'm aware of and this coach having the biggest slide room so you can get in a new Old Coach probably has the most floor space of any Class A motorhome in the industry so a lot to be said about this and Newell coaches are custom built in Miami Oklahoma so if you've had a chance to see the factory tour or the build process videos I've done there they're really built unlike anybody else a lot of value and there's a reason that they have a two-year backlog even though they're 2.5 million dollars of one of the most sought after motorhomes in the industry so I love in the galley here that this accent mirror ties in a little bit of that rustic pattern that we saw on those sconce lights but you do have a lot of storage in your Galley all lined with carpet two-toned the interior of these cabinets are lit as well you have your avantium microwave then a nice big Pantry deep Pantry here and a cooktop cover for your wolf induction cooktop and I love the light color cabinets and the light color countertops you don't see that very often and a lot of people would think it's too bright but I think it was really Tastefully done in this coach and you can see you've got this huge sink then a little more storage here storage below the sink you do have a residential garbage disposal so if you want to you know if you're cooking you want to chop up some vegetables and put them down that garbage disposal you can do that dishwasher here you got to give it three knocks to unlock it so that it's not flying out while you're going down the road as a fisher-paid kelp dishwasher and then here's your silverware drawer it's got a big drawer here above your dishwasher and then your silverware drawer here with the silverware dividers and then you have this drawer here with this pegboard here so if you want to Stow pots and pans that set up so that those won't rattle while you're going down the road nice big deep drawer space below that because there's so much Headroom in this coach there's a lot of storage and as we go through this coach you'll see it now one of the really cool things that they did is they wanted to hide a lot of the light switches in the front of the coach now we do have a switches right here for your pocket doors I can show you can close that pocket door that goes back into the bedroom I love that it's got a mirror face with that cool inlay all those uh light switches and shade controls are actually hidden behind this panel here so you can see control all of your Shades and then you have this big panel that you can control your heated floors your climate control gen set your slide rooms all that can be controlled here now going into the half bathroom I love the style in this hat bathroom with almost like an aqua color on the wall beautiful subway tile backsplash behind the toilet it's got that bidet toilet in it really cool sink the style I love the Grain and the sink just nice clean simple bathroom here and then you've got your refrigerator with that same cabinet face just making it blend in I love the hardware that they use the big monogram GE Monogram refrigerator you got a little ice tray here as well as a large freezer and more Pantry space just so much storage as we go through this code big deep Pantry space the bedroom back here is huge with the biggest slide rooms that Newell coach makes check this out guys just huge rear bedroom and this is the only dual coach that I know of where the slide rooms are so big that you actually have your washer dryer in the slide room here it's got these nice little doors here so if you want to load stuff out of that washer dryer into your drawers here this will kind of recess back making easier access so as you can see king size bed and lots of cool little stuff that the original owners of this coach did you've got a little makeup area here so you can open that up and then you've got that mirror this will slide out this can also be utilized for storage as well so you got a little ottoman a little spot to do your makeup then you also have you know big deep drawers here and of course those huge Newell coach windows and I love all these cool little Decor pieces they did they really hit the nail on the head with this coach and then you could see just so much room such an open feel in this bedroom you do have wardrobe right here and you can see there is adjustable shelving in here but it can be utilized for wardrobe as well all lined with carpet and if you wanted to take all these out and have long hanging space as well you can see that could be done you do have outlets and USB ports in this closet as well and then even though we have a washer and dryer in this slide room you still have this little storage space here just utilizing every square inch in this coach then you do have the cabinets overhead but the cool part about that is this does have the projector so that's a huge option you've got that huge basically that huge shade turns into a TV then you also have a little spot here to store your components and a little light night table on both sides of the bed and if you want to adjust the bed up you can adjust the bed and then you do have your shade controls lighting controls bed size and then a tablet like we saw in the cockpit area where you can control your lighting your slide room Shades all that good stuff it's on both sides of the bed you have a little storage here with an outlet inside of it that you can store a CPAP machine and then run that here you can see that's on both sides of the bed here and there was a patsy low painting up front that I forgot to mention there's just so much going on in this coach but I love the style of the Patsy low painting really just ties everything together but check out this rear band absolutely stunning I love the tile work on the floor it matches the shower tile floor and then it's got that kind of seamless drain look and then you've got a bidet toilet here with the heated towel bar and right here I love this you can just press a button and now that just turned on the heated towel bar and you also have a vent with the fan in your shower and I love the style of these sinks really cool pattern unlike anything we've ever seen you do have the Dual vanity in this bathroom medicine cabinets with Outlets lined with carpet adjustable shelving at the end just such cool Decor pieces that they use for this coach now you still have a lot of closet space in the back of the coach here all lined with cedar and you can really smell that cedar again this door will tuck in if you want to get dressed and leave that open for for a moment but you do have shelving in your closet as well here's the owner's manuals for this coach you have more uh closet space on this side and this door will recess there again lined with cedar super clean then you have a little bit of drawer space here too just utilizing all this so if you are a serious and qualified buyer this coach is
