New York City Block 🌆 | The Sims 4 - Speed Build (NO CC)

[Music] foreign [Music] [Music] hello and welcome back to a new video on my channel my name is Sarah and today I'm back with another Sims 4 speed bold and today I'm going to build um a community lot which is going to be a New York City Block inspired building um or to be to be exact it's going to be several buildings on one lot to create like a New York City street feeling I really like building stuff like this as you probably saw on my channel in the in the past and I was really excited to do another um build like this so I decided to build like um pretty much an L-shaped um townhouse Block in San mishuno on a 30 by 30 lot so it's not that super big but I think it's enough space I really like the slot I really like the urban feeling um that you have and samishuno in the Spice Market um I think it's really really pretty and um yeah I enjoyable on the slot I think I did like so many Builds on this specific lot um or the um other lot that is like right next to it which is also a 30 by 30 lot and I decided to make it like a community lot but it would probably also work um for on your Sims to live on if you're decorating some apartments into the houses so there's no apartments or anything in the houses but you can totally do that if you like um I made some shops so there are two shops in the building complex the um which are a laundromat and a flower shop I think that would be cute and something I didn't do that often so I thought I would um include it there as well and yeah I think it came out quite nice I tried to decorate it to make it look really busy and try to make it realistic so I was looking for a lot of reference pictures online of like New York city streets and um try to decorate it as realistic as I could so I used a lot of the city living stuff as well as like stuff from the get-together expansion and um yeah a lot of different other packs like to create like a really cool City environment with a lot of signs and advertisement and spray paintings and all that kind of stuff to make it look really Urban and New York City like and I hope you like it um yeah I had a lot of fun building it it will be in my gallery for you to download my ID is Sarah Amina and you will also find all the information in the description if you want to um know more about it and as you can see I um build like this little shop in the corner which is going to be the laundromat later on in the video um and next to it I'm going to decorate like a little flower shop so if you use it as like um maybe retail lot or I think they they're probably other community lot types that you can use for it to work or maybe as a residential lot if you want to do that could be totally possible as well and um yeah I hope you enjoyed this build I hope you like this video and I
