look at this ladies and gentlemen this is a home manufacturer by Clayton we're going to be touring the exterior interior let me give you just a quick little scan of everything this is actually a day before the show's getting kicked off okay so I'm going to try to get in here and make it happen for y'all this model I just walked in for the very first time unbeelievable okay look at the exterior though let me step back here all right let me show you a couple things on the back side and then we're going to get back on the porch and head in cuz we got a lot to see okay um I know we do have a couple doors besides just the main entry okay looks like maybe a 512 roof pitch on this house I'll try to verify that for sure for you we come on back here and we have electrical outlet there we have a yeah we do have have a um back door here now what is this this is like some type of security system that's pretty cool maybe comes standard on this house uh water faucet there and then we have another door down here I'm not going to be able to get back there but maybe I can put the camera over and kind of show you just to show you exactly where it's at there you go we have a door right there as well let's head back around we got to get inside I wanted to come right here and show you this Paradise Clayton Middlebury okay let's go up on the porch now couple things I want to say about this porch is just the fact that this is not your cookie cutter porch first of all I mean this thing is super long it's super wide look at this come on down and uh that's great that's a special spot I'll tell you that we got trans of windows down here we even have the ring door Bell on this house uh y'all if you would like to drop a like I would appreciate it it really helps out the videos thank need to pause the video find you a good seat let's go so as we come in as soon as we come in it starts getting crazy a man it's beautiful right let me start off with a shot of the flooring just to make that happen for you so you can see that I got to start off with the living room and and you know I love how you have it kind of Walled off here but by no means is this living room small is it I mean it's it's huge it's massive then we're going to have electric fireplace but it's going to be wrapped or I guess you would call the entertainment setup whatever you'd like to refer to it as in just a unique way that I've never seen as well either here's a look right here at all these windows that we just looked at from the porch right there's giving me some beach Vibes it's like 10° up here in Louisville I thought about going out that way but I want to keep on going this direction so we don't lose so I don't lose y'all and everything so there is the front door you come in we just took a right to the living room then we straighten back up and it's into the kitchen and you know if you're like me I thought well if the living room's taking up that much space and you got this wall this kitchen's going to be going to have to eat some of that space but look how big it is and then look at your haul look how wide It Is by no means is it small now y'all drop a comment on this particular model but what I'm thinking one thing that I want to share this house to me uh like soon as I came in it has a like a elegant like a high class vibe to it I don't know uh look at these pools never never have seen these they have like a um texture to them but like your light fixtures I mean don't get wrong I've seen a lot of gold and all that here recently or over the few years but something about the living room the way it was set up the way that entertainment was set up the wall around and then you come in here um I don't know y'all drop a comment I got a he from you let me know what you think white cence over here black over here with the same pools we got our sink in our kitchen island and this is one of those sinks that's got um you know like inlays that's just kind of what I call it um but basically you can set different things in here drain racks uh things like that that way you know you don't got to put stuff all the way in the bottom of the sink make sure y'all know that is soft closes by the way we got the friger refrigerator with a lot of cabinets around it here we have the corner Pantry I love the corner pantry you guys it's got a lot of space you got several racks um just a lot of room it's a Walkin you know what I'm saying so you got plenty of space for all types of things okay wait a minute something about that just didn't feel right let me open that back I had I had to just a little one just a little one for yall I had to hit a little dance for y'all because I know I felt like if I didn't y'all was going to y'all was going to quit watching was you surely not okay down here we have this dining area with a very big table very big table uh it's very long as you can tell check out like this accent wall we have here so there is the back door didn't really talk much about the forer area but you definitely got room if you want to put some stuff right there some shelving bookcases whatever You' like to do let's head on down this way we got a lot to see I would like to give you one little look from the live to the living room from here and look at this look how this opens up incredible want to take you in a bedroom first all kind of different options you can have on these homes got the five panel interior doors in this house it's been a while since I've seen that I'm a big fan of them but I just don't see them like I used to but this sometimes it's just like straight plain pan you know five panels or whatever but these you can tell they got a little bit of design to them as well even to make it just a little bit nicer beautiful bathroom double sinks in here and like I like this now y'all know I'm a huge fan of just something different and that's what I've seen a lot here at this new at this show cuz it's all brand new stuff but I like this you got double sinks in here and this house is only 1,00 ft so it ain't like it's you know a lot of times if I see a 25 3,000 ft then yeah you may see double sinks in your guest bath or have three baths or something but you know I feel like what they did is they just really took this 1900 ft house you know to the next level with all the bells and whistles okay let's go into this bedroom so this room is on the front of the house [Music] all right we come into the utility room that really opens up and here we have a side the side door but look at this man what are y'all thinking let me hear from you I want to know what you think okay we got the washer and dryer set up over here we've got some cabinets above it these are uh the same cabinets we've seen in the rest of the house we've got a breaker box let's see if any of these are storage no that's your water heater probably going to be your your furnace same flooring we had in that bathroom looks like we got 9t ceilings incredible all right just checking on y'all okay let's go to the main bedroom and then after that I'll hop behind the camera we'll talk about some important information on this house okay so y'all stay for that stay tuned for that walk into the closet first is what I'd like to do since it's right here they done hit us with the tray ceiling in here I like that I like how you have the lights here on all four corners so this bedroom is also on the front of the house you don't just hold tight we're going to get in we're going to get in there let's go ahead let's go ahead I know you can't take it anymore all really I can't take it anymore wow we have the shower and tub let's start out one look same flooring but let's start out with our our sink and our vanity right here beautiful beautiful beautiful look got the glass of wine in here got the book I'm talking about I told y'all this was some of that this some of that man I just don't know if I fit in it be honestly I was a little too high class for me but I like looking at it that's for sure we do have the freestanding tub and let me get a closeup of these faucets that's a new design looks like and yep so we have I mean this bath is is very big but we got the tub double sinks with some countertop space and then we have a really big tile shower with this beautiful tile now y'all know the deal on all most most of all these homes you can option different stuff okay keep that in mind far as colors and all that type of good stuff I know I kind of mentioned it earlier but you know I just want to reinforce that to you if there's maybe one little thing that you don't like I would just not give up on if this may be your dream house okay I'm going to get into some more information that I think will be really want to get into a few things on this particular house this is the Paradise by Clayton Holmes and it's built this uh one at the show is built out of Middlebury Indiana okay 1900 overow 1900 square foot an amazing floor plan as we've already seen now what I want to talk to you just briefly about is the new ebuilt features that Clayton is offering if you watched the other home that I toured there a few weeks back the Johnny Be Good I'll pop up that thumbnail for you uh I tried to explain a little bit more of the intro showed you some a few things but what I'm going to do here is just briefly go over a couple things I will put their EB belt Link in the description if you want to be able to learn more it's it's all in all it's about Energy Efficiency and which I think is a huge thing right we want to save as much money as we can right and so they they're they've got all types of different ways they're doing that when they build these homes for instance a tight thermal envelope is one of them which basically I'm just looking on the website that I'm going to put in the description uh it's a sealed duct system that reduces drafts and increases Energy Efficiency one big thing I really like is the uh hybrid water heater it says uses as much energy in one year as a 100 watt light bul think about that one year 365 days 52 weeks what do you think about that that gets me excited I told you I was going to be serious okay but s seriously y'all check out their that that site like I said I'll have it in the description if you want learn more uh I just want to get into estimated retail pricing let you know that the videos come out Tuesday Thursday and Saturday night 6:45 central time now all these homes that are Tor the show obviously they uh they we don't know Freight charges from the man manufacturer to the retailer then the retailer to you we don't know County State fees and codes these homes have to be built to depending on where they're going uh so keep all that in mind this just going to be that's one that's going to be wide range for you this will be for at the time of recording depending on options location uh you know even like this house with a 9ft roof I mean 9ft ceiling you know you go eight save a little money you know you go different countertops you could not have the porch on the front you could have the porch on the front you can do a lot of different things this will give you a great idea for at the time recording right above us one other thing this is part of their Easy Street series if you want to look some more of that up online you
