what's up guys welcome back to homes on Wheels check out this beautiful home today we're at the Home Place in Pinson Alabama these guys have been here since 1969 and they have some of the finest mobile homes we're going to be touring this home right here that's built by Deer Valley though and just look at the gables on this front porch right here this is awesome isn't it oh it is man it's impressive I can't get over it when you go to a mobile home and you've got chandeliers literally literally on your own report on your front porch oh gosh wow it's absolutely insane these Deer Valley homes really just take it to the next level if you look up though I mean that's every bit of probably 18 20 foot high in the center it is yeah it's crazy with these beams you got plenty of room for Mama and Papa's rocking chairs over here behind Heath over there is a good spot for a for a uh for a really nice swing for us Southern folks that's a big deal to go along with our sweet tea isn't it that is you got to have it I mean talk let's let's go in and take a look when when they go through that door they're going to be wild like we were I know they are you can see all the way from front to back and if you think this front porch is impressive you can't wait to show you all the back porch yeah we will go ahead and showcase these windows though these are Croft aluminum windows these are some of the higher end windows that you can get in Mobile Homes we apologize we are right next to the Talladega 500 if y'all hear those trucks in the background our mics may be canceling some of it out but they're pretty loud but just the styling of this home is one of my favorites I'm gonna get out of the way and let you walk in first you don't even hear the road noise at all no I mean it is dead quiet in here now and I mean you can look out the window and that's a semi truck just went by yeah it's a huge deal so this home is really set up in my opinion to be an entertaining style home if you sit here on the couch you could have a TV over here you could have people in there playing cards in the kitchen you can uh you can do just about everything and be in the same Blind Side of everybody and that back porch when we get around to showing you guys that's going to be oh man great for ball game time you know whether you're cooking out cooking ribs on the smoker the grill I've done side down now I think I'm going to Flame this one I'm gonna claim this house I tell you what you let you let Miranda see this and I think you're probably going to be moving I hope not I just got through building my shop well as you walk through the living room that we just came through first off you step into this beautiful kitchen and right away one of the things that really stands out to me is how workable the kitchen is you got a lot of room tons of room to move around on both sides of the island the Island's massive the way that they have it set up right now because they have three bar stools under here I'm pretty sure you could put four though if you change the style up that's a really wide stool yeah so if you just had the round style I don't think it would be a big deal at all and there's a lot of space on neither side too yes and if you look down right here that's real roughs on wood I know it is yeah that's not fake that's real wood yep and if you look at the countertop it is not a real roughs on wood I'm explaining why they did that myself at our house we built a countertop out of the rough some wood and now every time I go to grab my keys off of it I get a splinter under my fingernail oh yeah so these being much Slicker they're much easier to clean they're one of those things where you don't have to worry about as many issues with it so it took in my opinion it's a smart move it looks good it functions well and it's a lot cleaner and we'll walk on down by the sinks here they got my they got my feature I had to have Brandon my dish detail feature you can reach over there and put the fire out on the stove yeah check out these drawers they're a lot deeper than what you you may think they are that's that's a good size drawer oh they are yeah they go way on back in the counter soft oh I like that because I always slam them there are shelves beneath this as well so it's not just a hollow hole if you look you got a spot where you can set pots and pans up higher too yep just makes it a little bit more functional all these cabinets are incredibly deep they're very well made they're heavy duty they don't feel light whenever you go to touch them you don't feel like you're going to rip it off the hinges or anything this is like stick built quality yeah absolutely so this is pretty functional as mentioned a lot of people get upset whenever they have their stove on this side and the stinks sink the stink listen to me the sink is on the other side and I have to walk all the way around the bar with a pod or something like that if they're going to strain noodles you know or if they got to clean the dishes from here to there right here you can take your stuff straight off the stove put it right into the sink or the dishwasher that's right here next to it so yeah big deal to me in my opinion and the refrigerator is not far away either yeah you got a beautiful tile backsplash back here you do have the Frigidaire appliances in here that's worth noting they are the stainless steel type I really like this fridge right here these are not cheap guys just to get your appliances now we had our fridge go out a few months ago fridge just a fridge is like a couple thousand bucks now for a good one oh yeah absolutely insane this is what I refer to as the popcorn cabinet up here this is where we always keep our popcorn at our house got a beautiful dining area right here this is just a small table but you can fit a much larger one this one's set for six people I think you could fit an eight person table there don't you absolutely yes that's a lot of room there and you've got all these windows and you can look out and see onto the back porch and they're getting a little sneak peek of it I'm gonna go ahead and show them I guess so I guess we can go ahead and because we've got more wow factor in this home oh absolutely this wall right here is beautiful too that's real wood wall real wood case got a beautiful dark stain on it and it's a deeper case too yeah those windows yes absolutely and I mean that's big enough if you've got a cat the cat's going to want to lay in that window all the time yeah all the time don't blame them all right it's going to get loud again maybe maybe and they're still putting the siding on here this is a sneak peek guys you guys may not have ever seen this home before I don't think anybody's filmed it Brandon uh I don't I don't think that they have to my knowledge I'm since this is a sneak peek we're going to show you something here in just a second to show you the build quality this is really cool right here though for those of us that have a really nice outdoor area you know that it's a big deal to have the plugs up here so that's where you can install a TV you can sit out here and watch college football or hockey or whatever you like to watch or NFL if they're in the NFL NFL we don't watch it down south much but yeah just the you know we're we're either Roll Tide or War Eagle around here it seems like if you look right here you've got a really nice wood burning fireplace so this isn't gas logs you can actually have a nice real crackling fire out here okay wow yeah that's a big deal too honestly I don't think it comes from the factory this way but it would be really easy if you purchase this home to throw a screen door up and some screen here yeah yeah it would it wouldn't take very much to do that what I wanted to show y'all was is you got your standard five quarter boards for the porch down here but look how this is built a lot of times people think that mobile home companies take shortcuts these are on 16 inch centers yeah so this is built right you know it's not 24 inches in between the joists this is built exactly like a house and every time we come to the Home Center here oh yeah every time it just I mean it reiterates the quality that Deer Valley provides yeah guess we'll walk back in we'll go show you a couple of the bedrooms this is the master behind us we're going to save it for last because it's got probably the most wow factor in my opinion uh while we're right here this close we'll go ahead and step into the laundry room this is a big deal for a lot of you this is a real wood shelf up here this is that rough sawn wood style like the rest of the home too so it's not the wire shelving that everybody's used to yeah you got your breaker panel right here though it's right here where you may can sit through the door they've made it pretty fancy looking you know it's not your typical nasty gray looking box yeah it's actually got a little bit of a design Blends in yes it Blends in very well you got it trimmed in really nicely right here hot water nope no heat and air okay yeah heat and air return and we've noticed on these homes what they started doing is instead of just having a regular door thickness right here notice they added another piece of sheetrock oh they did yeah so their sheep got added on the back side of the door the reason for that is to make a little bit sound insulation that makes sense and if you look up right here a lot of homes do not have access mobile homes that is to the attic space Oh you're right so here you can actually stick your head up in the Hat you can reach up in there and look around if you got a leak or something that could come in handy because these homes have the higher pitch roof yeah and they have it has the heating and air in the ceiling too that's always good people like that on the Channel all the time also that crown molding that's some beautiful crown molding around the ceiling it is hey look at that yeah it's the wider The Wider band you know it's not when you think about a mobile home you think about really thin molding and that's such a thick molding up there that it just it looks fantastic on this side of the kitchen we didn't Focus over here we were looking at the appliances earlier yeah a lot of these open shelves like these two right here where you can stack stuff on there my wife would love that she would have it filled up with all kinds of knickknacks and stuff like that his knickknacks a southern term maybe it could be knickknacks is just random crap random stuff yeah this little spot right here is a great spot if you like coffee uh in my opinion I could see this being like a full-blown coffee bar perfect for your Keurig if you don't like coffee you can put a margarita machine right there that's right easy peasy right that's right the plugs are abundant along the walls with these cabinets too so with all your gadgets I know you've got mixers and blenders and all the coffee makers like we were talking about you need all of those plugs oh yeah just as soon as you don't have one the last thing you want is to have an extension cord run across your counter because that just is ridiculous more cabinets these are deep close these back where you can take a look down here look how big this drawer is good night oh so they even came across on this side with the big drawers too well if you look this piece of paper will give you a little bit of the measurements but look almost 20 inches deep well it sure does you can see it's featured the soft closed hinges like we showed you back there just a lot of usable work area in this kitchen let's take a look at some of these bedrooms and Brent I like the way you have this small Hall that goes back and then it starts to make your turns into the bedrooms and your your bathroom that right and one of the things to notice is if you look at the door frames over there they're your standard height door frame and standard width this is much wider leading into this hallway and much taller yeah I'm not a short guy and I can't reach the top what do you like six two yeah so I mean that that's a pretty high door frame probably at least eight foot we didn't talk about the floor this is a beautiful floor that they have in here you can look down here and it looks like real wood this is kind of like that that vinyl style tile actually he almost thought it was wood yeah when I walked in I really did and I don't know did we mention the lights above the bar before we didn't but I scanned over them and we'll scan over them real quick kind of got an industrial style light hanging from that wood that's up there and that is real wood that is not fake wood or paneling or anything like that so I know we've been teasing you with the bedroom so I guess we need to go ahead and head yeah we've been teasing them too long when you step over from that flooring you do step onto a carpet I know a lot of people prefer the carpet for a couple of reasons one of the reasons is it's a lot warmer during the wintertime so if you're in a colder region I can see where that would be really nice these are also nicer doors you know better doors than what most mobile homes have yeah instead of having I guess it is it a nine panel door 369 I can't remember now in these bedrooms there are wire racks in the closets however we did a little bit of research and you can replace them with the wood racks on Amazon for next to nothing if we have time we might even throw y'all an Amazon link down in there to some of the wood shelving for those of you that may be interested absolutely and I noticed they've got two windows in here where a lot of the mobile home uh tours a lot of the homes have one window and the especially in the guest rooms yes I like that they're again super deep window seals you can tell that these are not two by four walls these are going to be two by six walls it looks like on the exterior uh just overall just a very beautiful beautifully laid out home that is well made this bedroom right here though I would probably make this an office yeah this would definitely be an office we could edit their videos right here yeah absolutely yeah Deer Valley if you want to send us one of these for free we'll take it yeah we'll take one unless you as a sponsor so this is the guest bathroom we do have the lights on in there though they're a little bit dim it is a good sized bathroom with a single piece shower unit yeah it looks like they don't have a light bulb in that canned lighting or have them over or the lights they don't have bulbs over them otherwise it would be a lot brighter in here yeah so we'll just scan through that and that is a deeper tub than a lot of the the standard ones that's actually a lot bigger too Brandon it is that's a good size it's a lot wider I like that and like I say you do have one can light over the the shower tub combo there and we're going to scan back over go into bedroom number two there again good sized Closet in here you do have a single window in here but it's not facing the front of the home so it makes sense for them to have done that yep there's plenty of room in here if you needed to put a uh a full-size bed I think you could probably fit one into this room as well there again this home in my opinion is probably folks focused on the entertainment realm I can see this sitting next to a lake or something like that absolutely being an absolutely awesome guest room you could easily fit a full-size bed in here honestly you probably get a queen size bed but I think Queen would probably be about as big as you'd want yeah you wouldn't want to go too much wider than that Let's uh all right we've teased him with the master let's let's go ahead all right let's make good on our promise back to the master bedroom now guys we're trying to be a bit more thorough some of our other tours we've been told that we rushed or that we missed something so we're just trying to make sure that y'all get a full scale of how nice this home is because I mean there's so much to see that you could skip over it on accident here we are this is a big bedroom right here now it is it's set up where you can put your king size bed either between the windows against that wall or that one you have kind of an abundant you know a lot of times you get into a mobile home room you don't have options where you can put your bed yeah you're locked in here you've got three different walls that you can put your bed on and it would still not be awkward you could put your dressers and that stuff in any direction uh I would probably personally put the bed on that wall over there yeah but that's just me well let's see the wow fact ready you ready let's go guys are you ready drop a drop a like if you're ready to see this beautiful bathroom guys double vanity sink here there's a lot of room right here in the center by them adding the secondary countertop that steps down I think if it were my wife and she may tell me different that she would probably have another mirror here and probably even a bench a little makeup yeah it would be a perfect spot for her to do her makeup her hair you know absolutely be out of the way and then over the over both sinks you do have the place for lighting there too and they don't have them in there so it is a little darker in here but more big drawers with the soft closed touch which oh wow yeah you got the toilet right here this home does not have a potty closet so my wife likes to call it a separate room for the toilet uh that that is probably the only drawback of this home to be honest and in my opinion it's not we're kind of a private family at home we take turns in the bathroom we're not always in there together this is a good sized shower I'm going to step out of the way and let you film that Heath oh and it's got a big bench too yes it does got a that's like a rain style shower head up there oh it is yeah right overhead and you've got the wand too but that is a huge bench bring it okay so step in here and sit down on that bench so me and Heath are in the shower together yeah y'all check out our only fans only kidding yeah wow and Brandon's a big dude yeah this is a good size shower you could fit another six people in here it's really good no we're not kidding and you've got the step up oh and Brandon I didn't even look got a water control here and over here and over here so there's one of them controlled one I guess that one's for the head and yes for the wand yeah yes I like that that's cool yeah well if you ever do get in the shower with your wife if you're in a hurry or something like that it gets awkward because one of you standing in the corner for freezing yeah no I'm usually the one for freezing yeah so here's the closet to the master and I do not think that there's a light in here put your cell phone out yeah let's do that y'all can see it uh there again they are still setting this up so there's some of the stuff in there there are wire racks in here as well but this is a good sized closet that has a lot of usable room uh it kind of doubles on around it kind of doubles as your towel closet or your if you look to the left I think that's what this is set up for is maybe to put your bath towels yeah right at right here at the door yeah and then the rest of the closet would be for your paint clothes and stuff like that that's perfect man there's nothing wrong with that no not at all so let's go out you want to talk about the price or talk about the price yeah that's what everybody's wanting to know you've probably already saw it when we went through the kitchen no because I'll blur it out they'll never see it until now that's why they had to watch all the way to the end so they could see how much it is now keep in mind this is at the time of filming as you can see right now it's discounted what is it it's June 2023 so if you're watching this after that point this is subject to change absolutely it can go up it could go down it could go all around just keep that in mind so this is there again the Deer Valley Robin's Nest it is a 32 by 68 it is a beautiful two bedroom or three bedroom two bathroom home and we hope that y'all enjoyed this tour today and that you'll follow us to the next home which is
