was put into law about a year ago more than that and it's now finally coming to flu fluish yeah it's going to be available everywhere it's a national program that gives grants up to $144,000 uh and the article I have here uh where is it yeah okay New York $144,000 Home Energy rebates check eligibility okay now this is going to be everywhere and it's starting now uh and it's going to be in every state New York just got a head start on it for some reason I don't know why they were able it depends I think California is is weighing the Head Start too but it'll be everywhere so what you have to do now is make sure you know where that is going to be in your state okay now here's the article and I'll put these links in in in U uh you know in Instagram and YouTube and and of course on Alco help too for the members um and and in addition to that I mean this gives you the details about how you buy new new appliances you got to weatherize your home it's all to cut your uh utility bill so you're going to get a grand $14,000 to cut your utility bills and save a couple thousand a year on on utility bills so and you get a grant to do that so that's incredible and it's also for people who are renters yeah or not no it it'd be for your owner so you want to show your owners how to get new appliances for you uh and that's it so if you're a renter and don't own a home um you got to show your landlord about these programs so they could get you new appliances uh new weatherization and and cut down your energy bills too see everything besides getting a new stove and a refrigerator and all that kind of stuff uh you also get um your energy red I mean your utility build we do so that that's important to uh to know so I have and here's a link to that because the department of energy has a a a website with all of the oh no that's not it okay oh here it is okay so at energy.gov and you want to look for state and Community energy programs okay because that's where it's going to do so what you have to do is get this link whether it's in the uh descriptions here or on the Internet you want to search for energy.gov then you're looking for state and Community energy programs Project M because here's o excuse me I don't know what that is but what is I hope it's gone now and you just click on your state and what you want to do is contact the office in your state that's running these programs uh because you want to know whoops wow that should clearing out the sinuses a little you want to be on their mailing list to know when these are available so you could grab this $14,000 uh for where you live oh it's coming again don't know what that is but it's healthy it's not any sickness now I feel pretty fortunate uh healthwise so uh look at this link below or or search for this link uh depart of energy or just energy.gov energy.gov and you're looking for uh the oh come on F it's not going down yeah okay State and Community energy program State and Community energy program Department of energy energy.gov State and Community energy programs you click on your state and then sign up okay here's Virginia uh you sign up at your state on where to find out about okay so they have all the programs there that may not be listed yet but you want to get on their list so when that new programs come because they've sitting on this money for a year now and they're not giving it out in Grand see that that that's that's you got to learn this system and it's not how you and I would probably uh set it up but that's how it is and and what's interesting about this is the income requirements you could get a okay people like with uh maybe under 7080 90,000 depending on where you live it's like to 80% of the median income and and that could be up to like I say $780,000 depending on where you live and you get it all paid for so you buy all this new stuff and you get it all paid for by the government with that income but then you get half of it paid for it uh if you have incomes up to $150,000 or more I mean it's crazy I mean I I thought government grants were people who were struggling financially I guess not it's a whole new whatever uh so what you and I think that the government should be doing is not read let's go back to how do I get oh I see I gotta get out of this uh stop sharing I guess it maybe okay so I'm back now we Shar uh so people on let me see know and and that's it so people think they have a something in their mind all they need is an application you know like a a stimulus check hey okay tell me where to apply and I get it you know and it doesn't work that way and there's a hell of a lot more money than the stimulus checks out there and these other programs and you have to start realizing that oh The Navigators Q&A oh is that us we have something Navigators Q&A wonderful I didn't even know that see these people the inmates are running the Asylum here I don't know what El was going on Tammy and I are going to live on the mighty Network platform wonderful well put a tent just put a tent on the platform and and that's what it is well I mean anybody wants to share to help people please you know uh I want to give you a chance to help other people I think it's the most important thing we do in life uh before we die no matter what income age or whatever you are we all have some Talent or or kindness to give to other people uh and we just have have an opportunity to do that and now at my age man that's all I want to do there's nothing else makes me happy you than doing that and even like now we're going through a little bumpy road financially you we'll be out of it but uh that's life you have to if you don't have bumps on the road bad doesn't happen you're not living you ain't doing anything so you have to get out there and do you have to go out there and get in trouble because then that's way you know you're doing stuff if you're you're not getting hurt and beat up somewhere yeah you're playing it too safe to be able to help other people and contribute and uh solve your own personal problems you know uh and that's what's important that that you got to take a risk to solve your own Pro problems and the things that you are comfortable doing probably don't work anymore it didn't for me and even getting into this shape now not physically but it and professionally I mean after I was figured out for 10 20 30 years or whatever trying to figure out how to make a living writing books in this country finally did it and had a couple New York Times best more Heth than I ever that then that didn't work anymore we're we're living too long it would have been fine if I died at 60 but I'm 80 and I got about 10 15 more years ago so you still you got to just keep learning new because the world changes and if you don't fit into what's going on the world isn't going to change for you you got to change for it it's on a train it's like like a train going somewhere man and it's not oh no we're going to do it this way for Joe because he's such a nice guy no the Train's going no matter what Joe or me or anybody else wants so you got to change your stuff uh to fit it and take it and that's the fun part of life is learning and failing and and trying and whatever and I think it's it's bad if you're doing it alone and that's why I think we have a community now uh uh that that that helps each other through this because we all know we're all going to fail and up and not be right about things and everything and that I don't know why the educational system tries to teach us to do everything that's perfect nobody does anything perfect why try and you build perfect you know by by being imperfect that's the only way you get there if you're not going to do anything until you're perfect hm that doesn't sound like a good business plan I mean I wouldn't have said that before after I got an MBA school they tell me all these things I have to do I do all this stuff you and I did it all and both of things failed I what the hell is this I'm failing and I'm doing like they told me oh Mommy what's going on I don't know what to do oh people are nice to me and it's you got to get over it if you want to contribute and grow I mean that's the only way we as you know we're just like a plant ice feeli or a tree or a monkey or we're just here to grow so what we have I think the biggest problem we have in growing is us I'm my biggest enemy in trying to grow because I I don't want to do that that sounds hard or people will make fun of me that's why you do we're like this I just you know after I failed at everything else I said man I'm just going to have fun and the more I have fun the more it seems to fit in what's going on around and I had more success having fun than I did anything else in my life getting degrees or uh all that kind of stuff so that's a I see let's go help is people like you know charity and Michelle and uh everybody that's helping other people I mean um oh gosh it's all these people that taking their time and their heart it's not only their time people time is very important but it if you're using that time to share your heart is is like a double wi to me I mean like me I mean see talking like an idiot cursing and things like that I could do that if I was a worker for some Fortune 500 company I'd be cancelled within a minute [Laughter] right but that's not me you know and you don't get I don't I can't give my best if I'm not me and that's why I I don't even tell Tammy or anybody else what to do I mean as long as they're kind that's the only that's the only real rule we have you just be kind where to go to connect with other members since I joined right on letco help too that's going to be the main platform in the long run we also on Facebook and when you join you you're eligible for Facebook platform and you'll always be there we'll probably just have it around anyway because that's a place easier to leave a message for us you know because you won't see the answer until we get to it and let go help to there's some you know every time you use somebody else's platform it's not made exactly for you but it's it's a hell of a lot better platform than the uh Facebook Facebook we have too many people that are sneaking in they're pretending they're members they're pretending they're me they said they're me hey just send me $500 I'll help you get a grant you know I'm only charging $20 anybody else that tries to charge you more than $20 that's not me you're welcome to give them money but if it's somebody who gets you on an email or a um you know messenger or a phone call they're just scammers you know and if you go into Google you know they're legitim scammers and that you'll get something but it won't be anything near we get you'll pay ,000 more I need to get uh more involved yes Travis please um you know if you've gotten a a grant from us or anybody else so so you could share your experience on on that uh what it feels like uh to land a fish you're going to tell tell other people how to fish you got to really do it and so uh keep applying till you get something or from us or whatever uh so you could show other people how to fish because we want to teach as many people how to fish so they don't need us anymore and I hope they need us for the camaraderie because we all all need somebody uh to get through this life I mean it's maybe it's our Cowboy mentality being an American or something like that we want to do it alone and all that kind of stuff but that's hard on the heart that's why the these images that we have of the you know Cowboy or something man they had no heart they had no soul they're missing that one of the best parts of life is being vulnerable that's how you become lovable yeah is you're being vulnerable and that's why I I think that like my wife now is a very difficult situation and she is really much more lovable to me now than ever go this probably the hardest situation she's been through in life and it's it's wonderful to be here with her like that uh and that's what you know let's go help I mean all the people that are struggling I know they're all struggling they and they don't even have time to realize that they're struggling because they're just you have a fire drill every day you know trying to get through this nonsense we call life you know uh and it is tough for all of us you know if you read the newspapers man it's worse and that's a community that at least is kind and I think if anything matter how smart you are or what degrees or or uh you know uh credentials you have I don't care U if youve been able to use the system to get uh money then you know help other people and share that knowledge and share that kindness and share the warmth that we all need to help each other you know and that's the most important thing I think we all have have to give in this country or this world or whatever the hell is going on outside there I don't know okay let me couple other things that I want to make sure we cover um God how is look at 20 minutes already what the hell did I say um okay so the $14,000 this is a very important Grant um it's billions and billions of billions and billions of people uh and all over so every everybody's eligible for it no matter what your income is now particularly if you're under 70 or $80,000 you're going to get 100% return otherwise it'll be 50% something like that but there's so much and also your your utility bills are going to get I mean just think you you could get an extra you know three 400,000 or3 $4,000 a month a year uh utility bills savings you know I mean that that's so that see big thing in life is not having a big overhead you want you don't want to you know expensive cars expensive hous that gives you a big overhead then you have to fight and scram scramble and do things you don't like doing because you got stuck in those expensive things and that's a trap until you really you know figure out to get the income to spend those expensive things um pay for them uh and that's why just that's that's like having a debt you know that you can't pay you have a mortgage you can't pay you have a car payment you can't pain uh and that's what um I think it creates sickness inside uh and anxiety and all that stuff that goes on the heart and the blood pressure and and I mean I'm not a scientist and I don't even know what the hell I'm talking about here I just know how I feel and all that feel like pressure just like a a boss or a place going to work that I just felt like I was going to the dentist every day just place I just had to do it didn't want to do it and so you can't give your best if you don't want to do it and you just feel you have to do it but there's things in life we have to do that we have to get through stages in life uh when that happens to us we we have responsibilities to oursel and our community and our family whatever and we do whatever the hell is we is have to do to you know honor those responsibilities we have being responsible is is an important part of us and we have to take that responsibility so that we grow as a human and as a society that we don't want to be a person that nobody wants to live next to and it just because I I think also if you act that way it's the best way to um to help change the world because then other people see you acting that way that hey you know she seems nice and she acts real nice doesn't have to be a smartass or a tough ass or whatever cuz that's the way you want life well then you have to act that way and have to do it when it's not comfortable too and that's hard to do and that's why I feel if we have like even I never met any these people Tammy charity um and the light that are out there helping us uh helping other people but I feel their warmth and I feel their love just by their actions and that's just the nicest feeling in the world and since day one we've been doing this I it just the warmth I get from just the way they act without even meeting them I I I can tell and that makes my heart warm and that's makes me grow as a human and want to give more to other people so it's people who I see giving inspires me to give even more so God damn it Tammy I'm gonna give a lot more help than you will you're not going to outbeat me you too charity man that's that inspiration uh that we could give each other is just a remarkable gift you know and that's the problem with capitalism I love capitalism because it shows me if nobody was PID for this why the are we doing it just to please oursel no we shouldn't do that because we're here to help other people not just make ourselves feel good well we that's part of it but to me the secret is helping somebody else makes you feel better so giving is really a selfish act it makes you feel so good yeah right Mary see good people attract other good people and that's what I I didn't realize I was building this here when I started it I just wanted a place to teach people and I love entertaining people that teach him that way I was a college professor uh in computers back in the 70s and before computers are big as this room now they're on a phone are you two what's that 528 HS HC don't know what that is Antonio so I don't know whether they say yes or not uh the books are great uh this is much better see it much better I can't believe I met helping more I had I knew all this information 30 40 50 years ago and I uh I'm helping more people now than ever before um and because it's this it's the technology that had to do it so that's why uh when people start buying sto buying books about 10 15 years ago I it took me many years to figure out this I knew they needed the information I just know how to get it to them and do it uh so I can make a living and this is better than anything else I've done I feel that I'm in a New York time bestseller twice and all this kind of stuff Awards and books but never like this that I see people actually really get help um and now that I see it doesn't even need me you know if we have charity and and Tammy and Michelle and um uh all the other people who do this is I'm not needed you know and and you help each other and that is just uh a wonderful gift you all are giving me um I don't need it but what you're giving the other people um that that is what I know I know for members there there's just so many so much pain out there and frustration and whatever it is and uh and that you are able to to give that Comfort no matter how little it is it doesn't matter and that's why you know you're not going to we're not going to solve cancer big thing it's the little things you know that the average person can do that is so much more meaningful in life because every day they know they I feel I hope they know they can come on and see one of us that are here to just give some comfort in a little Direction maybe I mean that's just a bonus I think that you but see it's not that we know something it's that we know it's there and to give you the Comfort uh to keep trying to find out when it's there for you uh did you really just challenge Tammy right Throw Down The Gauntlet at Tammy Tammy Dy M got more money from the government than I've ever gotten she's just remarkable um never met all the these people and I feel closer to them than um uh anybody because my own heart hasn't been opened like this before and that's what's nice so that's why I want to spend the rest of my life opening my heart as much as possible let me make sure I didn't so oh the people oh another uh don't forget here I I'm G to let me let me go try to get share my screen again if people I want to show you uh okay these grants are really to fix up your house um and cut utility bills and things help for home repair where I live see you're waiting for this one program to happen no okay put your name on the list but then now start going this thing here home repairs Rebuilding Together that's a great nonprofit organization that provides free home repair to people wow did you know that probably not I learned about it years ago because I help helped a woman who started that I gave her one of my and this is like 30 years ago or more uh one of my computers to run her this nonprofit out of her basement or wherever she was to help people get free home repair more free home repair uh program Look age in place uh another play home these are all home and what you want to do see when you get this list of all the places for home repair the trick is and it's not a trick it's just a pain in the ass that's what most tricks are just doing something that is a pain in the ass you'd rather not do you start calling them whether there probably won't for for you most of them won't you know but there will be one in there that you don't know that's good for you and you only find that out by talking to them you get them on the phone and say Hey you sound like you know you help people with home repair I'm not sure if I'm eligible for your program U but if I'm not can you suggest somewhere else that I may be eligible for that would help me you know what I mean and that's what it is yeah uh is asking them they know more than I will ever know about that then even Tammy will ever know about that and that's what you have to do is ask them because they're local where Tammy lives is one place or everybody lives is different different um sources different everything that's why it's hard what we have to do is is you teach you about the process not so much where to go just it's out there and it's going to be different where you live or anybody else so it's that process you keep going through there I mean take five and call them up and see what they got you know tomorrow try five more see what the hell they got start learning that's what Tammy does because I know she gets so excited when she finds a new one she'll say oh look what I I just got eight more months of of mortgage payments wow yeah and it it is there uh so let us try to help you help yourself and help other people you know take all our information share it with anybody else you know in the world uh make sure if you're M or not you know uh go and download the 500 Grant report uh Min Grant report for your state you know you want to go there and uh download for your state so you have that and share it with your family people like PCS for people that charity has there and uh call one up and say hey uh can you take these and use something with it and I you know may take you half a dozen phone calls at the most but
