for for all well who we got [Music] today uh well listen I um yes I am live I still am live I don't know how many years I got to do this but I'm going to I'm going to appreciate every single second that I have left to do this uh because I can't say anything better to do in life and it fills my life so much it grows my heart the last couple years since I've been doing this uh with theoh help.com stuff it just grows my heart because my my heart is opening up to the rest of my life too so friends and even where I live and everything is just opening up everything and it's all about opening your heart and helping other people and I'm just so grateful that I have a source to do this and to keep myself not only entertained but of some value to somebody that's the whole thing I had Tammy charity everything listen I just got a wonderful note today uh and it's from a member a letco help member uh her name is Nina Cooper Nina cooper cooper cooper cooper cooper and she wrote me I mean this is this is what get gets me up in the morning and and actually she says nice things about her and I know it's not to me I'm not I I don't create these programs if they were me if I created programs I I deserve this but I I just tell you about what's there you know um that you have just because you live in this country everybody has access to them and I didn't create them at all uh and the government just doesn't do a good job of letting people know what they have okay here's what she says hello Matthew I hope you are well I wanted to share with you another wonderful great things that happened to me last year I told you about how the VA mortgage relief paid and awarded me $28,000 to pay mortgage well they awarded me another is that amazing $111,000 to pay my mortgage again so not only she get $28,000 to pay back mortgage she got another $111,000 to pay mortgage again I was qualified due to co uh they will pay uh and actually the program there pays up to $50,000 but they mentioned to me that the program is almost exhausted so they might be ending soon but I was fortunate enough to be able to get qualified again so not only did she get $28,000 she got another $111,000 I am so grateful and thankful to you for showing me the way on how to navigate this process thank you thank you very very much wow I I and like I say boy if I have you know the energy just to show people that is uh just amazing to me I just can't think of a better life you know if I was a big Entertainer or rock star I mean that that certainly brings people joy in another way but solving someone's financial problem without me even giving the money I mean that is just phenomenal to me that that that this could happen and that's why I I am going to do this until I die I'm going to do this every day every minute that I can and and because it gives me joy to see something like this man what power we all have to help other people we all have that power people have a problem and you get stuck in your problem and you don't know what's out there you just do a little digging and you'll be able to help other people with problems W without much effort on your part and what a leverage I mean it's just about helping other taking a moment of time somebody has a problem get on there and and you don't go to Google to try to find out somebody's problem here's how you find out somebody help somebody with a problem you go to AI okay artificial intelligence because Google is just going to get you wrapped up and trying to send uh everybody in Google wants money to solve your problem or your friend's problem or your loved one's problem but if you use Ai and there's a couple of them you have gemin um Google uh Gemini g m i n i I think uh and that's google.com or I use chat gp.com and they both are free and you could use the free service and the key to using them is how what you say and and stumble around try I mean you're like a programmer when you use AI you're a programmer but you know the code you don't have to learn any code because it's all in English it's like talking to someone so I I was a programmer back in the 70s and I had to learn two or three languages yeah to make these goddamn things work now you don't have to go to school and Le learn a code you just have to speak English and I'm sure there's other ones uh for other languages but that's all you need to do so you could go um like for sweet Nina Cooper you know if she was in your life uh area or whatever well if you're a member a shortcut you could just tell us and we'll show you where and you can give it to your Nina and uh that would be uh so wonderful uh if we could help members help other people in their community and other people uh to get the help they need it's just frustrating to me that on one side we have have all this stuff behind some kind of curtain or nobody knows where the hell it is or how to get it that can solve problems it's there it's like it's it's it's the end of the rainbow it's gold that people aren't tapping into because it's a little complicated and we got to Google in the way Google in the way is going to stop you from finding those because Google is more their motive is to sell you something because that's how they stay in business so they're trying to do a service because oh they all the websites yeah that's nice but you can't find the things so here's what you do uh when you can't find it in Google first of all you have to realize that um the uh the free stuff the free money does not come from dos all the free stuff and free money the free services they come from goov and.org okay let me tell you that again there that's the most important thing that and that's what people you go to a website yeah but a website is not just a website it's a website no uhcom websites are people that have to get money from you to stay in business goov and.org are websites that already have money they're trying to give to people so they're the only websites you want to see people are giving money not people are taking your money you don't have any so stay out of Google you can't go you can't live there you can't grow there if you want to grow you and you don't have money then you have to go to.gov or.org everything else is going to cost you money that's a Amanda winter why do I know that uh boy I am so so bad with names uh I I think I'm going to give Smiley a name tag so I remember her name that's the lady who Liv lets me live with her so you have to do it here's what you do you go to chat gp.com or you go to um what the hell the other one was Gemini uh do U Google do uh com so they're both. coms but these AIS are not advertising anything anymore yet yet so be careful it may change and you put in something like this uh show me websites from you you you categorize what kind of websit you want to see from nonprofit organizations or government offices that give money and help for people to pay mortgages or rental assistance or you try one because you either have a mortgage or a rent R so that's all you do so you say I want websites I want from government and nonprofit organizations and I want those websites who are there to help people pay mortgages or rent or whatever you want to say or utilities or anything you want that's all you have to do and so one little short sentence okay now it's going to decide how many to send you maybe it'll send you 5 10 15 20 whatever and then when you ever see something what I keep doing I say show me 10 more okay show me 10 more show me more baby and you could get a hundred you know for for utilities or rental or something it's nothing to get a 100 200 websites where you live that's another thing I forgot to add okay so you want websites for uh from nonprofit and government offices that help with rent or mortgage or utilities you choose one you want for people in Pennsylvania or for people in Philadelphia Pennsylvania whatever the broader you get the more maybe you'll see options there for you and that's what you do and that's what you and you'll get as a listing that's pretty good as not as good as we can do of course it's good enough to start don't worry because what you do with a list like that is the important part not getting the list now that's easy because of AI and another place you could try to get that is from find help.org that you could get a list like that from there too but what you do with that list is the most important thing because you're going to get that list of 10 20 30 40 or 100 and you say holy what am I going to do with all this you have to figure out what to do with that okay you can't just assume you know what they all mean you can't assume that and nothing there is for you you can't call one and they say no there's no more money and then assume that uh no there's no money for me because I just called somebody and they said no more grant money that's crazy you can't I you don't know any different than I understand and I hate to be so dogmatic about that but I am because I'm so frustrated that we haven't trained people to realize there's more than what meets the eye and you have to dig to get it it does doesn't come on a white horse and knock on your door that oh please take my money please please please we have this money for you please please no no you have to go to them and knock on their door and say hey I need help man can you help me I can't pay my rent and I owe six months of rent and they'll say yes no or maybe okay that's okay that's what's going to happen maybe maybe not it's like looking for a job getting a date it's all like that that's what life is and then uh if they say no then this is the important part the most important part if and when they say no you say hey where else do you think I can go they're going to know that kind of stuff I don't you don't your neighbors not they don't do this every day these people that are on the phone to answer they get calls like yours all day long right so they run into things like this they try to learn about this stuff well they learn by accident a lot of them it doesn't matter and and maybe that's still like I don't know I just started yesterday I'm sorry I can't help you click you call the next one and then do the same thing there and you're either going to get something you get nothing or you get a maybe and then you go on and call the next one you got to make 10 20 calls maybe to make something happen it's not going to happen by itself please please please make those calls please there there's nothing more important to do in life than to realize that you're going to have to put on your big boy pants or big girl pants or big woman or big guy pants whatever the hell it is and make those calls to make it happen and learn that's how you learn you don't learn from reading stuff on Google you learn from people who study this people who's there every day trying to help people like you and learn what what is there today not is what there yesterday and that's why the Nuggets uh that you'll be able to find in uh using AI are uh it's just wonderful and uh they leads that's what gets it you see the policeman shows on how they go knocking on doors to all the door hey did you see that accident you know last night or something and they're looking for leads how to find the the answer to this problem the same thing you have to do so if you want to solve a problem if you don't want to solve a problem or you have better things to do God bless you you do them don't worry about it or if you have money to solve problem fine then go to Google spend your heart out but if you're trying to solve a problem you don't have money you can do it it's just going to may require something that you're not didn't realize you have to do and you think you have to do it one way and it's not going to be that way and you have to put on a different hat and realize it's not going to happen that way and it's going to happen some other way but you can do it that's what this stuff is there for to help you solve a problem and that's how problems are SOL are solved my first time on live being able to ask questions uh are rent and mortgage places gradually generally something that comes quickly after applying every place is different never assume uh we're nearly lost our home and are on a trial 3 months where we assigned too much higher monthly payment while they make uh their decision on whether we pay a lesser higher okay Amanda no you start getting help today don't wait them for them wait them for make a decision you keep getting help today uh first thing you want to do is um uh this is Amanda she's a member and she can't pay rent uh or morgus I'm not sure was rent or first of all you want to protect yourself from being um uh from being EV it and you go to justj shelter s l t r.org just shelter.org make an appointment with some and two or three don't just call one and get the end for no because uh everybody know something different you have to call two or three and find out your options about you know preventing from uh being uh evicted because once you know that that now you'll know the worst case going to happen if this uh mortgage agency or whoever you're working for is going to screw you or not and they said no we're going to have to kick you out lady uh and so now you know uh the process of stopping that and what has to be done and how much time you have and all that kind of stuff so find that out now so you're not working from digging out of a hole the next thing you do is uh get a comp of the letco metag grant report letco metag Grant report and that's my top listing of all the pro the questions I get all the time and the answers and number um three there okay is how to find out all the programs where you live for rent and mortgage so if you own one company a whole bunch of money and can't get it you these are all nonprofit organizations and government offices that help you pay that stuff okay now it sounds like you're working with a processor who already has the money so they're not going to give you grants maybe they have a way to give you a little pay a little lesser or something like that but you want to find out all the other stuff too and you do that by making those calls get that list check it twice call call call who's naughty or nice and you'll run into both you'll run into ay and you'll run into nice but nothing's going to happen unless you think twice that makes no sense at all but it sounded like it rhyme that's the most important thing you're doing a joke you don't worry
