NEW MCDU in the FREE A330 - X-Plane 12 - Singapore to Dubai

hi everyone this is racing aka the French pack pilot and in today's video we are back for a new flight from Singapore to Dubai with this magnificent A330 300 from lamina research research it is the a default aircraft in explain 12. you can see the extire model is beautiful you will hear that the sun design is beautiful but you will see that the lnav is not that beautiful but who cares here we are on the cloud IGM uh uh I will put a link down in the description it's uh Singapore plus the city and it's really well made we are here in the cockpit so I will let you hear just the sun design for the buttons Lovely isn't it [Music] you test then we'll go from the top to the bottom and then from the button from the bottom to the top nav lights and yeah really obvious preparation you just click on the on the white and that's it okay we are good let me just get rid of this and let's go ahead in the macdoo so it is the brand new macdoo released a few days ago it's not the tallest level but at least it worked like you can do your basic operations you can uh I've did a com Company Route so it is uh Singapore to Dubai zero one with the flight number sia494 is 494 oh yeah I just had it out uh flight level three four zero for this flight and we are good to go to the ends page the fueling and the boarding is completed and you have few bugs like the if you have Tech step clients for example don't change in the init page or anything just let the initial altitude departure zero to left and it will be I think limit double check but it will be the hours to Echo the powder and that is absolutely correct so let me choose errors to Echo and for the arrival we expect the runway 3-0 left and it will be the impact 3 Charlie arrived and yeah although for the eyeless okay we can insert that so as you can see it works as a Mac do and but the lnav is not they need to fix the LNF and also a bit the winner because if you change the flight uh altitude you just mess with everything so I made is that and even in the interior the 3D sounds are excellent and you also have uh magnificent cabin let me show you a bit and I will show you also a really cool feature like it's not necessary but it's so cool to to know that this exists you can close the doors from the interior just clicking on the handle even the cargo does it arrive to walk outside it is I love that and you will see we'll see so you can see here's the I think it's the business on the whole first class maybe so um How We Do yeah so we just go at the handle you just click on it and check out these 3D sounds awesome like we was hearing outside and now now all right so now we will start the pushback from the tech View and I will enjoy the the sounds from the engines I just love everything about this aircraft just I don't like the laptop but everything else is just so perfect [Music] okay so the engine started Apu bleeding a pu gen off and we can put the engine selector on normal and I think I will do my uh Hydraulics control left for the right calibration complete set parking brake bye bye bye bye no I'm kidding I will be the pilot today so uh beautiful view of the archives as you can see this one is stunning oh thank you for the pin all right so since we already for uh uh push for taxi speed breaks out with a reader on flaps one plus f Lovely isn't it okay pack breaks Max and what do we have for brake and we are good to go foreign I just wanted to show you how good is the scenery well don't mind the no grass grass because well at this you don't just take all your FPS for the grass it's always nice but crap it's okay like don't kill my immersion or don't make this really really ugly but as you can see the ground whoa stunning I just love the scenery and I fell in love with this aircraft also so we are about to reach the zero to left it was a really quick Taxi by the way like I was just next to it it was the alpha one three for the gates as the real flight yesterday and and it was so close like okay let's be ready I think there's no aircraft now so that she cast season TAA Ray and think we're clear to enter the runway I don't because with this AI traffic you never know if some there we go around but I don't want to mess with the AI that's so nice okay and all lights are turned on okay so let's rock and roll final check it is clear so I will it will be a toga takeoff since I'm really heavy I loaded a lot of cargo a lot of passengers and of course a lot of fuel so we are really really heavy and let's make it happen then wow I just love the effects and look at this Wing Flex like it's not so natural everything is so natural you can explain this is what I like it's it's all natural okay don't look that good as Microsoft flight simulator but really really it feels really natural and this is what I like and this is why I fly more and explain then Microsoft flight simulator V1 and a lovely rotate [Music] you can feel the weight in the joystick it's like you have [Music] it's just like you have imagine like a wheel with the force back it's exactly the same with the joystick like you just feel it's so strange but you feel it so this is where I encourage everyone at least try the demo version because it will give you an idea of what I'm talking about okay climbing lovely oh and um so speed break disarmed let's go up a little bit more and we can get a radar but I can't control them like I just can't rethink the the traffic and it will disappear but I hate to do that what a beautiful view of the engine I love it to be honest I love it even the sound designs Etc now this aircraft is near to be perfect it is near to be perfect oh also I tried to do my step climbs it just completely completely deactivated my v-nav so I have to manage everything by the hand and I have to make sure that I reach the right altitude at a good Waypoint speed it's same for the speeds Etc so now I will just continue the approach and I will get to back to a little bit of wind but it should be okay let's have a next time review of this beautiful aircraft lovely okay so I have the control of the aircraft it should be easy as I said there is no that much of wind so let's just get continue on this uh on the Glide slab I think that that the city is not that bad okay it's decent like it's not ugliest yeah okay we are approaching I hope I will better this one because usually this aircraft now I handle it pretty well I really like um some hours with this aircraft so I know how to handle it and also I've added a maximum weight in the back to have uh like a CG about 26 something like this I don't remember but now let's get focused on the on the landing 500 go back a little bit on the left it is important to do only tiny Corrections only tiny and anticipated since it's a bigger card 300 time to move okay we continue possible Corrections look good flare a little bit no no no can we hold it we hold it oh it's not a what mine is one side they do okay I will take that like four and eighty Thirty like loaded like I am I'm really heavy I'm so heavy that I was um nearly the maximum Landing weight I think it's it's okay and it's near the touchdown
