NEW Low Carb & Keto Grocery Haul | 2024

hello and welcome to this week's grocery haul  which just so happens to be keto low carb and   diabetic friendly I go to multiple different  grocery stores in my area I'm looking for the   best deal plus new items that way I can share them  with you and anytime I run across something I've   never shown here before I am going to include  micros and ingredients I will section up my   grocery hauls that way you'll know exactly which  products I found out was store plus I'm going to   throw in the price in case you're like me and  nosy and you like the comparison shop I'm going   to go ahead and get started because I want to  show you what I picked up this week but stick   around till the very end cuz I want to chat a  little bit up first is Walmart I just needed to   run in for a few Staples picked up a value pack  of Purdue chicken breasts almost 3.4 lb and it   was $13 42 16 oz bag of Market side tricolor SLO  mix this one has green cabbage carrots and red   cabbage I'll either use this for Egg Roll in a  bowl or I'll make some keto SLO the price was   $1.98 24 oz bottle of Hidden Valley Ranch here in  the South we pretty much add Ranch to everything   personally I like the homemade version better  but this is my children's favorite so I like to   keep it on hand 2 tablespoons is a serving and  it has one total carb apparently this stuff is   liquid gold because the price has went up to $528  with Crispy gone these 2B bags of shredded cheese   should probably last quite some time both are  Great Value brand I got one mozzarella and one   Fiesta blend they were $748 each needed some soy  sauce and the only one that they had was the low   sodium this is great value brand and it's the 15o  bottle one tablespoon is one carb and it was $158   quick heads up in case you weren't aware it is  extremely difficult to find a pizza sauce or a   marinara sauce that doesn't add additional sugar  sugar this is the Great Value brand pizza sauce   and it's 23.9 Oz now check out those ingredients  no additional sugars 1/4 cup is four total carbs   minus the one fiber so three net carbs plus it  was only .92 I grabbed several cans of the Alani   new Cherry Slush energy drinks 12 fluid ounces  and they were marked at $188 I also picked up   some of the new Celsius energy drinks they had  multiple different flavors but got orange sickle   and dragonberry energy plus essential performance  and zero sugar 16 fluid ounce cans 270 Mig of   caffeine they claim to accelerate your metabolism  help with physical and cognitive performance have   seven essential vitamins and no artificial colors  as far as nutritional information 10 calories zero   fat zero carbs zero protein and it's going to  have 5 Mig of sodium sweeteners in this one are   sucrose and Ace C they were priced at $188 each  now I've already done a review of the orange   sickle it was in a recent what I at in a day video  I wasn't a huge fan that's everything I snagged at Walmart I'm lucky enough to have several discount  grocery stores in my area my favorite is United   grocery outlet they always have the best  deals they had two different varieties of the   Sola granola I picked up two of the maple pecan  chocolate this is a 10 oz resealable bag non-GMO   and gluten-free I love it when companies break  down the nutritional information so clearly on the   back like this Sola also gives you two options 1/3  cup or 2/3 cup 1/3 cup is considered a snack with   140 calories 11 fat 7 protein nine total carbs or  two net carbs here's your ingredient list on this   particular one if you want to pause it and check  it out I also grabbed two bags of the vanilla   almond 11 oz resalable bag No Sugar Added no  artificial icial colors flavors or preservatives   and it's keto certified 2/3 cup is considered a  bowl serving with 280 calories 21 fat 16 protein   18 total carbs and three net carbs again here's  the ingredients in case you want to pause it and   look at those the bags of Sola granola were priced  at $1.99 each plannner Deluxe salted whole cashews   this is a huge container 1 lb 2.25 Oz 23 pieces is  a serving 100 60 calories 13 fat five protein nine   total carbs and eight net carbs the ingredients  are cashews sea salt and peanut oil this was $2.99   heres barcoa this is beef with sauce already fully  cooked this is a 15 o package that contains eight   servings and 2 oz is considered one serving with  80 calories four fat 11 protein and one total carb   ingredients are good there's no dextrous multi  dextr sugars and that's what keeps the carb count   low I love to pick these up when they have them  because they are so convenient at Walmart and my   local grocery stores they're about $9 at United  Grocery Outlet only $5.99 they also had this   available in the chicken fully cooked shredded and  it's in mild chipotle sauce we've tried several   different varieties of these and this one is our  hands down favorite I like to add it to my small   crock pot and just let it cook for several hours  yes I know it's already fully cooked but it just   brings out all those flavors and makes it more  tender the chicken is going to have two carbs it   was also $5.99 Hormel Square table slow simmered  pork roast aou and savory sauce no preservatives   no artificial colors or flavors no artificial  ingredients BPA free tray and the package is 15   oz this is already fully cooked 5 oz is a serving  with 170 calories seven fat 26 whopping protein   and one total carb heating instruction stove  top or microwave it was priced at $3.99 just   for comparison sake at my Walmart this would cost  me $7 carry gold aged cheese slices 6 oz and eight   slices one slices is 90 calories seven fats five  protein and zero carbs all natural gluten-free no   added hormones this is a product of Ireland this  package was $179 okay I need advice I've never   bought Brie before so I have no idea aidea what to  do with it but I felt like this was such a great   deal I couldn't pass it up it was $1.79 in the  comments please give me some suggestions of what   I can do with this big wheel o allnatural spicy  guacamole these are little mini 2 oz cups and   there are four inside great ingredients no sugars  are added four total carbs and only one net carb   per cup when I buy guacamole I like to get it in  these little packages or the squeeze tube tube   that way it doesn't turn brown fast $2.99 let's  talk about the best pickles in the world claen if   you've not tried them you need to these are the  kosher deal chips at the grocery store you're   going to find them in the refrigerated section  1 oz is about two pickles and that's going to   have less than one carb $249 I got five beobe  Bots this is a snack tray by Hillshire it has   salami gouda and salted almond the entire package  is 330 calories 26 fat and 18 protein with four   total carbs and two neck carbs 50 cents each so I  grabbed four Terry's restaurant style salsa this   one is mild and it's the 15. 5 oz jar I'm pretty  sure my kids drink salsa they go through it so   fast gluten-free no artificial preservatives and  they were a1ar each this one does contain sugar   but it's all the way down at the bottom of the  list so it says it contains 2% or less of that   ingredient that's why your carb count is still  super low add only one carb per 2 tablespoons   2 8 oz tubs of Philadelphia original cream cheese  spread only five simple ingredients in these were   $149 Johnsonville summer sausage snacks this is  the hot and spicy variety they're 1 oz beef sticks   no fillers made with premium cuts of pork and beef  glutenfree than one carb per stick 59 cents each   okay not food related but I had to show this find  the Jason brand conditioner 16 fluid oun and this   one is the smoothing grape seed oil variety all  day Friz control this brand is so expensive but   they had them for a dollar so I grabbed two plus  they had the Wilton mini silicon
