i think that one of my biggest fears is not living up to my full potential but i also think that is what drives me most leveling up to improve your life so that it feels like a powerful shift this takes commitment and determination and that is exactly what we'll be doing in the next few weeks and we're starting with the basics your morning routine this is what sets the tone for the rest of the day first things first we're making our bed because the first task is now completed and you're less likely to crawl back into bed after it's already being made then it is time to drink a glass of water your body is dehydrated from the night so make sure to rehydrate it this also helps with fatigue [Music] after that it is 10 minutes of meditation this is just something that helps me stay calm collected and patient throughout the day i also feel like i'm a lot nicer when i meditate in the morning i always use an app to help guide me this is not sponsored i'm just a fan of headspace [Music] then it's time to wake our body up and get that blood flowing two minutes of intense exercise so i either do burpees kettlebell swings or i jump rope kettlebell swings tend to make the least amount of noise so i'm sticking with that afterwards it is time to get ready [Music] quick haircare routine i always mix a shampoo with a toner to make my own purple shampoo this helps me with keeping my hair beige instead of yellow which is much needed i wash my hair upside down as that helps with creating volume and it also allows me to get the product really into my scalp rinse it out [Music] and then i apply conditioner to the ends and i leave it in for a few minutes while i wash my face [Music] i'm just using a gentle facial cleaner then i rinse everything off and i wash my body i always make sure to wash my body after i rinsed out the conditioner and then i use an anti-frizz as a styling cream and i blow dry my hair until it's about 80 dry and then i go in with a round brush to polish it now i don't wash my hair every single day i usually wash it like twice per week and then in between a lot of dry shampoo a lot of dry shampoo next up it is time for skin care i'm starting with a toner and i love my reusable pads so i've invested in some reusable pads and you use so many cotton pads without really even knowing it but reusable pads they just work so much nicer i feel like my makeup goes off more easily and they don't really soak up the product as much i start with a toner and then i apply some serum day cream which smells absolutely amazing and also some eye cream i'm not a skin care professional um so don't copy what i'm doing here i just love to try out new products and see what works best for my skin [Music] and as i said this one smells absolutely amazing like i don't know what it smells like oranges i think super fresh [Music] as always with your eye creams make sure to be super gentle you don't want to pull on your skin and then finally a lip mask this is for during the night but i feel like it really helps with keeping my lips hydrated and then it is time for a quick little jewelry jewelry collection these are my rings and i absolutely love them i got them from aristocracy and i got some necklaces i got them from my boyfriend actually i've been investing in some staple jewelry pieces since i hate just buying random things and then they turn into a different color so i really wanted to invest and i absolutely love them i think they're really cute and i'm looking to add some more to my collection but that will be in the future [Music] these are the two necklaces i don't have to take them off because i don't really feel them and i absolutely love them i think they're so like dainty and cute and then it is time for some makeup again completely optionally i always get ready with makeup i just feel so much more put together when i apply a bit and these are my favorite products so i wanted to show them since i always get questions about it i am not using any foundation i prefer to spot conceal just because i feel like i get into a negative spiral with foundation i get more breakouts from foundation and i need more foundation i feel like to cover it up which obviously you don't have to but that's just a spiral that i tend to go into and i don't really want to so it's just concealer for me and then bronzer blush highlight all the fun stuff to give a bit of depth i guess to my face this is my favorite i love liquid blush you have to be careful though because it's very pigmented the highlighter it's spilled all over during travel [Music] but there's still a lot of product in it so i'm not throwing it away i also use it as a eye shadow which actually works really well [Music] then i line my lips with a pillow talk by charlotte tilbury and then i use mac kinda sexy as a lipstick and then i just blot it a bit for a more natural look [Music] and then the eyelashes curl them and then i use the primer and the mascara by marc jacobs and that works really well it's a really good combination and as you maybe know i use an eyelash serum and that works wonders and that's it [Music] then it's time to make breakfast as you know i love starting my day with oats it's just a really good source of carbohydrates i always make them with water very simple it only takes like one or two minutes it's super quick and then i add my favorite toppings which of course is cinnamon blueberry some banana and some peanut butter and then to get some protein in i always take a protein shake next to it and then it is time to go ahead and journal i first start by writing down my thoughts my ideas anything that comes to mind uh then i follow it by things i'm grateful for because honestly it makes a huge difference and then i write down what my goals are so things that i personally want to achieve and then work related goals i have been writing down three as that is what most like morning routines tell you to do but i found that i usually am able to hit two so you might want to start with two work relative goals and two personal goals and then if that's easy for you then go ahead and do three if you don't know what your goals are then i would recommend to look into the 25-5 rule by warren buffet and it's basically you make a list of your top 25 career goals or goals in general make sure that you remain focused on accomplishing one through five because six to 25 are actually your biggest distractions and it's very hard to reach 25 career goals so focus on your top five and then finally it is time to go outside go on a walk in my case walk with louie um and just enjoy nature it helps me with keeping grounded get some fresh air it's good for the mind it's good for the soul it's good for your body and it helps that it's beautiful weather here already i'm very very blessed and louie is doing amazing she loves apple as you can see whenever i'm eating an apple i give the remainder to her and she is a fan so i
