hello everyone my name is ashley and today i would like to tell you a story about my mother who holds a black belt in karate probably many people have some kind of achievements in wrestling or in sports but my mother is a special case because she looks like a teenage girl of 14 or 15 years old she is very skinny short and has huge eyes and a baby face so what you will say a lot of such women wander about the world yes there are probably a lot of them but soon you will understand the uniqueness of my story in fact i didn't even know about my mother's sporting achievements before she always seemed to be a fragile and tender woman who is not capable of hitting a person and physical vigor is generally alien to her recently i found out that i was wrong that night my mother and i were walking from the supermarket it was dark and deserted we discussed fashion trends and wondered how mom would get her hair cut suddenly silhouettes one after another began to appear from the darkness of the trees mom and i quickened our pace but in a few seconds we were surrounded by several guys they had knives in their hands and their eyes were like those of mad men i was terribly scared realizing that something inevitable was about to happen and grabbed my mother's hand horrible images began to flash in my head and tears rolled from my eyes one of these guys told us to give him all of our money phones and jewelry or we would lose our lives i was already reaching into my pocket to get the cash but mom grabbed my hand and told me to stop stop what mom are you crazy they will us at best and at worst i'm afraid to even think about it i whispered and then something incredible happened mom began to grab the robbers one by one throw them over herself wring their hands and beat them and that was like in a cool action movie she beat them with her bare hands and i continued to stand at the same place in complete shock i just could not believe my eyes and even thought that i was imagining all this because of stress but i still had to believe everything that was happening after the police had arrived on the scene they handcuffed my mother and took her to the department and the failed robbers were sent to the hospital i had to go with my mother as a witness at the police station we were able to explain what had happened but still it was not easy to prove that my mother was not a hooligan soon we were allowed to go home and i had a logical question what was that i asked my mother to explain to me where she learned that and why i didn't know anything about it before my mom told me that as a child she practiced karate for a long time and even got a black belt but then she had a spinal injury and had to leave the sport forever for more than 15 years she did not think about karate but today was the very case when she had to remember everything to be honest this information shocked me the image of my mother as a karate k blew my mind it could be somewhere in a parallel universe but not in the real world my mother holds a black belt in karate wow fortunately that story ended well for our family the police found out that the robbers were responsible for much more than one crime and from the hospital they went straight to prison mom did not receive any punishment but the whole city began to talk about what had happened my friends became wary of me well you never know what if i complained to my mother no one wanted such problems but my mother was fired from her job the fact is that she was a nursery teacher and she was told straight to her face that a hothead can't work with children of course my mother may not work at all because my father makes a good living but my mother would never be able to stay at home as a housewife so she started looking for suitable jobs over and over again she received rejections as soon as employers had found out that she was the heroine of that very story but my mom did not give up and continue to go to interviews soon her perseverance gave results and my mom found a great job great but not the most ordinary one she was invited to the project of auditors who under the guise of ordinary visitors go to various places to rate these places according to the points such as cleanliness friendliness and professionalism of the staff compliance of photos and reality and much more the manager of this project asked my mother to rate restaurants he said she was perfect for him because first she looked like a child and food service workers probably wouldn't take her seriously and second no one would believe that she was an auditor which meant that she would see the restaurants work without filters after that a new cool stage began in my mother's life she began not only to go to the best restaurants for free but also she was paid for it a dream job and also sometimes mom took me to work with her which made me incredibly happy thus one by one my mother easily exposed the restaurants of not only our city but also restaurants of neighboring cities she became the best auditor in the company she was adored by the management and hated by the restaurateurs they even offered some kind of reward for information about the secret visitor who spoils their ratings by exposing their weakest points to the public and once as my mother was sent to another place she had the opportunity to take me too and i was very happy about that everything should have been fine but something went wrong we made an order and we're talking about something while assessing the cleanliness of the hall the work of waiters and the quality of service then the administrator came up to us and said that the restaurant chef invited us to go to the kitchen to see with our own eyes how their dishes are prepared and to tell us some secrets of their preparation well this was only a plus in the restaurant's karma and we gladly agreed as soon as we left the hall two hulks grabbed us and dragged us somewhere but definitely not to the kitchen i shouted something asked what was happening and threatened them with the police but the hulks didn't seem to hear me mom was very calm although she also said something to those two as a result we were taken through the emergency exit and put into a car in which we were taken away in an unknown direction in the front seat next to the driver said a man in a black mask he said that my mom had had it coming and now she would have to pay for everything then my mother tried to use her trick she said she would complain to our parents and that they would be in big trouble for assaulting minors that is there was a hope that they would believe that we were sisters but the masked man only laughed and said that they knew who she was and had been waiting for her for a long time he also said that my mother had ruined the reputation of several of his establishments and he had lost hundreds of thousands of dollars because of her but one of the workers of the audit project had leaked information about a hardcore false client with a baby face for a lump sum and that is why she was now in their hands then my mother realized that she had no right to make a mistake and these guys were very serious since they decided to tell her everything and the owner of the restaurant himself was involved they had no plans to keep her alive after a while we arrived somewhere and were forcibly dragged out of the car they pointed guns at us and told us to say hello to our maker at that moment my mom remembered all the karate techniques that she had once learned these are not the robbers who are interested in gain only these people came here to kill which means that you need to gather all your strength a blow another blow a kick a second kick a spin kick a somersault a series of blows it was like a movie all i could see was a cloud of dust and limbs sticking out of it it took her no more than a minute for each guy soon the driver the hulks and the restaurant owner were lying on the ground unconscious and mom told me to get a phone from one of them and call the police we had left our belongings at the table well ironically the call was answered by one of the police officers who had responded to the call when my mother had beaten up the robbers when he saw us he even laughed and said don't say anything let me guess soon all the establishments of this unscrupulous man were closed and he was sent to prison as well as his support group that is those workers who knew about everything mom got to stay to work on the project and she was paid a small compensation but we had to move to another city where no one knew us now she goes to establishments again pretending to be a teenage girl and nightmarises the owners of the restaurant business you know i am very proud of my mother because if she did not have her fighting skills both stories would end very badly for us and now i realize that women should also be able to stick up for themselves that's it this year i will
