Time to invest into posting Mr Bean videos I think
There is always some little technical fuck-up in the Olympics opening ceremonies. The fact that you can hear the announcer saying that someone is telling him to turn his microphone off (round 4:37) towards the end of the video, cements the venerable tradition.
I remember how proud I felt during the Opening ceremony. When everything just seemed so right with the world for that short brief period of time.
2012 was 6 years ago
holy shit
time has just passed by so fast
I never realized how international Mr Bean was until i traveled some parts of Asia.
Makes sense , considering he doesn't really speak at all
The guy is incredibly talented, amazes me how he's able to make so many laugh regardless of age, race, language spoken, or anything. The man just knows funny and never fails to make me crack up.
I can't believe that Rowan Atkinson has retired the character :( He said he couldn't bare watching Mr. Bean get old.
I was there for the opening ceremony and he is literally all I remember
Mr. Bean is the most beloved person to come out of the UK since the Beatles.
Edit: To everyone giving examples, if we were looking at just the English-speaking part of the world I might agree he has some competition, but when you look at it globally Mr. Bean is definitely a more beloved character around the world than the others you've suggested.
