MORE SNOW? My Off-Grid Property In N Arizona Continues To Get Clobbered!

[Music] let's [Music] go W there's a lot of snow on those trees it's kind of nice seeing it during the daytime oh there look at how cool that is all the fog and everything definitely a winter wonderland out here panels are covered trees are covered I'm exhausted but it's all good oh I got some look like some sun coming through over here it's very quiet right now like I said yesterday I'm out of pane so we're cooking with the I was the wood stove this morning truck is definitely all socked in it's pretty out here right now only got about two hours of sleep I'm really tired what are you thinking let's go back inside and get some food going all right we got a storm coming uh it's I don't know if this is the last snowstorm of the year or not probably not I think we're supposed to get up to 6 in and I want to get the hot tub going the only thing is the hot tub it's got rust in it so I'm going to use some steel wool to get the rust off this just surface rust see if I can get a few more months out of the out of the tub before I have to replace it and then we'll be good to go but we're going to head over to the uh well right now and um grab some water cuz I'm out come back get this all cleaned up and then the winds are supposed to get high later this afternoon so I want to get the hot tub up to temperature before the wind set in and that way when the evening time rolls back around and the tub is real you know still still warm from the daytime it's easy to warm it back up when the wind settle down cuz at night time the wind's always kind of chill out so we're going to roll over here it's currently 7:45 been up for a couple hours just want to you know get a bunch of stuff done today before the storm settles in and that way when the storm gets here we can just chill out and just have a good time so this little one's been crazy all morning has been running around like a woman possessed and uh having tons of fun so I'm sure she'll probably take a nap soon but it's been nothing but just craziness with her it's been awesome all right let's keep rolling come on help come on [Music] [Music] SC [Applause] you got some dir on your nose let me get your nose here there there girl what you thinking here's the toys for you we get things too all right storm's coming in you can see it right here uh we're supposed to get snow for the next 3 days and tonight is saying 3 to 5 Ines so we'll see how much we get and spent a lot of time today kind of cleaning everything up around here I I went through the entire camper cleaned everything and took out water storage containers cleaned those out took out the fridge cleaned that out went through here chopped up some firewood got that all squired away just kind of organized stuff and then in the interior here you'll see it's real nice and clean what's up sweetie what you doing real nice and clean in here and this little one's been sleeping so she's probably ready to go for the evening so um so anyway so we're just going to be kind of hanging out and riding out the storm and then um we'll see how much snow we get tonight guess we're going to go for a little walk in the midal and to go outside I've got the hot tub fired up as far as putting some wood in there and did a thing where I was getting some rust inside the hot tub here I went through with the steel wool and scrubbed it down and it looks like it's kind of holding there I mean there's a little bit of surface rust but it's not bad so it should be all right and then later on tonight when the storm hits and it's you know either raining or snowing out here I'm going to get the fire going and that way we can do a a soap tonight before to bed F come over here blue 42 I said come here up here come on blue 42 I said blue 42 set it oh that one kind of didn't go very good let me do it again BL for two you're doing good sweetie you got cat like reflexes but you're a dog all right ready one blue 42 I said blue two said H you're doing good sweetie's going to be playing all night long okay let's get you some Treet see here don't worry baby girl I'm going to get this for you don't worry we're going to get it got to warm that up okay what you thinking didn't me get you your treats you are a rambunctious woman all right let's get you ready it's right over there okay you on your treats welcome into Sandy and Roman okay let's see where is I this is where the storm comes in this time of year then during monsoon season it comes in from this way and so it's kind of all over the place but uh let's take a little walk over here and just kind of see how it looks this way definitely got some cool clouds coming in and uh temperature has dropped like crazy so it's it's getting cold out here and should have snow probably I would think by at least by the time the sun goes down we'll have plenty of snow what's up girl I kind of ran into a bit of an issue here I was trying to get the stove lit and it wasn't it wasn't lighting and I thought what's going on with that come to find out I'm out of propane so we're going to go ahead and just use the stove the wood stove to cook on tonight and got some uh let's see how much how much fuel do we have here right now we're going have to get that stoked here real quick so let me go and grab some wood here get this W in here we'll be cooking over the wood wood stove now for the rest of the weekend and it's going to put a lot in here that way don't have to worry about stoking it nice thing is I got all this great old school or old Grill Juniper that just burns really well and real hot and it's not going to be a problem to to cook over it so I just didn't didn't pay attention to how much propane we had left and we're kind of socked in right now cuz the roads get really bad when it's you know when it's um uh raining and snowing like they're kind of almost impassible really and uh so we're going to be chilling and working off the wood for the next like probably 3 or 4 days until we can make it back into town and then once the roads clear up then we'll be able to go back in town and get some propane this little one's doing fine she doesn't care she's just going to town on her little treats here that Roman and Sandy gave her from prescot's Paws and Claws so really thankful for them they've been hooking her up with the best nutrition just like they did with Sierra and um as you can tell obviously super healthy dog here she's looking [Music] great [Music] [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music]
