to open in prayer it's good to be with everyone today we had a great move of god in the set in the first service looking forward to what god's going to do in the second service if you have missed any of our supernatural series either last wednesday or sunday you're going to want to go online and view those god is doing a mighty work we're excited for that if you're joining us online we're glad you made it today i'm excited for what god's going to do if you have a need why don't you raise your hand and i don't i don't know what your need is i don't know if you if you need a healing in your body or if you need a a financial blessing you need a job maybe you need some direction in your life you need god to to give you peace or strength i don't know what your need is today but i do know that god can meet that need and in the midst of a supernatural series wouldn't it wouldn't it be amazing for god to do a supernatural work in your life in your personal life for you not for someone else but for you i'm excited to see what god's gonna do in your life today why don't you why don't today you purpose in your life purpose in your in your mind that i'm gonna have more faith than i've ever had i'm gonna trust in god more than i've ever trusted in god before maybe you've been reserved with your faith maybe you haven't quite given control to god why don't you just see what god will do with that little bit of faith why don't you see what he'll do with just a little bit of surrender to him and why don't we leave the needs that you brought with you today here at this altar why don't you walk out of these doors a changed individual somebody who's been healed somebody who's had a need provided somebody who has direction given in their life amen does anybody desire that today come on let's believe that god's going to do great things and let's take these knees before him right now lord jesus i thank you god for your power god i thank you lord that we have this opportunity to come and to worship your name i pray lord jesus god for every need that is under the sound of my voice i pray god for those that need a healing touch lord i pray god that those that need a job would have provision in their life i pray god that those that need direction lord you would speak to them lord you would guide their path lord i pray jesus that today would be a supernatural experience for somebody in this place that you would do a mighty move in their life god we're going to expect great things today we're going to look to you god you're the creator lord you own the hills and the cattle on those hills god and i pray lord that you would be the great physician today that you would heal the broken heart men the marriage is god that need to be put back together i pray god that you would just do a supernatural work today come on can we begin to thank him for what he's going to do come on thank him like he's already done it come on thank him like he's already done it let's supernatural summer is more prayer everybody say more prayer set a reminder on your phone entitle it more prayer do something add a little bit more prayer in your life this week this summer i want to say a little bit more about what supernatural summer is all about our goal this year through summer is to stay connected to god you know how sometimes during the summer we're here there and everywhere and it just seems like we don't always take god with us camping or we don't always take him with us there or here we're our goal is to stay connected to god throughout the summer and this whole summer we are in jesus name going to culminate on the last sunday of august with a miracle sunday expecting and believing that god will do divine things and i don't think we just need to wait until then but we can have his show throughout the summer but it comes by consecration it comes by declaration in the spirit so if you missed it you guys got to log on and listen it's all building up to what god is going to do at the end this summer and throughout the summer we have had to cancel our annual church business meeting which was scheduled for tomorrow so stay tuned we'll reschedule that ladies retreat begins thursday through saturday you're not going to want to miss it ladies come down be a part of it if you come just for friday i know you'll be blessed for whatever time and commitment you something special and i hope you'll receive it with an open heart sister lehman once told me that if it's your baby then you've got a rocket right no one else is going to rock your baby like you rock your baby so she was talking about that in terms of like my burden or the things that are important to me if it's my baby then i've got a rocket but you know what no one ever is gonna rock and hold charlie and maddie like i do and it doesn't matter how big they get i sure am going to try to take care of them because no one is going to do it better than me maybe their dad but no one is going to do it better than me i want to share with you an article or a story about a little girl named selena selena was born overseas in an impoverished nation her earliest memories are of being passed from one place to another stranger to stranger misused and abused in ways we cannot even speak after being abandoned she was adopted by an american family and brought to the states i won't go into great detail but because of the drastic change into american lifestyle she still couldn't let go of how she was brought up the things that she's seen and the devastation and so she wasn't adjusting to american life really well so that family that adopted her actually gave her back into the system because they just couldn't handle it anymore and then her second family also gave her back to the system this is how she ended up at tupelo children's mansion she was abandoned and rejected three times selena was convinced that she was unlovable when she would introduce herself to others she would say hi my name is selena and i'm hard to love it took a year for selena to begin to see tupelo children's mansion as a safe place she had never been loved the way that we loved her and she had never been able to let down her guard i'm happy to share with you that selena has been with us three years now and the change is nothing less than miraculous the child who could barely hold a pencil now writes letters to her sponsors the child who could not bear to be touched rushes to give hugs healing takes time and little selena is receiving mental emotional physical and spiritual healing at tupelo children's mansion god is working in this precious child's life and you can be a part of that healing work tuple children's mansion was a bridge between the horror story of her past and the beautiful potential of her future there are um 380 000 churches in america and there are four hundred approximately four hundred thousand children in the foster system so if one family from every church would adopt a child in some churches two the church could eradicate an entire system of this of social service let that fact move you to make a change but until you are called to adopt would you consider today sponsoring a baby through prayer and through a love offering today you can give this offering through august 1st or the first sunday in august it has a quick turnaround and will be distributed to meet needs big and small at tupelo children's mansion and new beginnings these funds will ensure the basic needs of food shelter clothing and medical care in a loving apostolic environment where these troubled children youth and young moms can go to find rest and safety today it's our turn to rock the baby these are children that society has forgotten or has abandoned or just doesn't think much value of today we as the church it's our turn to rock the baby for tupelo children's mansion and new beginnings and to to give accordingly you can give right now by texting through the online portal of the church you can designate it to mother's memorial please designate yes i just said that i i have up here what represents 25 babies and i am asking we're going to start sponsorships for babies at 200 if you are able to um sponsor a child for 200 i shouldn't say a child we're just sponsoring the work of tupelo children's mansion the overall work that they do but could anybody partner with me for two hundred dollars i see it thank you sister goldie thank you sister sandy that's two babies thank you sister teresa that's three babies all right okay how about can i get keep going but i just want to say this morning in our morning service we raised three thousand and fifty dollars so with what we just did we are well over five thousand dollars for tupelo children's mansion and new beginnings thank you thank you thank you thank you so much again you can turn that money in um all the way through august 1st thank you for loving babies thank you for loving babies that you and children that you've never seen that look different than you that smell different than you the act different thank you for loving what you haven't even seen and you don't even know you may never meet him but aren't you glad to know that we just picked up the burden of christ we just rocked that baby we just gave a little bit of love to god's children i leave you with this today and the king will say i tell you the truth when you did it to one of the least of these my brothers and sisters you were doing it to me thank you for loving jesus thank you for loving jesus let's stand together let's pray for our offering right now dear god thank you for the family of god thank you for them seeing the need to love what we don't even know god thank you jesus for the burden that was just birthed in this room god i praise you lord for this offering that's going to be received today for tupelo for mother's memorial for new beginnings god and but also for our tithes our building fund and our regular offerings god these people god give from their hearts to you god would you bless them god press down shaken together and running over today lord thank you for meeting the needs of house i don't care your past i don't care what you did this week i don't care what if you have a heart for god there's a god that's waiting that has a heart for you that he wants to you to be glorified you to be a light of the darkness in this dark world of the greatness of god [Music] lord that's all we want that's all we want god [Music] i know this world's asking us to do a whole lot of other stuff but god if you would just be glorified in our lives we may never make it to the top of the racket but god if you could be glorified lord we would make it to the top of your rackets oh god in the name of jesus i pray for individuals in this house that the enemy has told them they're gone too far they could never make it oh god what a compassionate and loving savior savior you are i thank you for your presence it's in this house in jesus name praise god god bless you you may be seated thank you to this praise team for ushering us into the presence of the lord just a few things i want to say i know we did announcements but i want to thank you as pastor for those that went and worked our camp this week it was great when somebody told me saginaw valleys everywhere and i was prouder and the big dog of all of our campers and our staff that just you know did an outstanding job thank you lives will forever be changed because of that meeting and i thank you for being a part of it thank you so much um sister candace mentioned that tomorrow we had a cancer our church business meeting and that's my fault because of other duties i i i can't be here tomorrow and i guess the pastor should probably be here for church business meetings so if you allow me i never have done this because i've booked to myself more than one place i apologize for that i man i encourage all our ladies to make it to the ladies retreat and then family camps thereafter and i and i thank you there's a couple things i want to say i want to thank our media team for what they do for saginaw valley [Applause] that's it the amazing thing is they can make me look skinny and uh well that may be a little stretch of the imagination but but i had someone come to me a individual that's very well known in the media industry this week at camp and said i don't know of a church anywhere your size that does a better production of your services of your services than than your prey than your media team and bingo [Applause] and to those that may be watching online today you are being blessed because of their service i don't even know how to turn the lights on in this place so you better thank god you have a media team and if you're online and you if that ministry has blessed you i think you need to uh support that and and i think it'd be great if you would put something either on or either way send it into the church and just bless the media team because i will tell you media stuff isn't cheap and it's more than just a little guy standing behind a camera there's a whole lot of work that's done and i want them to know i thank them so very much thank you candace for a great great job of talking about tupelo children's mansion wow [Applause] wednesday night at family camp brother and sister judd are going to be there these are tremendous tremendous people they affected my life when i was a kid not that i was in tupelo children's mansion but my brothers told me that when i was little that they found me on the front porch in a bag and the police came and they said no one wants this child would you take them that's what they told me that's why i have such warp thinking in some things and and then i got old enough to think that if bruce ain't my brother i don't know who could be my brother and i realize they're all lying to me but i'm just telling you tupelo children's mansion you don't know it but because of your support of this ministry this church is on the board of directors of tupelo children's mansion and i think that's pretty cool that saginaw valley is a part of that in ways that you don't even know i was thinking earlier today brother and sister spindler that we were in florida in a restaurant down by the beach eating some great seafood and oh i wish i had some of that gumbo right now and the waitress that was waiting on us i asked where she was from i said are you from panama city here she goes no i'm from tupelo children i'm tupelo mississippi and i said then have you ever heard of tupelo children's and she said mansion she says tupelo children's mansion is a hidden gem in this the in the city of tupelo she goes it is our pride and joy that we have tuple children's mansion in our home in our town town that was just some time after that you've heard me talk about the muslim family and sandy and i had the privilege of engaging in it having a friendship with their child was just like six months eight months old when we met them in the restaurant and sandy says well we happen to be part of a children's mansion in tupelo and she says shirley you're not talking about tupelo children's mansion are you and sandy said yeah she goes i'm just telling you it's one of the finest places on earth she goes we were so impressed with that when we went there if you ever have the opportunity to go through tupelo children's mansion call them up and ask for a tour and if they can they will give you a personal tour through that through that the grounds there and it's just an incredible thing every year i have the privilege of going to tupelo children's mansion the best part of being on their board is on tuesday night they have a banquet and they bring all their sponsors in and they bring their board in and the thing is they're going to bring all those kids into that banquet room and those kids are going to sing and those kids are some of them are going to tell you their story every time you leave their your heart has been ripped out of you and but it is it's just i'm just telling you you we have given you we try to give you all kinds of avenues to give to the kingdom of god tupelo children's mansion may not be that thing but maybe it is or the youth department youth ministry and iycs and all kinds of foreign missions we try to give you all kinds of avenues that all of you could find something to give to we don't give you these these departments or these ministries just because we're looking for something to do and something to give we want you to give to these outside ministries it doesn't feather our cat but it feathers your cap in the sight of god and i hope you understand that and would you say man praise god what's that in jesus name some have some oil growing back there lord you know the need in his body right now by the authority of the name of jesus and the power that's invested in your name lord i pray that the mighty hand of god will reach down and touch my brother lord we're anointing him with oil according to your word lord we take advantage of your stripes that were placed upon your back for our healing in the name of jesus touch them heal them raise them up that your name may be exalted and lifted high in that mighty matchless name of jesus we pray jesus name go in the name of the lord elder that's a great elder of this church right there praise god praise god let's give them thanks would you thanks for touching them thanks for raising them up [Applause] praise god some months ago we started talking to you about this situation this little word called more more and i'm not talking about george and mary moore i'm talking about m-o-r-e and and more just something more desiring more looking for more and last sunday we started this supernatural supernatural sundays of summer and the focus of it is more going for more the heartbeat of a child of god needs to be for more i i've told this story before i did not have this in my notes but when i came on the platform at nine o'clock or the nine o'clock service i was reminded of a situation that happened in my life on dixie highway after a day of working at the church and the ladies bringing in food maybe you've heard me tell this story before but but but they brought food in for lunch and our men were working and they took the time to go have lunch and by the time i got there everyone was done eating and when i went to the buffet line the only thing that was left was potato salad i did not like potato salad in fact i didn't want potato salad put on my plate i didn't want anything and i'm a potato man buddy i just anything with potatoes but for some strange reason potato salad was not in my realm of eating normally i've had the privilege of of eating whatever i want but the deal was with my mom and dad you just got to finish what's on your plate so that's the reason i look the way i look so um it wasn't supposed to be funny but but only thing was left with this potato salad i was hungry buddy and when this boy gets hungry he's hungry so i said yeah i'll take some of that potato salad and it was placed on my plate and i went and i sat down by myself because everyone else was back to work and i dug into that potato salad and i said wow this is some good potato salad i cleaned up my plate i licked my plate i did everything i was so i went back up and i said do you have any more and they said yeah we do pastor and so they pulled out this i'll never forget it was a yellow tupperware bowl and and it was it sort of looked like that right there and i said more please and they put it on my plate before i left i said who who made this potato salad this is some good potato salad so we don't know so i finished that plate my second plate and i happened to for some reason happened to go by that serving line again and i said just a little bit more please and i said siri so you you can't tell me who made this potato salad and they took that tupperware bowl the top and they spun it upside down and the name that was on that potato salad was alice lehman i'm in my 40s now maybe maybe 35 40. all my life i lived with the lady that could make the potato salad that would knock your socks off and for for 30 some years i had never endeavored to reach to something that now looking back him and i said what a foolish man i have been because all my life i had access to that potato salad and alice is now gone now after church everyone's telling me who makes the best potato salad now in the house and no doubt you will have your favor someone came up to me and said rosie wood rosie there made the best potato salad in the world and i said no she didn't she wasn't even fair at making her potato salad because she put bacon in it and if you put bacon in potato salad that's another class of food all by itself that's not potato salad that's potato bacon salad alice lehmann made the best potato salad somebody said well sister durfee you have to try sis i said no i don't need to try nothing my mother mess it up now she made the best potato salad and i found myself going back for more please when i had it all my life but i had never tapped into it i know a lot of people that come to church they love god they feel the presence of god god's been good in their life but you stand on the threshold of walking into a new experience but you have made up in your mind you don't want to go there you don't necessarily like that so now you live throughout your life not having what would be probably the greatest benefit in your walk with god you could have as much as you want you could go back time and time again because god is the author and the finisher of our faith the word of the lord tells me i can get whatever i need in god i can dip into the depths of his mercy and his grace in his compassion and his love but for some reason i stand there and not take full advantage of it i would to god that we would have something come down in our spirit on this supernatural sunday that's saying more please god i just need more i just need more than i've ever had before god baptized us with that kind of hunger today we walk through life and not experiences the fullness of what god has for our lives because for some reason we have come up with this mentality that that's not for us today that's not where i need to be i'm here to tell you the heartbeat of your pastor today is god would you baptize us with a supernatural baptism of prayer and seeking you and loving you and walking godly in holiness walking in the spirit having a fresh relationship with god we just need more please and we have a god that's saying if you'll just ask i'll give it to you the book of acts is the acts of the apostles you don't go to find the what the early church was built upon and what it was to be in matthew mark luke and john those were the acts of jesus but if you'll go one more chapter after you go through matthew mark luke and john you come to the book of acts there's no ending to the book of acts because there's no ending to what god's doing in this earth today if god moved back then on the day of pentecost he still moves today i'm here to tell you he's no respecter of persons i don't care who you are what you've done where you've been there is a long arm of god that will reach you and touch you and change you and fill you you just have to have a spirit of more please i need more he was a unique individual throughout the word of god you find the name cornelius and he was a man that was always hungry for more according to the word of god when you read the story about this man you find out that he was not a jew he was not about the the the he didn't have the blessings of of what god had come to do he had come to reach the children of israel and he's a roman centurion soldier and he doesn't have the benefit of having the ability to say more please because jesus looked at a woman one day that was not a jew and said my hour is not for you there's coming a day that i will reach you but she pressed the lord a little farther and she had the ability through faith and believing in god even though she was not a jew she had the ability to reach around calvary and tap into the benefits of god this roman centurion did not have the promises of god his calvary hadn't take place but there was something in cornelius's life that said i want more i may not be the jew i may not be under the opposite of of receiving what but i have a feeling that if i reach i can reach around calvary and i can pull his mercy in his grace i can pull more of god into my life and that's what he did he he was a roman centurion he he he he he was a man if you read the word of the lord you find out a roman centurion was a man that that that that was a man that was under authority he wasn't just a private he he he wasn't just an army guy he just no he in fact the bible says he was a band of the italian band now that doesn't mean they had a band they didn't have a banjo and guitar and drums and anything no that was a force it was an army force they were like the green berets they were like the guys i would tell maybe like the marines but i know somebody would get stuck up in this house today bragging about him being a marine but i'm just telling he was of the italian band these are some bad dudes but the only way they had the authority that they had listened to me that they were men under authority they were under authority even though they had authority they could take your head off they could destroy anyone they were under authority that's the reason they had the power that they had and i'm here to tell you and i today that if you and i will ever find ourselves under authority you will find authority in your life if you're lacking in that ability then why don't you find yourself under authority i was talking to a man not long ago and i said can you tell me who's your pastor who are you under and he said brother layman i am a pastor and i said i thank god for that i appreciate that but who are you under he said i am a pastor why do you people keep asking me that question he says i'm trying to find the will of god in my life i said you'll never find the will of god in your life if you don't find yourself under authority i'm just talking to someone here right here i it can go you can reach this thing as far as you want to reach it we can talk about whatever but you you'll never find authority until you find yourself under authority so you're struggling with you you're struggling with authorities in your life well maybe you need to find yourself under authority maybe you need to find someone in your life that can speak into your life and you take heed to it you take counsel to it maybe you need to find yourself under the authority and the things of god i know what the word of god says but i don't think i have to do that it's not a matter of what you think it's a matter of where you line yourself up under boy this is real good preaching right here kevin man they're shouting and dancing and everything i found that when i feel this maybe i need to dwell on this a little bit so somebody better start saying amen or i'll stay here for the next hour listen there's men in my life there's been men in my life that i say when you come to saginaw valley you can step to that pulpit and you can do whatever you want to do you can say whatever you want to say you can rebuke anything you want to rebuke in my life now sometimes i don't like saying that because sometimes i know they're coming after me and when they come after me and i don't like them so i leave them and i go find someone else to be under hmm man i i could i could go a long time on that but if the you know what if if the shoe fits wear it you better find yourself under authority he was a roman centurion who found himself under authority i'm talking about supernatural moves of god and you will never tap into the supernatural until you find yourself under authority acts chapter 10 has given us information he's telling us about this nine guy named cornelius that was desiring more listen according to when you read just read the whole chapter i'm not going to preach the whole chapter i i have the whole chapter right here written out so you better pray that the holy ghost moves in before we get that far because you'll be here all night it and and he was a man according to the word of the lord cornelius was a roman centurion he was of the italian band and he was a devoted man somewhere we have to have devotion in our life somewhere you need to be devoted listen before we came to god we were devoted all kinds of stuff i mean we were devoted to the parties and the drugs and the alcohol and the part all that but where are you devoted now what what kind of things of god are you devoted to well i come to church if it it's convenient i i'm gonna make it and listen you don't need to try to make excuses why you're not coming to church i get calls from people sometimes and tell me the sorriest excuses of why they're not coming to church listen the church needs to be your primary thing that you're devoted to your walk with god needs to be the most important thing that you're devoted to now don't get ticked off at me i'm just reading what the word of the lord tells me here he was a devoted man the bible says he was a man that feared god do we fear god i'm talking about a supernatural move of god in our life and in our church are we devoted do we have a fear of god what was so amazing that when you read about this guy named chris it did not just affect his life but whatever was upon his life flowed down into his family's life come on now listen whatever what listen i i'm a blessed man today my grandfather came to god i never knew him he died before i got here but his name was glenn lehman and he wasn't a very educated man but he was an incredible anointed man that went out and started churches and my at the time he had two churches at one time my dad was in bible school he was on a second year and he felt like he needed to leave to go help my dad my grandfather started church or take over church because of his health and somebody told him in fact it was the president of the university said if you go back to wisconsin ohio he says you'll never make become anything in god he says you'll never make it in the ministry paul lehman but you know what he knew he was under he understood that he needed to fall under the leadership of his life and it wasn't the president of the bible school he left there and at 19 years old became a pastor and i'm here to tell dale i'm here today to i i have to admit that what i am is not just who i am but i am what i am because i had a grandfather that believed the things of god that was an alcoholic that came to god and needed god and his life was changed he passed that on to paul lehman and paul lehman passed it on to kevin lehman [Applause] the greatest thing that i can ever do is pass on to my boys and my daughter the things of god the goodness of god the mercies of god the long-suffering of god that's what i want them to be noted for i want them to know that there's a god that loves them that cares for them a god that is touched with the feelings of their infirmity i want that next generation to experience what i've in spirit i would to god that we would become so hungry for god that above everything else it's not what i leave them in a bank account it's what i leave them spiritually to the things of god come on can somebody rejoice in the fact jim garza i've said it before but on williamson down here i bragged about my heritage in god and you stopped by to tell me it was your grandfather that made the difference in your life he says i'm the guy that's going to change it in my family's life thank you jim garza you better never lose that you better always maintain that you better realize that your kids are not ever going to go any higher most likely than you go do you know that my dad taught me that one day he said boy you're probably not going to go any higher in god than i go so i better make sure i'm going to the highest i can because he says this is my fear he says if this is where my father was and your grandfather he says i if i just come up to that and never measure up he says where are you going to come boy he says you're gonna come underneath me and he says you'll never make it to the realm of where god had done in your grandfather's life now i understand there's a perimeter to that i understand the desires more than that but i have seen that time and time again that i've seen people individuals family members that never succeed where their mom and dad was spiritually that's a crime and a shame let it be that my desire is more than everything else is to be devoted to the things of god above everything else they don't may not have much when i'm gone but they have a heritage of the kingdom of almighty god can somebody give god a shout of praise in this house help me jesus help me jesus so it was so cool you read that book of acts chapter 10 not only did it affect his life and his children's life but it affected those that were around him the soldiers that protect them were now affected the soldiers that were now the servants in the house that's what's so cool about god that's what's so cool about the anointing of god it always flows down i'm glad it doesn't flow up because you and i wouldn't get it our kids may get but we wouldn't no it starts from the top down the bible says when they anointed a priest they anointed from the top of their head and they just allowed it all to run down into their beard and onto their chest and down into the loins and fill those old sandals with the anointing oh god let it be that every child of god that sits in this house that the anointing of god flows from the top of your head to the soul of your feet and it's affecting other people around you come on sagittal valley we're pressing for the supernatural move of god [Applause] i'll never forget i was talking to a young man in this church years ago his parents came to god they raised this boy in church parents walked away from god and i was asking that young man one day i said how's things going he says you know what's amazing he said my dad used to teach me the things of god and he says i was so grateful he says but after the last few years he says he's no longer teaching me that anymore he's teaching me the ungodly things of life man my heart went out to that kid i thought man dad i hope someday you wake up the fact that your kids are following in your footsteps i'm privileged to have all but one of my kids in this house today and they're they're all they're all my step kids but you know what they're my kids man i i can't imagine i um man i don't know if i want to go down that road or not i woke up i i i i'm dealing with something outside of this church and i asked god i said god can can you give me an analogy something that and and i and i thought you know i've i've had kids in my life boys and daughters and if you think the lehman household's always been perfectly perfect just look at their dad okay but but i there was there's been times in my life that we've had disagreements and i said this is the rules of the house and and and i've watched them pick up their stuff saying hey this is this is the this is the rules of this house and if you get too big for it and you have to move on you need to move on and i've and i've watched i watched is like one just i just watched as a one of my siblings or my kids packed up their bags in the middle of the night and i watched them walk out the door my god they they will never experience what i experienced until that happens to them someday and you know man my heart was ripped out of me and you know what's so cool though is all my kids have even though they've gone down maybe the wrong path some of them god's always led him back back into the foal and i and i thank god for that [Applause] sandy and i went to one of their houses one day and man things were going good and i looked at what they had and and i thought man god's been good god's been good to these kids they they live in a better house and i'll probably ever live in they have finer things and i'm not i'm not saying that as any kind of pitiful me but when i seen the other flip side of how it's done right man i would rather take what's how to do it right than how to do it wrong but what's so cool about the things of god even though we do it wrong when we have a heartbeat towards the things of god there's a merciful kind and loving god that will bring them back i hope none of my kids are embarrassed about what i that that's going to help me today i i i thought today that that's my answer that i need to go with and and and i'm just telling you that that if you'll be faithful to god if you'll be devoted to the things of god god's going to work it out god's going to turn about this is what's so cool about god god can take our mess-ups and make them stepping stones into the goodness and the graciousness of god you can have you ever been in the grocery store and over the intercom they said there's an aisle please aisle four needs a cleanup and you know what's happened somebody has dropped the mayonnaise jar and it's gone all over the place and you gotta watch it when you're walking down the aisle if you hit it you're gonna slip and you're gonna break your neck but somebody has to go clean up the aisle i've never seen someone go down there and is able to pull the mayonnaise jar and put it all back together stuff all the mayonnaise back in and put the lid on it and put it on the shelf i've never seen that happen but let me tell you what i have seen in this house i have seen spills walk through the doors they may be on aisle 10 or 11 or 12. it may look like all hope is gone but i serve a god that has the ability to pick it all back up together again shove the mayonnaise back in the jar put the top back in it put it back on the shelf ah that's the power of my god whoa i feel the glory of god showing up right now in this place listen if you're a spill god can put you back together again god can come up oh i feel the holy ghost i feel the holy ghost in this house mama don't you doubt the things of god daddy don't you doubt to a son and daughter i'm here to tell you my god's big enough he's bad enough to put it all back together again come on somebody needs to take that right now somebody needs to take that the enemies told you you won't put that marriage back together again the enemy has told you there is no hope but oh the spills that happen in our lives oh the fact that i can stand up and say let me just tell you what god's done in my life let me tell you of the horrible pit that god reached down and picked me up out of when i thought all hope was gone he gave me hope beyond hope he gave me joy beyond joy he gave me joy that's unspeakable and it's full of when you give god a praise break in this house come on will you give him a praise break [Applause] praise god let me just stay in this vein a little while here i i've told you the day that i turned the corner on i mean from from saginaw road onto titibawasi and i'm thinking my kids aren't living for god my kids aren't walking right oh god i i didn't know where to turn i i had voices from the outside i'm going to be really transparent with you now well if pastor his kids messed up he you know where in the world does he think he should be pastoring that's a real good feeling to hear that's a good report to hear from saints in the house of god but dr dobson you don't even know who he is he's probably i think he's still living but he had a program on the afternoon and i was turning onto titibawasi and he said i'm talking to a pastor out there that your kids have been messed up and they're gone astray he said i come to give you a word right now i said it's not too long ago but i need to say it again he said if god had two kids and he put him in a perfect world and he put him in the garden of eden where there was no sin and god's kids messed up who in the world do you think you are to take the blame for your kids messing up and it was that day i was liberated i was set free because i knew i had a god that could put the manny's jar back together again god give me more than i've ever had before as i know what it's like to be the preacher's kid and be called out i i'm telling you i i have the greatest family i have the greatest love and respect for my kids maybe they may not always do it the way i do it but i know there's a grace of god that's flowing down from sandy and i into their lives and in time they're going to make it right it's going to get done right because i have a god that said if you'll live it they'll live it they may not they they may not be living it right now but it's only a matter of time i'm telling you i i just need to move on but i could talk more about my family but i'm here to tell you you and i need to become men and women that are devoted to the things of god not only was cornelius devoted man he was a man that feared god god i pray today that you'll give us a conscious fear of the things of god it's not that god's ready to back me over the head somewhere it's a constant fear respect and honor of the things of god and all that stuff flowed down into his family's life i i got to quit but but i'll come back to this but i'll tell you another thing about this guy in cornelius even though he was a devoted man and one that feared god he was a giver he gave to the place where he gave to the poor he gave every place he had to give listen if you want the supernatural power of god because there's there's a great story we're heading to right here there's a great outpouring of god's spirit there's a supernatural move of god there's something in cornelius that gives us the example example that you and i need to be learning to be the greatest givers the greatest givers let me just give you a little secret that's hidden in the word of god give and it shall be given unto you good measure pressed down shaken together and running over shall men give into your bosom i'm here to tell you if you'll step out in giving you'll god will show up in a way that you've never experienced i'm not talking about just giving money i'm talking about given time i'm talking about reaching out to somebody i i had the privilege this week of spending time with an individual in this church and and you know what he told me he says you know what there's sometimes i don't feel like reaching out to people and i thought oh my god i felt that i i there's sometimes you don't want to reach out you don't want to pull somebody up it's because you know what it takes work and it's stressful i'm talking about real giving to people i'm not talking about pulling out ten dollars and say there go get you some lunch talking about reaching out and giving your time and your efforts and your wisdom and your godly counsel and all of that and spending time with them and it's always not bringing them to an altar and beating your head beating their head with the word of god there's sometimes the people of god just need fellowship they just need time with a brother and sister they just need time with somebody to say sit down and let's talk about it let's you know why i've said it before but the one of the greatest outreach we have in this church is not a very spiritual time but with our men it's when we go up to that lake in them rivers and we spend time together we have fun together there's something i've said it before but one of the men i don't know if he's in this house today but he told me it was at that time in that weekend that i realized i can go through a weekend and have a great time and i don't have to get high i don't have to be drinking i just have fellowship oh god help us to realize that if i could give it you're going to give it back to me god help saginaw valley to be the greatest giving church that there is around here because when we do that we have a god that's going to give back to us [Applause] god told israel when you get into the land of egypt when you get in the land of promise when i bring you out of the land of egypt you're gonna live in houses you didn't build you're gonna drink from whales you didn't dig you're gonna eat from vineyards that you didn't plant and when you have all the blessings of god flowing in your life don't forget who brought you to where you are my brother my sister don't forget where god brought you from because he's brought you a mighty long ways oh if you could see me before i knew him if you would have known me before i knew him you would know the reason why i love him so why because i had nothing but sin in my life i had nothing but shame in my life but the great hand of god took that mayonnaise jar and put it back together again [Applause] come on sang it off we're looking for the supernatural move of god we're looking for the days that we can't explain the service we don't know what happened in that place we just know that god did a work at saginaw valley can somebody give a handcuff of praise a shout unto the lord in this house god give it to us [Applause] let me tell you i'm tired of having services that we can explain i'm tired and hey i can tell you what happened in that house oh would the god that we would have such a move of the supernatural power of god that all we could see was i don't know what happened in that place all i do know is we walked in in a blasted case we walk in a manny's jar that has been smashed and god started putting us together again is there anyone that can give god thanks in this house oh god [Applause] listen i i'm not i'm i'm preaching too good to say it's kevin lehman and you think i'm getting a little boastful no i just know god's moving in this place right now god's speaking to people in this house right now god's doing a work and he's looking for devoted mind men and women and young people he's looking for more than just devoted he's looking for men that fear god he's looking for individuals that know how to give and we don't give to get back but they're just a thing of god he wants us to be in the midst of the pipeline that if he flows it into our life we flow it right back out of our lives and when we do that we're gonna find a pipeline full of the blessings and the mercy of almighty god i gotta move on not only was he a giver but he was a man of much prayer oh god help us the relationship that this gentile had with god even though he wasn't living in the dispensation where the mercies of god was reaching for he still knew that if i could spend time alone with god and he started building that relationship with god and god said if you'll build it with me i'll build it with you i read this scripture this week and it sort of it's just it's it's sort of a cool scripture it says until now you have not asked in my name unto this present moment you may have asked but you've never asked in my name and he says but if you'll learn to ask in my name he says you will receive he will receive the fullness that i can give you it's simply because we fail to ask in his name maybe it's that we don't even ask at all but i'm just telling you all those things about kernels is a man that poured out and because he poured out god poured in i'm not going to end here today i i can't i can't end but i'm just telling there was a supernatural power of a move of god in this man's life because he was there they come and begin to play cornelius was a man listen to me he was standing in the doorway of the supernatural move of god he stood there being a devoted man being a man of prayer being a man that he gave he he stands there and he stands here on the unknown and god gives him a vision i prayed today god would would you baptize us with that vision vision and sister bonnie phillips when when i said cornelius was standing in the doorway of a supernatural move of god the next words i said was watch out now you better watch out you better step back step back you better move back because there's you better watch out you i don't know where it's coming i don't when it's coming but if you just move the crowd back you just say no valley we just need to move back because god's going to do an incredible work right here because we listen to what the voice of god has to say to us god gives cornelius a vision you read it it's three o'clock in the afternoon god puts it into his life an angel appears to him and he doesn't give him the whole story listen and i'm done he gives them just the stepping stones into his future his future is there's going to be a mighty move of god god's going to touch people gentiles that could never have been filled are fixed and to be filled because this man right here not only received the vision but was obedient to the vision we we we want god to give us the whole enchilada but he's not going to do that he's going to say why don't you get two of your servants and why don't you get one of your guards and why don't you go down there to joppa because down in joppa down by the sea sea side the bible says there's going to be a house down there and in that house you're going gonna find simon peter the owner of the house is gonna be simon the tanner god gives them all these little details you just gotta do it i just wonder how many times god gives us the first part of the vision gives us the ability but we we don't know i can't send i can't call my servants in here and tell them to go down to a place called joppa they're gonna think i'm nuts if i tell them go down there and go down by the seashore you'll you'll find a little house down there by the seashore and in the owner of it his name is simon they call him the tanner but if you'll find him you'll find that there's somebody in the house that's going to speak the words that you need to hear how many times have we failed to step into the will of god in the plan of god just because we don't think listen your walk with god is a walk of faith it's not a walk of fear it's a walk that's saying the work that god has begun in me he's going to perform it he's going to finish it until the day that he calls me just wonder if there's any that's in this house could could saginaw valley be called corneas could could we if we had a title of anyone upon our name could it be that a man that was devoted a man that saw god a man that gave a man that prayed is fixing to have the biggest outpouring of the spirit of god the supernatural work of god's fixing to happen in this man's life and he's clueless to it all i propose to you that if we could ever see the supernatural plan of god for this house it would blow our minds we would stand back and say wow how did that ever happen i i speak to marriages in this house today if you could ever see how god can pick up the mayonnaise jar and put it all back together put it on the shelf it would blow your mind if if your your children that maybe walked away from god if you could maybe see beyond it god has given you spiritual eyes to see beyond your prayers [Music] he gives you those spiritual eyes you see it's just a matter of work will we will we obey god wants to put lives back together god wants to restore ministries god wants to do all those things and you think it's too far gone though it's just a setup for the greatness and the power of god but i speak to the mannings jar and i'm done the mayonnaise jar that has been put back together again and filled and sits on the shelf don't you ever think you did it on your own ability don't you ever sit on the shelf say look at me i have it all together you know the only ways you have together is because there's a divine hand of god that went up and cleaned up that spill in aisle four and puts us back together lord jesus i look to you right come on he's a restorer he's a restorer of the broken dreams jesus said if you're coming to me i'll i'll put you back together again holy ghost would you do your divine will in this house right now come on i need women men and women that know how to cry out i need some men in this house they can raise up holy hands without doubt without fear come on the enemy wants to tell you you can't raise your hands that's a lie from the pit of hill i need some men that are real men in this house that can stand up throw their hands in the air and stand and pray without fear and doubt come on men it's
