[Applause] [Music] shabbat shalom no no no a little more energy into that shabbat shalom are you zealous to be it Sukkot alright praise the Lord you know there's this is the 21st year for us to be in this location to observe the Feast of Tabernacles some of you in this camp this is your very first year to come here and I got to tell you I am very excited for you I believe that you're going to have a similar experience to what others have been here before have had that you're going to have a good time that you're going to rejoice before the Lord dance sing eat a lot of food and get to fellowship with all kinds of brethren from all over the country because we have people from a whole bunch of different states here that are here at this camp in Oklahoma observing the Feast of Tabernacles now before we go any further I want to tell you a little story I want to tell you about the first year we came here the very first year that we came here I was looking for a place to observe the Feast of Tabernacles and quite honestly before that the way I kept the Feast of Tabernacles was the normal kind of Jewish way and I built a Sukkah in my backyard and then on the first night we'd go out and we'd stand underneath it and we take our meal and a little bite and we'd say a blessing for the feast of tabernacles take a little bite of food say that we dwell in our suka walk back in the house and spend the other seven or so days watching that thing droop and that was the Feast of Tabernacles and Lord got a hold of me and said no it's supposed to be a lot more than that and so the Lord put upon my heart that we have to get out of our houses and we have to go and actually Tabernacle to dwell in in a Sukkah you know for this period of time so I began to pray as to where in the world could we go where could we find a camp place or a location so that I could invite the Brethren to come in and it was sharing that request with some friends they told me that up here and Chandler that the city of Chandler had just built a new lake and a new Park that they had gotten some grant money from the federal government but they weren't sure they should do it or not but they went ahead and they built this thing and on one Sunday before us a coat we traveled up here to kind of look it over now the first thing that hit me when I came here was the whole layout of the camp was kind of a little bit like the shape of Israel from north to south and one of the keys about setting up a good campus you need to have to be able to identify the areas in the camp for all the different activities and it just struck me natural that way up on the point was Galilee and the Jordan Valley was over there and down here is the Judean wilderness and in the middle here is the Mount of Olives in Jerusalem and over here is Tel Aviv Party Central and it and neat Gavin and it just worked it just clicked in my head so the first year I'm not making this up the first year I go to the congregation where I'm at and I'm going you know let's go out and camp at the Feast of Tabernacles and let's go out for a weekend and we'll enjoy it and I got to tell you there was a big revolt on the part of all the ladies and so when I ant went to him and I said what what's the problem and they said well at home if we're gonna have a fun activity why I've got a stove and I got a dishwasher and a washing machine and all these conveniences and you guys have fun and I used my appliances and so forth however if we go out camping you guys are gonna have fun but I don't have a stove I don't have a washing machine and I don't have the dishwasher and so forth and it's just gonna be more work and so that's when I shared with the group you know everybody was trying to understand Hebrew understanding of everything so I emphasize and I said oh I forgot to tell you some there's a Hebrew understanding about Sukkot that I haven't told you about and they said well what's that I said well the cooking and the cleaning is done by the men at the Feast of Tabernacles and the man all looked at me like I've never heard you say that before and the women said I'd come to the camp just to see what that looks like and I got him to come out for four days by the way it was me by myself doing all the cooking and all the cleaning out there and at the end of the four days some brethren came up and they said well Monty we read in the scriptures this is eight days and I said yeah yeah that's right he said well we've only been here four days are you planning on staying for eight days and I said yeah as a matter of fact I am and he said what can we stay can we do it too I said sure you know you can come out here for the whole eight days as well well it's in one of those days where we were staying extra that the way it worked was that pavilion that's down here with the children's program that was where the evening program where the evening meal was served and the tree there's a big tree up here by the blockhouse the shower house up in the middle of the camp that was the teaching tree at two o'clock the shade would be set in a certain place we'd set over chairs and as the Sun would roll over when we'd move our chairs over okay and by the time we got to the far side four o'clock teaching time is over with it's time for Monty to go to the kitchen to fix the evening meal for the camp and it's one day as we were finishing a car drove up there and a man and a woman got out and started to approach us and detains roots I wasn't quite sure what to think about that or do about that but I went ahead and walked over to him and I said can I help you and the man says well we're from the city of Chandler and we heard that you were a religious group that's out here at the park and I said yeah that's the manner a matter of fact that's right and they said well what church are you from and I said well we're not exactly from a church and they said well what what group are you and I said well we are Messianic Jews out here observing the Feast of Tabernacles and immediately the guy looked at me said you're the chosen people and I said yeah that's one of the names for us and he said all of a sudden he said oh I got to tell you something and I said okay and he proceeded to tell me that the city fathers in the city of Chandler when they got the offer for the grant money to build this park in this Lake they weren't sure they wanted to do that all that would come with it the responsibilities and so forth but they decided to get together and pray about it and while they were praying about it one of the men stood up and he said he had a word from the Lord for the city and here's exactly what he said he said I want you to build this park because very soon I will bring my chosen people to this place and they will worship me in this place where the group that's the reason why the city of Chandler loves us we have brought a huge blessing to them as a rule and they've given us a huge blessing I'm here to tell you brethren the ground you are standing on right now was prepared by God this is not some random act here and over the 20 years that we've been here before we've seen more than sufficient evidence God's presence in the camp with us every year that we come and I want to offer this caution to you or delight however you want to call it sometime during this week you pay attention you will sense God's presence with us here in the camp with you he is in this camp and he walks about in this camp he prepared this ground for stew common worship Him and so this is not just another camp this and i was supposed to come up here at this time and introduce him as our teacher for tonight however when ephraim got up this morning he didn't have a voice and he babied it all day long trying to use everything he could gargling you know the whole bit and it was not successful and so he doesn't have a voice tonight to share so what we decided to do is just switch the schedule and he's going to share on Saturday night and I'm gonna share on tonight and actually the more I thought about it I think that's a great idea because I was going to talk about our theme is Ellis over Zion now before I get into that there's a couple of things that I'd like to take note of first of all as I shared with you before that the Feast of Tabernacles this is our 21st year but I want to introduce somebody to you he's gonna walk up on the stage so just for a few moments his name is Phil Bella Camp some of you may remember who he is Phil mellichamp was with lining lamb ministries for thirteen years and he was the technical director of this camp and a lot of cuff that set up here was first established by him and his technical team doing it and we owe him a big debt of gratitude for the camp that we have today I just wanted to recognize your presence with us brother thank you very much I love you all right and also before I get started tonight let me speak to the I guess we'd call it the elephant in the room as many of you know last spring specifically on March 13th of this year the doctors announced to Len and I that Lynn had lung cancer and that it was stage 4 lung cancer and that the end was near for her and the word went out and many people began to pray Lin is still with us six months after the date the doctor said that she was not supposed to be with us and she's in her camper tonight she's listening watching and so forth and in the course of this week when she's awake and up and is able to do it she would love to visit with all of you at different times and so would don't rush the whole place knock the trailer over but she very much is happy to be here and she loves all of you guys and you know she's the woman who's been doing registration for 20 years this year for the first year Jane took the Jane Green took the responsibility for registration and for 20 years Lynne has been doing it and I can tell you back in the early years when we didn't have computers and databases and all that kind of stuff she put it all in her memory in her head and she used to memorize like 365 people that would come and keep it all track in her head I mean she has a gift of administration and she's been a co partner with me in putting on this feast I can tell you right now I'm just a hood ornament on this deal she's been the engine that has made it work for all of the people and I want to I want to say not only publicly thank you to her for what has been accomplished here at the camp but I want to thank all of you who have joined with us in praying for her encouraging her and she feels very powerfully about this that she wants the Lord to do a wonderful thing in her life so that you will believe that God hears you and will answer your prayers and that's her heart so I pre we do covet your prayers for her and and I'm so glad that she's able to be here at the Feast of Tabernacles this year amen all right if you would turn in your Bible to the prophet Isaiah and specifically to Isaiah chapter 52 up here we've got a big sign that says Zion and our theme is el esfuerzo over Zion zealous for Zion and we wanted to put that prominently in front of you now when you hear that phrase zealous over Zion I don't think you have a whole lot of difficulty knowing how to define the first word zealous if you just look at the excitement and the energy that goes into you coming and attending this feast the anticipation that you have for it and many of you have testified to this and I think it's fair for me to say that a whole lot of you are real excited about being here and I am too and so I could say that you're zealous for Sukkot and you know exactly what I was talking about all of the different ways that you get excited about coming out to see coat so I don't think we have a problem defining the word zealous when it comes to zealous over Zion the greater difficulty is what is this Zion now if you go to a straight up dictionary like Wikipedia or whatever you know some basic dish that they're going to say something like Zion is the City of Jerusalem they're going to also say that there's a Mount Zion there are a multitude of Psalms and passage of scriptures that you could also equate that Zion is like the land of Israel the whole land and other places that you would see that Sian is really referring to the people the people of God are referred to as Zion and from that you'd probably think well the definition on this is just a little bit vague and I'm not sure we're really grasping what God is saying when he refers to Zion and what the prophets are talking about and why there's so many scriptures that talk about it in fact the word Zion shows up in the Bible a hundred and fifty five times Isaiah is one of the prophets he uses the term extensively and I've selected a couple of passages here that I think speaks to all of those things that I talked about and ties it together and we get a sense of what zealous over Zion really means let me give you another definition for the word Zion this is the technical definition of Zion if you take a tree and you want to graft in say a broken branch and you want to make it part of that tree and by the way in fruit trees they do this a lot what you're going to do is you're going to make a splice kind of a V slice into the main tree and you're going to take the branch and you're going to slice it cut off the broke part to where that there's a sharp point and and that splice fits into like the V and if you'll notice on our logo you see those V's there it's like the splice that fits into that now once you fit that branch into that splice then you're going to take a cloth and you're going to wrap it around there and you're going to bind it you're going to lock it into that position and technically after three days that splice the name for it is Zion Zion technically means that you take things that are broken and you put them back together again you splice them together you bind them up you you cause it to heal and come together to be a whole now as I mentioned to you before the Scriptures refer to Zion as being the City of Jerusalem that there's a Mount Zion a place in Jerusalem that there's the Land of Israel is called Zion and the people or called Zion and I want to share with you in the verses I'm going to show you in each case is talking about there's one thing that is in common we're talking about things that were damaged and broken and separated but now God is going to bring them together and restore them and fix them and like splice it in and bind it together and make it come together and that God is doing this for all of the elements now with that as an introduction I want to take you to Isaiah 52 follow along with me as I read from verse 1 awake awake clothe yourself in your strength o sian clothe yourself in your beautiful garments O Jerusalem the holy city did you know that those were the words we had in the opening video I don't know if you caught that when you see the video again you'll see awake a wink o Israel and it refers to the city of Jerusalem it's like wake up and come alive continuing in verse 1 for the uncircumcised and the unclean will no more come into you shake yourself from the dust rise up o captive Jerusalem loose yourself from the chains around your neck o captive daughter of Zion for thus says the Lord you were sold for nothing and you will be redeemed without money for thus says the Lord God my people went down at Fir into Egypt to reside there then the Assyrians oppressed them without cause now therefore what do I have here declares the Lord seeing that my people have been taken away without cause again the Lord declares those who rule over them how and my name is continually blasts and all day long the broke part of Israel the broke part of you and I is evidenced by we're not in the land we're exiled I mean I'd love Sukkot out here at Chandler but this is not where God really intended for us to hold Sokoto he wanted us to come to Jerusalem and do it there and one day we will and that's part of the promise and the reason why we're coming here well to the other name for the feasts is the feast of ingathering you got to gather up God's people first before you can restore them if we're going to repair the disunity amongst us we have to gather at the same feast at the command of the Lord I think you all will agree with me that despite the fact that we are here at the feast have been gathering Feast of Tabernacles having a wonderful time there's a whole lot of our messianic brethren they're still separate from us aren't they we're still kind of broke there's disunity we're not together we're separated in the course of my life in and being involved in the Messianic movement for more than 35 years I refer to the Messianic movement with heavy emphasis on the messy part it is messy and we liked it like our ancestors that came out of Egypt you cannot believe the number of issues that we will come up with to find some way to separate brethren from other brethren I mean it is phenomenal and I'm not guests are going to go into any particular one the list like thousands of goofy things that all it does is separate us from one another and we all know that that's not what God wants well no God wants us to be unified we all know we'd be stronger in the faith if we were unified but we can't get it together and that's just part of the picture if you go back and look at the history of Israel oh my gosh it said that's that's all it is that's all it is even when King David was king over all of Israel and had all of the tribes unified on him he was still having to fight off people who were contentious with him within that within the house of Israel and which speaks to were broke there's something broke in us that needs desperately to be repaired and fixed there's a breach separation division Zion is about pulling that together Zion is about getting unified let me read a little bit further for you verse 6 therefore my people shall know my name therefore in that day I am the one who is speaking Here I am now I'm sure you're familiar with these words verse 7 how lovely on the mountains are the feet of him who brings good news who announces peace and brings good news of happiness who announces salvation and says to Zion your God reigns verse 8 listen your Watchmen lift up their voices they shout joyfully together they will see with their own eyes when the Lord restores Zion break forth shalt joyfully together you waste places of Jerusalem for the Lord has comforted his people he has redeemed the Lord has bared his holy arm in the sight of all the nations that all the ends of the earth may see the salvation of our God every time you see the word salvation in the Hebrew its Yeshua it actually reads that all the ends of the earth may see the Yeshua of our God if we could get everybody to just see the Messiah just come into his presence to recognize his presence recognize his kingship his authority and submit to it we would be in unity but if we take agendas and issues that belong to different men and we try to come together we'll never going to come together it's almost like a geometry thing you you fix one point and this guy goes toward that and that guy goes toward that and they never intersect there never get crossed with each other they're all going for the same goal but if this guy's kind of agenda going this way and that guy's got an agenda going that way and we're not on the same thing eventually we have a train wreck and you know how we all like train wrecks we always we all like to watch a train wreck and when our brethren get cross wires from each other it's a very entertaining thing to see but it's utterly ridiculous compared to what the Lord is trying to do when we speak of being zealous for Zion we're zealous to be restored we're not jealous for some personal agenda we are zealous for what God's program is for what God wants to do for what the Messiah wants to do we're zealous for those things we're zealous to keep his Commandments we're zealous to learn of him that's what the Lord is asking of us from it now it's very clear from this passage that we're talking about the gospel the good news he says there in verse seven how lovely on the mountains are the feet of him who brings good news that's the phrase for the gospel the guy that brings the gospel that's good so we shared the good news of the Messiah his Redemption and a hope and a future that he provides for us and we announce him as Yeshua and we say our God reigns wonderful wonderful but that's not the end of the story we know there's a day coming when he's going to come back it speaks to when his arm will be bared open in the sight of all nations that all the ends of the Earth's may see the salvation of it we're all when he comes back we're all gonna see it everybody will see it on the day of the Lord there will not be anyone standing up and going gee what is going on this thing will be so captivating everybody will know it's Lord has come back and the Lord will be the focal point in verse 9 there is a the last part of that it says for the Lord has comforted his people he has redeemed Jerusalem this phrase comforting Israel redeeming Jerusalem is part of the final haftorah teachings that we just had leading up to Rosh Hashanah leading up to yom teruah there are seven Sabbath's leading up to the Feast of Trumpets in which that we teach from Isaiah and the theme is the teaching is called the consolation of Israel the redemption of Jerusalem it is the longest by age most powerful sermon in the Bible and it is well known as a sermon and we teach it every year what makes that so interesting is because the New Testament testifies to this sermon when Yeshua was born and brought into the temple for the very first time the scripture records for us there was a man named Simeon he was a devout man he was a holy man and God had told him that he would not close his eyes and death until he is seen with his own eyes the Messiah come into the world and it says he believed in the consolation of Israel and when you schewe came into the temple there's the testimony of him seeing him and raising him up and and and and speaking to what the Lord had told him and it said the parents were amazed and it referred to him as varied that he believed in this sermon he believed in this teaching what we're reading from Isaiah 52 at the same time there was a lady in the temple her name was Anna she had been in the temple for many many years a widower and she when saw Yeshua came up and it says of her that she believed in the redemption of Jerusalem the consolation of Israel the redemption of Jerusalem this is the sermon of Zion the restoring of those things the God fixing the mess and establishing for us what will be the kingdom that will dwell in now we all know that the Messiah when he first came he had to fix some personal things with it because you and I had personal sin he made a way for our sins to be forgiven he made a way for us like the Passover lamb to be passed from death to life he fix a huge problem for us now that was the personal Redemption but there's a corporate Redemption still yet to occur and the Messiah has pledged to come back and fix that one too he will be doing that when he returns and the enemies of Israel will be no more and as it says here that says that he will bear his holy harm in the sight of the nations and there's a whole series of other prophecies that tie with it it's talking about the coming of the Lord the second coming of the Lord now interestingly enough for those of you who have heard much of my teaching on the end times you know that one of the topics I talk about is the what I call the greater Exodus this is one of those places that talked about it the very next verse verse 11 says depart depart go out from there touch nothing unclean go out of the midst of our purify yourselves you who carry the vessels of the Lord but you will not go out in haste nor will you go as fugitives where the Lord will go before you and the God of Israel will be your rear guard and when the day comes that we go on the greater Exodus the Lord will be leading us out and he will be in front of us and he will be behind us and we will not be fugitives we will not be in haste we will not be panicked we will be enjoying the security of the Lord in the midst of the Great Tribulation and that's part of the evidence of him restoring for us and protecting us now if you follow along here in Isaiah it immediately goes to talk about the Messiah matter so some of the most powerful scriptures that we have in all of the Bible about must Isaiah 53 about how he's the Passover lamb the first verse who has believed our message to whom is the arm of the Lord revealed the arm of the Lord in the Hebrews is a row of zero out of nine when you come to Passover and you put the shank bone on the past that were platter what does that represent what is the name of that shank bone it's called the zero ax the arm of the lamb is the zero ax and the message has B asked trying to understand zion is asking question who's believed who has believed this wonderful message of that God will be restoring all things and he'll be fixing things and pulling them together instead of separated and to whom is the arm of the Lord who knows what the Lamb of God means who understands that to whom has that been revealed to and of course the rest of the chapter goes on to describe quite directly the prophecies of when the Messiah came is Lamb of God and suffered force and the sins of us were put upon him and he died you know you can take Isaiah 53 you can just print it up just straight print Isaiah 53 and you can hand it out on the street and my Jewish brethren will reject it saying it's a Christian track they'll start to read it and they'll go oh that's Christian stuff I don't I don't anything do with it I mean of course it's coming right from the Prophet as it it's the stuff that belongs to Israel if you ask Jewish sage well what is this talking about Isaiah fit through you who is this one who's oppressed who is this one who's been pierced who's this one who's been crushed well let's say well as that's Israel that's not quite right Israel is not the suffering servant and the sins of the world have not been put on Israel they have their own sins all by themselves and they don't know what to do with them so they're not a propitiation they're not a sacrifice they are not the Lamb of God now what follows and I want to take you from here over to Isaiah chapter 61 all of these chapters you know in here they are dealing with the same subject back in chapter 52 it's just he's talking about multiple times he's talking about what the Messiah is going to do he's talking about how he'll restore things and lace throughout all of this is what God thinks of Zion and sighin seems to be the single catch word that is the big program God has for us for his land for the city of Jerusalem for the Temple Mount that he's going to put us together splices together bind us and we'll be called Zion many of you are familiar with Isaiah 60:1 very profound piece of scripture about the Messiah verse 1 the Spirit of the Lord God is upon me because the Lord has anointed me to bring good news to the afflicted to sent me to bind up the brokenhearted to proclaim Liberty to the captives and freedom to the prisoners to proclaim the favorable year of the Lord you know that you sure quoted this he got up in the Assembly was reading from Isaiah read those words rolled the scroll back up again sat down and he said these words have been fulfilled within your hearing and the people were shocked he couldn't believe it that's just a little too close to home and I got to tell you you know we were we're kind of like those folks back then I shared with you earlier tonight about how this ground was set aside for us to keep the Feast and I can tell you that in the years that I've been out here there have been moments without a doubt I've sensed God's presence right in this camp I mean I didn't see him but I'm telling you it was like he's right there that kind of sensation of his presence and we of course seen many who come led by the Spirit of God and the anointing and and how that many teachers come and without coordination with one another they come and they speak the same truths and and it all works together and people are listening to it says oh well money I don't know how you organize all those speakers to come and teach it was really great and I said that's the Holy Spirit that's the things of God doing in our midst and to recognize what the Lord is doing and for some that's hard for them to grasp that really is hard to understand do you have by the way this is pretty profound and that should be scary to you I mean scary from the standpoint of all God knows you're in this camp right now he knows your heart he knows how zealous you are or not zealous you are for him now he would like for you to be zealous for him he would like that when the worship comes and the teachers come you would be moved and the Holy Spirit would work through men into your heart and you would be transformed and established in your faith that you would be strengthened in the Lord he knows every one of us he knows every problem we've got he knows every difficulty we face and he's here and oh by the way he loves you a lot a lot more than you realize and thats when you sure came and he said I'm the Anointed One by the way that's what Messiah means The Anointed One the Spirit of the Lord is upon me because the Lord has anointed me the Lord has made me to be the Messiah to come to you and I and I love this here you know see this is all about Zion to bring good news to the afflicted so you're not afflicted anymore he has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted I'm gonna take your heart and I'm gonna splice it into me and I'm gonna bind you here and you're gonna heal and you'll be Zion Liberty to the captives so you'll be restored and you can return to your real home the promised land and freedom to prisoners that's what the Messiah came to do he was doing the work of Zion and part of that work was our personal Redemption but there's a whole lot more a whole lot more for us I want you to read on because it talks about another group of people here that follow in the footsteps of what the Messiah did verse 2 and the day of vengeance of our God to comfort all who mourn to grant those who mourn in Zion giving them a garland instead of ashes the oil gladness instead of mourning the mantle of praise instead of the spirit of fainting so they will be called the Oaks of righteousness the planting of the Lord that he may be glorified remember Zion is about a tree it's about repairing a tree and he talks about this group of people that's going to come and do this work of restoration and comforting and all of the different things that they do so that ultimately they'll be called the planting of the Lord the Oaks of righteousness I'm sure you've seen some big oak trees before it's real hard to knock him over and he wants us to be like that now if you go down to chapter 62 and I'm just gonna read some of this straight through for you having taken into account all that we've already mentioned verse 1 of 62 for Zions sake I will not keep silent for Jerusalem's sake I will not keep quiet until her righteousness goes forth like brightness and her salvation like a torch that is burning and the nations will see your righteousness and all Kings your glory and you'll be called by a new name with the mouth of the Lord shall designate you also will be a crown of glory in the hand of the Lord and a royal diadem in the hand of your God any question about that God is zealous about this I mean that's what he's reading I am zealous for this this is what I intend to do and I am this what I'm all about doing but I like what it says further as we get into it verse 4 it will no longer be said to you forsaken nor to your land will it any longer be said desolate but you miss talking to us but you will be called my delight is in her and your land married for the Lord delights in you and into him your land will be married for as a young man marries a virgin so your sons will marry you and as a bridegroom rejoices over the bride so your God will rejoice over you one of the really fun things that you can have in your life is to see a young couple get married I don't know if you've ever well I've done a lot of marriage counseling so a premarital counseling and I am tell you when they come in the the bride and the bridegroom there's like no brains involved anymore I mean these guys are head over heels and love and nothing else counts I mean they are you know they you you ask them a question they look at each other before the answer and they start giggling I mean these guys they've lost it actually what they are is they're zealous for each other we call it they're in love now we who are been around awhile we who've been married a ball we look at that and we and it's just delightful as joyous and of course there's no time to try to explain to them what in the heck is gonna happen to them because they can't hear it they are so zealous that they're just gonna do this regardless of what the conditions are and by the way when they come for the vows pledging to be a husband for her and a bride for him they don't put any conditions on it that's what vowels do they don't have any conditions part about being zealous for something is you don't start listing conditions you're just for it you're for what the objective is so when we talk about zealous for Zion it's not about putting conditions on any of it it's like what he said it's it's like a a bridegroom rejoicing over his bride and then it says so God will rejoice over you now looking at the example of a bridegroom and how he's sold out for his bride have you ever considered that's what God how he sees you he is sold out for you he has put all his chips in for you he has not listed other conditions he has said I will be zealous for you you will be called married you will not be called forsaken you will not be desolate wonderful and good things are going to happen to you and that comes as a result of the kingdom verse 6 on your walls o Jerusalem I have appointed Watchmen all day and all night they will never keep silent you who remind the Lord take no rest for yourselves and give him no rest until he establishes and makes jerusalem a praise and all of the earth this year we saw Israel have its 50th anniversary from 1967 of possessing Jerusalem they captured it in the six-day war and it's been under Jewish hands for 50 years now there was a number of celebrations and by the way let me tell you something I think that's highly significant and the reason why I think that's highly significant is because I know that God loves Jerusalem and he is zealous for Jerusalem and he does not like when others interfere with Jerusalem and his goals to restore all things I know also that he's zealous for the Temple Mount and he wants that Temple Mount to be established for him he is jealous for it and if we're to be zealous for Zion we need to be zealous for Jerusalem just like him then zealous for the Temple Mount zealous for the Land of Israel the video that we showed tonight showed how the nation of Israel was first established by the way we are now in the 70th year the seventh anniversary will be this May coming up is that significant to the Lord yes very significant is it significant to us I think it should be if we're zealous for Zion that should stand out to us that is Jerusalem the land the Temple Mount the people of Israel they're all coming to the forefront God's getting ready to do some incredible things he is getting ready to rejoin the house of Israel to the house of Judah the big coming together splice called Zion now in the course of this week you're gonna hear from a number of teachers they're all gonna give you to varying degrees their understanding in their slant on Zion and I want you to listen to all of them because they're all going to be speaking about parts of what Isaiah has been talking about and the other prophets are talking about and we should absorb this and take this in and hopefully when we complete this time together we're going to have a whole new perspective about what God is doing with us what God thinks of us what what we think about all of this and and we'll have a new definition for Zion for us a powerful one one that stands out and hopefully it'll be at the forefront of our continuing faith as we look forward to his kingdom so let me really answer the question who's really zealous for Zion I think we should be but I think there's someone who's really truly is Ellis for Zion and that would be the Lord and we get to be a part of that whether we realize it or not he looks down upon us and says Zion lose I am something broken broken I'm gonna heal you I'm gonna you together I'm gonna I'm gonna release you from being captive I'm gonna set you free you're gonna be Zion and that's something we can get sell us
