MONSTER FISH from DARK CITY TUNNEL!! (UNEXPECTED)

all right guys y'all may recognize this place i have pulled probably bass up to eight pounds out of there there are some monsters that live back there but i walked up here today it's a it's a kind of a cold winter day about 50 degrees in south texas and i noticed something different you can see all the bubbles all the debris in the water right here and if you listen i don't know if you can hear it but i can hear there's a ton of moving water back there there must be a waterfall or something is pushing a bunch of water into there so we just had a bunch of rain so obviously that's why there's a bunch of water being moved in here but i also put my hand in the water down here and it is way warmer than the water out in the main lake so we're gonna spend the rest of the day which is about an hour to try and see what we can pull out of back there thank you guys for watching let's get some fish what that good got him that is big that is big something one cast with the ultralight we get a fish oh what a giant crappie holy smokes that'd definitely be the biggest crappie i've ever pulled out of there that's awesome he's in great shape too big white crappie got him yes good one come here buddy another big crappie that's awesome that's another stud oh my gosh check that guy out i had no idea they got that big in here that's a monster gosh darn it did y'all see that bite there he is good one that's another monster crappie probably at least dang man can't stop this guy oh what a giant [Applause] look at that what a slab that is a giant look how healthy he is check that guy out what a unit that guy fought incredibly hard too what a fish got him yes they only hit it on the fall that is it it hits the water they let it sink for two seconds and then they collaborate that's another giant goodness that dude's got some incredible colors there got him that's a giant that is a giant come here buddy look at that that might be the biggest one yet my friends oh my gosh let's check that guy out wow i don't know if it's the biggest one yet or not but it is a brute what a giant perfect shape too got it yes goodness they're stacked i cannot believe that and his fight this is a big one this could be a bass oh that'll be the biggest one yet i think oh my gosh look at that one that is an absolute unit my friends what a beast of a crappie wow telling y'all this water right here 60 degrees as opposed to this which is going to be 55 maybe even 50. there's an oh my gosh [Laughter] oh [Applause] great there it is big one oh my gosh look at him oh that is huge that is huge that might be the biggest one ah maybe not i don't know he's just got a giant head wow we finally pulled a bass out of there took us ages and i was really hoping there would have been an eight pound bass in there see there's obviously zero sunlight penetration so this bass is very very off colored he's almost gray all right and turn the gopro on for one more fish look at this with the size of that thing's head it's the skinniest one we've caught but it might be the longest that is a monster look at how big his mouth is all right we're gonna end it on that one i'm gonna make my outro now what a fish all right guys there you have it can you imagine what it must look like back there the absurd amount of fish that must be sitting back there wall to wall crappie all about 13 to 15 15 and a half inches all fat all hungry they ate that bait the second it got in front of them so from what i can tell with the rain coming in and with the influx of water that water is obviously warmer than the water that's in the pond and all that warm water got those crappie all fired up they'd rather be sitting in the 60 degree water in the 50 55 degree water out here and a lot of times when that happens they are hungry so they just started binging back there and if i get my bait in front of them they bite it i'm amazed that that is what is living back there right now thank you for watching hope you all enjoyed this one
