I should make some comedy video soon. But I'll do it next week, 'cause this week the week has ended Check this out! Casual curtain drawing is in the past, you can touch the button on your iPad and look what's happening. What 'bout you? You still do it manually. What do we have here? Pierogis and meat stuffed dumplings. Last week was really mad. First we made this project with koala bear in trains, then we had other tasks, and that made me feel last week I don't really kept pace with all the things that were happening. So today is the first time we can sit and work on various things, which stood over for the past time, and eat pierogi. [Kasia] We bought sour cream for the occasion, and in Japan you can buy it only in this tiny cups and it costs about 400 yens. So it's very expensive, not worth it. I have to get one thing done, viz my earbuds broke and I'm going to fix it, I mean file a complaint on it. Well, I made a fuss and they gave me new ones. I didn't made a fuss to be honest. They set up such a dog in front of the Bunkamura department store. If you're in Tokio you can come and see this dog. You can see this dog. Lately I returned to the small video series I made about 2 years ago. It was called "International", it was a promotional campaign for Wyborowa, trilogy of videos, one placed in Kraków, one during the journey to Japan, and placed in Tokio, here in our neighbourhood. And damn, it was 2 years from that moment and so many things changed. It's amazing, and I won't lie, watching this videos is huge motivation for me And seeing how I was looking back then and how I look now. In Japan there's a tiny problem with breakfasts. Traditionally you eat miso soup, rice. I don't really like those, so you're left with things like egg sandwich bought in a store, which's not really bad, but how long you can eat those. I'm feeling incomparably better than me from then. [Kasia] You wanted to start exercising to proof that it;s not working. [Krzyś] That was my plan, that I'll bare worldwide scam that imply you that if you're living healthy you feel better. Meanwhile it came out I was wrong. We'll go today on one of our favourite ramens in Tokio. Tu turu tutu tu tu turu tutu. And it terrifies me how strongly I tried to block that thought out from my brain, that maybe I'm unhealthy, that maybe I'm a lil' bit too doughnutty. I was thinking that Japanese people are smaller, so it's harder to find clothes in the right size, Just because, 'cause it's Japan. On the other side I was trying to neglect it and cover it with pride, something like "it is my life". And for that I'm a lil' bit tore apart even today, 'cause it's not about it, that you can judge or slander every person that is overweight, and that they should do something with it. And I think, that often such people, and I'm talking about myself too in this moment, They try to escape into pride and independence, "I'll not lose my weight, 'cause it's what society wants from me, so I'll eat doughnuts to spite them." And I lived through all of that, and I was there, and I tell you - it's not worth it. Since I came back, I basically eat only... There's always a line to this restaurant, but today we were lucky, there's no line so we came in. I never vlogged in here and I was here a couple of times, and always awesome place, and it's a kind of food you rarely eat, I don't know, I rarely have occasion to eat something like that. It's called gyukatsu, it's a beef chop. [Kasia] You take your meat and place here. [Krzyś] It's so delicious. Damn, a chop in pieces. Mmmm. And you have horse-radish sauce with that. [Kasia] I like this sauce very much. It's delicious. [Krzyś] Yeah, it's really tasty. You see, it's hour long waiting line outside the restaurant, 'cause it'd going really slow in here. So, this me you look at right now is about 15 kilos lighter than then, and I think I acomplished it without any terrible effort, just with building up some healthy habits and something that is now very common sense for me, 'cause it's not like that I try to starve myself every day and keep a hardcore and rigorous diet, or that I push myself to train too hard, etc, no it's not like that. It's all happening on its own, without any additional thoughts, just small, little decisions, that make sense. You know, our video about changes was just about that, it's all about making small steps, to do such things, that if you make a decision that you start a perfect life from tommorow, it'll only frustrate you, 'cause you'll be thinking that you're not doing good enough. Mesuring your life with goals is such a shallow thing. Ok, I wasn't going to go so deep into that today. Just remember that for me the best motivator is watching my videos from couple years back and looking at myself from that time and it's my little monster, that chases me, that reminds me that if I stop thinking and taking care of my generally healthy lifestyle, it'll take over me again, and it'll be like couple years ago, that I'll be rotten outside and inside. This place is called Bookoff. It's a resale shop with used books, games and other stuff. You can buy things really cheap here. Yup, here comes Star Wars season again. And you know that Kasia never had seen Star Wars? [Kasia] I'd seen only one movie, right? [Krzyś] We must watch, before the new one comes out. [Kasia] I agree with you, we must watch it. I'll see with my friends and we'll talk about bussines. I said some time ago that I want to research some new things, not entirely connected with YouTube or any public actions here. I have to fix my gimbal, 'cause it winced during my trip from Poland. We straightened it up by force, but now I have replacement part so... [Krzyś] So, we're going? [Kasia] Yup. The car rode off from us. I'd really want to tell what we're talking about here, but it's bussines so I can't because competitors never sleep. As soon as I can I'll tell you a lil' bit about backstage of such things. It's completly unnecessary and aside from what we're going to talk about that we're in such a decent hotel, but simply, Kuba, when he's coming abroad for work, he usually stays in such hotels, 'cause he's such a fancy man. Bugger me, if you press a button, the glass is going opaque. What I'm trying to say here in this video is that if you want to live healthy, you can, it's really simple. I look at it like on a minimalized process in operating system. You minimalize the window, leaving it down on the screen and it's making progress. Thank you all for watching, and big thanks to all my Patrons who make this vlogs posibble and regular. Take care, bye! Mmmm, best pierogi in Japan, straight from Chicago.
