my friends you know if there are two things that i enjoy in the world of gaming it is when jaden animations does something awesome and it is minecraft i have got some incredible news for you today those two worlds are coming together welcome back friends and a special welcome welcome to all the new friends out there i am yo vgs player of games speed runner of some world record holder in a few and wow it feels like a few times that i have said that today because there has just been i've been feeling the motivation i've been feeling pumped up i've been feeling super excited and it's because every time i finish a video there's another one i want to do so earlier today to mario 3 randomizer played through it for you then i did the history of american dad speedrunning and then i saw this how could i not jaiden animation beating minecraft for the first time now jaden inspired a lot of people when she speed ran cooking mama to get into speed running i'm hoping that jaden finally beating minecraft for the first time is going to inspire me to beat minecraft for the first time so without further ado friends let's get into it jaden animations i tried to beat minecraft with call me carson hmm i'm hoping she actually succeeded all right friends already i'm chomping at the bit i feel like i'm like bouncing in my chair right now because i'm so excited to see this video and i had to make a video on it because if i didn't i would watch it and then i wouldn't get the joy of watching it blind with you so we're going into this together i have faith in jaden beating minecraft i'm hoping some minecraft is if you don't why are you here i've got a long history with minecraft back when i was 14 and had oh that's like me that's exactly what i'm doing because i'm so excited for the video interesting going on in my life at all i'd play it almost every day after school with my brother we'd mostly just go on servers like hypixel and play survival games hide and seek spleef etc etc so jayden's got to be younger than me because i remember when my friend first introduced me to minecraft he's like there's this new game coming out basically all you do is you break blocks and you build and when i played there was no nether um i don't even think there was snow like all i remember about it was digging down to lava and i swear punches would break blocks on one hit no matter what and this wasn't creative mode so i'm trying to figure out exactly what version of minecraft i played but i got like bored with it there was like nothing to do and then i started seeing you know people like achievement hunter different people playing minecraft i'm like oh they actually made that into a real game and so i came back into it but admittedly it was a little bit later than probably i would have before never good at them but it was fun nonetheless yep and what else read but one day my computer broke and i couldn't play minecraft for like a week or something and like some sort of addict i was frantically thinking like oh man how am i gonna get my minecraft fix that's my case right now so my capture card is completely like messed up and you know you can see all of this right here i want to be doing all of this and i can't and i'm like what am i supposed to do but fortunately i've been able to make videos and hang out with y'all without minecraft i die right now that's an actual thing i forget the technical name of it but if you play like tetris for too long uh or you know you play candy crush for too long when you close your eyes you'll start to see tetris and um you'll start to see pieces of whatever game you were playing like that's an actual thing so in a random act of desperation what i did was type minecraft into youtube when i was 10 oh my god badger best she had the badgers let's go dude shout out to badger badge mushroom mushrooms pokemon into the search bar and that would entertain me for hours this might work but ironically uh typing minecraft into youtube is what made me realize youtube was more than just random rabbit hole share with your friends to try and make them laugh and think you're cool it's got channel okay shout out to all the references do you recognize who all of those people are mad no eight that's scott the wize um i don't know who the cookie monster is i don't know who the upper left is but i will take the fact that i recognize scott the waz and make that uh a win for me and subscriptions and most importantly people played minecraft on it started going down the rabbit hole of minecraft youtubers then gaming youtubers then animation youtuber i think i saw aaron maybe one it was one of those ego raptors skipping many important details and jumping to many conclusions minecraft is what got me here today there you go i think it's a crime and jayden is what got me here today so you know it's uh six and one half dozen i've never even beaten the game before but i decided that had to change i decided i finally wanted to beat minecraft after all these years out of respect good luck being honest i haven't played the game in six years and i also didn't think doing it by myself would be a very fun video thank you that's the problem i have everyone who watches my minecraft stuff points out all of the things that i don't know and i'm scared i'm scared to play it by myself right now because i don't know what's gonna happen not only would it be me running around doing nothing productive but it would also be me running around doing nothing [Laughter] i don't know why that got me so bad and then the cow's just living his best life better tonight for 10 years so many mushrooms call me carson if he wanted to help me he plays minecraft a lot and i think he's really funny and he streams on twitch so i figured if he streamed it i wouldn't be wasting his time as much huh why jaden okay jaden is high key a god gamer and so humble and it it breaks my brain like i can't imagine how somebody you know whatever again like i'm sure i'll get called out in the comments for for being so complimentary of someone but how you can be so amazing at so many things and still feel like you could be wasting someone else's time that is a big one for some reason he said sure so we have to do a new world together and this is what happened we spawn into the world and to our surprise and luck there's a village right next to us in the middle of raiding it when the only reason why do you finish college no i went for one year and then ah can we get a rip counter one rip i feel like now i feel like count chocolate i won the rip uh uh for one year yep it only took me three minutes to die which is what i expected after getting yeah we decided the good part about minecraft is at least since you spawned in a village you're right back there so start looking around more that was uh oh yeah there's a big ravine down there no i'd be kidding no it was an accident at least you have the book what but he survived but carson survived in my hand of course after that spectacular display of skill from both of us we decided to hole up at the bottom of the ravine for the night and start mining you ever hear i was gonna say the blind leading the blind but they both again they both got more skills than they than they care to let them and i won't be wasting his time as much hmm that's a way of thinking yeah you're a little thinker aren't you you know me thinking oh the diamond wow that is he going to go for the water easier than it should have been is he going to go for the water is he going to land in the lava are you joshing me i'm not joshing you let's not whoa whoa don't do that don't do that in fact could you just go back just go like nobody's joshing anyone no josh masters and uh no josh masters in this stream [Laughter] no i i don't mean that in like a stereotype way okay yeah i bet you know what i have a plan what's your plan you can jump into it was carson just mind-splaining her spider web we can probably oh that's such an awful idea time to put blocks down before we if you if you want to do that be my guest this won't go well this won't go well i should probably go cook something yeah i think you might want to go cook something well both my mom and my dad actually that's what he was talking about i talked over at my apology cool cool basically carson found multiple pockets of diamonds in the first 20 minutes of us starting the game i knew he was the right person for the job to carry me to victory while i did literally nothing we kept on our way getting more supplies with riveting conversation to go along with it how's your life been [Laughter] that's one step above so do you like stuff that's a good question how's uh our things meanwhile in the cavern of carson so what do you like the most about being you [Laughter] it's so accurate right like it's it's i want jaden to start a podcast almost like a between two ferns and you know have like uh jaden interviewing i don't know let's say like drew barry more and just like do you like um smiling enough obsidian to build a nether portal at this point and as we were making last minute preparations we had a fun conversation about identity crisis and fearing we're losing our understanding of who we are is people do you ever feel like since we put so much of ourselves in our content that you've lost yourself in the process yeah what sometimes i'm scared to work on myself because i'm scared of who i would be once i change don't die i'm in the darkness and with that then how are the two how are the two zeniths of conversation how is life and do you ever worry about bettering yourself for fear of losing who you are into the nether we go oh rare color that's awesome okay so don't don't walk out immediately uh this is some this is new nether new nether other than i've just never seen it before okay um so yes so yeah so like like what i just said i didn't think that right so that's pretty cool that's the worst in the middle of lava yeah no this is absolutely the worst carson was really trying to speed through and get out of the nether as i was just dragging her i said he absolutely hates it so i tried to lighten the mood and stay positive but that didn't really work before you're frantically just like let's just let's juice go i go listen i i hate this place like when i mean in the new nether to be fair i feel like the nether is not fun um there's a whole huge nether update but i feel like it's still just like that place you have to go to do the fun things in mind like damn this place really sucks my nards dude whoa what's your favorite thing about it favorite thing about the nether there is no no i hate this place i hate it so much i hate it so much yeah so yeah carson was right this place sucks but anyway we kept on our way trying to find them and to be frank thing i love the other enderman's come hither stare did not start getting any better the breadwinner why is that what it's called isn't it when people were really poor back in like the 1700s that's like three deaths ah that one hurt look at the that pain that is how could this happen to me she made some mistakes oh we are in luck jaden look over there there it is we got another fortress that's very cool i don't think i have don't hit a pig man please don't hit him no probably not are those piglets now are they officially piglets yeah that's that's that was what i was gonna suggest oh what happened and jayden's out of pick here carson to the rescue no problem you're still prepared yeah i'm just watching this is the same this is the same tone i have with a dream video i'm watching with baited breath i'm worried about what's gonna happen fortress finally and you'd think that just entering the thing would be easy enough but when carson told me to mine up into it i misunderstood that is mine straight up and just went up without making a staircase like a selfish idiot so instead of us just entering the fortress this sequence of events ended up happening build up uh mine up line up okay yeah i'm so confused where's your staircase oh did you want a staircase yeah then i could also get up queen literal strikes again oh four deaths he just runs out and sees big gubbins everywhere that is awesome yeah that's good i've done this once before i love everything this is so far i don't know why i keep thinking i can survive falling from very tall heights this is the third time i've not learned my lesson when it comes to fall damage so as i start running back to the fortress carson starts gathering the blaze rods we need i eventually made it back but after a few minutes of fighting we get in a little bit over our heads oh how though oh actually that's not good no no no no oh dead oh oh oh are you dead yeah dang it okay no run back to get our stuff before it despawns hide in a little safe area and start reorganizing our stuff let's go i want them to win so badly come on now run [Laughter] just ignoring the blaze right there there eventually we only need one or two blaze rods left so carson decides it's safer to split up and have me get the rods back home to safety so he can get dude jaden is treating herself in this run like charlie freaking brown jaden you gotta give yourself props like you're contributing i mean i can't i haven't seen the raw stream so i don't know exactly what but i gotta believe it's been more than you're leaving without fear of losing all our progress could you do me a huge favor and just bring those back home to safety i won't die no lava please no lava oh he's still working better judgment i made it back so great finally we've got all the blaze rods and all we really need to do now is get ender pearls to find the stronghold and gather feathers to make a bunch of arrows since it was daytime we decided to start with the feathers why not beds why not just go bed strats we need many arrows or snowballs we learned snowballs work too shoot at the ender dragon in his uh crystals spread the chickens instead of killed the only two around no no no yeah i think like of course i respect what i was going to bring it back so we can breathe you said we don't need to breathe it was a joke and i moved on so the hunt for feathers continued and before i knew it i wandered off too far while chasing chickens i realized i was lost in the middle of the woods you know like a child so uh would you do you know how to pull up your coordinates that's one of the f buttons right it's f3 oh we can we can talk about the coordinates oh my god you're so smart yeah so if you go to negative 24 300 you're gonna find the ravine okay i think i'm going in the right direction oh no oh no hi place i'm at 700. what i got back don't worry i figured it out like that we were back on track trying to find out oh this is taking a long time can we get the odd couple things since he was streaming carson's chat kept us pretty entertained now when someone in chat just said i dropped the bookshelf on my pet rat i cried for five days oh no that's a lot of damage for a rat no kidding i'm sorry about your pet rat but also kind of funny at this point we'd been really struggling to get the ender pearls we'd been hunting for about an hour and a half now and decided we needed to switch up methods carson tried to trade gold with the piglens which wasn't working but then he had an idea maybe we should but there's also a a type of biome in the nether that spawns a lot of enderman yes i knew about that i found out about that the hard way well i mean it's it's easier said it kind of looks like the cat peed on the bed i'm just done despite carson's caution we decided we might as well go back into the nether and just see if we can find the biome which is called the warped forest i looked it up ah they're like the guards warped forest sounds like a an obstacle in american ninja warrior by the way he's made 13 attempts at the warped forest well he's dead yeah just ignore all these guys just like run past them easier said than done oh i'm so worried i'm so worried i'm going to see the phrase jaden and lava for that one careful careful is my middle name oh i see blue fire that's promising i think oh it's a baby piglet the blue finger not what we were looking for it was a completely different biome and we went in the wrong direction we were searching for a pretty big chunk of time and even tried to drive with the piglets once more out of pure death meanwhile jayden's just working out over there didn't work but just when we least expected it oh wait i think i found the blue biome no you did not there's got some blue oh no oh no really oh no no this is it oh this is i'm so concerned so i finally did something abuse after all and only three hours and 20 minutes in we started hunting enderman but i think this clip describes our luck and how that all let's go yo let's go let's get this are you kidding me i mean that's only two it's okay that sucks that sucks 30 minutes and 20 endermen later we had all the pearls we need so we head off to try and find our way back home which was very hard because we traveled a pretty long distance to the forest and were semi-lost for a while but then um okay oh oh my torches your torches they could always write down the importance i when you put put those torches there i legitimately thought you know i don't think those will ever come in use and now look who was the stupid one back at the base we started making the final prop i mean right writing down coordinates is always good strats like i feel i don't know i feel like it's kind of meta it it erases some of the exploration aspect of things but since we needed before we set off at least invite the dragon oh that's actually sick after getting his eyes we could be with you new armor we set up together let's throw one eye vendor okay that way this way oh it looks like we're gonna be hitting up the ocean into boat hop in this is my sweet ride there you go boat lamborghini and after hitting many lily pads along the way we finally arrive at this area in some grassy hills we dug down a bit and not only was carson able to find the stronghold but he also found the portal room almost immediately perfect let's go oh this is exciting oh god oh this is so exciting what did it scare you did it scare you i'm so ready for this and then a zombie came out now that we were both here we put our extra stuff in the chest reset our spawn with a bed and we're pretty much ready to go all right well let's do it oh i'm so ready this is please tell me they're not in your legs they're near a leg this way that is not good okay i'm shooting these carson's at least here the ones through work from like beneath so like if i come up here like this oh i gotcha oh what nothing land land land land land land oh come on get it that was fine run back in five deaths you'll be good there you go so we can start killing the dragon now it was just ah well jaden jaden jaden oh no it's carson okay well yo i want you to be the i want you to be the final hit really yes this is your first time all right go jayden go go don't worry don't worry about it i got it you can get him right now from the side oh he got another one let's go oh i'm so nervous you're good he's like one hit left oh i'm so nervous all right one more one more you did it you did it one more hit one more hit let's go let's go i don't know he's i think he just wants to chill you're good you're good at this point carson is just watching me get tossed around by the dragon and i i just thought that was hilarious but i digress oh he's coming down it's time boom there you go good job well good job good job us oh i'm getting hurt i'm getting hurt awesome let's take the egg uh i mean you could yeah wait that's not how it works right um i mean you can try nope yeah yeah don't you have to push through we did it we ended up beating minecraft in about four hours and 40 minutes we worked really hard and i think we made a really great and balanced team carson found 23 diamonds got all the obsidian built the nether portal got most if not all the blaze rods gathered 11 out of the 14 ender pearls we had found this wrong hold and the end portal destroyed all the end crystals and did most of the damage on the dragon and i died six times got 71 bread found the wharf forest got lost multiple times and hit the dragon three times i mean but you killed it that's the point you get the kill in the in the post game with the kill matchup screen you got one ender dragon and carson got zero this was a lot of fun i didn't know what to expect going into it but i honestly had a great time and i'm proud to say i've beaten minecraft now with a little help i want to say a huge thanks to carson for agreeing to this i'm not lying when i say i couldn't have done it without him well i mean i might have but this worked so much better so you
