This morning. Record breaking floods are threatening to burst the Rapidan Dam in the upper Midwest. Officials warning families near Mankato Minnesota along the Blue Earth River to be ready to evacuate. Storms dumped nearly 18 inches of rain engulfing neighborhoods leaving structures barely hanging on a very long night. Officials are now warning the dam is an imminent failure condition. Officials say it crested at 45 ft. That's historic levels forcing many that live nearby to evacuate. Barriers were built to withstand just 46 ft overnight.
