Please note that this website is currently a work in progress! Lots of interesting data and statistics to come.
I don’t know if I can believe someone who tucks their pants into their socks.
Imo, this is a spaceship interior unlike what they call the Model 3.
Im glad the EQS exists, because choice is good, but it personifies everything I hate in car interior design (except the ride comfort and sound insulation, Mercedes all the way on those).
But they don't build it for me, and thats ok.
If you want to watch a GOOD video from YouTube about this car, check out MKBHD’s, since he’s better-informed (though probably still a layman in terms of cars) or MotoManTV’s review for a more automotive-journalist type take.
As much as I'm more interested in the performance of the vehicle then the bells and whistles, I see it as a positive sign that the performance of electric vehicles is good enough that people are competing on bells and whistles instead.
There is no way Tesla will ever compete with this. I’m in love.
My car is absolute shit, but I prefer its interior. I want as fewer displays in my life as I can get away with. And as few lights as possible. I hate my laptop charger because it has an LED.
I don't have the money to buy a Mercedes, but I appreciate the fact that Mercedes doesn't make me wish I could afford one of their cars.
Damn, that front end is kinda fugly imo, but other than that it seems awesome
I love how he is ultra-amazed at the doors being able to be opened and closed from the screen, and to * gasp * auto-close when he pressed the brake pedal!
Wow! I wonder what other luxury EV has been doing that since 2016.
That being said, this does indeed look nice. I just hope Mercedes doesn't F it up like they did with the EQC. Please bring it to market as-is, keep the price reasonably aligned with Model S, and not have abysmal range. If they can do that, this can take off!
