ux 2.0 is a feature-rich insulation panel 24 inches high by 48 inches wide it has a narrow 2 inch thick profile that delivers in our 8.5 continuous insulation advanced high pressure steam fusion comb molds and bonds the non-ferrous insulated stud in place every 16 inches on center when an adhesive application is called for the patented ribbed mechanical interlocks will bonds the panel studs securely to the wall they tongue-and-groove overlap that provides a secure thermal and moisture barrier the self aligning notches guarantee that all the channels and studs are straight and true each panel has built-in electrical raceways running vertically 16 inches on center and 24 inches on center horizontally base ways are clearly marked on the front side of the panel I'm going to demonstrate how to do the offset bond pattern to lock these panels together in the corner we're going to want to start out with just a full panel and we're going to just set it right up into the corner we're going to follow it up with another full panel again going the other direction right in the corner this gives you the ability to work both directions and have multiple people working on the same project now in order to get the offset bond to lock together we have to cut along one of these cutting lines here to interlock the panels together we'll do that with just a long snap off utility knife and we'll just follow the line across here and usually I'll do it a score first not all the way through and then just follow it off with another and that will give you a nice clean cut and we're going to use both pieces of this we're going to start out with this piece and put it in here like this and then the other piece goes directly right around the corner and we'll give you the offset on in both directions and then we'll just continue this interlock all the way around for this third row we'll just repeat the first role again but once we get up here we'll be starting with this full panel again in both directions and when this other panel gets in here it will be in place you three-two-one you might have notice that we're actually using the cut-offs from them from the other wall from the top so we're actually utilizing everything so we're not wasting anything [Music] [Music] you [Applause] [Music] you you [Music] [Music]
