Scott hey y'all bill how are you you're famous I've heard all about you this is apparently the B place to stop for barbecues all right oh no one the only one I'll be going around that's right can we get a little torque and we can you show us around yeah all right well let's go how long have you been here how long have you been in business been there - since 72 definite - that's a long time you did it what's your claim to fame what keeps you going this hard work all the people all the people that do that company exactly well you are a loves man people love you that's for sure and this place definitely goes by word of mouth everybody says you know you've got to stop by Scots barbecue that's well and you know we were talking a little bit before we started rolling and you were saying that first you just opened it as a pool all right Oh leave a pool hall and the can that's Dylan and a candy store yeah but leaving the gamut - one Pig two pigs three pigs how do you go from candy to pigs how does that happen we do one thing maybe beehive and people just love it yeah just kept growing pigs it keeps growing and we went as high as we have to fit the pig to week 50 pigs a week yeah oh my gosh that is crazy and you were saying your process of making the barbecue is like top knot so if you would would don't do I do oh we can hit Creek wouldn't like that no other water and you don't do you don't do gasps no gasps no charcoal and watch what do you think gives it the best flavor I don't know I've been using a hope for a long time at least a minute it's not good we can yeah yes put your things up a little bit yeah yeah what's special about your pigs you have only a secret recipe I would say yeah might be different from all right all right it must be others day it's gotta be with everybody coming in like they are you got a parking lot full of people and it yeah it seems like a cool hangout I do people come here hangout yeah it's amazing you know I always wonder how it's gonna do it at my help quick yeah and then I figure out how to do with myself so at first he said that you are uncle my aunt taught you how to make it yeah and got you started and you were worried if he ever left didn't you were just fine yeah yeah and you do this with your wife right yeah do you um do you also have other family members that help out with us I have no help you mix it with sauce or he do a plane or how does the they choose it I put so it's going up okay yeah is it like hot what kind of sauce is it huh it's hot yeah I've I'm not very strong by the art do you like spicy food it depends we're in trouble I hope you got a bathroom we're cool I'm excited to try it birthday yeah first time we're first-timers and I'm excited the guys that come to I hand them folding yeah yeah so you feel great you for real famous yeah we never had a whole lot of the appetizer but we did yeah weird amount water mop man and somehow it got to Anthony Bourdain that's some big word amount that's crazy well good for you that's awesome yeah all right well thank you mr.
