Sinistar Massey arias this picture of her went viral why she was six months pregnant at the time of that picture here she is today just one month [Music] [Applause] negative comments that we used to get in the backlash now no one is actually saying anything negative she's healthy she's happy beautiful family arias who has really skyrocketed since being on her show she's graced magazine covers developed her nutrition program and has recently landed a top modeling contract please welcome back Massey to the show [Applause] [Music] thank you so much you know it's raining six-pack abs here the doctor looking down thinking oh man how are you how is being a mom and be enough Fitness star and all the stuff you're doing it's been hard but it's been amazing and he's a rollercoaster and all these opportunities are coming and we're just so in love with our daughter and doing fitness as a family together and just bringing it out there and she did it the right way she was in great shape going into her pregnancy and then maintained her routine during her pregnancy absolutely and I'm sure she worked closely with her OBGYN physician and got clearance and everything so there are some situations where exercising is not okay in pregnancy but for the vast majority of women we say we want you to get some exercise and of course eat right now you won't necessarily do everything she was doing because she was in top physical condition before she got pregnant but during pregnancy exercising eating right not gaining too much weight if you're a normal weight before pregnancy you only gain about 25 to 35 pounds knowing that you don't need to eat an extra pizza for the baby to baby only about 300 extra calories per day the first and second no no like skim milk and a half a sandwich like that's all your baby really want yeah so your baby is beautiful and she's healthy now and you did great about you're here today because this is about fitness tips for people at home and we always say families they work out together they have more fun together they stay together and you are here to demo some fun family moves and I think I'm a here indeed back there with my husband please welcome Stephane and their 17 month old daughter in need to the show I'd say that's a fit family I think so hey guys one of things I love about your attitude towards being parents and Fitness's so often people will say well I can't work out because of my child you guys incorporate in D&D Rosie absolutely 30 pound kettlebell and what better way to bond with your baby and with your husband and just me fitness fun and that's what we showcase you know a lifestyle it's a good point um India is much cuter than a kettlebell right so what kinds of things do you to do attendee watch and we have some examples to show you guys today all right so starting launch position and this is an isometric hold so I'm just gonna hold Indy isometrically while Stefani's doing five lunges right so I'm gonna pass on the baby and do my five revs what's the fine is holding that isometric lunge and you're holding that isometric lunge right and we'll just go over three circuits you're gonna pass me the baby again we hold this and the burn is real yeah like the burn is really I ended up on time right and there you go you
