hi this is falling from my corns wondering and just the other day I did a very quick video about finding the right box for home cooking now hopefully you got one of these at home now and today we like to show you how you season your wok very important process if you don't do this process when you buy the wok for the first time your wok will not be right trust me you have to do this now to seasonal walk very is that your only Tuesday first ball yeah should we need to heat the water very high heat we're going to show you how we do it and you will see that what actually changes in color which I'm going to start now now the reason I'm doing it in the commercial range is that it just picked the time to test on that come on the home style I'd think this process had to heat the wok up will take about a good five ten minutes on the year will take about two or three minutes and if you can move the walk around so there should come as a whole wall now I'm not sure you can see it the wakizashi is previously also turning into black and the actually goes back to light the color again [Music] and again trying to cover the whole walk if you can now this is about good two minutes on our commercial operation ow so I would reckon that that would take you about six minutes on your six eight minutes on your range right I think the walk is now ready now the mix exercise you have to be very very brave yeah you're going to put lots of hot cold water into your walk [Music] you want some metal base staring ash and scratch out or the revenge it's very important so just water just cold water at a metal scouring pad and scrub you off [Music] okay this is the first there and then we're going to turn the heat back on again now I will say later it's up for another good three four minutes now this is after two minutes on that commercial range so I can say from well probably about three or four minutes err on the home range and then get a cloth or paper towel dab it on the oil and then use that so as your wife your walk all by the way this is time that you turn the heat up now Hey just mix it up a bit more oil [Applause] [Music] okay so if you sent the rubbish as we can wipe wipe it down afterwards now the wok is evenly coated with oil now and all you have to do at this let it relax and cool down now and then once this cool down just wipe off any rubbish and I need to keep the oil on the wok just gently wipe it down and I will say just leave it as it is for good ten minutes until it's completely cooled down and that's your wok ready to use for the first time and that's it for sealing your work thank you very much for watching our video again and we see you next time at my Kwan's mentoring thank you
