Mahindra 1626 Backhoe Removal/Installation & 3-Point Hitch Setup

don't hey guys this is Tim over mahendra of Greensburg today we're going to be showing you how to remove as well as install the 16 26 B backhoe on a 16 26 tractor it will also be the same on a 15 in addition to that I'm not worried by words the links whatsoever and you drop that right now very light pressure or next step is we're gonna drop her outrageous drop both up and down to the ground today we're working on idle some one-cylinder at a time on this model is easier to keep the pad just above the graph on a Jamaican surface over here I'm gonna point out these pins over here in the bathtub so whatever pain located just here you'll see Lynch pins on either side off the fifth pin itself there's gonna be one matching it on the opposite side just over here a little tougher to see even at the bottom we have a cradle where the backhoe sits into place and attach it to the machine itself it's what we're gonna do is we're gonna place slight amount of back pressure to the bucket itself to relieve the pressure off these top two pins here where you were before I'll show how we're gonna buy a slight amount of pressure to this backhoe bucket right about there is all we're gonna be I got one pin free the other pin is also free I'll get renewed the linchpins for the east all those right out there are two places that on this side you'll now see our top link where we remove that in has removed itself from the tractor slide that Cameron over this side you'll see where that can be welded in pig has now removed itself from the lower cradle at this point we're now ready to remove the hydraulics from the machine always go ahead and turn that tractor off the tractors hydraulic pressure from those lines we're gonna grab our loader valve in this particular case we're gonna move this in all four directions including diagonals quite a few different times just to relieve that hydraulic pressure perfect now that that pressure has been removed Steve if you want to stay on this side I'll jump over three lines on this particular tractor oh so now that we've leave the hydraulic pressure we'll go ahead and disconnect our lines we'll just push that caller back to separate lines just like that the last one we have is our power beyond just here this particular line will go right back to the bottom port or the male port on the tractor the hydraulic circuit once that's connected we're a hundred percent ready to go with the tracker so our next step is we're gonna start from the sheet off and pull away from the back okay now that we have the back of physically removed from the tracker itself we're gonna go ahead and set that three-point hitch up on the tractor so currently we have nothing in place I've just laid everything out right in the order that'll go to when setting up these lower links what you'll notice is that the three-point arm or the lower link is curved at the end you want the curved part that goes inwards towards the inside of the tracker so you always want this pointed towards the inside of the tractor at this point what we're going to go ahead and do is set up the three-point hitch so I'm going to remove the linchpins from the lift point here the lower link point here and that our suede chain assembly which goes right here once all those pins are removed we'll go ahead and slide this three-point arm right on there the first thing we're do is gonna get that lower link attached perfect go ahead and drop your linchpin right in place next point while we're here we'll get our check chain assembly which I need to lengthen here warp it out and make our connection go and return your linchpin last one that we have for installing this side is picked up on the entire three-point arm and it's gonna attach right to our hydraulic lift point again last thing install our linchpin that'll take care of this side we're go ahead and do the same thing in the opposite side again I'm going to start by removing all my Lynch pins all three pins I'm going to do the same process this time I'm going to go ahead and relieve or loosen the sway chain again we're gonna hook that lower link up first slide it right on in there there you go good put our pin on good and get that sway chain assembly and the last one is we'll get our lift point so lift that right on up mind your hydraulic line get that positioned in there and put in your Lynch pin we got one more piece left and that's gonna be our top link when you're looking at the top link you'll notice there's a jamb not on the one end always want to make sure that your jamb nut is at the top of your top link so we're gonna go ahead and remove the hairpin push this pin out drop our top link into position push it through and there we go we're a hundred percent ready to hook up any attachment we like the last step that we'll do is we'll go ahead and adjust our sway chain putting our pins back in to adjust the inward outward sway of the three-point hitch okay now that we've learned how to remove the 1626 back note from this tracker as well as set up the three-point hitch off-camera I've gone ahead and taken the liberty of sliding the tracker back into place up against the back open have not made any connections whatsoever just simply back the track that tractor into position to the backhoe before we touch those hydraulic lines again turn the Machine off those connections go ahead and hook up our lines keep in mind the first one we're gonna have to remove is this line just here to pull that taller backdoor remove that line our next step is see here I'm gonna grab our green line here you'll notice that there are zip ties already on here so the green line goes to the bottom port that we just disconnected next thing we're gonna do is the next color up is gonna be our yellow line that's gonna be the mail fitting on the tractor side connect back to the female here perfect make sure we got a good connection on both of those the last thing that we have is our power beyond a little bit of debris there make sure your fittings are nice and clean no debris nothing on them or you will have a slightly leaky connection okay we're all clean good and reconnect those two lines at this point the hydraulics are ready to go on the machine next step we're gonna go ahead and fire up the track okay folks went ahead and started up the tractor after we got all three hydraulic lines hooked up now we're just gonna reverse the process if we did it's a first step of making sure that our connections are lined up we're going to go ahead and start applying pressure to that boom once again as I'm doing this I'm watching my hydraulic lines make sure that I don't end up with any piece hoses and we've seen it in the bottom we're going to keep applying pressure to get this top cradle up into position [Music] there we go that's pretty darn close good check for in that big slides right through then grab our other pin also slides right in remember to apply your Lynch pins back in place there's one at this point the backhoe and tractor are once again made it can go and pull the power operators as well as bucket or ahem hundred percent ready to go
