[Music] hi i'm angie i want to welcome you to national indoor rv centers where we specialize in the sales storage service and detailing of only high-end new and used coaches so basically we do it all hi i'm angie with national endor rv centers and today i'm thrilled to show you the 2023 newmar londoner now we are going to walk through this coach do the full exterior and the full interior i try to give you as much information as i can now if you want to skip ahead you can go down to the chapter section where i outline what time i'm speaking about each location on the coach if you just want to go to some specific point in the video also i want you to give national indoor rv centers a call i do these videos to inform you let you know about what we we can offer at national indoor rv centers so make sure you don't just watch make sure you give us a call make sure you notice the beautiful front cap of the london arrow first of all i love how they've got london air spelled out right in front another thing you may notice that it makes it look so nice is that you don't see windshield wipers so they're tucked back in here and i just think it gives it a nice sleek very elegant look then we have this gorgeous windshield so this is where your trip begins that's why i always say the trip starts when you get in the driver's seat it really does because half of the fun is the getting there so enjoy your trip along the way and you're going to enjoy it with this huge windshield that allows you to have like kind of your own motion picture movie screed of the country now i love the way that newmar mounts her windshield i know this sounds silly but literally it makes a big difference when you look close at coaches so it's automotively mounted so it's nice and smooth again there's no big rubber gasket that's holding that in place it just looks very sleek so if you look at the very top of the coach you're going to see marker lights across the top then in the center you're going to have your camera so that is your first of your four 360 cameras or the cameras that come together to give you a 360 view bird's eye view of the coach when you're driving plus you can look at those individual cameras while you're driving or in the campground it's a really nice option in the center of the windshield you're going to see a rectangle box that is mobileye which is standard on the london air that's lane detection lane departure detection it will read speed speed limit signs and give you warnings great safety feature and you've got a ton of safety features packed into this coach so you've got the mobileye new for 2023 you have six blind spot monitors along uh the coach three on either side on guard collision mitigation adaptive cruise control electronic stability control you got it all another new feature for 2023 is newmar listened to the customers they've been asking for brighter lights so they've gone with the silver star ultra headlights so you're going to have brighter headlights brighter low beams brighter lights all together which again is going to be more safe as you travel down the road here are our beautiful chrome exterior mirrors so they are internally controlled the top portion of the mirror is internally controlled and then the bottom portion you have to adjust yourself so you have to have your co-pilot kind of adjust that while you're in the driver's seat in the bottom portion of the mirror is a camera so that's going to give you a shot of the full length of the passenger side of the couch when you turn on your right blinker and the full shot of the driver's side of the coach when you turn on your left blinker again another safety feature see that here our first marker light for the passenger side of the coach now we want to protect the front cap paint job at all costs because you know all those bugs are going to hit it and so we've got diamond shield across the front cap it's also right by your entryway so high traffic areas by the lock and by the door so another thing to protect your beautiful paint job and speaking of beautiful paint jobs newmar does a wonderful job if you run your finger down the coach you'll see that you don't feel a transition as you go from one color to another that's because they do at least two coats of i think they do two coats of base then three coats of the skin color which is your most prevalent color and the top of the coach color and then at least two coats of every color they're after you so you've got at least 10 coats of paint plus you've got the cut and buff as well this is the beautiful sila exterior you have three other options that you can choose from and another thing that you can do with newmar is you can customize the color of your coach so this is one of those things that one of our rv lifestyle specialists at national indoor v centers would be more than happy to help you with so what you can do is you can say so this has kind of the the grays the white the black and then this gold stripe so maybe you're not a fan of the gold stripe and you want to put bright red in there or a blue stripe we can easily help you pick a color from our design center that we have at all of our locate all of our newmar locations and you can replace that one color or you can place replace all four newmar will then do a rendition for you of what it's going to look like and you can approve that so again one of those things that you can customize but make sure you get with us at national and rv centers where you can come to our design center we've got all these samples of the flooring the backsplash the countertops the wallpaper you name it we've got it and we're here to help you build your dream coach now this is just a fun little optional feature so you're going to hear a lot of things about optional and standard as i go through the video that's one of the reasons that you need to speak with us too so that we can walk you through what's standard what what is optional don't assume that because you see on this coach that it is standard we have optioned in a lot of features here and that's why it's really important to give us a call national endurabie centers the flagpole is kind of one of those fun options not very expensive but if you want to fly our great american flag or if you want to fly your family flag or your favorite you know sports team that's kind of a fun place to do it then just below that we've got the first blind spot monitor for the passenger side of the coach and as i said that's a new feature for 2023 that is standard now as we get to the front door you can see that we've got that diamond shield around the high traffic areas here you've got several ways that you can get into your coach so you can use your key fob of course and your key or you can use the keyless pad here i love having the keyless pad it's a great way to let your friends in if you're not here if someone needs to borrow some eggs they can hop in get those out of your coach and then lock it right back up for you so you set your own unique code and we've got the doorbell healer which is always nice too if you're back getting ready you can hear your guests at the front door newmar also gives you great handles to get in and now the coach plus it's decorative i think it's really cool looking i love that and another thing to keep you safe is of course the patio light so you can turn that on so you can see where you're going as you're getting in and out of the coach and it's nice to have it when you're outside as well notice the beautiful windows they are dual paned tinted safety glass windows all around the coach next up another great feature is that newmar goes with the michelin tires so we got the 365 tires here on front 315 on the rear they've given us the alcoa durabrite wheels so you don't have to polish them just keep them clean and they're going to look great now one of the things i want you to check out is retro band it is your spare within your tire it's one of the things that we thought was very important at national indoor rv centers we sell it exclusively and basically what it's going to do is it sits above the rim of your tire so in the event of a front-end blowout you're not going to feel that incredible drop it's going to keep your rim from hitting the road which leads you to lose control of the coach it's going to allow you to pull over safely to the side of the road or exit the freeway it will give you great peace of mind as you travel along that you know that you and your family are going to be safe so we have version two out now make sure you check out that video behind the tire we have a steel compartment that protects the fuel line so that's huge if you were to have a front end blow it it's not going to affect the fuel line speaking of the fuel line this is where you can fill it on the passenger side of the couch so this is 150 gallon diesel fuel tank and it's dual fill so you can do it on both the passenger and the driver's side just below that we've got our first docking light those are super important we all know we hate to dry in the darker especially park in the dark but those docking lights really will save us save our coach and a second marker light for the passenger side of the couch so let's check out the storage that we have available to us in the 45-69 now that's the floor plan that we're going to talk about today that's what i'm going to give you the tour of there's several floor plans to choose from 45 is the length of the coach the first two digits 69 is the floor plan now don't get that confused because it can be very confusing if you've been shopping for say a dutch star they have the 43.69 so 69 on the dutch star floor plan is very different than 69 on the london air floor plan so that's why you need to call one of the rv lifestyle specialists they can help walk you through all that information because it's a lot and it can get very confusing as you as you are shopping looking online so here's our first compartment i love this for a couple reasons they've given you this extra shelf which is great because otherwise it's sort of wasted space so you're getting a shelf basically from top to bottom you've got 14 inches to work with now you've got a few you've got this little bar here that's going to stop you from having complete pass-through 14 inches that will give you 10. anyway i love that because you can put up folding chairs here you can totally use that space whereas before it was just the space of the above the freezer and you didn't want to put anything but the freezer because then you'd have to move it every time you got into here so i keep calling this a freezer but you get a decide what this is you can make it a freezer or a refrigerator or refrigerator and freezer you choose i love that option if i'm having guests over and we're going to have a big tailgating party i'm probably just going to fill this all full of drinks but if i'm traveling across country to see my kids i know they're going to want some bluebell so i'm going to fill it full of bluebell ice cream and take that to them so love that it extends far out so you can easily get into it and then you can just push that right back in and right here is where you're going to plug in your 12 volt for your refrigerator freezer and the power for the refrigerator freezer now since we're talking about tailgating having friends over we're going to want to create as much shade as we can so i'm going to use my remote control for my gerard awnings with the nova pitch they give you that extra little shade we've got our remote control so i can lock and unlock it and then i can scroll through the channels so zero is gonna bring out all three of my awnings so my entry door awning the first awning and the second awning that's just the first awning second awning this is my entry door awning so i'm gonna go back to zero and just go out now that i've got my awnings out the drinks are cooling in the refrigerator all i need is a little entertainment so in the 4569 we have the tv in the lower compartment because of the configuration of how we have things set up inside the coach this actually works out really nice because think about it normally you're sitting in your folding chairs out here enjoying the evening and it's directly at the same height that you're sitting so you can see your tv this is our 43-inch samsung tv with the bose sound bar and we also have our little dial here that we if we have a station that we're playing on the dash radio that we want to bring outside we can just turn that knob or we can turn it to tv also why i'm here this is a detracting from the tv but you see this clear tube here so this is a drain line for the drain pan off the top of your slide outs so the water will just come down here and come out the bottom of the coach the nice thing about this tv is that it also swivels so you can direct it away from the glare and we have two 110 outlets two usb outlets as well and it tilts if you need it to so if you need to get rid of that glare just tilt that forward a little bit and then direct it to where you get the best view our next compartment so this is a pass-through so you can see you've got a lot of space here i'm going to let you know what the opening is this door so you've got 33 inches of an opening here so that's huge and a pasture tray you'll have 22 inches of pass-through space once you get to the chassis rail that's still a lot of space for a pass-through this sits on the spartan chassis and then newmar adds its star foundation to it which is a strong true and robust foundation which is going to take all the twerking and twisting of the chassis gets from the road and the chassis will absorb that rather than the house so just inside here we've got the hoses for our central vac then we've got extra floor tiles in case we ever need them hopefully we don't hopefully the chassis does its job and it doesn't crack any of those tiles but you know just in case and then these are tools to help you bring in your slide manually if for some reason your slide room ever fails and you need to get on the road we can help walk you through how to bring that slide in manually another new feature that's probably one of my favorite features for 2023 is that we've got new seals so guess what look at me shut this door i didn't have to slam it i have to throw my whole body into it to get it to shed so i know that sounds um silly but if you've had a coach and you've like almost thrown out your shoulder or your hip by trying to get it to shut that's awesome so i'm really excited about that then we've got another pass-through tray here and it is powered so that's an optional feature so i'm going to go ahead and pull that out pass-through trays and the power trays are really really nice looks like i need to get my central level back out here and do a little vacuuming too but we've also got the flip down tray here so if we've got something heavy that we need to put on or off the tray that makes it really easy to do and then we just push it right back in so with the tray installed you're gonna lose just over probably about three three and a half inches with the tray now i have seen people use this space to put like brooms and thin items they can store underneath as long as it doesn't hang up the pass-through tray and then on this compartment you're going to have with the chassis rail true pass-through height is going to be 17 and a half inches not bad still not bad and then they've given us this tray which again works out great because you're going to run into the chassis rail anyway so we've got this nice tray and that's going to be you know realistically 11 half inches there to work with and then it's nice and deep now inside this compartment we've got a few things we can talk about so inside this compartment we have these splitters for our cable and satellite midship here on the passenger side we have our second camera that's can contribute to the 360 bird's eye view and we have our passenger side security light above our window and we'll go to our next compartment also notice the stainless steel trim that's an optional feature we typically add that to all of our coaches just looks nice and protects the bottom of your baggage compartment so here's a huge area now this is one of those areas you can add a manual tray um a lot of people do that because this is really deep so you would have it'd be tricky to get to because that is almost right at 70 inches deep so huge compartment here and again we've got that 33 inch opening so really nice and big inside this compartment we've got our central vac this is great you can take your hose hook your hose up to this vacuum mat your storage compartment pull up your car vacuum it off vacuum off your national end rv centers rug that we give you when you take delivery you know lots of things you can use that vacuum for straight ahead of me here we have the splitter where the all the cameras come in together so we get that 360 view at the dash then we have our tile heat controller slide room controls here we have the silverleaf ac power management controller we've got one available 110 outlet two more here and then these are all the controllers for our gerard awnings and our entry door awning next up is our second blind spot monitor for the passenger side of the coach our second docking light and our third marker light then we see our rear axles here so again we've got the 360 the 315 michelins on the rear tires and we've got our passive steer tag axle you can tell just by glancing at this wheel that you've got the passive steer tag axle so if you look at your front axle and your rear axle here they both have the audis that's what i call them sort of like belly buttons audis and innies so this is going to be a passive steer attack axle which is going to give you a tighter turning radius and one thing i forgot to mention about the front axle this year in 2023 they went from raikou brand to the meriter brand for the front axle behind the drawer we have our def tanks our diesel exhaust fluid you're going to have a screen at the dash so you can see how full that is you want to make sure you always keep that that nice and full remember that def does have a shelf life of about a year so if you're buying it off the shelf like from a walmart or from a service station you'll want to check the expiration date and then just remember when you bought it it also doesn't like light or heat just behind that we've got the emergency air suspension for our air tanks in case we we need to manually fill up typically you don't need to do that maybe in the situation where you're being towed you would need to fill that up so hopefully you don't have that problem but it is great that they give us that option and then just to side of it there's a little air bleed line here this is going to bleed off any excess moisture and you can just hear that coming out and you probably should do that before each trip last but certainly not least we have our chassis battery compartment so here are our chassis batteries they sit nice and high very easy to get to for maintenance and then we've got our power management center for the back half of the coach so if you have a tail light that goes out the fuse is going to be right in here then we have our battery disconnect here so this is super important if we are not lucky enough to have you as a storage customer at national land rv centers where we store at least 300 coaches indoors at all of our locations always plugged into 50 amp or 30 amp service whatever is required and we offer full valet service so you just call let us know that you want to come and pick up your coach we're going to pull it out of the storage uh check fill the fresh water tank and then check the tire pressure fill them if necessary to your desired what you've asked us to fill them to or the manufacturer's recommendation and then we'll just leave it out for you ready to go so you can just pull up park your car get in the couch and be on the road or hook up your toe vehicle whatever it is but we're here to make the whole rving experience super easy so if you're not storing with us and you're not plugged into 50 amp service you want to make sure you disconnect those batteries because you will have a parasitic draw and you'll come back to dead batteries which is never any fun these also act as a breaker so if you have a major function in the coach that's not working you may want to come here and just double check and see if those have been tripped maybe a slide room not coming in or out next is the air dryer and our water fuel separator this is the air governor for the compressor and one of our technicians at national under rv centers can hook up an air gauge here for diagnostics now also just a little trivia you'll see this shift group sticker in your chassis compartment so a few years back a spartan sold its name to rev group and some of it's like i think maybe it's a fire truck division to the rev group so actually your spartan chassis is made by the shift group and as i come around the corner our last blind spot monitor for the driver's side of the coach look at the beautiful rear cap of the london air again we've got the london air spelled out nice and big if you go to the very top you're going to see the marker lights you've got the newmar badging right in the center of that back fan you kind of don't even see it is our rear view camera that rear view camera does have to have audio so if you spotters in the back be careful about what you say the driver will hear you so right in the center of the rear cap we've got our third camera to contribute to that bird's eye view 360 camera and then we've got our engine compartment here so very easy to get into we'll start over here to the right we've got our coolant and this is where we fill it this is our uh window so we can see into that that should always be full so it looks like we need a little you want to make sure that you check that and fill that when the engine is cool if you do when it's hot you could really burn yourself one of the things that i do in a video series that i did rving 101 is i start a trip from the prep going on the trip my pre-checklist all those things that i do i think it's very helpful series for new rvers so check out my rv in 101 series then we've got our engine oil fill and our engine dipstick our hydraulic oil here and then right down below here is the speaker for when we back up that's what makes that annoying beep sound that keeps us all safe then we have the engine oil filter and our oasis hydronic heating fluid just above we've got our engine block heater so if we keep this plugged in we can turn that on from inside the coach here's our air air filter minder when the yellow line gets up to the red line it's time to change that air filter and you should do that at least once a year here is the dipstick for the transmission fluid and the fill this right here is our air cleaner so what happens is the cool air kind of cool here in las vegas cool air comes in through those vents then down into here into the air cleaner and then into the engine the london air sits on the spartan k3 chassis with 605 horsepower and 1950 pound foot of torque we have the engine exhaust here as we go across the back we've got our extra camera for a stacker trailer with this 605 engine you're going to be able to easily pull 20 000 pounds that's what the hitch is rated for so you can easily pull that stacker trailer with your suburban your jeep your toys you're going to be fine and then we have the 7-way for our brake lights and we have the safe haul which is our airline for our tow brakes and our newmar mud flap as i come around to the driver's side of the coach we have our first blind spot monitor for the driver's side and our side radiator now the side radiator is great for the obvious reason of we can get to everything in the engine compartment for maintenance for service and then also the side radiator brings in ambient air into the radiator which is cleaner and cooler so it's less work for the fan which therefore gives you a little extra horsepower uh the other thing that you need to do as far as your main radiator goes is you ought to just occasionally take your garden hose put your thumb over the end and gently rinse that off just to keep it nice and clean and make it help it work more efficiently just next to the radiator we have our def fill for the driver's side of the coach and then you're probably wondering what this is if you are new to newmar then you won't know that this is your emergency egress store they've made it just kind of blend in with the rest of the coach there is no access to that this door from outside from only from inside great thing about it though is that it's not like a one-time use emergency exit you can use it all day long if you want to it's very easy to use you just unlock it there's a panel the bottom portion of the door that just pulls off it has magnets on the side and then you have a telescoping ladder that just flips down you can get out very quickly if you need to or you can just use it for loading unloading the coach um escaping when you have guests over that you need to get away from i'm kidding mother-in-law no i love my mother-in-law anyway it's a very nice feature and i'll demo that one once we get inside just past the door we've got the vent for our dryer and then we've got another little compartment here i love this this is for your stinky slinky um as i affectionately call the sewer hose so i like that there's a spot for that that's away from the wet bay we have option in the macerator on this coach sanicon system but if you are old school and like to do the traditional gravity dump that's where i keep the stinky sleeky now you'll see an exhaust pipe here you're probably wondering what that's for that's for your oasis hydraulic heating module and i'll show you that in just a second before we get there our docking first docking light for the driver's side of the coach another marker light and our second blind spot monitor here we are at the wet bay so one of the things i love that newmar does they give us this beautiful stainless steel front panel this is where you do all the dirty work so it might as well look nice right the other thing that they do really well is they nicely label everything so if you need to winterize your coach there are the instructions if you store with us at national indoor rv centers no need to winterize the coach because you're always plugged in you're inside a building you can use your coach year round and this is a four season coach if you do need to winterize this is where you would put the antifreeze we obviously don't have any in here if it was winterized you would have pink fluid in here and you'd be able to easily recognize that so let's start from the top first of all we have our external shower with hot and cold i love this feature because you know you spend a lot of time at the lake or the beach you never get back to your coach with without sand and dirt and grime on you so it's nice to be able to wash that all off or if you have free furry friends nice to watch them off before you go into the coach just above the shower we've got our paper towel holder which is great so you can clean up after you've done all the dirty work then just below that we've got our hot and cold point load low point drains next to that we have our fresh water hose and i do love this it's going to slip between these grommets here and then you can plug it in now if you're not sure how to do everything here back in the web bay watch that rving 101 series of mine i i hook everything up and then disconnect everything at the end of at the end of the trip too and i love that this is on a power reel button's right back there just text nicely back inside then we've got our this is if we decided to do a gravity dump which connect the elbow here and push it through here and then these are our gray um holding tank t-bar and our black tank t-bar this is our macerator hose so that will go through that same spot that stays connected and then you just hook that in outside so everything's nicely put in here we have our display panel that's going to give us our tank levels and other information our freshwater tank will hold 105 gallons our black tank will hold 60 gallons and our gray tank will hold 80 gallons and those are all empty right now we can turn on our water pump from here and we can auto turn on the autofill and the top off from here we have our lights for the security side for the driver's side and the security light for the passenger side of the coach we can turn our generator on and off from here and see our hours and then we have a new button this year which is the side tilt so when we hit that your coach is going to tilt to the side to make for more optimal draining of your tanks so that's really cool button here this is the fresh water fill so you just decide how which setting you want that on your rv sanikon system your gray tank rinse your black tank rinse and then your black 10 grits low point drain and your gray tank rinse low point drain extra filter for the coach and this is where the filter actually goes the other thing that i like that newmar does it's a plastic liner so i can go ahead and wash this out when i go to hook up everything i can clean out this whole bay and keep it nice and tidy and not worry about anything getting wet here is the 50 amp shore power cord and it's on a power reel so you can put it through the rubber grommet here shut your door keep all the critters out then once you're ready to bring it back in we've got the power reel i love the power reel if you have ever had to um wind up a 50 amp shore power cord on a cold morning or dirty i typically like to keep like a paper towel in my hand as i bring that in and kind of clean off the cord as it goes into the coach just to keep things nice and clean you also notice that we have the led lighting we have that throughout the storage compartments but most of the lights are mounted like right on the inside here and then they direct towards your goods which makes sense but you don't really see the light so this is a great place to see that light here is the sureguard rv powered protection transfer switch so that's very important we always want that in the coach plus i recommend adding another surge guard protector just because i don't think you can have enough protection sort of like double insurance put one on the cord we can install one for you inside here at national indoor rv centers if you want but i think that's a smart thing to do this coach has been optioned with the 30 amp connection here so if you have a stacker trailer and want to plug that in you can plug it into your coach the cable connection and this is your rv power monitor that you can scroll up and down for information and also you've got the grommet here for your 50 50 amp but if you have the trailer with the 30 amp you can undo this pull it up through there again keeping this compartment sealed so our next pass-through compartment here so behind here is something exciting this is new for 2023. you can now option in the lithium battery packs so big changes first of all you go from 320 amps with your eight agms to 640 amps and then if you want to add the third battery you can go to 960. you also get the two inverters with the two inverters you can run your rooftop ac for about six to eight hours also your batteries charge twice as fast you can maintain a consistent 13.1 volts of power and they weigh 450 pounds less than the agms so less weight and they're smaller so it's just a huge benefit love to see that newmar's giving this option now you can always just stay with your agm batteries if you want or you can upgrade to this system and then right in the back here is the load charge controller for the solar panels which have been optioned into this coach as well and one more added benefit you can recycle or recharge these batteries like three thousand times so that means your your life your lifespan should be around seven to ten years depending on how you use them our third marker light for the driver's side of the coach and our fuel fill for the driver's side of the coach again that's a 150 gallon diesel fuel tank our second docking light and then we've got another exhaust here so this is for our 12 5 onan generator now when that's hot you want to be very careful you've got an automatic extend button for your front cap so when you do that to bring out your generator for service that's going to move with it if if you've been running your your generator that's going to be super hot so you don't want to make you want to make sure you don't burn yourself inside this compartment is the power management system for the front half of the couch so if you have a seat that won't go forward or backwards or if you have a light that's out it's going to be in here we've got extra fuses here which is really nice they've also given us little squeegee for our windshield now i'll show you when we get to the front you're going to have a hot water line to that generator area so you can get your squeegee out hook up your hose and wash off your windshield and your front cap to extend the front generator you need to keep the coach in accessory mode and then you just hit this button and you also need to have air in the system if you don't have air in the system it won't come out either so you just need to air up the coach a little bit make sure you leave it in accessory and then you can extend the generator here is the last blind spot monitor for the driver's side of the coach as i come around the corner here love how far that generator extends makes it super easy for servicings and get right in here so we have our wussyhorn and our air horns are just behind me on the front cap then right below the horns we have our hot water line to the generator area this is where we can connect our hose to wash off our windshield and our front cap right next to that we've got the um quick connect airline so we can air up our floaties the stand-up pedal board our bike tires what it whatever we need from right here windshield wiper fluid oil filter for our oasis hydronic hot water heater we are in the desert so excuse the dust um this is our generator obviously here 12.5 this is the breaker if we were to trip this breaker this is where we would need to reset it we can start and stop the generator here and we can see our generator hours this is for servicing we can also easily get into this compartment to service the generator as well right here is the oil dipstick and the oil fill dash ac compressor and then we have the reservoir for the hydraulic fluid for our hwh slides and levelers now to my favorite part i get to go in and show you the inside of the 45-69 before i go in i did want to mention these awesome steps so on the london air it's part of the luxury line for newmar you get these steps that almost come down to the ground when you're not fully aired up so when you're camping obviously you're not going to be this aired up so they almost come to the ground which is really nice you don't have to heave yourself up into the coach um the other thing is they've got a sensor on the end and underneath of them so if you're parked next to a curb or if i just touch it with my leg which i'll show you it stops immediately so it's one of those things i really like about this so let's head inside and i'll show you the steps first so they would have come down even further if i hadn't stopped them with my legs but i just wanted to show you how easy it was to stop them but how great they are because they come down so far so it's time let's go check out the inside as i come into the london area i want to point out the nice grab bars on the inside of the coach and then i'm going to talk about the items that are right here to the side of the passengers this first button almost just disappears but this is a reset for your steps for some reason they won't come in or out you can push this button hold it and try to reset the steps and then try them again next button up is very important this is for our baggage compartments we can lock and unlock them every time you put the coach in to release a parking brake and put it into drive they lock automatically so if you pop out to grab something it may be locked and it's nice that this is right around the corner and your battery disconnect for your house batteries the very bottom here we have a fire extinguisher this is really nice you can easily access that from the outside of the coach or the inside of the coach now something i want you to check out is a protang it's a video that i did it's on our fire suppression system that's sold exclusively by national indoor rv centers and it is heat activated doesn't leave any residue when it is activated but it is going to protect you and your family and your pets in the event of a fire as i come into the cockpit area i just want to point out the beautiful driftwood glazed make ball now this is a new color for 2023. i'll show you more of it as we get into the coach but just i figured we'd talk about that since we're looking at it storage here above the passengers chair and our wi-fi ranger more storage 43 inch samsung tv then we come to this cabinet we have lots of controls in this cabinet you'll see that it's vented because it can get a little warm up there so that's just to help keep things cool this is our wine guy weingartz satellite and then we've got one available 110 outlet and then over here to the right it's very important button so that is the reset for your hwh system hwh is your front slide rooms and your leveling jacks so if they're not working that's the first thing i i would try so this is your solar panel charger now we have solar panels we optioned that in on this coach and this is just merely for you to look at and make sure you see which kind of voltage is coming in typically if you're out in the sun you'll always going to have at least 13 if you're in the shade it will go lower than that but that's just kind of where you can monitor your solar panels this is your weingart over-the-air antenna so you're just going to turn that on it's going to lock on to local stations for you to watch then we're going to skip over here this is your gerard awning control so it looks exactly like the remote that we talked about before you can lock and unlock the system you can scroll through your channels zero turn on your lights so just exactly what you had on the remote this is just always here in case you misplace that remote something that would never ever happen to me next up we have our the slide rooms for the driver and the passenger side now you want to make sure when you bring these in that you check your driver's seat your front driver seat and your co-pilot seat to make sure they're moved up far enough so that your slide room does not hit those when they come in this is for your exterior led lights which are underneath your slide this is your exterior entry step so once you get to a campground you don't want that step to keep going needlessly in and out you want to lock it out and you'll hit that button here this is for to turn your wi-fi rider router on and off and this is for your satellite system here is a plague for diagnostics for our technicians at national indoor rv centers if you're running a problem they can communicate with the coach through that here are your driver side window awnings and your passenger side window awnings so i didn't talk about those when we were outside those are power window awnings really nice so you've got your big girard awnings which are fabulous but if it's a windy day stormy day you may want a little coverage there and they have they're much stronger you can leave those out with a little wind so those are very nice and that's where those buttons are next up is the drivers security lights the passenger side security lights and then this is the driver privacy drape so it's this drape right here front privacy drape is the blackout here door privacy drape and the passenger privacy drape this is our silver leaf display panel it's bigger this year and really easy to work around so i'll just walk you through it here's the home page this is going to tell you your tank levels your battery levels let you know that we're plugged into shore power your ac power or alternating current is going to let you know what you're bringing in on each leg and it will shut the load as necessary if you start to over tax the system shows that your inverters are off your dc power or direct current um you can see that your batteries are fully charged they're in a bulk charge right now and your chargers are on let me go to our generator this is where you can start and stop your generator also you can go to your auto genstart settings you can decide what you want your trigger voltage to be so once your batteries drop below 12.3 it can come on it will run for 60 minutes you can set the max runtime so you can do all that right there you can also exercise your generator and set the times that you want to do that water again you're going to get your tank levels this is where you can turn your water pump on and off and your autofill on and off and you can go the top off now climb it so you can do all zones like we have it set up right now just hit the cool auto or heat and then you can also program it for different programs for the day night when you're away or you can go to each individual location now when you go back to all this is your oasis this is your on demand hot water and furnace this is where you can either use your burner so if you're going to take a long shower you're going to go ahead and have your burner on if you just want to use one heating element say you just want it for rinsing off your hands you may just keep it on one or you can do it with your two heating elements so you're on electric for like you know washing the dishes in the sink you don't need the hot water for very long that's what you can do there and then you can turn on your heat pump um so that's where your oasis system is engine block heater as long as that plug-in is plugged in in the back you can turn that on and off from here batteries so this is going to give you the battery status of your lithium batteries and you can see that we've got 14.5 volts right now which they'll consistently give you 13.1 nice thing about them coach mode this is just presets for how you were plugged in or not plugged in so active camping outdoor plugged in etc floor heat this is where you can turn your floor heat on and off you have three zones and you just simply turn it up and down as you need it then we're going to jump up here to our lights so this is where you can control the lights through the coach and you can go to specific areas of the coach you can do the same thing with your shades and your tv lift up and down you can just go to the shade button door locks your entry door and your cargo doors and then your vent fans so in your kitchen your stool room and your master bath and two more storage compartments welcome to the gorgeous living room of the 45-69 i absolutely love this coach so i already mentioned the driftwood cabinets which i think are really pretty and then this is the sala interior now if you come to national indoor v centers we have full design rooms so we have samples of the flooring of the countertop of the backsplash so if you want to take a backsplash from say an essex and put it in the london air we can lay that all out for you together so you can basically build your custom coach with us also these are some of my favorite lights i love the accent lights in the uh or the wall lights in the london air so i've taken those and i've used those in a few other coaches anyway just some fun little things but i actu actually just love this whole decor package we have the beautiful polished floors we have the villa furniture beautiful ceiling treatment one of the things about newmar ceilings you're not going to see ceiling fans in the bedroom and you're not going to see vents lining the ceiling because the ac is all underneath the decorative seedling treatment which is great it runs down the center of the coach so when i bring the slides in it's still cooling the coach it's not cooling the top of the slides and then having to spill over so it keeps it nice and cool in the summer and warmer in the winter another thing that contributes to that is the the way they build their walls so they've got um two and two and a half inch thick walls they use aluminum for any framing 16 inches on center just like you build your home they have batten insulation in the walls so it just keeps it things nice and temperate inside your coach so i turned the co-captain and the captain's chairs around so you could see what that looks like in your living room gives you a lot of seating space so you've got two on the sofa two in the chairs here two in your three year seating and then two to three in the booth so two four six eight nine um with the extra chairs you can easily get ten people on the coach if you'd like i just think it's wonderful you've also got the foot rest on both your captain and co-captain's chairs so not only do you have extra chairs or reclining chairs now here is an optional feature so in each floor plan you're going to get a standard floor plan when you see that online on newmar's website you have to call one of the rv our rv lifestyle specialist to see find out what your options are so you can put theater seating in here you can do a full sofa in here you can do recliners we opted for the theater seating which i really love they are very comfy you've got the power controls right here so you can recline and then in between the power control you have usb port for charging your cell phone also got our storage here look at how much space that is a little tray that moves back and forth so you can throw your throw blankets in there your books in there your remotes in there cool feature on the cup holders is that they are lit so if you hold it down you can cycle through the colors and then pick your favorite colors so can you guess where i'm going to land and i already see blue i wanted to go over one of our first multiplex lighting pads we've got several throughout the coach most of them do similar things for the area that they're in so i'll walk you through this one i'm just going to go to the home button so we're going to go to lighting and you can turn on the lights the ceiling lights dinette lights overhead lights the left reading light the right reading light wall lights and accent lights from here and the cool thing about that is i can go to my let's go to our ceiling lights and let's say we don't want them quite as bright so we can dim them here and then leave that or we can take them all the way back to full brightness then we have our shades so we can do our day shades for the dinette um area and then we can do the night shade so for this area here we have all the shade controls fans we can control the kitchen master bath and mid bathroom or stool room bathroom here we can turn the fan on and off off do the rain sensor override and then the high medium and low systems now this is one that's very helpful for this area we can turn the water pump on and off from here and we can do the tv lift up so straight across from me i have a great view of my beautiful window but now if i want to bring up the tv i just hit that button once and my 50 inch 4k samsung tv appears we also have the monitor panel here so i can see check my house battery and my chassis batteries and my tank levels fresh gray and black and then this is just the display brightness so i can keep hitting that until it turns it off completely or touch it again and it will come back on and i can brighten that back up if i'd like we have two 110 outlets behind the theater seating plus the two usb charging ports storage above the theater seating we've got nice storage here our newmar bible in there but i usually like to use some plastic bands so i can get to everything in the back of those cabinets but i do love that they provide that storage now as i go over to the opposite side i just want to go over one little thing on the lighting panel here so we have our home panel if i go to lighting this one has an all lights on or all lights off button that's one of my favorite buttons just because i'm like oh shoot did i turn off the light in the bathroom i don't want to run back to the back of the couch i can just hit all lights off and i'm good and then when i come into the coach i can hit all lights on that doesn't literally bring up all the lights it brings up your main running lights but it doesn't bring up your wall lights and your accent lights so that panel is important and i like that it's by the front door right next to the panel is our thermistor that speaks to the thermostat to keep the temperature nice and pleasant for you and then just below that we have the two 110 outlets and two usb charging ports then we've got a end table here for the sofa and for the co-captain's chair i love this because they each person has a place to set a drink you've got a cubby with storage right below that and then back to the behind the sofa you've got another two 110 outlets and two usb charging ports another display panel great lighting that you get with the london air and then if you go to the other side again you've got two 110 outlets that are available for you great sofa i um you're going to have two seat belts in your sofa obviously seat belts in your captain co-captain chairs and seat belts in your theater seating so you'll have seat belts for six in this coach now checking out the storage above oh and i failed to mention that with that uh great 50-inch samsung tv you get the bose sound bar storage more storage this is your av cabinet so you're going to have the input for your cable for your satellite hdmi hookup so that's all right in there more storage and now let me show you how easily this makes into a bed for your guests so that's one of the great things about having a sofa is that you will have a place for your guests to sleep just take off this back cushions and then you're going to go to the center look for a black strap and you just pull forward that releases it and then lift from the bottom the legs will pop out now you have your base and you're going to just pull the back of the sofa forward while i'm here you can see that you've got the two seat belts and then push that down you can even pull these cushions back in to kind of give a little bit of a you know if they want to sit up and read or whatever and then just add two pillows and you know throw some sheets on here you're good to go now let's step into the kitchen so this is a unique part of the floor plan the 4569 floor plan because this is a fixed island it doesn't scoot back in i like it because it divides your rooms so you really have your living room section then the fixed island divides into the kitchen and your dinette area it provides a ton of storage so when you do this island you get these pull out drawers so that's really nice storage there versus the other drawers when you have the island that moves back and forth i i like this option and even when your slide comes in this part of this island is still exposed and you'll see too that one one half of your sink is still exposed too so you still have access to the sink when the slides are in and you get lots of counter space i love the beautiful solid surface countertop and then a edge that they did on the london air we also optioned in the window here you can see we have a nice big window in the kitchen and then we move over to our induction cooktop which is recessed and then you've got the cutting boards that you can use when you are not using the induction cooktop so i love that it has dual purpose now the induction cooktop any pan that has a that a magnet will attach to will work on this induction cooktop it works very quickly warms up water super fast and then the other bonus here is that you can unplug it take this outside if say you're cooking you know cauliflower salmon things that you don't want to you don't want to you know stink up the whole coach with or bacon that can be extra messy you might want to cook those outside or onions anyway i just like that you have that option and then i also like that you can just not using it go ahead set your covers in like this and you've got two cutting boards below the countertop we've got full extension drawers this is another thing that i like that numer does they give you little paint samples here for your coach so if you've got little rock chip that you want to just touch up you can do that now if you happen to get in a bigger fender bender or need some paint and body work make national indoor rv centers your first call literally we will help you from the get go so you get in an accident you don't know what to do give us a call we'll help you get with your insurance we'll help you work with the adjuster we'll do it all and then we guarantee our pain body work for life so peace of mind with that as well nice full extension drawers then we have the big drawer that's here underneath the cooktop so we've got all our remotes in here right now but that's a great storage drawer for all your your utensils dishwasher optional dishwasher we put that in and then another big cabinet here so if you like to cook if you like to have a big kitchen this is the floor plan for you haven't even gone over the above storage here so check out that you've got these shelves that lock in place just simply pull those out push them into lock pull them out this is adjustable or removable so if you want some taller items there you can easily do that convection microwave oven handle is just right there you just put your hand in here you can bake in this you can microwave got it all another storage cabinet here and just below the cabinet we've got another control panel and i also wanted to point out that we have 110 outlets two of them so four available 110 outlets so still more counter space isn't that great you can have your dedicated coffee pot or keurig sitting out and then you've got this nice big sink with the sink covers two bowl stainless steel sink and you can just leave one side uncovered if you want and again when your slides are in you're going to still have access to that whole sink which is really nice make sure you notice a beautiful residential backsplash and we have another 110 outlet underneath this countertop flip down here for our sponges and brushes and spot for our garbage can we even have storage back behind there so lots of storage and space in the 4569 and look at that huge cabinet goes around the corner there lots of storage and one more adjustable shelves so i don't know that there's a floor plan that has more space more counter space or more kitchen space than the 4569 across from the kitchen we have the whirlpool refrigerator and freezer with ice maker nice deep bends here and then you'll see this here this is your lock for your refrigerator and your freezer lock so that while you're traveling your refrigerator freezer don't come open so one of the things that i have on my checklist if you want a copy of my checklist just email me at angie a-n-g-i-e at nirvc.com and this just to the side of the refrigerator check out this huge pantry how about that this is new for 2023 they've given us a place for pans that we can just slide in and out cutting boards that's nice then we've got the shelves now these literally are locked in place until you push forward and pull out and then you have full extension out the pantry is lit so not only can you get to the very back of the pantry you can see what's in there which is really nice and you can adjust these shelves as well now this can either be more pantry space or it's sort of on the verge of going into the bedroom so you can have it as a wardrobe you can use it as more pantry and then we've got the locking drawers here as well and one more there you go now to our dinette area this is the eurobooth option that we've put in here it comes standard with just a small buffet and a heidi leaf dinette or you can option in the new convertible dinette which is gives you a little bit bigger buffet or counter space is what i'm referring to there and the table sits so that you you're sitting at a bar looking out the window now then you can convert that table you can move it and pull it out this direction so you can easily get four people to it so it's sort of a cool option so this booth does extend so you just pull it out as far as you can now you're going to see this little leg of the table here and i'm just going to gently tap that and bring it down and now i have the support leg for my table when i add the extra leaves so let's push that together we have our full extension table now with our support leg so literally that is not going to move it super strong bring in our extra chairs so you can easily get three people on this side and well two little people on that but actually it's it's pretty roomy just so you can visualize it i could have another person next to me really can get six people to this dinette very easily just before we go into the half bath i want to point out the second thermistor for the midship of the coach then the central vac hook our hose in there and we go the front or back of the couch you don't want to hook up the hose and just want to sweep everything away you can let the dust hand do all the work and take all the dirt and debris away now as we head into the midship half bath love that door we've got it on the pivot door so it gives you extra space when your slides are in that door is never going to hit the um slide room across from you and you've got the little fancy handle bar here that doesn't um it's not going to hook your jeans as you're walking through the couch notice a beautiful solid surface countertop and then this is one of my favorite backsplashes i love that backsplash residential faucets towel holder storage look at all that storage and two 110 outlets in this compartment here towards the back and then i love the lighted mirrors so not only is it a lighted mirror it's the medicine cabinet and great space in there below the sink we've got more storage more storage and more storage push button controls for the toilet and toilet paper holder our breaker box and fuse box inverter breakers everything's right here for the floor heat and newmar always nicely labels everything and gives us extra fuses as well over here to the side and then we also have the window that opens in the midship bath as well as i walk into the master bedroom you'll notice that we've got the beautiful doors here those are going to provide the privacy between the kitchen living room area and the bedroom so those are very nice and then you'll see that we have our thermistor for the bedroom just below that we've got our storage that's right here on the side table for the bed and then there's a little access port so you've got a 110 outlet and two usb charging ports through there you can thread your cord through here and then you can lay them up on the end table to charge now one thing that i love that newmar does is they give you a little extra space to make the bed so it can actually put your hand back there without ripping off your rings it's just a really nice um it's the little things that matter right then we've got storage above we do have a port there for access for cords and we do have two 110 outlets that are available up top you have the same storage on the other side of the bed is still access to the 110 outlets and another port for cords also notice that you're going to have opening windows on both sides of the bed so if you're in a nice mountain campground you may want to open those beds so you get that mountain air in now underneath the bed here we've got some controls we have another multiplex lighting pad where we can turn all the lights off you can turn the courtesy lights on and off here too which are nice if you need to get the turn those on just to get to the bathroom at night and you can turn this whole panel off you can also check your tanks and your battery levels turn the water pump on or off your fans shades and lighting and then also we have speakers right above the bed and you can control those there and you also have your reading lights which you can turn on and off and they are directional you can put that light wherever you'd like it make sure you notice a pretty woodwork and fascia on the bed and then let's check out the storage over here so we have storage above and we have our silver leaf panel for the bedroom area you can do everything on this panel that i did up front also you've got the my rosy tablet and you can download the my rosi app to your phone so pretty much everything you can do on here you can do on my rosi two 110 outlets and then you have this nice counter space you can put pictures you have your emergency egress window here which hopefully you never need because you also have the emergency egress door i'm going to show you in just a second and our 43 inch samsung tv nice drawers i actually really like this depth of drawer things won't get lost and then we've got our flip down drawer for our av compartment where we've got our cables hdmi satellite input and we have four available 110 outlets more storage and then we've got the deeper drawers for all of our clothing i'm just going to open all those up so you can see how much storage you would have lots of space for clothes and whatnot and one of the things that you can see on my rv1 101 series is i talk with some of my customers and how they store their goods and their coaches some have special ways that they fold their t-shirts and put them in their drawers so they can maximize that space here next to the tv we've got the awning extension so this is for your bedroom window awning power awning outside your slide room so you've got your full well side here that's controlled up front this is for the bedroom slide when the slides come together the bed will be touching these cabinets so there won't be a walking space to the rear bathroom and then we have another multiplex lighting panel as i step into the bathroom you just step up slightly then we go to the shower we've got two towel bars on the shower which is really nice and we've got a nice big shower this is 40 by 32 place for your soaps they've also got the containers here your fix faucet and then your handheld also let's talk a little bit about the shower miser here so this is a really cool feature when you want to take a shower you don't want to wait um waste any of your fresh water tank and you don't want to needlessly fill up your gray tank so this is going to warm up your water without any water coming out basically recirculates the water until it's warm so you're going to turn this knob to the little arrows that are circulating so it can warm it up and when you're ready to shower you're gonna go ahead and turn it over to where it shows a shower head with water coming out so you've got warm water instantly we also have the flip down shower seat which is really nice and a little spot for us ladies to shave our legs which is wonderful optional shower assist handle we pretty much put it in all the showers because you just never know when you're going to need that hopefully you never do but it's sure nice to have if you need it then across from the shower we have our washer and dryer splendid washer and dryer and we have a little drawer below here so we can put our dryer sheets and our washing pods in there and we're going to go over and see the emergency egress door so you're just going to unlock this this whole valance will pop right off if i needed it to but it's really unnecessary and then i just open the door here's the panel that is easy to remove because it's just held on by magnets and then we take the strap off the ladder and then just let it telescope down no problem super slick su super easy and you're out of the coach in no time so here's our commode with push button controls next to that we have our toilet paper holder and then we've got a cabinet here that opens up just for access to your hot and cold water there and another hook for towels i love that then as we go over here we've got another big storage area now we can take these shelves out if we want more length in this wardrobe next to the shower we've got another big wardrobe again with adjustable shelves here a wardrobe bar and nice drawers they are soft clothes so tons of storage and then below the vanity here we've got the two 110 outlets on either side great storage underneath and three more drawers i really like the solid surface countertop here the sinks that are just integrated into the countertop they just flow together cool little drains here residential faucets one of my favorite backsplashes again the towel holder we have the thermistor for the bathroom area towel hook and then another multiplex panel now i love the lip mirror first of all great place to do your makeup and this is one of my favorite little things that you can do is check out the back of your hair make sure it's still looking good and check out all that space when you have the medicine cabinet so much storage you've got your outlets inside so you can just lay your curling irons back in here when you're done and then you have one more full cabinet so i always like to show the floor plan with the slides in you can easily get back to your bedroom if you needed to sleep without bringing up the slides you could do that if you were at a rest stop i needed to just stop there for the evening you can also get into your pantries and of course your half bath plenty of room to get in and out of here and of course we have to make sure we can get some drinks while we're traveling so you can get into the refrigerator and the freezer plenty of space here just like i just told you with the slides in you still have full access to this sink and really you can get to both sinks you need to plenty of space in here still have prep space you can be working in the kitchen and then plenty of space as to you walk through the coach so now to the cockpit area first of all let's go over these chairs they're fabulous made by villa super comfy you've got a little control here for your arm rest just put your finger in there and pull up on the lever and then you can place those wherever they are comfortable for you um integrated seating seat belt in the chair which is really nice as well and then our controls down here we've got the control for the foot rest once you are turned around in the family room and this control is for your back rest lean that forward and back and then you've got the eight way powered so down up forward backwards you get it really nice now on the other side of my chair i've got the lever that looks just like this to rotate the chair and then you have the button for the seat heat and then you have the lumbar support button which looks just like this one okay so here to the left of me we have our hwh computerized leveling system this makes it super easy to level your coach once you get to your campground you're just going to make sure your perk break is set and you can go ahead and hit auto level when you get four solid lights in the four corners that means you are level if you get a light here under excessive slope that means that you're not going to be able to level there you may need to start the coach move it just a little bit and try again if you get excessive slope a second time you need me to move the coach again but you probably don't want to try it a third time if you get just give yourself give the pump a little bit of time to cool off maybe 20 minutes just so you're not going up and down with that pump and burning it up getting it too hot now when it's time to leave the campground you're just going to go ahead and hit auto store it will pull the jacks up and it will put you into travel mode once you're in travel mode you are safe to leave here is our allison transmission so reverse neutral and drive we can go into economy mode and then if we push the plus and the minus together we get some engine diagnostics so the oil life is good filter filters okay trans help is okay no codes so that's great this is also where you can manually shift while you're driving so if you want to downshift when you're going up a steep incline you can do that here i typically go don't go over 2000 rpms and you can manage that and then just go back into auto mode this is your tag dump i like to keep that in auto at all times typically you won't have to dump the tag the only time that i've had to do it is if i'm on grass and it's rained it's wet it's muddy it's soggy and i need extra traction so i want to put more weight on the rear axle then i will dump the air from my tag axle to then redistribute that weight to the rear axle to give me more traction the only other time i would possibly do the tag jump is if i was in a severe turn and i was worried about tire scrub but you do have the passive steer tag axle so if it's a nice gentle turn you can you should you know your your your tires will slowly your tag axle tires will slowly follow the front tires engine break you can turn that on and off here and then you can set it to high medium or low two cupholders they're lit in the right color again and i already see blue how did they plan that for us thank you spartan and then we have our light switch so i've got them in auto now when it's in auto it illuminates all the buttons as well so auto and then we've got them off our running lights and our headlights now and then pull it out for your fog lights next up we have our park brake so pull to apply push to release across from that we have the control for our external mirrors and the defrost for our external mirrors this is the control for that spectrum curt break if we're towing something large then we have the bright and dim these are for these buttons so i can dim them or i can brighten them this is the dome light so just right above the driver and this year you've got the auto high beams this year you have the auto high beams i love this feature so you can turn on your high beams if you're driving at night because you want all the visibility you can get and then when a car starts coming towards you they'll go back to regular so you can turn that leave it on here resume or cancel it your auto traction control override your power window button air horn so this would be your wussy horn this is your air horn this is your battery boost button probably one of your most important buttons up here basically if you come back to your coach and let's say your chassis batteries are dead you can't get the ignition to start you're going to want to push that battery boost button tie your chassis battery and your house batteries together and hopefully you'll have enough power to start your generator let your generator run for a little bit and then try your ignition same thing if you come back and your house batteries are dead you want to push that battery boost button tie them together start your ignition and then let it run then turn on your generator and then start to charge those batteries back up so it's super super important that you know what that does this is your off button and on button for a heavy tow so again if you're using your cur spectrum break and you're towing something large you may want that on so right here is the petal to let you adjust and telescope the steering column so that it's comfortable for you and then right next to it is the deutsche plug where a technician at national and rv centers can plug to an into this for diagnostics for the coach to the left of me i've got a auxiliary port and a usb port now this usb port is where i'm going to plug in my phone so i can do apple carplay or android auto and i'll demo that in just a minute below that we have two extra 110 charging ports and then storage area for those of us that are old school and like to carry a map that's a great spot for it all right so right on the steering column we have our hazards you just pull this out and then no one can ever figure out how to turn them off because they don't push back in but you just simply just put your turn signal on and it takes it off now this is of course going to be your right and left turn signal it's also where you set your cruise control so if you want to turn the cruise on you just turn it on like that push in when you want to set it that will resume it and then you can also pour pull forward to flash your high beams on the steering column we can pair our phone and then we can bluetooth so we can call and hang up phone calls this is our windshield wiper fluid this is a windshield wiper where we can set our own time interval and this is high and low so if you want to do the your own time interval you just hit it and then count one one thousand two one thousand three one thousand hit it again now it's gonna go at the three second interval one one thousand two one thousand three one thousand and so on until you turn it off then we've got our horn here our air horn or we can switch to our wussyhorn below we have the controls for our radio so you can source volume find seek and then you can mute it right there which is really nice now these two buttons are nice because these are your marker lights so if you um have let a if a trucker has let you pass him and then he lets you know that it's safe to pull in by flashing his brights at you then you would thank him by flashing your marker lights three times and likewise if a trucker is passing you and you need to let him know that it's safe for him to pull in you flash your brights once and then he can safely pull in so here are the controls for the information on your dash so i'm going to go to the home button and then i can scroll through my options so i can go to air leveling and hit okay and then i have options uh error leveling for travel auto level more so i'm just going to go back to auto level and you can see that it's leveling me right now i'll probably use this when i'm just staying um overnight at walmart or um just a one evening trip i probably won't go ahead and put my jacks down unless i really need to and then once it's done and then leveled it will let you know so then you can scroll down for brightness so this is just adjust the screen brightness messages there are no messages right now go to settings i'm going to click into here now this is where you can see comfort drive you can also find that on the paddle which i'll show you in a minute but we can do our tire pressure monitoring system so this is where you can see your tire pressure and your tire temperature and then you can go to towable so we're going to hit enter there yes we're going to tow something and then we're going to go to configuration and click and then toe fig and then we're going to click that and then we can go to toe type so two wheel four wheel sick wheel six wheels trailer whatever you'd like to add on there then you can lock that in and it's set and you'll it will monitor that as well we can go to our trips and you can go to trip a or trip b and then go down to info so once you click into info this little light will come up here and then you can scroll through quick information and you can choose which gauges you'd like to have on this screen so you can customize it and then your quick tpms just and your adaptive cruise control so this is where you can click in and you can decide if you want to go a short distance if you want to disable the system long medium or short and then just click ok and you're good to go this is the new paddle this year for comfort drive so i simply click that and then i can raise it or lower it and then just lock it in super easy and this is the control for my pedals so i can push them back or forward and i typically like them all the way forward we have the keyless ignition so i'm in accessory mode right now to get out of it i'm just going to go ahead and hold it and it will turn everything off so now i want to start it if i want to start it i'm going to press the break down and then i'll get a solid green light and hold it it's going to start if you have a flashing green light you may not have your key fob close enough like i had it in the drawer the other day thought that was close enough i couldn't get the solid green light so i couldn't start it then to stop the coach you can just hold the button in and it will turn everything off to go back to accessory mode i'm just going to click in and then click again all right so we've got some great display screens here can't wait to go over this with you so just go to your home button you've got your radio obviously that's where you can control your radio media center xm radio bluetooth pair your phone here hdmi aux camera control let's go look at that so this is where i can see all the different views that those cameras that we talked about outside can show me so again this is great while you're driving but also great when you're in the campground and then my favorite view we've got also three hitch views as well is the 360 view so you hit that one here it's going to show your hitch view your rear view camera and then the 360s someone was walking around the coach outside right now i would be able to see that so then go back to your menu i'm going to go to ipod here in just a second first i want to show you the nav and go so this is the nav system for the london air and if you hit these buttons down below here you can go to new route useful information where you can get weather sunrise and set lots of information to play with and see what you need in this screen here then you can just go back go back to your menu mobileye so mobilelite go to the settings you can turn the system on or off here if you don't like it you can turn it off your headway monitoring level you can adjust that to what you like laying departure warning i've got it on high sensitivity that is why it will go off a lot when i'm driving that's the only reason why you can put on low sensitivity or you can turn that off of course i think you ought to keep it on and i think you have to keep it high so it keeps you in your lane speed limit warning so you can get a warning when you're five miles over the speed limit 10 or 15. okay to your setup menu this is where you can customize your screen and then there's two pages so make sure you don't miss that second pages there's some important information first of all i don't think it's totally um you'll see the language here but you select here factory set here reset there wi-fi settings this is an important setting because you want to um you can attach your phone and use your phone as a hot spot and bring that up on here that way you're connected to internet so that you can get real-time information as far as traffic weather etc so that's where you do that right here you would scroll through until you saw your phone come up or your hotspot so now one of the new features for 2023 that i've been excited to show you is that we have apple carplay android auto so i'm going to go here now i can go to my music if i want to and play that i have it on okay she might be my daughter-in-law but yeah she's good so you can play your music or you can go to your google maps so i love google maps because they automatically update another app that you can download that my one of my customers recommends is copilot for rvs so just go to the app store copilot for rvs and that's great that way you can put in your length and the width and everything of your coach for the directions so this is huge apple carplay android auto it's in it's in all the diesel coaches this year for newmar love it and house mode allows you to play your radio outside or in the coach back in the bedroom now let's go over these buttons so we have our front fan and you can set that to high or low which is going to be your fan down here for your furnace then we have our overhead fans up here in the windshield and you can set those to high medium or low our docking lights just on and off courtesy lights start your generator and your entry lock you can lock and unlock the front door this is going to be your day shade for the um driver's side day shade for the front windshield your night shade for the front windshield and your day shade for the passenger hvac controls just like you have in your car and then we've got our storage compartments so nice to have just a little extra room for those miscellaneous items so over in the passenger's chair it's just as comfortable as the captain's chair and we have all the same buttons too so our foot rest so you can get nice and comfort comfortable in your seat and then we've got the backrest so you can recline i don't want to get too comfortable i have to finish this video and then we have the power just like on the driver's side we have the same buttons over here the heated seats along with the lever that will allow us to turn the seat around and our lumbar control now another fun feature that we have here is our desk option so it just flips up folds over now i've got a spot where i can do my crossword leave me read my magazines put my computer or my ipad really nice to have that and then when i'm done with it it just pushes away and really goes out of the way completely so this is really cool this is an optional feature and this is going to allow you to control you know input navigation go to your cameras and see the cameras that the driver is seeing and you can change the view go to my main screen i can go to my radio and control the radio back to my navigation input the address and really be truly be the co-pilot so now we have these buttons here our patio light we can turn that on it also illuminates the stairwell for us the visor so that's going to be my day shade here for the passenger step cover i want to go ahead and shut that up when we're in travel mode so that i don't fall into the stairwell or no furry friends fall in and then our ceiling light just above me and our map light just above me and then we've got our cup holder and our wireless charging pad and just behind that we've got the 110 outlet and usb charging ports that i pointed out when we first came in the coach when i had the chairs turned around all right so now it's time to take the london arrow out for a test drive can't wait for you to see how it handles this has the 605 horsepower engine it really does make a difference now not saying that the 450 or the 400 or 360 they'll all get you there this just gives you a little bit more power when you're climbing those mountains going up those hills actually kind of have a funny story here in las vegas we were taking some coaches to a rally one of our aim rallies all-inclusive motorhome rallies so if you have a motorhome with a motor you're welcome to join um we were going to a rally i was driving a dutch star with a 450 and i had a co-worker that was in the um maybe in the essex with the 605 and we have little walkie-talkies because you lose um cell service in between the here in st george utah and uh i was like where are you you're driving too fast like you know we can't go over 70 miles per hour we're not supposed to at national indoor rv centers and he's like i'm not but he just has so he could just take off faster get up to speed faster with the 605 than i could in the 450. now got there just fine so it's not necessary but you know those are the like little extra power or if you're towing something heavier you'll definitely appreciate the 605. so when you start driving a class a diesel you are going to be a little nervous just because you don't feel like you're going to fit in the lane you obviously do as you can see i am um also it's a little disconcerting when you're driving because you may have just heard that little alarm go off that was my mobile eye let me know that i was wandering a bit in my lane now there's a lot of construction going on of course i picked the day with i think the most construction lots of traffic lots of semi trucks so you're gonna get to see it all hopefully the alarms will stop going off or you're gonna think i'm a terrible driver but that was the adaptive cruise control letting me know that the car in front of me was just getting a little too close um i also have my speed limit signs coming up to let me know what the speed limit is so that's nice it's on my dash i don't need to wonder what the speed limit is so i know right there i know the distance of the car in front of me and you can change that distance on your adaptive cruise control too i've got it set to short if you want to have a little bit more leeway you can do medium or long or you can disable it if you don't like it but i really think it is a a great feature and then i'm also going to hit my cameras here so you can see right here when i pick this one you get that bird's eye view now you can see all the cars coming up alongside me pretty soon you're gonna see the construction cones like i said i picked a great day to go for a test drive but you know what what better way to learn sometimes that's just how you have to do it all it takes is practice so and don't be in a hurry that's that's the next best thing i can tell you is don't be a hurry you've waited all this time to buy the coach of your dreams um enjoy the journey enjoy the getting there when you're turning your front axle is behind you and your turn point is the center of that front axle so in a class a diesel you're going to put your nose out there until the front center of the front axle is at your turn and that's when you start your turn it's a little windy today and so i want to check my comfort drive and see where it's at i'd like it to have more help i like more help than not so this year in 2023 they've added a little dial right here to the steering wheel i can hit it and yeah it's super low so i'm gonna pump it right up and then i'm gonna lock it in now i've got i'm at five which is how i prefer to drive unless i'm in a parking lot where i want to have a little bit more leeway i like to have that little extra help so your comfort drive is a computer aided driving assist it's gonna detect that wind that we're filling today and then adjust for me if we have a camper to the road it will adjust for me so basically you know you can drive this thing i i would say one-handed right now i'm not going to just because i've got a lot going on around me with the construction and a lot of traffic so um the other thing that i like to do once i get out on the road is to set my cruise control so i'm gonna go ahead and set the dial on and then set it at 60 miles per hour now i can take my foot off the gas and just really enjoy the ride because i don't have to think too much about it and then if i get too close to the car in front of me it's going to automatically start to slow me down because i see that we are having a slow down up here so you'll see soon that my speed will start to slow as we get closer to these cars so it's automatically slowing me to maintain that distance between the car so we have a lot of safety features built in we've got the adaptive cruise control which i just showed you how that worked collision mitigation lane detection electronics electronic stability control the comfort drive so many things to make this coach really a dream to drive easy safe keep you happy and rving for a long long time and that's what we are all about at national and rv centers too i'm not sure if you know the history of our company but our owner and founder is a rver he actually fools times in his coach so he knows um what rvers go through and he tried to build a business that would simplify the rv and
