Luxurious New York Townhouses 🌆 | The Sims 4 - Speed Build (NO CC)

[Music] hello and welcome back to a new video on my channel my name is sarah and today i'm back with another sims 4 speed build and today i'm going to build luxury new york townhouses so um yeah as you know i really like to build townhouses and um yeah i really like to build i really like the concept of having several apartments on one single lot even though there's no real gameplay for that but i really like to build stuff like that so i decided to build another townhouse a lot and um i built this in san michonne again so it's on a 30 by 30 lot um in the spice market so there are two 30 by 30 lots in the spice market so it really doesn't matter where you place it um i think um that's a lot where the karaoke bar usually is so i uh yeah i used this one i always pulled in the wrong direction as you can see because i think the lighting is a lot better this way but you can of course place it in any direction you want because it's a square a lot so it doesn't really matter um i think everyone has their own preferences and um yeah i built three townhouses there are pretty similar from the shapes so they're um yeah really fitting together and um they all have like a new york town house style i guess so i get my inspiration from several pictures from the internet and um yeah i think i really like how it came out and um it's of course no custom content as always i don't use custom content in any of my bolts i did one custom contact build which is my only one so far i'm not sure if i'm going to do any more custom content builds in the future i really don't feel like doing it because i want my builds to be usable for everyone and i know not everyone likes to play with custom content in their games so um yeah i really don't want to do it that much but sometimes i see really cool custom furnishing and i'm just like i really want to use that but i don't do it in the end but maybe i will do that at some point if you want to see that but for now we're sticking to the game and to the expansion packs i know there are a lot of expansion packs and um not all of you own all of them i know that but i really don't want to limit myself to the packs um too much so i usually use what i feel like fits into the build the most and that's what i did with this build as well i'm not sure how many packs i use but probably a lot so i built three townhouses as i said and i furnished one of them so two of them are empty for you to furnish i really don't feel like furnishing all of them because it's a lot like it's really a lot and um yeah it's pretty luxury and i think it's really cool i um i um it took me a long time to furnish um the house i furnished the gray one on the left and it took me really long to furnish it um i didn't think it would take that long but that's also the reason why the video was so long because it was just so much detailing and everything so it took me some time um the furnishing i would probably say is pretty um not too modern like more in a traditional fancy way i don't know how to describe it but um i really like um that style of um furnishing that i used in this house i think it came out quite nice i think it looks really cool and it took me some time there three floors so there's a bunch of space in this house um even though it's pretty narrow it's still a lot of space and um i think there's three bedrooms and three bathrooms so there's plenty of space i also furnished a kid's room for like a toddler and a children so a child other children um and like to like normal master bedrooms and there's like a big kitchen dining living area as always and yeah i think it looks in general really fancy i don't know how to describe it in any with any other words but um i think it looks a little bit fancy and i really like that and um i used a lot of black and white and like darker darker colors like darker brown and wood textures and um yeah i really like how it came out i hope you like it as well it will be my gallery my idea sarah amina as always you can download it there and yeah play with it if you like and furnish the rest of the houses i know a lot of people like to furnish houses from the gallery so maybe you want to do that with the rest of um [Music] of the build and um yeah i think that's pretty much all i have to say today i wanted to finish this video yesterday already but i it just took me so long to furnish it so um i've been furnishing it for two days and i finished it today finally so um yeah i hope you don't mind that um i know that i'm not uploading that much videos at the moment i'm really trying to slow down a little bit and to not stress myself out so much so i don't work on the weekends anymore so i usually would work on my videos on the weekend as well but i'm not doing that anymore so um i might not upload that many videos that i used to like i'm i'm trying to upload like two videos a week i think that's um a good amount and yeah sometimes i just don't um finish the videos on time but um yeah i hope you don't mind that too much and yeah i hope you enjoyed this video i also hope you have a great day and i also hope i will see you in my next video and goodbye [Music] it
