Oh do you like my clouds perfect hello we got the corn friends oh they do look wilted pitiful they need water I wish it would rain we all wish it would green that's why we're doing the rain dance play let's try the dance one more time everybody that wasn't part of the dance here's the water do I stand right here no no cat you're backstage with the bucket on the ladder backstage I do my line from backstage no one will see me oh stop complaining you've got the most important line in the whole play do you remember it how could I forget it's only one line one word let's practice little bear start with dear clouds okay I say dear clouds what can we do to please you and we say what can we do what can we do good and what do you say cat dance one word dance excellent and then we do our rain dance and finally at the end of the dance cat I finally appear at the end of the dance I dump the bucket and we pretend it's rain and Libra it's rain okay are you sad princess SATA wall I am sad brave one the corn plants are wilted the poor things need water they can't live without water without water they will die die die but look at the sky look at cat but not yet oh great clouds in the sky we need your rain please send the rain send lightning lightning send thunder thunder stopping now break clouds we send our arrows to the great clouds to bring the rain get your arrows heroes Oh yellows arrows for rain rain whew hey watch it sorry great cloud our hopes are for princess sadawa she worries about the corn burn his food for us all corn is food for us all we'd be so thankful for the rain if you have some despair if you have some there dear clouds what can we do to please you what can we do what can we do to please you it's your one big line what can we do summer soul back flips backflips stand on your heads oh you supposed to say dance it's a rain dance play he's supposed to say dance did someone say dance you want to dance so dance get down from there silly never mind let's dance let's roll again please send rain in buckets if you like hurry up cat in buckets okay okay Wow that was a big bucket no wait it's raining it's really raining it's raining it's pouring the old man is snoring he in the morning yeah oh brother little bear do you think we really made it rain I don't know I know I'm getting so so how many apples are there wait I'm the teacher remember so how many apples are there two very good and how many lemons umm one then how many fruits are there all together three very good little bear you to Lucy children who'd like cake we can't we're in school we have snacks in school you do mm-hmm are you excited about going back to school Emily I am very excited thank you lemonade little bear no thanks you love lemonade what's the matter lemonade is for summer and summer's over this is the last lemonade we'll ever have Oh little bear it's true summer's over Emily's leaving in tomorrow rain all day it won't rain let it rain what does it matter come on hmm I wish I could stay but I have to go home for the school year why everybody has to but we can play school here this is real school it's fun we learn to read write and learn all kinds of things I'll be back next summer that's a long time away it's not so long you'll see Emily will come back with lots of stories to tell about school and Lucy will - will Lucy go to school - of course there's a storm coming in you see I knew it would rain I'd better see Emily home before it starts not yet just a little longer father bear let's spin little bear we don't want to get caught in the rain you know how Lucy doesn't like to get wet Lucy's going to miss you Lucy say goodbye to little bear goodbye Lucy you know Lucy doesn't really want to leave can she stay with you with me mm-hmm you'll give Lucy to me mm-hmm oops I forgot lucy has to go to school to school of course this is for you little bear it's a pen for me really I want you to have it thank you Emily wait this is for you you can sell it in your bathtub thank you I love it I'll see you next summer mm-hmm goodbye little bear little bear would you like to come along with us No can you make us some hot chocolate mother bear this is a nice pan Emily gave you little bear it's very nice like Emily may I try it I guess it writes beautifully it certainly does can I try what's that a circle it's also the letter O it is do you know what we can do with this pen we can learn the alphabet we can just like Emily learns in school it takes practice I can practice then one day you'll be able to write a letter to Emily with your fine new pen I will really when let's see a B C a B C oops very good dear Emily it's snowing I love the snow I wish I could send you some owl duck and hen send her love so do the ducklings I can't wait for the summer to come your friend little bear hi duck hello little bear where are you going you know I don't know I just feel like I really need to go somewhere oh okay little bear where are you going I don't know can I come sure what's the matter not a thing can I come come on you well my goodness but it must be important it must be oh my interesting look at the pumpkins they're huge there's so many where did they come from I don't know but who cares that was great I wish Emily was here but I am here hi little bear Emily I thought you went back to school I'm just visiting for the weekend what are you doing I'm raking leaves and then jumping in them oh that looks like fun nice huh hmm I love fall me too hey duck where are you going now I don't know I just feel like I really need to go someplace warm have a nice trip can you stay and then we'll have fun in the wintertime too is it winter already Emily we never got to play in the winter before I know it's great Luce hi there little ones Wow I'm dizzy it's spring look come on would you like a wild plum yes please I'd like many I wish I had a basket yours a basket hello dad I'm hungry me too I never had a wild plum before Oh YUM they come in the spring by summer they're gone hmm these are delicious they'll be gone before lunch what a wonderful day this has been a wonderful year no wonder I'm tired me too I might take a little rest mmm good idea a little nap a little rest but not a nap I don't want to fall asleep I want to stay awake until summertime comes until summer time comes yes when school's over and Emily comes back but I'm already here Emily always comes back in the summer little bear oh Emily will be here little bear she'll be here wake up sleepyhead I'm over to hear your here of course I'm here you were taking a nap so I raked up the leaves the leaves in the summer no silly it's fall fall hmm I must have slept for a year did you dream yes you were in it I was glad you were here I'm glad I'm here me too dad I thought you were going someplace warm it was too far Oh you Oh
