hey gang how's it going sorry if I look a little splotchy I just got back from the gym but today this morning I'm going to be removing my hair dye or I don't know if this actually removes the dye or if it just lightens it it sounds like this method just lightens your hair what else I will be removing the hair dye that I put in my hair three days ago I want to thank all of you guys for your comments on that video I'm sorry I wasn't able to respond to all of them but I do appreciate all that you guys have said and you guys are very kind so in looking online to find like the perfect recipe for this hair dye removal or this hair lightening recipe I found that there isn't one like perfect recipe and I thought well maybe it's because we all have different lengths of hair but some people were saying do vitamin C with head shoulders do vitamin C with dish soap and shampoo do vitamin C with baby shampoo use the chewable vitamin C tablets use the effervescent vitamin C tablets other people are saying you know use baking soda instead of vitamin C so I felt like there was like no surefire recipe which kind of stinks because when I don't know exactly what I'm doing I do like the comfort in having like an exact recipe so you know so I can rely on that and if anything goes awry I can say well at least I follow the recipe exactly I'm going on with me here the amount of vitamin C as well from the videos I've watched and from the websites I've read and from the comments on videos that I've read I have noticed that the amount of vitamin C that you use is also like some people use a lot some people use a little again if you get all depends on - if they're using the big effervescent tablets or the chewable tablets or some of them were using the emergency packets or the the vitamin C powder I bought the 100 tablets with thousand milligrams of vitamin C and I've dumped about half of it into my magic bullet and then turned it into a powder and then I also bought pearl most people were saying to use a clear shampoo or a clarifying shampoo my friend should suggested I can't talk you guys I'm nervous I'm not gonna lie and I'm nervous like the anxiety is a little high my friend suggested pearl I'm gonna add in the powder and then I'm gonna add in the shampoo one person says to add in enough shampoo until it's soupy but I saw some other people who mixed it until it was thicker and seemed to be able to apply it better to their hair kind of like I'm Lucy product which I like that better than to try to apply a soupy texture to my hair so this is about 50 tablets I don't know maybe maybe more actually it might be closer to 60 tablets so I wish I had an exact recipe I apologize that I don't because here I wanted an exact recipe and I'm not giving you guys one so I'll put it here in my bowl so I'm just going to add in like a tablespoon or so at a time of the clarifying shampoo I'm just using like my finger I'm wondering if I should do a little bit Center will say this is good alright so I'm going to take out my hair brush through it and then I'm going to dampen my hair as is instructed and I'll be right back alright so let's get started I think I'm going to use my brush to apply it like and up here in this area just like make sure I get it there are you ever like hey I don't care if the back looks like a mess cuz I don't have to see the back I'm just making sure the front looks okay confessions think now I would use hands now for this dreaded every time I dye my hair I absolutely hate like this part of my hair because I never feel like I ever get it saturated you know if I don't have enough product I might have to spritz my hair down some more so that it will spread because it is it is really thick so I should have added more shampoo fuzz I am right now already I probably should have made it thinner so my advice to you guys is um err on the side of thinner so that it spreads better is it just me or does getting lighter it is said to leave on for 40 minutes to an hour I just want to make sure I lather it in all the way before I let it sit because homegirl is super paranoid you know if I already struggle with getting daya to cover all of my hair I definitely don't want to miss out on removing the dye and miss out on making sure I get this all over my hair I am really worried that these parts aren't going to get it as well because it's so there's so much of it here and it's like I feel like it's kind of drying out or there's not as much hair to hold the product also they say put a plastic cap on your head probably to keep the heat in so we're 20 minutes in and I'm Maria massaging my hair I just want to make sure especially like this section right here gets saturated well and also this section here play fizzles in front who knows what's in the back if you can put it with that then we can be friends so this is 14 minutes I think this is as light as it's gonna get which I'm not hating it's not bad I'm I wash it out I might wait another 20 minutes I'll let you know otherwise it's been 50 minutes and I'm done I'm tired of having this in my hair so I'm gonna wash it out it is advised that you do a deep conditioned afterwards because this will make your hair feel very dry so that's what I'm gonna do and I will get back to you guys later today after I have done my hair and my makeup to show you the final result so here's how it looks I believe it lightened it a good two levels I want to say this is kind of a cool color now I noticed I don't know if you can but I noticed that the ends of my hair have like the littlest bit of a green cast to them I am unsure if that's like a vitamin C like reaction like the reaction to the vitamin C or if it's because this is green this has green and blue dye in it the one thing I'm not sure of is should I keep this hair color if I keep it I'm gonna lighten my ends should I dye it on Friday or is that too soon and if it is too soon should I died on Tuesday or shall I wait till next Friday I don't want to overload my hair if it's absolutely safe now to color my hair then cool I might color it but if it's best that I give my hair a little bit of a break because hey I just dyed it three days ago and then stripped it with a ton of vitamin C and Prell it just sounds like I've really put it through the wringer so in the shower I washed it out and it felt very ready and straw-like and so I got my shame moisturizer sulfate free shampoo I really liked that shampoo there's a gentleness to it that I really like it's like 12 bucks a bottle though you know so so I don't use it often but I really like that you know I put a heaping amount in my hands and really like scrubbed it through and then I put my suave professionals conditioner on it and left it in for a good few minutes and then I put in this deep conditioner I cannot remember the name just on the ends like just down here and I left that in for a good few minutes and so I my hair doesn't feel bad my hair doesn't feel dry or anything like that so that is it this is how it looks what do you guys think I'm really impressed so it was about 50 to 60 vitamin C tablets with about was at nine Abell spoons a pro definitely keep a spray bottle spray water bottle handy because if you don't have enough product to cover all your hair that's okay you just spray some water on it and lather it up and it will spread it'll get everywhere I even got in the back I left it in for 50 minutes with a plastic cap and and then washed it out so in then deep conditioned afterwards I think that's crucial I think it would have I think my hair would be much worse off if I hadn't had done that so thank you all for watching I'll catch you on the flip bye guys
