stick around until the very end because I'm gonna show you a 10-minute athletic bodybuilding finisher that was done by Michael Jordan Kobe Bryant and Dwyane Wade and they're from it's gonna get you bodybuilding regimen so this is a lunge hole I want to challenge you guys to hold this position for 90 seconds so notice how my toe is elevated so step one toe is elevated back foot 90 degrees keep your chest up and you're just going to hold this position for 90 straight seconds so this is actually part one it's gonna be a superset now this the exact same way that Kobe Bryant Dwyane Wade Michael Jordan some of the top athletes in the world will train I call it an athletic bodybuilding finisher so this move right here will definitely add a little bit of size to your legs it's a static hold position so hold it for 90 seconds so 90 seconds this leg now we're gonna switch and then one thing I failed to mention is you want to squeeze your glutes at the bottom of the move as well so elevate your toe squeeze your glutes hold this position for 90 seconds and this is absolutely brutal your quads your hip flexors your glutes everything's gonna be on fire you're gonna hold each side for 90 seconds and then what you're gonna do immediately after is it going to force your fast twitch muscle fibers to fire off and this is where you're getting crease your metabolism growth hormone your testosterone so brutally effective so two different finishers that you can superset with this watch out I sometimes will hold a pair of like five or ten plug on bells or sticking with the theme of ISO lateral so I would simply go three to five sets it will take me anywhere between seven and ten minutes and that right there is the x-factor to taking these bodybuilding workouts adding an athletic element to them giving guys a lot faster results especially if you're shredding because it's gonna crank up your metabolism really beneficial for all of your anabolic hormones so if you liked this
