hey everyone welcome to the detailed Legion Ray Guide Series this is a guide to the legion Ray Coco sedon if you're planning to run this raid blind feel free to skip this video this video will cover Gate 3 of the Legion rank of call sedon let's get to it right away Gate 3 of Coco sedon has a very flexible DPS check also out of the three gates Gate 3 has the least amount of HP as well however unlike the earlier Gates of this Legion raid if the party's DPS is low the more special patterns you guys will experience these patterns are very tedious and challenging also mixed in with along with few normal patterns which also gives strength Buffs to sedon with various additional penalties to the party as well there's only two major mechanics in gate 2 and from the two mechanics the most important one is the Mario minigame every certain HP lines sedon will spawn a giant red magic circle in the middle of the stage which works as a gate to another map before this magic Circle Gate closest one of the four players will need to deliberately transform into a clown to enter the magic circle failure to do this will result in a team wipe afterwards one random out of the three players outside will receive red blue or a yellow colored curse you can check this by looking at the top of their head or the Buff's UI the player who entered the minigame map will need to destroy the corresponding curse by destroying the circus ball with the corresponding color if you cannot destroy 3 circus balls in time the cursed player will die you also have to remember that the player who has entered the Mario mini game cannot enter again also the outside three members will have to execute a separate mechanic while the Mario player is inside this mechanic starts when the curtains closes out of the three players one random player will be trapped inside an Iron Maiden at the right side of the map other two players who are not inside the Iron Maiden will need to dodge the traps as such as hooks or sauce to go across the map to the left side to stagger sedon to disable all the traps and save the Trap player if you don't stagger in time the Trap player will be killed by the slowly approaching saw Korean pug call this the Mario mechanic because of the uniqueness of having all players need to enter the minigame there are total 4 Mario maps and as a mechanic and they all need to be executed by each separate players you are able to skip Mario 3 and 4 though but this requires extreme amounts of DPS to make this possible this Legion raids third gate usually requires you to reset the run if one person dies which causes a lot of stress to certain players these are the major HP lines for gate 3. 155 lines for the first Mario minigame 128 lines second Mario minigame 90 lines Showtime mechanic 80 lines third Mario minigame 55 lines fourth Mario minigame suggested battle items are Seiko charm holy bomb and Whirlwind grenades rowing grenades are a must for an Iron Maiden mechanic stacker check since all classes have different stagger damage having a Roland bomb will definitely make a mechanic much easier and safer to execute sacred charm and holy bomb is important to get for your party mates to cleanse them from CC's it is recommended to try out holy bomb though instead of sacred charm because if you happen to be sea seed while getting burnt as well the sacred charm May cleanse the burning instead of important CC's like fear since holy bombs focus on cleansing CCS only it is more safer to use holy bombs for emergency situations like getting feared if your character happens to be slow swiftness robe is also a great choice to help executing some mechanics if you exclude the showtime mechanic at 90 lines this raised the continuation of Mario mechanics from 1 to 4. when Gate 3 starts with a few patterns sedon will spawn two circus balls with white pools under it these pool will gradually grow red and disappear afterwards to repeat the cycle to White pools if you stand on top of the pool whilst gradually turning red you will gain Mayhem gauge protect if you happen to be standing on two circus balls stacked up on top of each other you'll gain even more Mayhem gauge in order for you to enter the Mario mini game you will need to fill up your Mayhem meter deliberately the circus balls are there to help you pre-fill up the meter to prepare yourself to enter the Mario minigame most people fill them up to 40 or 50 percent of the meter but these are complete preferences if you happen to see yourself getting hit by regular patterns more often than not you can fill up a little less if you need ask for players who are worried about entering the Mario gate on time you can fill up a little more than normal to make sure you're prepared when major Mario lines are approached serum will stand still and spawn a large magic circle in the middle when this happens additional clown Tower will spawn around the map you can check this by looking at the minimap this flamethrower Tower will jump into another position if you get close to it for the first time and start to launch his Flames while rotating you have to utilize this flamethrower Tower by getting hit by owner on purpose it's the only real reliable way to increase your Mayhem meter to fall to transform you can utilize a circus ball and say it on his normal attack as well but those are not consistent enough as the flamethrower if you happen to get hit by the flamethrower from start to finish you can technically fill up all your meter from zero percent but the timing is very tight so it is advisable to pre-fill up your Mayhem meter before transforming into clown another reason why the flamethrower Tower is very important to use is Circus balls clutters up the map to a point where mainly classes cannot dpsa it on reliably also if circus balls don't get destroyed in a long time they do explode in a large radius so it is crucial to clean up the map as much as you can the flamethrower Tower also acts in the same way if he's left alone for a long time the tower will cast a Medusa throughout the whole map so it is also critical for you to kill this flamethrower Tower when a Mario player has finished transforming if you happen to have trouble killing the tower this is due to the damage reduction buff the tower has this can be destroyed by the transformed clown player's Q skill so if you happen to have some free time before entering the Mario mechanic it will help the team if you hit the tower at the Q skill before entering the mechanic as for the magic gate in the middle of seidon's Spawn initially the gate does nothing in the beginning but when the gate opens only the transform clown can enter if anyone else steps on this gate they will receive a huge damage over time this damage will cause most players to die instantly even a way over eye level players cannot survive for few seconds stepping on this activated magic circle therefore if the Mario mechanic is executed it is important to stay away from the middle as much as you can to avoid instant death mistakes moreover starting from second Mario mechanic at 128 lines additional hooks will spawn at either 11 or 1 o'clock positions these hooks will grab you no matter what if you're near them so it is critical for you to pay attention to these hooks when Mario mechanic starts if you happen to get caught by this hook it will carry you until the the very end of the Hook's destination it will also consistently damage you along the way with the fall damage at the end since the fire shaped wood visuals at the edge of the map causes burn damage as well it is important to use potions if you think you're going to get hooked this is to make sure that you have high enough HP to avoid death by damage the hooks will always spawn at the top side and move diagonally from 11 to 5 or 1 to 7 o'clock it is important to communicate where the hook starts to increase your chance of dodging this hooks when a Mario player successfully goes in the players outside will need to execute the Iron Maiden mechanic this requires two players to reach sedon from the right side of the map to the left side of the map and stagger him you'll need to dodge various saws hooks or altogether dodging the traps does not have a set answer it will require the players to experience the patterns to get used to the patterns too we will also create additional guides maybe specifically for Mario mini game and Iron Maiden mechanic so feel free to reference them in a few future after the second Mario appear on the middle of the map with cutscenes activated staying near him is a photo zone for the cutscene afterwards you'll need to dodge series of various attacks this mechanic lasts quite a while so we'll cover them in detail after the cutscene Zeta will pull out large two guns and start firing this is where Showtime mechanic starts two random players will also be targeted as well they'll have a target symbol on top of their head in the beginning there will be a large middle safe ring explosion first be sure to not stay too far or Too Close from the center of the map afterwards the two players who are targeted will spawn flame pools underneath their feet they give slow debuff and burn damage over time along with that there'll be a circle explosion right around sedon then the first initial ring explosion will happen along with a very large fan-shaped attack aimed at a random aggroad player this fan shape attack will paralyze you with a large incoming damage afterwards there will be another set of flaming pools generated under two players feet with Inner Circle explosion around sedon then Satan will fire his guns to his sides while rotating slowly it is safe to position yourself close to say dog's back or head beforehand to prevent unnecessary damage coming in the senos rotation will turn the other way after four consecutive ring explosions happen the second rotation will also have additional ring explosions so staying close to sedon the whole time and rotate along with him is the easiest method to survive when the second rotating fire finishes a large bomb will spawn on the random position the bomb does not appear in the minimap so you must check where the bomb drops the first initial aggro person from the large fan attack will have to purposely aim sadon's attack to destroy the bomb if you fail to destroy the bomb it's an automatic wipe if you successfully destroyed the first bomb the second bomb will always appear on the opposite side for example if the first bomb was in 11 o'clock the next bomb will always appear on the five o'clock this initial fan attack aggro does not change even the player die so if an aggro player is recognized the other players can throw pools or Dodge away to prevent unnecessary stacks of patterns after you successfully destroy two bombs the ring explosions will happen three more times if we split these rings in three sections close middle and outside ring the middle ring will be the first safe spot then the third ring and the middle ring again afterwards since players will also spawn flame pools underneath make sure to move consistently to prevent standing top of the pools afterwards sedon will disappear and prepare for his final face of the showtime mechanic the seedon will spawn series of sniper scopes on the center of the map based on the number of players left the sniper scope will slowly follow the players and it will instantly kill you if you get hit by them there will be one snipe scope aggro per player players will need to group up and either kite these snipe Scopes together or split into Cardinals and rotate clock or counterclockwise together to avoid unnecessary collisions since each classes have different movement speeds slower classes can utilize swiftness flow or everyone can gather up and use the marching flag to help out the lack of whooping speed the flame pools that initially generated from the very beginning of the showtime mechanic will still be there running on top of the these pools will give you high burning damage with slow debuff so unless you really have to take a detour instead along with that there will also be a random Square AOE spawn around the map if you happen to get hit by this you'll be paralyzed these explosions happen a little later after the warning sign so do not panic when you see them my personal tip is to utilize Esther or not as much as you can in this Showtime mechanic phase it will grant large shield to protect you from damage and paralysis this is to make sure to learn the mechanics in a safer environment Esther Nana timing is right after the large fan attack by sedon when everyone gathers close to sedon also there is another cheese for the showtime mechanic to make it easy for you if you happen to use the taunting scarecrow right before the sniper scope spawn the sniper Scopes will spawn and will not follow any players making other patterns more easier to dodge the only downside of the Esther and Nana is that everyone will have zero Mayhem meter due to the Zone's plans benefits Mario 3 starts at 80 lines so some parties may have trouble Gathering the meter before then so to solve this problem you can either cut DPS afterwards to fill up your Mayhem meter or the player who's planned to enter the third Mario can get hit by the Showtime's ring explosion twice on purpose the explosion fills about 25 each hit in this case since the explosion hurts a bit for on item level players you may need some care from your support or supports and tank your class can utilize this strategy this is why Korean Punk parties tend to have tankier classes or supports to be selected for third Mario mechanic after the showtime mechanic complete and at 80 lines the third Mario will go inside the Iron Maiden mechanic will have both Hooks and saws so make sure to be extra careful when doing this mechanic afterwards the fourth Mario at 55 lines is a unique one out of all three in the Iron Maiden mechanic for the fourth Mario there will also be two levers on top and bottom of sedon the goal is to deactivate the levers after a quick Time Event if you do not disable the two levers you'll do zero stagger damage to sedon it is important for the two players to take care of top and the bottom levers separately before dealing stagger even Esther Way stagger requires levers to be activated before staggering sedon you'll get stunned with a QuickTime event if you approach the lever so you actually have to be careful because if both players approach the lever at the same time they both might get stunned it is smarter to divide the travel routes to prevent this from happening if you finish up to the fourth Mario the major mechanic is completed at this point you'll need to drop sedon's HP to zero to finish the fight on the next topic we'll also talk about special normal patterns majority of the patterns are exactly the same or a little improved from the first skate seed on normal attacks so I will cover only lethal ones in detail HP flip curse zidane will cast HP flip curses in between Mario patterns the curses applied randomly from one to four players players who have received this curse will have their HP inverted based on their total HP meaning if you have 100 full HP your HP after the curse will be one percent and if you're at one percent HP you'll be 100 HP after the curse since the boss's normal patterns are hard to see and hard to estimate incoming damage and you have a problem with gaining unnecessary Mayhem meter during this HP flip curse people tend to stand on the edge of the map to get hurt by the flame wall deliberately to get their HP back up after the curse on a funny note though the only class that is immune to this curse is Mayhem Berserker due to his HP being capped at 25 percent just make sure you keep an eye on the debuff UI before you're controlling your HP to be inverted on an additional note every even number of curses applied has an additional pattern where he will teleport into the middle and spawn a large clown face on the floor with incoming map-wide explosion damage based on how many times player has been turned into a clown meaning whenever a player transforms into a clown sedon receives a damage reduction buff stack but when sedon is doing this particular attack the stack turns into a damaging stack that increases gradually per stack so if you happen to have players who has transformed the clown total three times before the second HP flip curse the attack will have three wave explosions gradually dealing more damage per hit since you'll be silenced during this attack you must cast Shields or use HP potions right after the HP flip curse finishes if the stack happens to be 4 or above it is a guaranteed wipe at the fourth explosion damage you can also freely remove this clown transformation Stacks using Esther and Nana clapping sedon this is one of the rarer patterns sedon will stand still and start clapping while dancing after a few seconds there will either be a series of sauce or hooks spawn around the map if saw spawn only sauce will spawn as same as Hooks and as for hooks you can dodge and it won't kill you instantly even if you get hooked but as for sauce they will always instantly kill you and all the saws move at different speed you definitely need to pay attention on dodging the sauce when it happens because it's really hard to see them when this pattern is complete sedon will drop on a random player with Outside Inside safe explosion I'll be on pattern with the unique sound cue sedon will jump after emitting a cross-shaped explosion afterwards he'll appear at a player who was nearest during the initial jump and land with the fork shaped explosion a list of first initial players alone the second jump can switch to a different nearest player the last explosion will be a very large radio race-shaped attack that is massive incoming damage sedon is untargetable along with various Rockstar and lightning attacks appear randomly around the map so it is crucial to play safe and Dodge everything you can settle pattern same pattern as the first skate sedon will be untargetable and create pools that will give massive Mayhem meter then initiate a very large AOE double ring attack on a random player their gate pattern is improve with additional second one this pattern is very annoying when Mario mechanic starts because you can fall over while trying to enter the game without a proper spacebar get up available you may lose your opportunity to go inside in time and cause a team wipe laser same laser pattern as the first game but third gate rotates about 160 degrees he usually faces the opposite direction before firing the laser to determine the rotation path so beyond watch for that or stay closely behind them because it will give you enough reaction time to dodge this whole thing it is recommended to get your battle items or cleanses ready to go just in case your party mates get fear from getting hit by this laser this is also a great timing to to use Bart's Guardian tube beforehand to give CC immunity for one stack Legion ranked Coco saidon is where the game starts to add more mechanics to create more chaos in the raid it is crucial to avoid unnecessary Death because losing a member from a four-man raid is more crucial than an amen raid as long as everyone in the raid keep calm and identify each special patterns quickly The Raid itself will be very
