What Happens if You Throw Cards with a Slingshot?

this week I wanted to learn how to throw cards with a slingshot my goal was to understand the difference in terms of speed power and accuracy between Kart throwing and slingshot cards but I didn't even know how to throw cars the standard way and after trying intuitively for a few minutes I decided to get the theory down first we need to hold the card parallel to the ground holding the bottom of the long side of the card between your middle finger and index finger so that the edges of the card are perfectly parallel with the two fingers there are many different types of grips but this one is the most common and the one I'm most comfortable with at this point you need to curl the card back into your wrist the set of the card closes - you should come back and almost touch your arm now by freaking the wrist for we should be able to show the card and it worked 15 minutes later I was throwing the cards but was inaccurate at all I really couldn't be consistent in terms of power and speed of the shows and I had basically no control over the direction the cars were taken but after a while and there stood where I was doing wrong the power comes from the flick of the wrist and not from the arm so your arm has to stay as straight and level as possible relative to the ground the last vertical arm movement you're able to maintain the more precise you're gonna be then I decided to set up a targets to improve my accuracy when you flick your wrists you need to like go to cars as soon as your fingers point to the direction of the target when I first started China I was really bad but this step is pre intuitive and after we of practice I got used to it properly after throwing cars for about 30 minutes I was hitting the target pretty consistently and we practiced awesome eye movement got more fluid so at this point I just see that increase the speed I started to combine a bit of arm rotation to the flick of the wrist and was honestly already pretty impressed with the results after 2 hours I was touring cars pretty fast always maintaining a good amount of accuracy but then I also started to rotate my upper body my hips and my feet by flicking the wrist similar to what a tennis player does to hit the ball and this made a huge impact in terms of power I was able to generate with my shoulders so then I showed a classic sticking a card into an apple I stretched for few minutes that I was getting free curls but my cars were cutting the Apple without sticking in it this Apple is incredibly strong then I tried randomly with a different camera angle and I didn't this gave me also motivation through it again and while trying to hit the Apple I also got a new technique to hold the cards in self using just my middle finger and index finger I also used the ring finger and this minimus feels even more powerful for some reason at this point I wanted to measure the speed of the cars to then compare the results with the slingshot and through so I measure two meters away from the target and then assured by recording in slow motion I was able to calculate the exact time the car took to hit the target now distance divided by time equals speed this means I was able to show the car that 65 kilometers per hour which is quite good if you think about it but absolutely terrible compared to the world record so then I tried to throw cars with a slingshot I haven't found too serious about this series are to try intuitively I started by positioning the card in the middle of the upper Bann pinching the card about middle length of its language and assured this method was extremely powerful but it also had a really poor accuracy the cars were basically crushing against the air causing them to slow down almost immediately then I realized that when we show a card we make it spin by flicking the wrist the spinning movement allows the car to stay stable and follow a linear path spinning objects are more stable a city for example if the city spins it stays straight if he doesn't spin it doesn't have enough balance to keep the position so a spinning cart can maintain its position and therefore its speed because he basically casts the air instead of crashing against it to apply a spinning movement to the cart when we show it with a slingshot we need to pinch it on the bottom of his language instead of the middle of it this way the accuracy of my choice was good but the speed wasn't great so instead of pinching the card on the very bottom of its long edge I share to leave a space of about two centimeters this way the card didn't spin too much and I could generate a lot of power and speed much more than what I was able to do by showing cars with my hands to increase the precision of the choice it's also really important to keep your arms and your slingshot as steady as possible until the card is in the air I also tried to pitch the card on its short -
