good morning guys well I wasn't going to film today because it's Friday it was a busy week I'm tired but this car is pretty gross guys if you're enjoying videos like this and I hope you are consider just forms that I want to give to you detailers because it's simple enough to do but sometimes we just kind of forget and sometimes we don't know the best way to make a form this is the simplest form Ever there's actually four different versions because of the different size cars you can download each individual one or download one of them with all the different cars on there it's up to you started on this Ford Fusion it came in for our Diamond service I'll show you a little bit of the Interior it's really not too bad there was a lot of particles in it but I don't do this to every vehicle only when it warrants it I take my tornado blowing tool or the regular blower which is this little guy here awesome for mobile detailers and Shop owners and I blow all of the Interior out it loosens all the particles and it sometimes makes a big mess in there it's like a big cloud I do that before I even touch the exterior but it loosens everything up so your vacuuming is so fast you can pretty much blow out like 80 percent of the junk out of the carpets and then when you go to vacuum it's just so easy so it's a quick way to do the interior and after I did that I looked at the interior and I'm like oh it's really not too bad at all so we'll show you a little bit because there's not a ton of stains it's black interior black cloth we'll just steam everything and and you know dry shampoo everything because there's really not any stains in there but the exterior is pretty gross it's dirty it looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time so let's get started [Music] [Music] foreign [Music] [Music] so we have everything set up here now we're professional detailers we've been doing this for 13 years you don't have to have everything you see here you can start with basic stuff I'll talk about that in later videos but we have our bucket now we do a one bucket system at least for the washing of the vehicle itself we have separate bucket for wheels of course but we'll show you how we do the wash process the APC rinsing or the pre-wash is the most important and that's why we only have one bucket because it eliminates the need for a second rinse bucket that you really don't need if you follow our procedure but once again this is simply our procedure it does produce a nice scratch free finish we're not worried about causing any scratches because of the pre-wash here's our pre-wash since we are in the full sun it's hot out we're going to pre-rinse the vehicle and then we're going to use the ik foamer which I have super clean diluted I believe it's like one to ten in here you can put any of your pre-washes in here any of your apcs or degreasers your pre-wash shampoos whatever you like in here for your pre-wash we'll show you how we do that so let's get to just rinsing all this junk off first [Music] no the car babe the car no no no no not our car no no no we're also going to rinse out all of the door jams we degrease them beforehand and then you can either brush them or just blow them out with the pressure washer we'll show you how we do that and again that just quickens up the process you're not damaging anything the pressure washer here is only putting about a thousand PSI and really that's the perfect pressure because it's not going to ruin anything [Music] you can get in there nice and tight use your pressure washer like a blade and get into and slice into all that junk that's in the door jambs now some may argue if you pre-rinse like this you're diluting your APC or your pre-wash and it's not going to be as effective is that true I haven't found that to be the case that's more of a myth it's more of an over exaggeration and you know overthinking it when it's really not the case at all if it dilutes a little bit it's not a big deal we have a strong cleaner in there it's going to do its job we've proven it we've seen it we've experienced it it works you try it for yourself and you determine what works for you now the pre-wash is important because it's going to get all that junk off the paint it gets about 80 to 90 percent of any damage grit and dirt off the paint the APC will start dissolving it loosening it and then when you rinse it it effectively cleans the paint without touching it then we'll go on to foaming and contact washing we use the lubrication and the foam as cushion to do a nice safe wash foreign does that get the interior a little wet a tiny bit not a big deal when you have experience you can actually do that without getting uh basically anything wet in the inside a few drips here and there it's the same as opening your door up if it's raining out actually you get more water in there if it's raining than this we pumped up the ik foamer it's ready to go I gotta clean this nozzle it's a little bit uh clogged now you can go over the entire car or just over the panels that really need it I'm just going to be going over the bottom sections because that's the worst of it [Music] so after just about a minute or so of dwell time it's ready to rinse off [Music] you can actually see how dirty the foam is you can see how it was reacting on the tires so it's effectively cleaning and pulling off all that grime now a couple of weeks ago we actually built this outdoor workstation this thing is awesome it's very basic you can you know I didn't really follow any plans online I kind of did it by eye kind of Drew it out in my head and it worked but this thing is super heavy duty it's on casters I can roll it anywhere it has Clips here to hang mats to dry it also has these clips on the back end so it can hold all those minivan mats in here as well and you can also drape them over here but it's a great Workstation to vacuum shampoo do what you need to do now I can roll this inside the garage if I wanted to so I can just create some space in there and actually roll it all the way in there which would be really cool but it's nice it stays Outdoors it's all pressure treated it also has a composite decking let's go ahead and foam her down and wash oh gosh foreign delicious [Music] that's the money shot don't forget to foam up your bucket your wheel bucket that is and if you want extra lubrication you can foam up this bucket but I don't usually do that oh wow oh my God whoa It's like whipped cream delish that was really really thick so essentially this is my foam bucket because it's already on the car and this is my rinse bucket that's why I only have one bucket I don't need to have a shampoo bucket or a separate rinse bucket this is the one bucket with my mitts in there we have a top mitt and a bottom mitt and that water remains pretty clean at the end so what we'll do is split this up smaller cars wifey likes to do all the top surfaces and I'll do all the bottom surfaces and then we'll switch for trucks and SUVs because somebody is vertically challenged do have separate myths and even though it's going into the same bucket it's not a big deal we have found that it's not something that causes so many scratches or anything like that it's not a big deal at all the paint I can already feel that the paint um is visually cleaner and it feels cleaner as well which is really cool so that pre-wash super super important at least for us it is [Music] yeah and I know I said rinse bucket even though there's foam in it it's not a big deal guys foam the more lubrication the more cushion it provides for a safer wash so don't overthink that wow it's actually smooth on the bottom portions how is that possible so we're using this clay pad here this is from work stuff this you can get I don't know 25 30 cars out of it it's awesome and what we usually do is all the top surfaces with the mitt and then the bottom surfaces we'll use a clay bar because usually the bottom is worse and the clay bar is a little bit more aggressive but in this case we can go all the way to the bottoms because it's the bottoms are not really bad at all so it leaves the paint smooth and do you need to do chemical deconing that's up to you this is just our full detailing service this is price uh starting at 300 we're not doing a coating on it we're not doing any polishing so do we need to go those extra steps for us no for our services we don't unless we see that there are rust or tar spots otherwise it's something that we can bypass because we don't need to do it that's up to us and not up to you or whoever is viewing this to say no you need to do this or this no you don't oh that's not up for you to say this is our business our customers and that's what we do here so we don't need to go and do all those extra steps if it's not necessary it's a waste of chemical and we just don't need to do it we're not enthusiasts we're not doing this as a part-time or side gig this is a full-time business we treat it as a business so if you have a detailing business you should too you determine what you need to do price your services accordingly use what chemicals you need to use and go from there don't allow someone to to tell you what you should be doing in your business end result is what matters [Music] thank you so the wash process is done we're now pulling it in out of the sun we're gonna finish drying it do the interior and then we're going to show you what we do for protection so this is simply our wash process this is not saying that this is the best way or that this is the only way that you should be doing it this is our process it's after years of trying all sorts of different ways and then just honing in our own way our own method that is for one cost effective efficient we can both get this done in about 30 minutes or so filming takes a little bit longer but if we're not filming we just blast right through it we can get it done in about 30 minutes and then we can pull it in and start doing the rest now of course this vehicle is not horrible we're not dealing with any artillery fungus I mean not a ton we're not dealing with anything out of the ordinary this is actually I would say moderate to mild uh filth level if you want to call it that the the on the filtho meter it is I would say a 5 out of ten ten being the worst but that's what you can the what the filfometer but if you are a detailing business this is what you're going to have to do you're going to watch others you're going to get some training you're going to learn how to wash properly and there's the best way the most safest way but it takes you the longest it uses the most chemicals and all of that sure you can go through all the Motions you can do that if you want to but you will soon realize that if you're doing this as a business that will take up tons of time tons of chemical it won't be as efficient it won't be as cost effective so think about all of that stuff a lot of enthusiasts will go through all the steps because they like to and are they doing the best job I don't know it kind of depends on the Finish but yeah usually they do amazing work but it's not a business to them sometimes they don't even charge people they're just doing it because they enjoy it and they go through all the processes but as a detailing business there are certain things that you can skip and I I use that word skip not in the way of cheating you're not cheating the customer you're not cheating the service or anything like that but for instance if we were doing this vehicle it was brand new and the paint was completely smooth are we still going to clay bar it no I'm gonna check up here with the clay bar nope it's smooth nothing's coming off the clay bar I'll check down below I'll check in the back if nothing's coming off in the clay bar don't use it because now you're just going to Mar the paint up when you don't need to do that that's what I'm talking about those are things that you can effectively Skip and you're not cheating anybody in fact that is more intelligent to skip something that is not needed a good analogy is say a doctor if he goes in for a simple surgery and he's in there and he's like well I can cut some other things out and do this and do this when it's not needed you're not paying for that or you're not needing that but the doctor does it anyway no no that that's not proper that's not right do what you need to do according to your services if you're charging high-end prices for cars like this you know 500 or more for basically a full detail inside and out you can charge you know as much as you want and use as many chemicals as you want go through as many processes as you want take as long as you want but simply remember this guys we're detailing business what you see here are our methods that we've honed for 13 years so just keep that in mind if you want to ask some questions ask questions down below but just keep that in mind so as we look at the paint you can see yeah I mean that's just from years of who knows what not washing washing improperly dirt grime touching the paint look but the paint is smooth and squeaky clean there's no protection on this at all it is nice and smooth now I did see a couple of portions down here that had some tar I'm going to remove that after the wash process you can do that while the paint is dry you can do it after so I just see the that very bottom lip there there's some tar there's some stuff so I'm going to use some tar remover use a clay bar and and get all that stuff off but that's pretty much it the rest of this oh it feels nice and smooth now as far as the interior goes it's really not too bad there's some particulates that the seats maybe have some like ring stains like that but as far as the rest of it yeah not too bad at all so let's blast out the interior and then we'll get to the exterior so a great product to use for that interior fabric without having to extract everything is Geon fabric cleaner this stuff is awesome gross ew what is that foreign well the one thing I like about this is that all these rubber things come out ew so we just put them in the sink [Music] [Music] laughs [Music] [Applause] [Music] foreign [Music] foreign [Music] so the interior of this is pretty much done and it came out great now sometimes these fabric seats can be annoying but what we did is a damp or dry shampoo method basically using the Geon Q2 fabric cleaner and a drill brush with the soft bristles and a damp towel and then a dry towel this way we don't have to extract all of this it's it's simply unnecessary it's not crazy crazy stains it's basically just little water stains that happens on these seats all the time it's inevitable so that's all you have to do spray it agitate it use a damp towel to mop up any of the chemical the chemical here this cleaner does not have to be extracted it can be used as basically as a topical cleaner and you don't have to rinse it or neutralize or anything like that so it's perfect for jobs like this where you don't have to pull out the extractor and if you want to steam it you can just to kind of make the cleaner A Little Bit Stronger it kind of activates it a little bit more but these came out great yeah really nice they look awesome these fabric seats never look good after a couple years anyway I hate fabric seats but the interior is looking good everything's all cleaned up there was some gunk in the corners and cup holders the cockpit area was really the worst now as we go back here you see that I ripped out the mat here now some Vehicles you can do this because apparently a glitter bomb went off I don't know if you can see that look at the glitter there's glitter all over this thing so if you can pull it out pull the whole mat out instead of breaking your back that's actually how I um my back went out years ago was having to bend over into a car here and vacuum for a long period of time and it screwed up my back so if you can pull that out pull out the back mat and I'll show you what we do outside to clean this now for conditioning of all the Plastics and vinyls and Leathers we're using the Jay Leno's leather conditioner awesome awesome stuff [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] foreign [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] so now we're going to start on the exterior of the car before we do any type of protection on the paint we always do trim first again just our method so we're using some Stoners trim shine to get into these areas and use whatever trim product you like this stuff is nice because it's fast and it gets into all those little areas very efficiently and this spray is also great for the what is this windshield cowl and as you saw the glass in this was one of the worst that we've seen in a long time so to effectively clean that Grime you take a wet towel and completely soak it wring it out and just mop the entire interior of the glass down all the way from edge to edge the whole thing and then take a dry towel and you'll probably have to use quite a few towels because it's just so grimy and you keep switching out towels to a clean towel to finally finish out and it looks pretty good now on to protection what we're going to use is the Jax wax first box and you get full bottles like this so we had that one we had the Hawaiian shine which is our quick detailer and their tires shine here to solve it based super blue I think it's called so that will be for the tires and wifey will be working on the tires and wheels while I'm working on the paint now you can see how well they cleaned up we're using the Jay Leno's wheel cleaner and then the hyper shine TRX which is their tire and rubber cleaner that stuff is incredibly strong now since this wax is very liquidy instead of the usual little top that it came with I put a spray nozzle on it this application way better so we're going to use our little handheld wax applicator it's I don't really want to call this a polisher because it's really not but and technically it's like a little handheld polisher it's a variable speed it's actually a really nice little thing there's so many of these on the market this little spta one actually has a five and six inch backing plate that it comes with and a bunch of pads so pretty decent great for mobile guys as well application is the easiest all you do is you spray this into the pad of prime it and put that much I put it pretty much up to speed five or six because this thing doesn't have a ton of power but I do want to kind of tiny I want it to kind of lightly polish but it'll apply it really nice and thin very very efficient just with those couple of sprays I can pretty much do the entire hook and then this stuff dries it flashes over super quick So within a minute it's ready to wipe off [Music] if you're a regular on the channel you have seen us machine applied waxes and sealants like this for years I have found it's the most efficient it's the fastest for mobile guys it's all about speed and efficiency so you use less product it spreads out thinner which means it flashes faster wipe off earlier I mean it's all benefits so you can fly around the car really quick let this sit you know for five ten minutes as you're flying around the car and then come back and start to wipe it off and we'll show you what the wipe off is like take them together [Music] so it's been about five minutes you can go around the vehicle extremely fast with this method give it a try even if you're just using a regular eight millimeter corded polisher just put it on speed four and choose any liquid sealant or wax you want apply it onto the pad apply onto the vehicle like this nice and thin you will be amazed at how fast you can go and how good the Finish is because it's being applied so thin and you are getting a little bit of polishing action just from the friction of the pad alone polishes up the paint so let's remove it and with this wax you get a little bit of resistance at first because it does kind of dry that way but after you initially get through the first wipe and then flip the towel oh yeah awesome and you can use a little bit of the spray if you want spray it on the panel itself or the towel or whatever you want to kind of Aid and removal and add a little bit of extra protection on top it will add some slickness and more gloss [Music] now for all the Chrome pieces like this and any other small areas of the polisher couldn't get into I'm going to use a little applicator like this so I'll spray it onto the applicator using the wax and then just a hand apply [Music] family fever all right this thing
