Stadium I am your 5-point commentator Jackson Marta stich and I am accompanied to by my color commentator Joelle Rodriguez what do you think about tonight's game Joelle I tell you what I'm really excited for this one it's the interstate rivalry magic and Cerritos coming off with Lawson on the last week against Riverside City College it was a close one but at the end we separated the men for the boys and we just could not score at that fourth quarter but on the bright side of that game even though we did end up losing we had some boys of the week nominations like Zion Bowen can you tell me what he did last week wow this guy has everything he has speed acceleration he how then three touchdown and can against Riverside number one Riverside actually caught seven for seven passes for 170 yards pretty impressive there and along with Dee Anthony Jones who had a pretty outstanding game at defense this guy is a monster right so he has 9 total tackles one break up one interception and three yard return on a sack and his sack was for seven yards against the number one ranked team in our conference so again it's looking like a pretty good outing for the Vikings this season even though we're only two and two so the Vikings will be kicking off Cerritos will get the ball first but you know that's never a bad thing because we can get the ball half that is true I'm really excited from the offensive standpoint of this game we just really need to fix up a little bit on the defense last year I was at the last home game and I didn't even have to change the scoreboard for the offense so let's see if we can pick it up this game as we wait for the kickoff Christianly missed doing the kickoff you know out of the freshman kicker I'm out of uh excuse me sorry out of may figure you knew liquid local kid I was hearing that there was some concern about the kicking game to we're actually developing a kicker and I really have one set yet but let's see how they do this game Falcons well they kind of need to anticipate it a lot more they've been taking advantage of those last games and it's just they have to realize enough is enough and they need to make some stops so after the outstanding game last season for Thomas what do you think what do you think is gonna happen this one well I think they actually made a lot of improvements this season compared to last exactly what they need to get them going on defense some sacks loss of yards they just really needed to set the authority on this game there's now three and 13 on the 30-yard line has a little space interceptions he has in the beginning of that last home game which is not acceptable especially against a more talented team like Cerritos you know expecially being our rivals it's it's gonna be a tough outing for the the cerritos team looks very strong this year yeah they are not gonna allow anything easy this game but I'm telling you silent Bowens needs to be on his game today I don't think Deshawn turkmen a lot of people are saying that he talks a lot of trash in the practice but he does back it up and he's set is said to be the leader of the offense on this one [Music] the punt was the scoop on this at the end of this fourth first quarter so this used to be a very good defensive game both lemurs playing very well outside of the one touchdown liking scores throwing the fade
